Description

Mild cutin-removing composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to an exfoliating composition, in particular to a mild exfoliating composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin is the outermost organ of the human body, which is exposed to the air and covered with a large amount of dust, dirt and airborne contaminant particles. These pollutants include Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) and heavy metals, which often slow down the metabolism of the skin, and abnormal metabolism causes keratinocytes not to be naturally exfoliated and thickly deposited on the surface. With age, the body metabolism slows down and cell viability decreases. When the skin ages, the stratum corneum turnover rate also slows, and dead cells cannot be properly removed and accumulate on the skin surface. When too much old waste cutin is accumulated on the skin, the skin loses luster, the vitality is reduced, the barrier function is invalid, the skin is dry and dehydrated, the skin color loses luster and is uniform, and then senile plaques appear. The generation of new keratinocytes is also very slow, affecting the absorption of daily skin care products.
Exfoliation is a cosmetic means that removes dead cells that accumulate on the surface of the mature epidermis and restores the vitality of the skin.
At present, two common methods for removing the stratum corneum in the field of cosmetics are available, one is physical friction, for example, mechanical friction is performed by using abrasive particles to achieve the effect of removing the stratum corneum, but the method can cause irreversible damages such as enlargement of skin pores and damage to the stratum corneum. Meanwhile, most of the ground particles are made of plastic microbeads, so that the ground particles are poor in biodegradability and do not meet the requirements of environmental friendliness at present; the other is chemical exfoliation, where the efficacy of the alpha hydroxy acid exfoliating agent diminishes with increasing pH, typically best at pH 2-3, but the lower the pH, the more irritating the skin. Beta hydroxy acids such as salicylic acid are insoluble in water, require a large amount of polyhydric alcohol for solubilization, and the skin feel of the product is poor. And the risk of teratogenesis to pregnant women exists when the addition amount is too high. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop a mild, highly safe exfoliating composition having excellent exfoliating effects.

secondly, mixing and uniformly dispersing the roselle flower extract and polyquaternium-61 to obtain a mixture B, heating the mixture B to 50-55 ℃, adding the mixture B into the solution A, and uniformly mixing to obtain a solution B;
and thirdly, uniformly mixing the PEG/PPG-14/7 and maltobionic acid to obtain a mixture C, heating the mixture C to 40-45 ℃, adding the mixture C into the solution B, stirring, defoaming, cooling to 35-38 ℃, and discharging to obtain a finished product.
The preparation method of the mild exfoliating composition comprises the following steps:
step one, uniformly mixing water and inositol, heating to 75 ℃, keeping the temperature for 15min, and then starting to cool to 50 ℃ at a linear cooling speed of 1.5 ℃/min to obtain a solution A;
secondly, mixing and uniformly dispersing the roselle flower extract and the polyquaternium-61 to obtain a mixture B, heating the mixture B to 50 ℃, adding the mixture B into the solution A, and uniformly mixing to obtain a solution B;

Compared with the prior art, the invention consists of inositol, the roselle flower extract, maltobionic acid, polyquaternium-61, PEG/PPG-14/7 dimethyl ether and water; the roselle flower extract contains more than 45% of alpha-hydroxy acid, can mildly and effectively remove cutin, has excellent anti-pollution capacity, can capture iron in pollutants, can be combined with ferrous ions Fe (II) with high proportion to achieve the anti-pollution effect, has a certain regulation and control effect on melanin synthesis to reduce tyrosinase activity, and has the effect of brightening skin color.
Maltobionic acid re-activates an endogenous desquamation mechanism of a body by enhancing the activity of cathepsin D and promoting the synthesis of kallikrein 5, and enhances the natural cutin removing capability of skin weakened by aging; promoting cell renewal, eliminating scales, reactivating endogenous desquamation process, realizing optimal skin barrier function, and improving skin luster and skin uniformity.
Inositol can effectively improve the generation amount of recombinant human platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF-BB) with the function of dermal stem cells, and can generate collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and other substances to slow down skin aging and accelerate the regeneration of skin epidermis, thereby accelerating the two substances of maltobionic acid and roselle flower extract to achieve the effect of exfoliating. Meanwhile, the roselle flower extract is anti-pollution dust from the outside of the skin, and stratum corneum accumulation outside the skin is reduced; maltobionic acid activates a desquamation mechanism from the endogenous source of the organism, has no any irritation, and has obvious effect of removing cutin of the skin from inside to outside.
The water-soluble polyquaternium-61 and PEG/PPG-14/7 dimethyl ether in the composition are PEG/PPG block copolymers, and form hydrogen bond effect with polyhydroxy in maltobionic acid to enhance the stability of the composition. Meanwhile, the polyquaternium-61 and PEG/PPG-14/7 dimethyl ether are compounded, so that the surface tension of the composition can be reduced, the composition can be spread on the skin more easily and uniformly, the penetration can be promoted effectively, the exfoliating effect of the composition is improved, and the composition promotes the keratinocyte regeneration from the inside of a living organism without any risk of damaging the skin barrier. Therefore, the components are combined together, and the proportion among the components is reasonably optimized, so that the effects of good solubility, good stability, high temperature resistance and no peculiar smell can be achieved; and exerts mild exfoliating effects under a weakly acidic pH condition.
In conclusion, the present invention has the characteristics of extreme mildness, extremely high safety and capability of removing keratin from the endogenous organism.

Skin shining
Skin gloss was measured on a half-face using a German cK Probe instrument Skin-Glossimer;
Figure BDA0003379679320000101
after 5 days, there was essentially no significant change in the gloss of the untreated left face skin compared to the day 0 untreated group; the glossiness of the essence 1, the glossiness of the essence 2, the glossiness of the essence 3, the glossiness of the essence 4 and the glossiness of the essence 5 are respectively improved to 14.2%, 3.0%, 5.2%, 9.4% and 13.5%. It can be seen that serum 1 has an excellent ability to improve skin gloss.
Irritation to human skin
The method for evaluating the safety of the cosmetic product by adopting the human body repeatability open type smearing test is simple and easy to implement. Referring to the operation in technical Specification for safety of cosmetics (2015 edition), 30 qualified volunteers were selected, and the appropriate area of the forearm curve of the subject was selected and smeared in examples 3, 4 and 5, and a positive control group; the skin reactions were observed 2 times daily for 7 consecutive days with saline as a blank control. The judgment standard is 0 min-negative reaction; 1 point-faint erythema, dry skin, wrinkles; 2 points-erythema, edema, papules, wheal, desquamation, fissures; 3 points-marked erythema, edema, blisters; 4 points-severe erythema, edema, bullae, erosion, pigmentation or hypopigmentation, acne-like changes.
The test sites of the forearms of 30 subjects were observed for 7 days, and the results are shown in a human body repeated open type smearing test result table.
As can be seen from Table 1, the exfoliating composition has a skin irritation score of 0 and less irritation than glycolic acid in a repeated open application test on human skin, and is non-irritating to human skin. Therefore, the exfoliating composition can be applied to mild exfoliating cosmetics and has great advantages.
Based on the preparation process and composition of example 2, with the only difference being shown in the following table (different contents of inositol, roselle flower extract and maltobionic acid), examples 3, 4 were obtained.
