(1) placing the curbstone 4 on the first conveying device 1, controlling a first forklift 20 to place the empty tray rack 8 on the second conveying device 2, conveying the curbstone 4 to a first stopping mechanism 22 of the first conveying device 1, stopping the empty tray rack 8 by a second stopper 9 and a third stopper 17, controlling a pivoting device to sequentially transfer the curbstone 4 to the tray rack 8, wherein the stacking sequence is that the curbstone 4 is firstly placed transversely and then placed longitudinally, and is stacked for 6 layers;
(2) the stacked road edge stones 4 are continuously conveyed to the position of the first packing device 6 by the second conveying device 2, the first part of the fourth stopper 18 blocks the road edge stones, the first packing device 6 packs the road edge stones in the first step, then the road edge stones are continuously conveyed forwards, the second part of the fourth stopper 18 blocks the road edge stones, the first packing device 6 packs the road edge stones in the second step, and therefore the first packing is completed, and the first packing is transverse packing;
(3) the first-packed road edge stones 4 are conveyed to a third conveying device 15, the third conveying device 15 conveys the road edge stones 4 to the position of a second packing device 10, a fifth stopper 19 stops the road edge stones 4 which are packed for the first time, after the first part of the fifth stopper 19 stops the road edge stones 4, the second packing device 10 packs for the first step and then continues to convey forwards, after the second part of the fifth stopper 19 stops the road edge stones, the second packing device 10 packs for the second step, so that the second packing is completed, and the second packing is longitudinal packing;
(4) the second packed road edge stone 4 is conveyed to the second stop mechanism 23 of the third conveyor 15, and the second forklift 21 is controlled to convey the packed road edge stone 4 to a specified position.

the packing system comprises a first packing device and a second packing device, the first packing device is arranged on two sides of the second conveying device, and the second packing device is arranged on two sides of the third conveying device; the stacked road edge stones are sequentially packaged by the first packaging device and the second packaging device;
the conveying system comprises a first forklift and a second forklift, the first forklift is used for conveying the empty tray rack to the first conveying device, and the second forklift is used for conveying the packed curbstone to a specified position.
2. A curb stacking and baling line as in claim 1 wherein the truss beam is disposed above the first and second conveyors, and the pivot means is adapted to divert a curb on the first conveyor to a pallet rack on the second conveyor for completion of stacking.

The curbstone palletizing and baling line of claim 2, wherein the pivoting device comprises a manipulator, a steering mechanism, a second guide rail, and a suction cup, the second guide rail is slidably connected with the first guide rail, the steering mechanism is disposed on the second guide rail, the steering mechanism is connected with the manipulator, the manipulator is capable of moving in a vertical direction along the second guide rail, and the suction cup is connected with a bottom of the manipulator.
4. The curbstone palletizing and baling line of claim 3, wherein the robot is a four degree of freedom robot, and the robot is rotatable in a horizontal plane via the steering mechanism.
5. A road edge stone stacking and baling line as claimed in claim 4, wherein said robot arm is connected to said suction cups by spring elements.
6. The curbstone stacking and bagging production line according to claim 1, wherein the first conveying device, the second conveying device and the third conveying device are all conveyed by roller beds;
the first conveying device and the second conveying device are arranged in parallel, the second conveying device and the third conveying device are arranged vertically, and the second conveying device and the third conveying device are connected through a roller way.
7. A road edge stone stacking and baling line as claimed in claim 6, wherein said first conveyor is provided with a first stopper for conveying road edge stones to said first stopper position;
the second conveying device is provided with a second stopper, a third stopper and a fourth stopper, and is used for conveying the pallet frame to the positions of the second stopper and the third stopper for stacking and conveying the stacked road edge stones to the position of the fourth stopper;
the third conveying device is provided with a fifth stopper.
8. The curbstone stacking and bagging production line of claim 7, wherein the first bagging device is arranged on two sides of the fourth stopper to bag the stacked curbstone for the first time;
and the second packing devices are arranged on two sides of the fifth stopper so as to carry out secondary packing on the road edge stones which are packed for the first time.

(1) placing the road edge stones on a first conveying device, controlling a first forklift to place an empty tray frame on a second conveying device, conveying the road edge stones to a first stopping mechanism of the first conveying device, controlling a pivoting device to transfer the road edge stones to the tray frame, and sequentially stacking the road edge stones until stacking is completed;
(2) the road edge stones after stacking are continuously conveyed to a first packing position by a second conveying device, and the first packing device packs the road edge stones for one time;
(3) conveying the road edge stones subjected to primary packaging to a third conveying device, conveying the road edge stones to the position of a second packaging device by the third conveying device, and packaging the road edge stones for the second time by the second packaging device;
(4) and conveying the road edge stones subjected to secondary packaging to a second stopping mechanism of a third conveying device, and controlling a second fork truck to convey the road edge stones subjected to packaging to a specified position.
