However, with the continuous development of cities in China, under the large background of shortage and efficient utilization of land resources, the development of rail property industry becomes an important development direction of real estate industry. Therefore, the situation that a house or a commercial building is built near an existing line inevitably exists, so that a plurality of common integral road beds built in existing subways cannot meet the new vibration reduction requirement of the surrounding environment.
