The invention has the characteristics of extreme mildness, extremely high safety and capability of removing cutin from the organism.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an exfoliating composition, in particular to a mild exfoliating composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin is the outermost organ of the human body, which is exposed to the air and covered with a large amount of dust, dirt and airborne contaminant particles. These pollutants include Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) and heavy metals, which often slow down the metabolism of the skin, and abnormal metabolism causes keratinocytes not to be naturally exfoliated and thickly deposited on the surface. With age, the body metabolism slows down and cell viability decreases. When the skin ages, the stratum corneum turnover rate also slows, and dead cells cannot be properly removed and accumulate on the skin surface. When too much old waste cutin is accumulated on the skin, the skin loses luster, the vitality is reduced, the barrier function is invalid, the skin is dry and dehydrated, the skin color loses luster and is uniform, and then senile plaques appear. The generation of new keratinocytes is also very slow, affecting the absorption of daily skin care products.
Exfoliation is a cosmetic means that removes dead cells that accumulate on the surface of the mature epidermis and restores the vitality of the skin.
At present, two common methods for removing the stratum corneum in the field of cosmetics are available, one is physical friction, for example, mechanical friction is performed by using abrasive particles to achieve the effect of removing the stratum corneum, but the method can cause irreversible damages such as enlargement of skin pores and damage to the stratum corneum. Meanwhile, most of the ground particles are made of plastic microbeads, so that the ground particles are poor in biodegradability and do not meet the requirements of environmental friendliness at present; the other is chemical exfoliation, where the efficacy of the alpha hydroxy acid exfoliating agent diminishes with increasing pH, typically best at pH 2-3, but the lower the pH, the more irritating the skin. Beta hydroxy acids such as salicylic acid are insoluble in water, require a large amount of polyhydric alcohol for solubilization, and the skin feel of the product is poor. And the risk of teratogenesis to pregnant women exists when the addition amount is too high. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a mild, highly safe exfoliating composition having excellent exfoliating effects.

The volunteers were divided into 5 groups of 10 each. All volunteers were used half-face, with no serum on the left face and serum on the right face, twice daily.
TABLE 1 essence formula table
The preparation process comprises the following steps:
dispersing the raw materials 2 and 3 uniformly at room temperature, adding deionized water, stirring at 300rpm/min for 30min, stirring to dissolve completely to obtain a uniform liquid, adding the raw material 4, heating to 70 ℃ at 1 min/DEG C, adding the raw materials 5 and 6, and keeping the temperature for 15min to obtain a phase A;

Cooling to 40 deg.C at 0.5 min/deg.C, adding raw materials 8 and 9, stirring, adding raw material 10, adjusting pH to 5.5-6.5, stirring, cooling to 38 deg.C, stopping stirring, and discharging to obtain sample.
The essence 1-5 is prepared by the method, wherein the essence 5 is a positive control group.
The following tests were performed.
Exfoliating power
Preparing a test part: the cheek area is 3cm multiplied by 2 cm;
② under a certain pressure (10-25 kPa or 100-250 g/cm)2) Then, adhering the D-Squame disc to the skin test part for 30 s;
removing the D-Squame disc, and adhering scales on the D-Squame disc;
and measuring the exfoliating capacity by using a D-Squame Scan 850A instrument, wherein the higher the protein content of the stratum corneum stuck on the D-Squame disc is, the stronger the exfoliating capacity is, and the weaker the exfoliating capacity is in turn.
Compared with the left untreated face group, the right face of the essence 1 has the most obvious exfoliating effect which is nearly twice of the exfoliating capacity of the control group and is better than that of the positive control group (p is less than 0.05).
Skin shining
Skin gloss was measured on a half-face using a German cK Probe instrument Skin-Glossimer;
after 5 days, there was essentially no significant change in the gloss of the untreated left face skin compared to the day 0 untreated group; the glossiness of the essence 1, the glossiness of the essence 2, the glossiness of the essence 3, the glossiness of the essence 4 and the glossiness of the essence 5 are respectively improved to 14.2%, 3.0%, 5.2%, 9.4% and 13.5%. It can be seen that serum 1 has an excellent ability to improve skin gloss.
Irritation to human skin
The method for evaluating the safety of the cosmetic product by adopting the human body repeatability open type smearing test is simple and easy to implement. Referring to the operation in technical Specification for safety of cosmetics (2015 edition), 30 qualified volunteers were selected, and the appropriate area of the forearm curve of the subject was selected and smeared in examples 3, 4 and 5, and a positive control group; the skin reactions were observed 2 times daily for 7 consecutive days with saline as a blank control. The judgment standard is 0 min-negative reaction; 1 point-faint erythema, dry skin, wrinkles; 2 points-erythema, edema, papules, wheal, desquamation, fissures; 3 points-marked erythema, edema, blisters; 4 points-severe erythema, edema, bullae, erosion, pigmentation or hypopigmentation, acne-like changes.
The test sites of the forearms of 30 subjects were observed for 7 days, and the results are shown in a human body repeated open type smearing test result table.
As can be seen from Table 1, the exfoliating composition has a skin irritation score of 0 and less irritation than glycolic acid in a repeated open application test on human skin, and is non-irritating to human skin. Therefore, the exfoliating composition can be applied to mild exfoliating cosmetics and has great advantages.
Based on the preparation process and composition of example 2, with the only difference being shown in the following table (different contents of inositol, roselle flower extract and maltobionic acid), examples 3, 4 were obtained.
