For example, the installation condition of the spare parts in the current operation place can be obtained by using the recognition result of the scene image of the equipment and the comparison result of the equipment list and the received spare part information, and then the operation and maintenance personnel can judge which spare parts are used in the current operation place. If all the spare parts picked up by the operation and maintenance personnel are used, the operation and maintenance personnel continue to execute S280, and if not, the operation and maintenance personnel execute S290.
On the basis of the above scheme, optionally, determining whether all the spare parts obtained by the operation and maintenance staff are used according to the acquisition result of the equipment scene information of the operation place includes:
matching the scanned label information of the spare part with the required spare part information to obtain matching information;
obtaining spare part image identification information by identifying a spare part image in an equipment scene of the operation place, and determining whether the spare part is normally installed;
if the spare parts in the equipment scene of the operation place are normally installed and the scanned label information of the spare parts is successfully matched with the required spare part information, determining that all the spare parts acquired by the operation and maintenance personnel are used;
and if the spare parts in the equipment scene of the operation place are abnormally installed and/or the scanned label information of the spare parts fails to be matched with the required spare part information, determining that the spare parts obtained by the operation and maintenance personnel are not completely used.
The spare part management platform can analyze the service condition of the spare part by utilizing the information acquired by the information acquisition module. The spare part management platform can match the required spare part information in the reservation record according to the scanned label information of the spare part, and then obtains which spare parts that the operation and maintenance personnel picked up have been installed.
Further, the spare part management platform can judge whether the installation of the spare part is qualified or not through the spare part image in the equipment scene of the operation place. The spare part management platform can identify the collected spare part images in the equipment scene, for example, whether the connection between the identified spare part and the equipment is complete can be judged through the detail images; whether the working temperature of the spare part is abnormal or not can be judged through the thermal image; whether the spare parts in the equipment are well installed or not can be judged through the three-dimensional image. Through the recognition result of the spare part image, the spare part management platform can determine whether the spare part is normally installed.
If the spare parts in the equipment scene of the operation place are all normally installed, and the scanned label information of the spare parts completely corresponds to the required spare part information, the spare part management platform can determine that the spare parts taken by the operation and maintenance personnel are all used. Conversely, if the spare parts in the equipment scene of the operation site are abnormally installed and/or the label information of the spare parts cannot completely correspond to the required spare part information, it may be determined that the spare parts retrieved by the operation and maintenance personnel are not completely used. For the condition that the spare parts in the equipment scene of the operation place are abnormally installed, the spare part management platform can also send prompt information to the terminal of the corresponding operation and maintenance personnel to ask the operation and maintenance personnel to check the abnormally installed spare parts in time.
The scheme can know the installation condition of the spare parts in time and realize strict and efficient spare part management.

Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a spare part management apparatus according to a third embodiment of the present invention, which is capable of executing a spare part management method according to any embodiment of the present invention, and has functional modules and beneficial effects corresponding to the execution method. The device is configured on a spare part management platform, and the spare part management platform comprises an inlet identification module and an outlet identification module; as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus may include:
the face image verification unit 310 is configured to verify the identity information and the reservation record of the face image if the face image of the operation and maintenance person is detected by the entrance identification module; if the verification is successful, allowing the operation and maintenance personnel to enter a spare part picking center; the identity information and the reservation record of the operation and maintenance personnel are input in advance by the spare part management platform;
a spare part pickup log generating unit 320, configured to determine, according to the face image of the operation and maintenance worker, identity information and a reservation record of the operation and maintenance worker if the face image of the operation and maintenance worker is detected by the exit identification module, and generate a spare part pickup log;
a spare part all-pickup determining unit 330, configured to determine whether the spare part is picked up all according to the reservation record of the operation and maintenance staff and the label information of the spare part if the label information of the spare part is detected by the exit identification module;
the spare part pickup log updating unit 340 is configured to allow the operation and maintenance staff to leave a spare part pickup center if all the spare parts are picked up, and update the spare part pickup log according to the identity information of the operation and maintenance staff and the label information of the spare parts.
In this scheme, optionally, the reservation record includes information of the required spare parts and information of the operation and maintenance task; the operation and maintenance task information comprises operation and maintenance task completion information and an operation place.

and the prompt information sending unit is used for sending return prompt information to the mobile terminal equipment of the operation and maintenance personnel and updating the spare part taking log if the spare part is not used completely.

In a possible embodiment, optionally, all of the spare parts use the determining unit, specifically to:
matching the scanned label information of the spare part with the required spare part information to obtain matching information;
obtaining spare part image identification information by identifying a spare part image in an equipment scene of the operation place, and determining whether the spare part is normally installed;

and the spare part reserve amount determining unit is used for determining the reserve amount of the spare part in the next preset time period according to the spare part use condition analysis result and the spare part counting result.
In another possible embodiment, optionally, the spare part management platform further includes a sensing module; the operation and maintenance personnel and the spare parts are both provided with induction chips; the device further comprises:
the chip sensing unit is used for determining whether the operation and maintenance personnel and the sensing chips of the spare parts reach the spare part picking center outlet or not through the sensing module;
the matching result checking unit is used for checking whether the information of the required spare parts and the label information of the received spare parts are successfully matched or not if the operation and maintenance personnel and the induction chips of the spare parts reach the outlet of a spare part receiving center;

A fourth embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the spare part management method provided in all the embodiments of the present invention of the present application:

if the human face image of the operation and maintenance personnel is detected through the entrance recognition module, verifying the identity information and the reservation record of the human face image; if the verification is successful, allowing the operation and maintenance personnel to enter a spare part picking center; the identity information and the reservation record of the operation and maintenance personnel are input in advance by the spare part management platform;
if the face image of the operation and maintenance personnel is detected through the export identification module, determining the identity information and the reservation record of the operation and maintenance personnel according to the face image, and generating a spare part picking-up log;
if the label information of the spare part is detected through the exit identification module, determining whether the spare part is completely picked up according to the reservation record of the operation and maintenance personnel and the label information of the spare part;
and if the spare parts are all picked up, allowing the operation and maintenance personnel to leave a spare part picking center, and updating the spare part picking log according to the identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel and the label information of the spare parts.
Of course, those skilled in the art can understand that the processor 420 also implements the technical solution of the spare part management method provided in any embodiment of the present application.
The spare part management platform 400 shown in fig. 4 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the spare part management platform 400 includes a processor 420, a storage device 410, an input device 430, and an output device 440; the number of the processors 420 in the spare part management platform may be one or more, and one processor 420 is taken as an example in fig. 4; the processor 420, the storage device 410, the input device 430, and the output device 440 in the spare part management platform may be connected by a bus or other means, and are exemplified by being connected by a bus 450 in fig. 4.
The storage device 410 is a computer-readable storage medium, and can be used for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and module units, such as program instructions corresponding to the spare part management method in the embodiment of the present application.
The storage device 410 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the storage 410 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, storage 410 may further include memory located remotely from processor 420, which may be connected via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 430 may be used to receive input numbers, character information, or voice information, and to generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the spare part management platform. Output device 440 may include a display screen, speakers, or other spare part management platform.
The spare part management platform that this application embodiment provided can record the information of spare part in each stage such as getting, installation and returning through spare part management platform to realize the overall process tracing record of spare part, and then realize effectual spare part management.
The spare part management device, medium and equipment provided in the above embodiments can execute the spare part management method provided in any embodiment of the present application, and have corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects for executing the method. For technical details that are not described in detail in the above embodiments, reference may be made to a spare part management method provided in any embodiment of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A spare part management method, wherein the method is performed by a spare part management platform comprising an entry identification module and an exit identification module; the method comprises the following steps:
if the human face image of the operation and maintenance personnel is detected through the entrance recognition module, verifying the identity information and the reservation record of the human face image; if the verification is successful, allowing the operation and maintenance personnel to enter a spare part picking center; the identity information and the reservation record of the operation and maintenance personnel are input in advance by the spare part management platform;
if the face image of the operation and maintenance personnel is detected through the export identification module, determining the identity information and the reservation record of the operation and maintenance personnel according to the face image, and generating a spare part picking-up log;
if the label information of the spare part is detected through the exit identification module, determining whether the spare part is completely picked up according to the reservation record of the operation and maintenance personnel and the label information of the spare part;
and if the spare parts are all picked up, allowing the operation and maintenance personnel to leave a spare part picking center, and updating the spare part picking log according to the identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel and the label information of the spare parts.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the reservation record includes required spare part information and operation and maintenance task information; the operation and maintenance task information comprises operation and maintenance task completion information and an operation place.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the spare part management platform further comprises an information collection module; the spare part management platform is in wireless communication with the information acquisition module;
after the operation and maintenance personnel are allowed to leave the spare part picking center if the spare parts are picked completely, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the operation and maintenance task of the operation and maintenance personnel is completed or not according to the operation and maintenance task information;
if the operation and maintenance task of the operation and maintenance personnel is finished, controlling the information acquisition module to go to the operation site and acquiring equipment scene information of the operation site;
determining whether all spare parts acquired by the operation and maintenance personnel are used according to the acquisition result of the equipment scene information of the operation place;
if all the spare parts are used, updating the spare part installation information and the spare part receiving log in the equipment scene of the operation site according to the acquisition result;
and if the spare parts are not used completely, sending return prompt information to the mobile terminal equipment of the operation and maintenance personnel, and updating the spare part taking log.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein if the operation and maintenance task of the operation and maintenance personnel is completed, controlling the information collection module to go to the operation site to collect the equipment scene information of the operation site comprises:
if the operation and maintenance task of the operation and maintenance personnel is finished, controlling the information acquisition module to go to the operation site, scanning label information of the spare parts in an equipment scene of the operation site, and shooting images of the spare parts in the equipment scene of the operation site; the spare part image includes a three-dimensional stereoscopic image.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the determining whether all spare parts picked up by the operation and maintenance personnel are used according to the acquisition result of the equipment scene information of the operation site comprises:
matching the scanned label information of the spare part with the required spare part information to obtain matching information;
obtaining spare part image identification information by identifying a spare part image in an equipment scene of the operation place, and determining whether the spare part is normally installed;
if the spare parts in the equipment scene of the operation place are normally installed and the scanned label information of the spare parts is successfully matched with the required spare part information, determining that all the spare parts acquired by the operation and maintenance personnel are used;
and if the spare parts in the equipment scene of the operation place are abnormally installed and/or the scanned label information of the spare parts fails to be matched with the required spare part information, determining that the spare parts obtained by the operation and maintenance personnel are not completely used.
6. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
analyzing and counting the service condition of the spare parts within a preset time period according to the spare part installation information and the spare part taking log to obtain a spare part service condition analysis result and a spare part counting result;
and determining the spare part reserve amount of the next preset time period according to the spare part use condition analysis result and the spare part counting result.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein the spare part management platform further comprises a sensing module; the operation and maintenance personnel and the spare parts are both provided with induction chips; the method further comprises the following steps:
determining whether the operation and maintenance personnel and the induction chip of the spare part reach an outlet of a spare part picking center through the induction module;
if the operation and maintenance personnel and the induction chip of the spare part reach the exit of the spare part picking center, verifying whether the required spare part information and the label information of the picked spare part are successfully matched;
and if the matching is successful, allowing the operation and maintenance personnel to leave the spare part picking center.
8. A spare part management device is characterized in that the device is configured on a spare part management platform, and the spare part management platform comprises an entrance identification module and an exit identification module; the device comprises:
the human face image checking unit is used for checking the identity information and the reservation record of the human face image if the human face image of the operation and maintenance personnel is detected by the entrance identification module; if the verification is successful, allowing the operation and maintenance personnel to enter a spare part picking center; the identity information and the reservation record of the operation and maintenance personnel are input in advance by the spare part management platform;
the spare part taking log generating unit is used for determining the identity information and the reservation record of the operation and maintenance personnel according to the face image if the face image of the operation and maintenance personnel is detected through the exit identification module, and generating a spare part taking log;
a spare part all-pickup determining unit, configured to determine whether the spare part is picked up all the time according to the reservation record of the operation and maintenance staff and the label information of the spare part if the label information of the spare part is detected by the exit identification module;
and the spare part taking log updating unit is used for allowing the operation and maintenance personnel to leave a spare part taking center if all the spare parts are taken, and updating the spare part taking log according to the identity information of the operation and maintenance personnel and the label information of the spare parts.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the spare part management method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A spare part management platform comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the spare part management method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
