Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to ink for a special positioning pen for radiotherapy for preventing wet skin and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of ink formulas.
Background
At present, radiotherapy is one of the three major therapeutic means of cancer, and is to irradiate tumor cells with various kinds of radiation of different energies, such as X-ray, gamma-ray, electron ray, etc., and due to the biological action of the radiation, it can kill and destroy cancer tissues to the maximum extent, shrink them, destroy the chromosomes of the cells, stop the growth of the cells, and achieve the therapeutic purpose in the way of inhibiting and killing cancer cells, however, the protection of the radiation during radiotherapy is very important because the cancer cells are killed and normal cells in human body are also killed.
When a doctor carries out radiotherapy on a patient, the protection mode of the radiotherapy is that colored-stroke radioactive rays are used for the radiation position of the patient, so that the accuracy of the radiotherapy is guaranteed, the radiotherapy doctor must draw lines on a fixed model or the body surface of the patient, more cross shapes are particularly adopted, the currently adopted method is common water pens and small dyed wood sticks, the pen points of the water pens are small, the long lines of 2.5 centimeters are drawn, the lines are not clear, the ink coloring capacity is poor, the durability is poor, multiple times of drawing are needed, errors exist, the accuracy of the radiotherapy is influenced, and more potential safety hazards are brought to the radiotherapy. The prior art CN201910099546X records ink for a special positioning pen for radiotherapy, and the ink comprises the following substances: the ink for the positioning pen for the radiotherapy is strong in coloring capacity, durable in coloring and free of fading in a short time, is safe, environment-friendly and non-toxic, and is suitable for being used by the positioning pen special for the radiotherapy.
The skin reaction of radiotherapy at present is mainly divided into dry and wet. For dry skin, following radiation therapy, the dry skin responds by manifesting as skin itching, erythema, pigmentation and desquamation, no exudate and generally no infection. For wet skin, after radiotherapy, the reaction of the wet skin is manifested as eczema and blisters on the skin in the irradiated area, which may cause erosion and ulceration in severe cases, and infection is likely to occur in the underarm, groin, armpit and perineum. Once an infection occurs, not only is unnecessary pain brought to the patient, but treatment may be delayed. Whether the prevention and treatment of the skin reaction problem caused by radiotherapy are timely or not is related to whether the quality of life of the patient can be improved after the patient is cured. In CN201910099546X, gentian violet is adopted as a component for preventing wet skin caused by radiotherapy, and the applicant finds that the ink for the positioning pen special for radiotherapy is not ideal in preventing the wet skin through actual clinical use.
Aiming at the problems in the patent, the invention develops the ink for the special positioning pen for radiotherapy, which can better prevent the wet skin.
