Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine for treating lumbago.
Background
Lumbago is a common clinical symptom, mainly pain on one side or two sides of the waist, which can be radiated to the legs and is often accompanied by exogenous or internal injury.
Epidemiological investigations have shown that the prevalence of lumbago worldwide is consistently the first from 1990-2016 and between 13.1% and 20.3%, being the leading cause of human disability worldwide. Among the lumbago prevalence rates of adults in China, the once prevalence rate is 7.21-39.0%, the annual prevalence rate is 20.88-29.88%, and the real-time prevalence rate is 6.11-28.5; the incidence rate of the traditional Chinese medicine is higher than that of diabetes and hypertension (the prevalence rate of the diabetes is 3.5 percent, and the prevalence rate of the hypertension is about 21.5 percent), and the traditional Chinese medicine becomes a very serious public health problem in China.
At present, various lumbago treating medicines clinically comprise non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, opioid medicines, muscle relaxation medicines and the like. But the clinical curative effect is general, the disease condition is easy to repeat, the side effect is obvious, and the dependence even appears after long-term administration. The traditional Chinese medicine has long-term knowledge on lumbago, and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment is based on syndrome differentiation and treatment, has the unique advantages of definite and lasting curative effect and small side effect on treating the lumbago, and can be accepted by the public. Therefore, the development of a safe medicament with definite curative effect and small side effect is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating lumbago and a preparation method thereof, which can effectively solve the problem of lumbago in various crowds, are particularly beneficial to treating lumbago of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis and reduce side effects of medicines.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a preparation method of a traditional Chinese medicine for treating lumbago comprises the following steps:
step 1, putting the traditional Chinese medicine composition into a supersonic airflow pulverizer, and pulverizing into powder, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises eucommia bark, morinda officinalis, epimedium, coix seed, beautiful sweetgum fruit, mulberry twig, centipede, cowherb seed and Chinese starjasmine stem;
step 2, putting the powder crushed in the step 1 into a marmite, and heating and boiling for 30-60 min;
and 3, after 30-60min, taking decoction in the marmite, filtering decoction dregs, standing and cooling for 10-20min to finish the preparation.
After the scheme is adopted, the following beneficial effects are realized: the invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating lumbago and a preparation method thereof, which can effectively solve the problem of lumbago in various crowds and are particularly beneficial to treating lumbago of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis.
The theoretical basis of the traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating lumbago comes from the Su Wen of Xian Qin, wherein the Su Wen and Mai Yao Jing Wei Lun have the following statements: the kidney failing to roll up will be exhausted "in the lumbar region and house of the kidney. Tang Dynasty Wang Bing Zhan is marked by the fact that two kidneys are located in the waist, so the waist is the external organs of the kidney. Meaning that the location of the kidneys is in the lumbar region, which is the area of essence coverage of the kidneys. Sufficient kidney essence can make the lumbar spine forceful, and kidney essence deficiency can make the lumbar spine unconscious and deficient. The onset factors of lumbago are many, and the expression in the "treatment of symptoms quasi-rope and lumbago" indicates that lumbago is marked by wind, dampness, cold, heat, contusion and flash, blood stasis, qi stagnation and phlegm accumulation. Kidney deficiency, also the root cause of it ", but the fundamental cause of its onset is kidney deficiency.
Further, there are cloud in Su Wen & Mai Yao Jing Wei Lun: blood-qi prefers warm and averse cold, cold does not stay, warm does go away, Qing Dynasty Houbin's book of questions records also contains cloud: the applicant researches a plurality of nationwide famous old traditional Chinese medicine experience prescriptions on the basis of the fact that yang qi is also the same as the body temperature of the human body, and the traditional Chinese medicine formula is drawn up by combining years of clinical research and experience of the applicant. The formula of the traditional Chinese medicine for treating lumbago is as follows: eucommia bark, cortex Eucommiae, sweet, bitter and slightly pungent in flavor, warm in nature, enters liver and kidney meridians; morinda officinalis is sweet and pungent in flavor and warm in nature, entering liver and kidney meridians; epimedium herb is pungent and sweet in flavor and warm in nature, entering liver and kidney meridians. The combination of the three drugs can warm and nourish liver and kidney, dispel wind and remove dampness, strengthen tendons and bones, strengthen waist and knees, and are the monarch drugs.
Coix seed, semen Coicis, sweet and light in flavor, cool in nature, enters spleen, stomach and lung channels to penetrate moisture and remove arthralgia, detoxify and dissipate stagnation. Lu Lian is bitter in taste and neutral in nature, entering liver and kidney meridians; ramulus Mori is slightly bitter in taste, neutral in nature, and enters liver meridian; trachelospermi caulis is slightly bitter, pungent and cold in flavor, enters heart, liver and kidney meridians, and is used together to dispel wind-damp and benefit joints. Wu Gong is pungent in flavor and warm in nature and enters liver meridian. The cowherb seed is bitter in taste and neutral in nature, enters liver and stomach meridians, and activates blood and unblocks meridians. The whole formula mainly warms and tonifies kidney yang, and also has the functions of dispelling wind and eliminating dampness, and promoting the circulation of muscles and tendons, so that the traditional Chinese medicine can recover the source and fundamentally relieve lumbago symptoms.
The traditional Chinese medicine formula is continuously improved, innovated and developed through years of clinical practice, and can achieve the purposes of relieving pain and reducing pain of patients.
The clinical research on the treatment of the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion by oral administration of the traditional Chinese medicine is reported in China, the adopted ideas are different, the current clinical application mainly adopts the principle of adding or subtracting according to symptoms and the treatment according to the syndrome differentiation of specific conditions, but the traditional Chinese medicine obtains good curative effect by the special disease prescription and the special disease medicine (Chinese patent medicine). The understanding of the disease mechanism of each family is the same, and most of the diseases are caused by affection of exogenous wind-cold-dampness pathogen, decline of the functions of the liver, spleen and kidney and obstruction of collaterals by phlegm and blood stasis. The prescription is different from the traditional Chinese medicine, but has similar characteristics, for example, the traditional Chinese medicine is modified from the radix angelicae pubescentis and mistletoe decoction commonly used in most traditional Chinese medicine, the blood-activating medicine and the cold-dampness-dispelling medicine are commonly used, and the traditional Chinese medicine appearing at high frequency comprises radix angelicae pubescentis, achyranthes bidentata, safflower, frankincense, myrrh, rhizoma corydalis, radix aconiti and the like.
The most common guiding herbs for this disease are Du Zhong and niu xi. The four qi of the medicine are warm and neutral, the five flavors are sweet and bitter, and the meridian tropism is liver, kidney and spleen. In the aspect of Chinese patent medicines, at present, the Chinese patent medicines mainly comprise Chinese clinopodium herb tablets for clearing heat and removing toxicity, kidney-tonifying and meridian-dredging capsules for treating lumbar diseases, kidney-strengthening and kidney-invigorating pills for tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation, but the Chinese patent medicines lack the effects of tonifying liver and kidney and replenishing qi and blood.
The western medicines comprise anti-inflammatory analgesics such as meloxicam, celecoxib, ibuprofen, etc., are easy to cause gastrointestinal reaction and anaphylactic reaction, and increase the risk of cardiovascular events.
The proved recipe has the effects of warming yang and regulating qi and relaxing tendons and veins based on years of clinical experience of an applicant, has long-term application experience in orthopedics and traumatology, obtains good curative effect, and does not generate related adverse events. The proved recipe is further developed, so that the blank of traditional Chinese medicine for treating lumbago is filled, the price of the medicine used in the recipe is low, the treatment cost is reduced, and the burden of crowds and social economy is relieved.
Traditional medicinal materials are decocted by adopting granules or tablets, so that the dissolution rate is low, the absorption effect of a human body is poor, and the medicinal material waste is obvious. Therefore, the supersonic speed jet mill is utilized to crush the traditional Chinese medicine herbs in the scheme, the crushed medicinal materials reach the micron grade, the dissolution rate of the medicinal materials is improved, and the absorption by a human body is facilitated. Especially for middle-aged and elderly patients, the gastrointestinal absorption capacity is obviously lower than that of common people, and the traditional Chinese herbal medicines (in the form of granules or tablets) are adopted for decoction, so that the absorption is less and the drug effect is lower. The application improves the dissolution rate of the effective components of the Chinese herbal medicine, and fundamentally improves the absorption capacity of patients.
Can obviously relieve the lumbago of patients and has no toxic and side effects. Secondly, the compatibility of the medicine is warm and cool, and neutral in yin and yang, mainly warms yang, and is suitable for patients with most constitutions.
Further, the proportion of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the step 1 comprises: 10-20 parts of eucommia bark, 10-20 parts of morinda officinalis, 10-20 parts of epimedium, 35-45 parts of coix seed, 10-20 parts of beautiful sweetgum fruit, 10-20 parts of mulberry twig, 2-4 parts of centipede, 10-20 parts of cowherb seed and 10-20 parts of Chinese starjasmine stem. Different components are adopted to adapt to different degrees of lumbago.
Further, the proportion of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the step 1 comprises: 15 parts of eucommia bark, 15 parts of morinda officinalis, 15 parts of epimedium, 40 parts of coix seed, 15 parts of beautiful sweetgum fruit, 15 parts of mulberry twig, 3 parts of centipede, 15 parts of cowherb seed and 15 parts of Chinese starjasmine stem.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the step 1 also comprises 20 parts of eucommia ulmoides, 20 parts of morinda officinalis, 20 parts of epimedium, 20 parts of semen coicis, 20 parts of liquidambar formosana hance, 20 parts of mulberry twig, 4 parts of centipede, 20 parts of cowherb seed and 20 parts of Chinese starjasmine stem.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the step 1 also comprises 10-20 parts of radix zanthoxyli, 10-20 parts of tinospora sinensis and 10-20 parts of radix angelicae pubescentis. Radix Zanthoxyli has effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, relieving pain and detumescence. Caulis tinosporae sinensis can relax muscles and tendons, activate collaterals, expel wind and alleviate pain. Radix Angelicae Pubescentis has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind, removing dampness, relieving arthralgia and relieving pain. The three are used together to enhance the drug effect.
Further, the particle size of the powder is 1-10 um. The medicinal powder reaches micron level, so that the dissolution rate of the medicinal material is improved, and the medicinal powder is convenient for a user to absorb.
Further, the traditional Chinese medicine finished product for treating lumbago comprises powder, granules, oral liquid, pills, capsules or chewable agents.
Further, the Chinese medicament for treating constipation is used as an active component in the preparation of medicaments for treating lumbago.
