The management server judges whether a failure user exists in the preset authorized user information table or not according to a preset personnel information table, and if the failure user exists in the preset authorized user information table, the management server logs off the failure user in the preset authorized user information table. The preset personnel information table refers to a table in which personnel information of a company is stored, the management server acquires the preset personnel information table through a docking personnel system, or the preset personnel information table is updated in the management server regularly by an administrator, namely, when personnel flow such as leaving and entering of the company occurs, the preset personnel information table is deleted or user information is added. In the foregoing embodiment, the preset authorized user information table includes authorized users that can enter and exit the warehouse, and when the authorized users leave their jobs, the information of the authorized users is deleted from the preset personnel information table, and the users that exist in the preset authorized user information table but do not exist in the preset personnel information table are invalid users, and the management server logs out the invalid users.
In the embodiment, the preset authorized user information table of the warehouse is associated with the preset personnel information table, so that invalid users who leave but have the right to enter the warehouse are determined in time and are logged out, and the tool for the staff who leave is avoided.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment of the present invention, a fifth embodiment of the power tool management method according to the present invention is further provided, where the present embodiment is a step preceding to step S10 in the first embodiment, and the power tool management method includes:

And e3, if the user exists in the preset personnel information table, adding the user information into a preset authorized user information table.
When receiving a registration request, a management server acquires user information in the registration request, inquires whether the user information exists in the preset personnel information table or not, and adds the user information into a preset authorized user information table if the user exists in the preset personnel information table.
In this embodiment, when a registration request for registering as an authorized user of a warehouse is received, whether the registered user exists in the preset personnel information table (i.e., whether the user is a member of the company) is determined, so that the registered user is checked, and the occurrence of a phenomenon that a non-member falsely receives tools is avoided.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an electric power tool management apparatus, where the electric power tool management apparatus includes: a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein:
the computer program, when executed by the processor, implements the operations in the power tool management method provided by the above embodiments.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a computer storage medium.
The computer storage medium has stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements operations in the power tool management method provided by the above-described embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A power tool management system, comprising: the system comprises a face recognition device, a radio frequency recognition tag, an access control device and a management server;
the radio frequency identification tag is arranged on the electric power tool and records tool information of the electric power tool;
the face recognition device, the radio frequency recognition device and the access control device are all arranged at an entrance and an exit of the storehouse, wherein the face recognition device is respectively arranged in the entrance direction and the exit direction of the entrance and the exit of the storehouse;
the management server is used for managing borrowing and returning records and radio frequency identification label information of tools, detecting potential safety hazards and giving an abnormal alarm;
the radio frequency identification device, the face identification device, the entrance guard device and the management server are communicated through a local area network.
2. A power tool management method applied to the power tool management system as claimed in claim 1, the power tool management method comprising the steps of:
acquiring user information generated after a face image of a user is acquired and identified by a face identification device, and inquiring whether the user information exists in a preset authorized user information table;
if the user information exists in the preset authorized user information table, controlling an access control device to release the user;
acquiring tool information acquired by a radio frequency identification device within a preset time, wherein the tool information comprises an in-out state;
and if the in-out state is lent, associating the user information with the tool information to generate a warehousing record.
3. The power tool management method according to claim 2, wherein the step of acquiring tool information collected by the rfid device within a preset time period, the tool information including an out-of-warehouse status, comprises:
and if the in-out state is that the tool information is put in storage, associating the user information with the tool information to generate an out-of-storage record.
4. The power tool management method according to claim 3, wherein the step of associating the user information with the tool information to generate an ex-warehouse record when the in-warehouse status is an in-warehouse status comprises:
determining the delivery time length of the tool corresponding to the tool information based on the real-time and the delivery record;
and if the ex-warehouse time is longer than the preset returning time, generating overdue prompt information.
5. The power tool management method of claim 2, wherein the step of controlling an access control device to allow the user to pass after the step of controlling the access control device if the user information exists in the preset authorized user information table comprises:
inquiring preset operation information according to the user information, and determining an operation tool of the user according to the operation information;
the method for acquiring the tool information collected by the radio frequency identification device within the preset time comprises the following steps of:
judging whether the tools corresponding to the tool information comprise the working tools or not;
and if the tool corresponding to the tool information does not comprise the working tool, sending out omission prompt information.
6. The power tool management method according to claim 2, wherein before the step of acquiring the user information generated by the face recognition device after acquiring and recognizing the face image of the user, and inquiring whether the user information exists in a preset authorized user information table, the method comprises:
inquiring an in-out information table to determine the test period of each tool;
checking and comparing the effective test cycle time of the using tool;
and if the effective test period of the tool is not in the current time range, sending out alarm prompt information.

The power tool management method according to claim 2, wherein before the step of acquiring the user information generated by the face recognition device after acquiring and recognizing the face image of the user, and inquiring whether the user information exists in a preset authorized user information table, the method comprises:
judging whether a failure user exists in the preset authorized user information table or not according to the preset personnel information table;
and if the preset authorized user information table has the invalid user, the invalid user is registered in the preset authorized user information table.

The power tool management method according to claim 2, wherein before the step of acquiring the user information generated by the face recognition device after acquiring and recognizing the face image of the user, and inquiring whether the user information exists in a preset authorized user information table, the method comprises:
when a registration request is received, acquiring user information in the registration request;
inquiring whether the user information exists in the preset personnel information table or not;
and if the user exists in the preset personnel information table, adding the user information into a preset authorized user information table.
9. An electric power tool management apparatus characterized by comprising: a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein:
the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the power tool management method of any one of claims 2 to 7.
10. A computer storage medium, characterized in that the computer storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the power tool management method according to any one of claims 2 to 7.
