Abstract

The method has the advantages that the bamboo chips are used for replacing the wood chips, the using amount of wood can be effectively reduced, the growth cycle of the bamboo is short, the required cost is greatly reduced, the overall benefit can be improved, the growth cycle of the edible fungi cultivated by the method is short, the yield of the edible fungi is improved, and the cultivated edible fungi are natural and pollution-free, high in yield, rich in nutritional ingredients and good in quality.

c. the cultivation material is equivalently assembled into a plastic bag, the plastic bag is made of polypropylene, 400-600 g of cultivation material is filled into the plastic bag, the cultivation material is assembled for multiple times, every time 100 g of cultivation material is filled, the cultivation material is compacted in the plastic bag by using a tool, after the cultivation material is filled, the length of the top of the plastic bag is left to be about 5 cm, a neck ring is sleeved on the top of the plastic bag, and then a cover is installed above the neck ring;
d. placing the cultivation material bag into an autoclave or a normal pressure autoclave for sterilization;
e. taking out the sterilized cultivation material bag from the sterilization pot, cooling the cultivation material bag to be below 30 ℃, transferring the cultivation material bag to a sterile room, taking down a cover from a neck ring, taking a proper amount of strains from a strain bottle through a seed spoon, transplanting the strains into the cultivation material bag, and mounting the cover on the top of the cultivation material bag;
f. moving the inoculated cultivation material bag into a dark box, keeping the ambient temperature inside the dark box at 22-24 ℃, and placing the cultivation material bag in the dark box for 18-25 days to produce mushrooms;
g. after fruiting, the cultivation material bags are transferred to a weak light environment, the cultivation material bags are uniformly placed on a cultivation frame, the cover is opened, and the cultivation material bags are cut along the side faces of the cultivation material bags by a knife;
h. ventilating the cultivation environment regularly after mushroom buds appear in the cultivation material bag, and spraying water in the cultivation environment to keep the relative humidity of the cultivation environment at 80-90%;
i. after the edible fungus covers of the cultivated edible fungi are fully unfolded, the edible fungi can be harvested after the whole color of the edible fungi is gradually changed from dark to light;
j. when the edible fungi are collected, the edible fungi are cut along the root parts of the edible fungi, the bamboo scraps or other impurities at the root parts of the edible fungi are taken out, the front surfaces of the edible fungi are downward, and the edible fungi are placed into a collecting frame padded with a plastic coating.

c. the cultivation material is equivalently assembled into a plastic bag, the plastic bag is made of polypropylene, 400-600 g of cultivation material is filled into the plastic bag, the cultivation material is assembled for multiple times, every time 100 g of cultivation material is filled, the cultivation material is compacted in the plastic bag by using a tool, after the cultivation material is filled, the length of the top of the plastic bag is left to be about 5 cm, a neck ring is sleeved on the top of the plastic bag, and then a cover is installed above the neck ring;

h. after mushroom buds appear in the cultivation material bag, the cultivation environment is ventilated regularly, water is sprayed in the cultivation environment, the relative humidity of the cultivation environment is kept between 80 and 90 percent, the stable and rapid growth of the mushroom buds can be kept by controlling the temperature and the humidity of the cultivation environment, the growth period can be shortened, the humidity in the cultivation environment is kept in a certain range, and the edible fungi can grow better;
