In this embodiment, the shelf system 16 is also used to send updated agricultural data to the management platform 11; the management platform 11 is further configured to determine whether the updated agricultural data matches the outbound order information; if not, controlling the alarm system 17 to alarm so as to ensure that the agricultural materials taken away from the warehouse are consistent with the information of the delivery order.
When the agricultural materials are stored in the shelf 161, the control unit 163 sends the updated agricultural material data (such as the names and the quantity of the agricultural materials) to the management platform 11, the management platform 11 compares the agricultural material data with the warehousing information of the agricultural materials stored in the platform, and if the agricultural material data and the warehousing information of the agricultural materials are matched, a message of successful matching is returned to the control unit 163; if the two are not matched, a message that the matching is unsuccessful is returned to the control unit 163, and the alarm system 17 is controlled to alarm to alert the staff.
When the agricultural materials are taken out from the shelf 161, the control unit 163 sends the updated agricultural material data (such as the names and the quantity of the agricultural materials) to the management platform 11, the management platform 11 compares the agricultural material data with the delivery order information of the agricultural materials stored in the platform, and if the agricultural material data and the delivery order information are matched, a delivery success message is returned to the control unit 163; if the two are not matched, a message of unsuccessful ex-warehouse is returned to the control unit 163, and the alarm system 17 is controlled to alarm to warn the staff.
As shown in fig. 4, the agricultural management and control system may further include an agricultural input system 15, where the agricultural input system 15 is configured to obtain warehousing information of agricultural materials, write the warehousing information of agricultural materials into the electronic tag 13, and send the warehousing information of agricultural materials to the management platform 11, so as to manage agricultural materials. FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of the major modules of a farming data entry system according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, in another embodiment of the present invention, the agricultural material entry system 15 may include an information collection unit 151, an information processing unit 152, and an electronic label printing unit 153. The information collection unit 151 is configured to collect warehousing information of agricultural materials, and send the warehousing information of agricultural materials to the information processing unit 152. The information processing unit 152 is configured to receive the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, encode the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, generate a sequence to be printed, and send the sequence to be printed to the electronic tag printing unit 153. The electronic label printing unit 153 is configured to receive the sequence to be printed, and write the sequence to be printed in the electronic label 13.
Optionally, the information collecting unit 151 may collect warehousing information of the agricultural materials in a scanning manner, where the warehousing information may include a product name, a manufacturer, a validity period, a lot number, and the like. The information collecting unit 151 may be a device such as a barcode scanner for collecting the warehousing information of the agricultural materials. The information acquisition unit 151 and the information processing unit 152 may be connected by a link through a data communication interface. Alternatively, the link connection may be implemented by a wired interface such as an RS-232 standard interface or a wireless communication interface such as bluetooth. The information processing unit 152 is configured to receive the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, which is transmitted by the information acquisition unit 151, encode the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, generate a sequence to be printed, and then transmit a printing instruction to the electronic tag printing unit 153, where the printing instruction carries the sequence to be printed.
The electronic tag printing unit 153 receives the printing instruction sent by the information processing unit 152 in a wired or wireless manner, so as to write the sequence to be printed in the electronic tag 13. Optionally, the electronic tag 13 is not physically connected to the electronic tag printing unit 153, and data interaction is achieved through over-the-air communication. Optionally, the electronic tag 13 adopts a UHF band, which facilitates remote identification of the subsequent agricultural material identification system 15.
Alternatively, the electronic tag printing unit 153 may include a reader/writer, and the reader/writer writes the sequence to be printed into the electronic tag 13 according to the sequence to be printed generated by the information processing unit 152. After the data is written in the electronic tag 13, the reader reads the written electronic tag for verifying whether the data is successfully written.
And then binding the printed electronic tag 13 to the pasting position of the outer surface of the agricultural material through manual operation or labeling equipment, thereby realizing the binding of the electronic tag 13 and the agricultural material. It should be noted that the data written in the electronic tag 13 is the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, so that the identity characteristics of the agricultural materials can be represented by the data written in the electronic tag 13.
Optionally, the agricultural material entry system 15 is further configured to acquire warehousing order information from the management platform 11, so as to check the warehousing information of the agricultural material. The order information can be information of a purchase order, such as the name and quantity of agricultural materials, so that the name and quantity of the agricultural materials are effectively controlled to be consistent with a purchase plan. In the embodiment of the present invention, whether the warehousing information of the agricultural materials is consistent with the order information may be manually checked, and whether the warehousing information of the agricultural materials is consistent with the order information may also be checked by the agricultural material entry system 15, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, the agricultural material entry system 15 is connected to the management platform 11 through a data communication interface. Alternatively, the link connection may be implemented by a wired interface such as an RS-232 standard interface or a wireless communication interface such as bluetooth. For example, the order information is transmitted from the management platform 11 to the information processing unit 152 through a data communication interface.
When agricultural materials are put into the shelf system 16, the shelf system 16 is used for sending updated agricultural material data to the management platform 11; the management platform 11 is further configured to determine whether the updated agricultural data matches the warehousing information of the agricultural; if not, the alarm system 17 is controlled to alarm to warn the staff.
As shown in fig. 4, the agricultural resource management and control system may further include a monitoring system 19. The monitoring system 19 is used for acquiring video data near the shelf system 16 and sending the video to the management platform 11; the management platform 11 is further configured to perform image analysis on the video data, so as to control whether the alarm system 17 alarms. The monitoring system 19 is deployed inside the agricultural warehouse, and mainly includes a video/image acquisition unit for acquiring video data of an entrance, an interior and an exit of the warehouse and sending the acquired video data to the management platform 11. The management platform 11 performs image analysis on the video data and gives an alarm for special conditions such as entrance guard break-in and agricultural data inconsistency.
Optionally, after the identification system 18 controls the access control system to be opened first and then closed, the management platform 11 is further configured to control the agricultural identification system 12, the shelf system 16, and the monitoring system 19 to be opened, so that these systems start to work, monitor agricultural materials, and the warehouse.
According to the various embodiments, the electronic tags attached to the agricultural materials are identified through the agricultural material identification system so as to obtain the delivery information of the agricultural materials, the delivery information of the agricultural materials is sent to the management platform, and the management platform judges whether the delivery information of the agricultural materials is matched with the delivery order information or not, so that the technical means of controlling whether the access control system is opened or not is achieved, and the technical problem that the tracing information is inaccurate and incomplete in the prior art is solved. The embodiment of the invention provides an agricultural material management and control system aiming at the production link of agricultural products, which realizes the automatic acquisition and checking of data such as the identity of an agricultural material retriever, the agricultural material retrieving time, the agricultural material name, the agricultural material quantity and the like, can ensure the accuracy of the traceability information, can also trace the complete information of agricultural materials, avoids the hidden danger of the fracture of the agricultural product circulation traceability information caused by manual input, can transparentize the core link of the agricultural product production operation, and improves the traceability of the agricultural products.
Fig. 6 is a schematic view of a main flow of a method for managing agricultural resources according to an embodiment of the present invention. As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the method for managing and controlling agricultural materials may include:
step 601, the agricultural material identification system identifies the electronic tags attached to the agricultural materials, so that warehouse-out information of the agricultural materials is obtained, and the warehouse-out information of the agricultural materials is sent to a management platform. Wherein the agricultural identification system is located near the access control system. Optionally, the warehouse-out information of the agricultural materials may include agricultural material name information and agricultural material quantity information.
Optionally, the agricultural material identification system mainly includes an electronic tag identification read-write module, which is used for sensing an electronic tag bound on the surface of agricultural material. Usually, the agricultural material identification system is installed in a warehouse outlet and used for identifying the electronic tag, so as to identify the agricultural material name information and the agricultural material quantity information of the working personnel in the agricultural material warehouse, and then send the agricultural material name information and the agricultural material quantity information of the agricultural material warehouse in the area to the management platform.
Step 602, the management platform judges whether the warehouse-out information of the agricultural materials is matched with the warehouse-out order information, so as to control whether to open an access control system.
Therefore, the agricultural material management and control method provided by the embodiment of the invention can ensure the accuracy of information tracing and can trace the complete information of agricultural materials.
Optionally, before step 601, the method further includes: the identity recognition system collects a face image and judges whether the face image is consistent with a pre-stored authorized face image or not, so as to control whether the access control system is opened or not; after the access control system is controlled to be opened, the user identification corresponding to the authorized face image and the opening time of the access control system are sent to the management platform; and the management platform stores the corresponding relation between the user identification and the opening time of the access control system. The identity recognition system can be used for screening the identity of the agricultural material retriever and judging whether the agricultural material retriever is authorized or not, so that unauthorized persons are prevented from entering a warehouse, the integrity and accuracy of the traceability information can be ensured, and the traceability of agricultural products is improved.
The identity recognition system judges the identity of a person to be recognized in a face recognition mode, if the collected face image is consistent with the prestored authorized face image, the access control system is controlled to be opened, otherwise, the access control system is controlled to be closed, and therefore the fact that workers entering the agricultural warehouse are authorized is guaranteed. The face recognition mode is adopted, the real data of workers entering the agricultural material warehouse can be accurately collected, and the situations that physical keys or cards and the like are borrowed by others are avoided.
Optionally, the identity recognition system may directly control the access control system to be opened or closed, or may indirectly control the access control system to be opened or closed through the management platform, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention. Optionally, different agricultural acquirers may be authorized at different time intervals on the management platform, and then the user identifier of the authorized person is issued to the identity recognition system. The identity recognition system updates the stored authorized face image according to the authorization information issued by the management platform, so that different authorized personnel at different time periods can be accurately controlled, and the reliability of agricultural material management and control is improved.
Optionally, if the face recognition is passed, the identity recognition system further sends a user identifier (i.e., the identity information of the agricultural retriever) corresponding to the authorized face image to the management platform, and the management platform records data such as the identity of the agricultural retriever, the agricultural retrieval time, the agricultural name information, the agricultural quantity information and the like, so that the integrity of the traceability information is ensured.
Optionally, before step 601, the method further includes: when the agricultural materials are taken out of the shelf system, the shelf system sends the updated agricultural material data to the management platform. In this embodiment, the management platform determines whether the delivery information of the agricultural materials is matched with the delivery order information and the updated agricultural material data, so as to control whether to open the access control system; and controlling the access control system to be opened, and storing the corresponding relation between the warehouse-out information and the user identification and the opening time of the access control system.
Optionally, the shelf system is used for distinguishing the types, specifications and quantity of agricultural materials, and comprises a shelf for placing the agricultural materials, a gravity sensor and a control unit, wherein the gravity sensor is positioned on the shelf; when agricultural materials are stored in the goods shelf or taken out of the goods shelf, the gravity sensor detects the weight of the agricultural materials and sends weight data and the identification of the gravity sensor to the control unit; the control unit matches the position of the agricultural materials on the goods shelf according to the identification of the gravity sensor, so that the agricultural material data on the goods shelf are updated, and the updated agricultural material data are sent to the management platform; wherein the control unit prestores a correspondence between the identifier of each gravity sensor and each position of the shelf.
In the embodiment of the invention, the gravity sensors are distributed at various positions of the goods shelf, when agricultural materials are put into or taken out of the goods shelf, the gravity sensors can detect the weight change, and the weight data and the identification of the gravity sensors are sent to the control unit. Because the control unit stores the corresponding relation between the identification of each gravity sensor and each position of the goods shelf in advance, the identification of the gravity sensor can determine the position of the goods shelf where the agricultural materials are placed or the position of the goods shelf where the agricultural materials are taken away. And if the weight data show that the weight is increased, the goods shelf is put with the agricultural materials, and if the weight data show that the weight is reduced, the goods shelf is taken with the agricultural materials. In addition, the goods shelf can be divided into different areas, agricultural materials with a certain name are fixedly placed in each area, and then the names and the quantity of the agricultural materials can be determined after the position where the weight changes is determined, so that the agricultural material data on the goods shelf can be updated.
Optionally, the shelf system can further comprise a display unit connected with the control unit, the control unit outputs the names and the quantity of the agricultural materials to the display unit, and the names and the quantity of the agricultural materials on the shelf are displayed by the display unit, so that the checking by workers is facilitated.
Optionally, the agricultural material identification system mainly includes an electronic tag identification read-write module, which is used for sensing an electronic tag bound on the surface of agricultural material. Usually, the agricultural material identification system is installed in a warehouse outlet and used for identifying the electronic tag, so as to identify the agricultural material name information and the agricultural material quantity information of the working personnel in the agricultural material warehouse, and then send the agricultural material name information and the agricultural material quantity information of the agricultural material warehouse in the area to the management platform. Because the management platform has recorded the agricultural material name information and the agricultural material quantity information of taking out from the goods shelves that the control unit sent, consequently the management platform compares both, if agricultural material name information and agricultural material quantity information all are unanimous, then the management platform issues the instruction and gives access control system, and access control system opens.
Optionally, when the agricultural materials are taken out of the shelf system, the shelf system sends the updated agricultural material data to the management platform, and the management platform judges whether the updated agricultural material data is matched with the ex-warehouse order information; if not, the alarm system is controlled to give an alarm to ensure that the agricultural materials taken away from the warehouse are consistent with the delivery order information.
When the agricultural materials are stored in the goods shelf, the control unit sends updated agricultural material data (such as the names and the quantity of the agricultural materials) to the management platform, the management platform compares the agricultural material data with the warehousing information of the agricultural materials stored in the platform, and if the agricultural material data are matched with the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, a message of successful matching is returned to the control unit; if the two are not matched, a message that the matching is unsuccessful is returned to the control unit, and meanwhile, the alarm system is controlled to alarm so as to warn the staff.
When the agricultural materials are taken out from the goods shelf, the control unit sends updated agricultural material data (such as the names and the quantity of the agricultural materials) to the management platform, the management platform compares the agricultural material data with the ex-warehouse order information of the agricultural materials stored in the platform, and if the agricultural material data and the out-warehouse order information are matched, an ex-warehouse success message is returned to the control unit; if the two are not matched, a message of unsuccessful ex-warehouse is returned to the control unit, and meanwhile, the alarm system 17 is controlled to alarm so as to warn the staff.
Optionally, before step 601, the method further includes: the agricultural material input system acquires warehousing information of agricultural materials, writes the warehousing information of the agricultural materials into the electronic tag, and sends the warehousing information of the agricultural materials to the management platform. Optionally, the agricultural material input system comprises an information acquisition unit, an information processing unit and an electronic tag printing unit; the method comprises the following steps that a farming information input system acquires warehousing information of farming materials, writes the warehousing information of the farming materials into an electronic tag, and sends the warehousing information of the farming materials to a management platform, and comprises the following steps: the information acquisition unit acquires warehousing information of the agricultural materials and sends the warehousing information of the agricultural materials to the information processing unit; the information processing unit receives the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, encodes the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, generates a sequence to be printed, and sends the sequence to be printed to the electronic tag printing unit; and the electronic tag printing unit receives the sequence to be printed and writes the sequence to be printed into the electronic tag.
Optionally, the information collection unit may collect warehousing information of the agricultural materials in a scanning manner, where the warehousing information may include a product name, a manufacturer, a validity period, a lot number, and the like. The information acquisition unit can be equipment such as a code scanner and the like used for acquiring the warehousing information of the agricultural materials. The information acquisition unit and the information processing unit can realize link connection through a data communication interface. Alternatively, the link connection may be implemented by a wired interface such as an RS-232 standard interface or a wireless communication interface such as bluetooth. The information processing unit is used for receiving the warehousing information of the agricultural materials transmitted by the information acquisition unit, encoding the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, generating a sequence to be printed, and then transmitting a printing instruction to the electronic tag printing unit, wherein the printing instruction carries the sequence to be printed.
And the electronic tag printing unit receives the printing instruction sent by the information processing unit in a wired or wireless mode, so that the sequence to be printed is written into the electronic tag. Optionally, the electronic tag is not physically connected to the electronic tag printing unit, and data interaction is achieved through over-the-air communication. Optionally, the electronic tag adopts a UHF band, which is convenient for remote identification of a subsequent agricultural material identification system.
Optionally, the electronic tag printing unit may include a reader, and the reader writes the sequence to be printed into the electronic tag according to the sequence to be printed generated by the information processing unit. And after the data is written into the electronic tag, the reader-writer reads the written electronic tag for verifying whether the data is successfully written.
And then binding the printed electronic tag to the pasting position of the outer surface of the agricultural materials through manual or labeling equipment, so that the binding of the electronic tag and the agricultural materials is realized. It should be noted that the data written in the electronic tag is the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, so that the identity characteristics of the agricultural materials can be represented by the data written in the electronic tag.
Optionally, the agricultural material entry system further acquires warehousing order information from the management platform to check the warehousing information of the agricultural materials. The order information can be information of a purchase order, such as the name and quantity of agricultural materials, so that the name and quantity of the agricultural materials are effectively controlled to be consistent with a purchase plan. In the embodiment of the present invention, whether the warehousing information of the agricultural materials is consistent with the order information may be manually checked, and whether the warehousing information of the agricultural materials is consistent with the order information may also be checked by the agricultural material entry system, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, the agricultural material entry system is connected with the management platform through a data communication interface. Alternatively, the link connection may be implemented by a wired interface such as an RS-232 standard interface or a wireless communication interface such as bluetooth. For example, the order information is transmitted from the management platform 11 to the information processing unit through a data communication interface.
When agricultural materials are put into the shelf system, the shelf system sends the updated agricultural material data to the management platform; the management platform also judges whether the updated agricultural data is matched with the warehousing information of the agricultural; if not, the alarm system is controlled to alarm so as to warn the staff.
Optionally, the method further comprises: the monitoring system collects video data near the shelf system and sends the video to the management platform; and the management platform performs image analysis on the video data so as to control whether the alarm system gives an alarm or not. The monitoring system is deployed in the agricultural warehouse and mainly comprises a video/image acquisition unit which is used for acquiring video data of an inlet, an inner part and an outlet of the warehouse and sending the acquired video data to the management platform. The management platform carries out image analysis on the video data and gives an alarm for special conditions such as entrance guard break-in, agricultural data inconsistency and the like.
Optionally, the method further comprises: after the identity recognition system controls the access control system to be opened and then closed, the management platform controls the agricultural identification system, the goods shelf system and the monitoring system to be opened.
It should be noted that, the detailed implementation of the agricultural management and control method of the present invention has been described in detail in the agricultural management and control system, and therefore, the repeated content herein is not described again.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view of a main flow of agricultural material entry according to one referential embodiment of the present invention. As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the flow of the agricultural material entry may include:
the information acquisition unit acquires warehousing information of the agricultural materials and sends the warehousing information of the agricultural materials to the information processing unit.
And the information processing unit receives the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, encodes the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, generates a sequence to be printed, and sends the sequence to be printed to the electronic tag printing unit.
And the electronic tag printing unit receives the sequence to be printed and writes the sequence to be printed into the electronic tag.
The electronic tag printing unit judges whether the writing is successful, if so, the steps are repeated, and the data writing of the next electronic tag is continued; and if not, writing the sequence to be printed into the electronic tag again.
Whether all sequences are printed by the electronic tag printing unit is finished, if not, the sequences are continuously printed; if so, sticking the electronic tag on the agricultural materials, checking whether the information on the electronic tag is consistent with the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, and if so, preparing to warehouse.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, reference is made to the detailed implementation of the agricultural management method, which is described in detail above, and therefore the repeated content is not described herein.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of identification according to another referential embodiment of the present invention. As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the process of identity recognition may include:

FIG. 9 is a schematic view of a main flow of agricultural warehousing according to still another embodiment of the present invention. As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, the process of warehousing the agricultural materials may include:

The goods shelf system identifies the agricultural materials put into the goods shelf and sends the updated agricultural material data to the management platform.

FIG. 10 is a schematic view of the main flow of the agricultural material delivery according to still another embodiment of the present invention. As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the process of exporting agricultural materials may include:
and the management platform generates a delivery order and distributes the delivery order to a certain worker until the delivery work is ready.
The staff enters the agricultural material warehouse through the identity recognition system.

The agricultural material identification system identifies agricultural materials carried away by workers through the electronic tags, and the warehouse-out information of the agricultural materials is sent to the management platform.
The management platform judges whether the warehouse-out information of the agricultural materials is matched with warehouse-out order information; if yes, controlling the access control system to be started, updating the agricultural data stored in the management platform, and finishing delivery; if not, controlling an alarm system to alarm.

Claims (20)

1. An agricultural material management and control system, comprising: the system comprises an electronic tag, a management platform, a farming material identification system and an access control system; wherein the agricultural identification system is located in the vicinity of the access control system;
the agricultural material identification system is used for identifying the electronic tags attached to agricultural materials so as to obtain the delivery information of the agricultural materials and sending the delivery information of the agricultural materials to the management platform;
and the management platform is used for judging whether the warehouse-out information of the agricultural materials is matched with the warehouse-out order information or not so as to control whether the access control system is opened or not.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising an identification system;
the identity recognition system is used for collecting a face image and judging whether the face image is consistent with a pre-stored authorized face image or not so as to control whether the access control system is opened or not; after the access control system is controlled to be opened, the user identification corresponding to the authorized face image and the opening time of the access control system are sent to the management platform;
and the management platform is also used for storing the corresponding relation between the user identification and the opening time of the access control system.
3. The system of claim 2, further comprising a shelf system;
when the agricultural materials are taken out of the shelf system, the shelf system is used for sending the updated agricultural material data to the management platform;
the management platform is also used for judging whether the warehouse-out information of the agricultural materials is matched with warehouse-out order information and the updated agricultural material data so as to control whether the access control system is opened; and controlling the access control system to be opened, and storing the corresponding relation between the warehouse-out information and the user identification and the opening time of the access control system.
4. The system of claim 3, further comprising an alarm system;
the management platform is also used for judging whether the updated agricultural data is matched with the ex-warehouse order information; if not, controlling the alarm system to alarm.
5. The system of claim 3, wherein the racking system comprises a rack, a gravity sensor located on the rack, and a control unit;
the goods shelf is used for placing the agricultural materials;
the gravity sensor is used for detecting the weight of the agricultural materials and sending weight data and the identification of the gravity sensor to the control unit;
the control unit is used for matching the position of the agricultural materials on the goods shelf according to the identification of the gravity sensor, so that the agricultural material data on the goods shelf are updated, and the updated agricultural material data are sent to the management platform;
wherein the control unit prestores a correspondence between the identifier of each gravity sensor and each position of the shelf.
6. The system of claim 3, further comprising a farming data entry system;
the agricultural material input system is used for acquiring warehousing information of agricultural materials, writing the warehousing information of the agricultural materials into the electronic tag, and sending the warehousing information of the agricultural materials to the management platform.
7. The system according to claim 6, wherein the agricultural material entry system comprises an information acquisition unit, an information processing unit and an electronic label printing unit;
the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring warehousing information of agricultural materials and sending the warehousing information of the agricultural materials to the information processing unit;
the information processing unit is used for receiving the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, coding the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, generating a sequence to be printed, and sending the sequence to be printed to the electronic tag printing unit;
and the electronic tag printing unit is used for receiving the sequence to be printed and writing the sequence to be printed into the electronic tag.
8. The system according to claim 6, wherein the agricultural material entry system is further configured to acquire warehousing order information from the management platform to check the warehousing information of the agricultural materials;
when agricultural materials are put into the shelf system, the shelf system is used for sending the updated agricultural material data to the management platform;
the management platform is also used for judging whether the updated agricultural data is matched with the warehousing information of the agricultural; if not, controlling the alarm system to alarm.
9. The system of claim 4, further comprising a monitoring system;
the monitoring system is used for acquiring video data near the shelf system and sending the video to the management platform;
the management platform is also used for carrying out image analysis on the video data so as to control whether the alarm system gives an alarm or not.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein after the identification system controls the access control system to be opened and then closed, the management platform is further configured to control the farming recognition system, the shelf system, and the monitoring system to be opened.
11. An agricultural material management and control method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the agricultural material identification system identifies the electronic tag attached to the agricultural material so as to obtain the delivery information of the agricultural material, and sends the delivery information of the agricultural material to a management platform;
the management platform judges whether the warehouse-out information of the agricultural materials is matched with the warehouse-out order information or not so as to control whether an access control system is opened or not;
wherein the agricultural identification system is located near the access control system.
12. The method of claim 11, further comprising:
the identity recognition system collects a face image and judges whether the face image is consistent with a pre-stored authorized face image or not, so as to control whether the access control system is opened or not; after the access control system is controlled to be opened, the user identification corresponding to the authorized face image and the opening time of the access control system are sent to the management platform;
and the management platform stores the corresponding relation between the user identification and the opening time of the access control system.
13. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
when the agricultural materials are taken out of the shelf system, the shelf system sends the updated agricultural material data to the management platform;
the management platform judges whether the warehouse-out information of the agricultural materials is matched with warehouse-out order information and the updated agricultural material data, so as to control whether the access control system is opened; and controlling the access control system to be opened, and storing the corresponding relation between the warehouse-out information and the user identification and the opening time of the access control system.
14. The method of claim 13, further comprising:
the management platform judges whether the updated agricultural data is matched with the ex-warehouse order information; if not, controlling an alarm system to alarm.
15. The method of claim 13, the racking system comprising a rack for holding the agricultural material, a gravity sensor and a control unit located on the rack;
when agricultural materials are stored in the goods shelf or taken out of the goods shelf, the gravity sensor detects the weight of the agricultural materials and sends weight data and the identification of the gravity sensor to the control unit;
the control unit matches the position of the agricultural materials on the goods shelf according to the identification of the gravity sensor, so that the agricultural material data on the goods shelf are updated, and the updated agricultural material data are sent to the management platform;
wherein the control unit prestores a correspondence between the identifier of each gravity sensor and each position of the shelf.
16. The method of claim 13, further comprising:
the agricultural material input system acquires warehousing information of agricultural materials, writes the warehousing information of the agricultural materials into the electronic tag, and sends the warehousing information of the agricultural materials to the management platform.
17. The method according to claim 16, wherein the agricultural material entry system comprises an information acquisition unit, an information processing unit and an electronic label printing unit;
the method comprises the following steps that a farming information input system acquires warehousing information of farming materials, writes the warehousing information of the farming materials into an electronic tag, and sends the warehousing information of the farming materials to a management platform, and comprises the following steps:
the information acquisition unit acquires warehousing information of the agricultural materials and sends the warehousing information of the agricultural materials to the information processing unit;
the information processing unit receives the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, encodes the warehousing information of the agricultural materials, generates a sequence to be printed, and sends the sequence to be printed to the electronic tag printing unit;
and the electronic tag printing unit receives the sequence to be printed and writes the sequence to be printed into the electronic tag.
18. The method of claim 16, further comprising:
the agricultural material input system acquires warehousing order information from the management platform so as to check the warehousing information of the agricultural materials;
when agricultural materials are put into the shelf system, the shelf system sends the updated agricultural material data to the management platform;
the management platform judges whether the updated agricultural data is matched with the warehousing information of the agricultural; if not, controlling the alarm system to alarm.
19. The method of claim 14, further comprising:
the monitoring system collects video data near the shelf system and sends the video to the management platform;
and the management platform performs image analysis on the video data so as to control whether the alarm system gives an alarm or not.
20. The method of claim 19, further comprising:
after the identity recognition system controls the access control system to be opened and then closed, the management platform controls the agricultural identification system, the goods shelf system and the monitoring system to be opened.
