When the surface deformation of the mail wheel deck 100 is convex deformation, as shown in fig. 2, the mail wheel deck correction device is moved to a position where the lower end of the correction support part 21 is abutted against the surface of the mail wheel deck 100 to generate convex deformation, the whole device is fixed at a corresponding position by using the support mechanism 1, then a jack 23 is placed on the upper surface of the lower end of the correction support part 21, and when the jack 23 is pressurized, the convex position of the mail wheel deck 100 is stressed downwards, so that the effect of correcting the convex deformation position of the surface of the mail wheel deck 100 is realized; when the surface of the mail wheel deck 100 is deformed into concave deformation, as shown in fig. 3, the mail wheel deck correction device is moved to a position where the correction adsorption part 22 of the correction mechanism 2 is abutted against the surface of the mail wheel deck 100 and is concavely deformed, the correction adsorption part 22 is adsorbed on the surface of the mail wheel deck 100, the whole device is fixed at a corresponding position by using the support mechanism 1, then a jack 23 is placed on the upper surface of the lower end of the correction support part 21, and when the jack 23 is pressurized, the correction support part 21 is rotated around the hinge point of the jack and the support platform 11, so that the position where the correction adsorption part 22 attracts the surface of the mail wheel deck 100 and is concavely deformed is pulled upwards, thereby realizing the effect of correcting the position where the surface of the mail wheel deck 100 is concavely deformed. In the actual correction process, the correction can be matched with the flame correction to improve the correction efficiency and save the correction time.
The specific structure of the supporting mechanism 1 will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4 to 5, and as shown in fig. 4 to 5, the bottom of the supporting column 12 is provided with a supporting electromagnet 13. By arranging the supporting electromagnet 13, the whole correction device of the mail wheel deck can be fixed on the mail wheel deck 100, and the position of the device is prevented from moving to influence the correction effect in the correction process; in addition, the support electromagnet 13 can realize the existence of magnetism through switching on and off, when the device needs to be moved, an operator can conduct power-off treatment on the support electromagnet 13, so that the adsorption acting force between the support electromagnet 13 and the mail wheel deck 100 disappears, and the device can be conveniently and easily moved to any position by the operator.
Optionally, the number of the support columns 12 is plural, and the plurality of support columns 12 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the support platform 11, so as to realize stable bearing of the support platform 11. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the number of the support columns 12 is four, and the four support columns 12 are respectively located at four corners of the support platform 11, so that the number of the support columns 12 is reduced while the stable bearing of the support platform 11 is ensured, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the supporting mechanism 1 further includes a connecting column 14, two ends of the connecting column 14 are respectively connected to two adjacent supporting columns 12, and the correcting supporting portion 21 is hinged to the supporting platform 11 through the connecting column 14. The connection column 14 functions to strengthen the two support columns 12 while functioning to correct the hinge shaft of the support portion 21. Specifically, the rectification support 21 is provided with a hinge hole 2122, the connection post 14 is inserted into the hinge hole 2122, and the rectification support 21 is rotatable around the connection post 14. In this embodiment, the two ends of the connecting post 14 may be welded to the corresponding support post 12, or may be connected to the corresponding support post 12 by a connecting screw. In addition, in the present embodiment, the connecting columns 14 and the supporting columns 12 are all tubular structures, so that the overall weight of the mail wheel deck correction device can be reduced, and the movement of the device by operators is facilitated.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the support mechanism 1 further includes a first reinforcing plate 15, and the first reinforcing plate 15 is disposed between two other adjacent support columns 12. The connecting column 14 and the first reinforcing plate 15 cooperate to improve the overall strength of the support mechanism 1, and avoid damage to the support mechanism 1 during the correction process due to pressurization of the jack 23.
The specific structure of the correction mechanism 2 will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 6 to 8, and as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the correction support portion 21 includes a panel 211 and a web 212 that are vertically connected, where the cross-sectional shape of the panel 211 and the cross-sectional shape of the web 212 are both S-shaped structures, and the panel 211 is located above the web 212. Specifically, the upper surface of the lower end of the panel 211 is used for bearing the jack 23, the bearing area is large, and the bearing stability is high. Wherein the hinge hole 2122 is provided on the web 212.
Further, the correction support portion 21 further includes a second reinforcing plate 213, and the second reinforcing plate 213 is disposed on a lower surface of the lower end of the web 212. By arranging the second reinforcing plate 213, an "I" structure is formed at the lower end of the correction support portion 21, so that the contact area between the correction support portion 21 and the mail wheel deck 100 can be increased, the bearing pressure of the jack 23 on the correction support portion 21 can be reduced, and the panel 211 and the web 212 can be prevented from breaking.
Further, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the rectification adsorption portion 22 includes a rectification electromagnet 221 and a connection member 222, and the rectification electromagnet 221 is connected to the lower surface of the higher end of the rectification support portion 21 through the connection member 222. When the correction electromagnet 221 needs to be attracted to the position on the mail wheel deck 100, which is concavely deformed, the operator can generate magnetic attraction between the correction electromagnet 221 and the mail wheel deck 100 through electrifying treatment; when the whole mail wheel deck correction device is required to be moved, an operator can conduct power-off treatment on the correction electromagnet 221 so that the adsorption acting force between the correction electromagnet 221 and the mail wheel deck 100 disappears, and the device can be easily moved to any position by the operator.
Optionally, the position of the connection assembly 222 along the length of the orthotic support 21 is adjustable. With this arrangement, the position of the correction electromagnet 221 relative to the hinge point between the correction support portion 21 and the support platform 11 can be adjusted, and the smaller the distance between the correction electromagnet 221 and the hinge point, the larger the adsorption force of the correction electromagnet 221 on the mail wheel deck 100 when correcting the position of concave deformation on the mail wheel deck 100 according to the lever principle. Therefore, the operator can adjust the relative position between the connection assembly 222 and the correction support portion 21 according to the degree of concave deformation of the mail wheel deck 100, so as to ensure the correction effect of the mail wheel deck correction device on the mail wheel deck 100.

In this embodiment, the adjusting member 223 is a bolt-nut assembly, and the bolt sequentially passes through the connecting assembly 222 and the sliding groove 2121, and the nut is screwed on the side of the bolt away from the bolt head. When the relative position between the connection assembly 222 and the correction support portion 21 needs to be adjusted, the nut may be loosened first, then the bolt is slid to a predetermined position along the extending direction of the sliding groove 2121, and finally the nut may be tightened.
Further, the connection assembly 222 includes a connection plate 2221 and a U-shaped plate 2222, the web 212 can be located in a U-shaped groove of the U-shaped plate 2222, and two ends of the connection plate 2221 are respectively connected to the U-shaped plate 2222 and the correction electromagnet 221. Specifically, connection holes are formed in both vertical plates of the U-shaped plate 2222, and bolts pass through the connection holes and the sliding grooves 2121 and are connected with nuts in a threaded manner. In this embodiment, the connecting hole is preferably a through hole, and the aperture of the connecting hole is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the screw rod of the bolt, so as to facilitate the threading of the bolt.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 9, the mail wheel deck correction device further includes a traveling mechanism 3, where the traveling mechanism 3 is disposed on the support column 12, and the traveling mechanism 3 is configured to drive the support mechanism 1 and the correction mechanism 2 to move on the mail wheel deck 100. By providing the travelling mechanism 3, operators can conveniently and easily move the mail wheel deck correction device on the mail wheel deck 100, and the workload of the operators is reduced, and the time and the labor are saved. Alternatively, in the present embodiment, the number of running mechanisms 3 is equal to the number of support columns 12, and each support column 12 corresponds to one running mechanism 3.

Further, the running mechanism 3 further includes an adjusting portion 31, and the adjusting portion 31 is configured to adjust the relative position of the running support plate 32 and the support column 12 in the height direction. With this arrangement, when the mail wheel deck correction device needs to be moved, the relative position between the walking support plate 32 and the support column 12 can be adjusted by the adjusting part 31, so that the bottom of the walking wheel 33 is lower than the bottom of the support column 12, even if the walking wheel 33 contacts the mail wheel deck 100, the support column 12 is suspended, and the friction force generated by the contact of the support column 12 with the mail wheel deck 100 when the mail wheel deck correction device moves is avoided from preventing the walking wheel 33 from moving on the mail wheel deck 100; when the mail wheel deck correction device moves to a preset position, the relative position between the walking support plate 32 and the support column 12 can be adjusted by the adjusting part 31, so that the bottom of the walking wheel 33 is higher than the bottom of the support column 12, even if the support column 12 contacts with the mail wheel deck 100, the walking wheel 33 is suspended, and the phenomenon that the position of the mail wheel deck correction device is deviated due to the movement of the walking wheel 33 on the mail wheel deck 100 when the surface of the mail wheel deck 100 is corrected is avoided, thereby influencing the correction effect.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the adjusting portion 31 includes a travel adjusting plate 311, a pressure bearing, and an adjusting bolt 312, wherein the travel adjusting plate 311 is located above the travel supporting plate 32 and is connected to the support column 12, the adjusting bolt 312 is provided to penetrate through the travel adjusting plate 311 and is connected to the travel supporting plate 32, the pressure bearing is located between the travel adjusting plate 311 and the travel supporting plate 32, and an upper layer and a lower layer of the pressure bearing are fixed to the travel supporting plate 32 and the adjusting bolt 312, respectively. When the relative position of the walking support plate 32 and the support column 12 in the height direction needs to be adjusted, an operator can screw the adjusting bolt 312 forward or backward to realize the relative movement between the walking support plate 32 and the support column 12, so that the walking support plate is simple, convenient, quick and efficient.
Of course, in other embodiments, the adjusting portion 31 may be an adjusting plate and an adjusting cylinder disposed on the adjusting plate, the adjusting plate is connected with the support column 12, an output end of the adjusting cylinder is connected with the walking support plate 32, and the adjustment of the relative position of the walking support plate 32 and the support column 12 in the height direction is achieved by the telescopic movement of the output end of the adjusting cylinder. In addition, other adjusting portions 31 that enable adjustment of the relative positions of the walking support plate 32 and the support column 12 in the height direction are within the scope of the present embodiment.
Further, the running mechanism 3 further comprises a third reinforcing plate 34, and two ends of the third reinforcing plate 34 are respectively connected with the support column 12 and the running adjusting plate 311, so as to play a role of reinforcing between the support column 12 and the running mechanism 3.
