The adjustable transfer trolley 28 travels again, the bundled semi-finished product 30 is sent to the first buffer conveyer belt 31, the first buffer conveyer belt 31 conveys the bundled semi-finished product 30 to the second buffer conveyer belt 32, and the second buffer conveyer belt 32 conveys the bundled semi-finished product 30 to the diagonal packing bundling platform 33; the diagonal baling platform 33 completes the diagonal baling of the bottom of the pallet with the center hole of the upper coil, as in the case of the secondary baling of the semi-finished product 34.
The diagonal packing and bundling platform 33 conveys the secondary bundling semi-finished product 34 to the designated position of the working platform of the online winding machine 35; after the semi-finished products are put in place, the top film laminating machine 36 works to carry out film laminating on the tops of the bundled semi-finished products 34 again, then the online winding machine 35 acts to wind PE films from the bottom upwards, and the finished products are conveyed to the third cache conveying belt 37 after the PE films are wound.
The third buffer conveyer belt 37 conveys the finished product to a buffer station 38, and a forklift 39 moves the finished product away to complete the integral packaging of the film roll; and packaging the residual film rolls synchronously.

Claims (9)

1. An automatic production line for film roll suspension packaging in the film industry is characterized by comprising a single coiled material packaging device, a coiled material stacking and finishing device and a coiled material bundling and film winding device, wherein the three devices are sequentially connected to form a production line;
the single coiled material packaging device comprises a raw material conveying intelligent trolley, a first transfer trolley, a mechanical arm, a packaging auxiliary material warehouse, a full-automatic strapping machine and a second transfer trolley, wherein the raw material conveying intelligent trolley and the first transfer trolley are arranged adjacently, the mechanical arms are symmetrically arranged on two sides of a travelling path of the first transfer trolley, and the full-automatic strapping machine is arranged on the travelling path of the first transfer trolley in a hanging manner and positioned beside the mechanical arm and used for completing packaging and strapping of a single coiled material in the length direction; the second transfer trolley is positioned at the tail end of the driving route of the first transfer trolley;
the coiled material stacking and arranging device comprises a stacking mechanical arm, a wood tray automatic dispensing device, a stacking conveying belt and a third transfer trolley, wherein a stacking station is arranged on the stacking conveying belt, a wood tray is arranged on the stacking station through the wood tray automatic dispensing device, two coiled materials can be grabbed and stacked on the wood tray through the stacking mechanical arm to form a stacked semi-finished product, and the third transfer trolley is used for conveying the stacked semi-finished product to the coiled material bundling and film winding device;
the coiled material bundling and film winding device comprises an adjustable transfer trolley and a rapier-wearing type strapping machine, a diagonal packing and bundling platform, a top film laminating machine and an online winding machine which are sequentially arranged, wherein the adjustable transfer trolley is provided with a lifting structure, the stacking semi-finished products on the adjustable transfer trolley can be automatically packaged by lifting adjustment when passing through the rapier-wearing type strapping machine, the diagonal packing and bundling platform, the online winding machine and the top film laminating machine respectively complete diagonal bundling, automatic winding and top film laminating packaging, and accordingly the whole suspension packaging is completed.

The automatic production line for film roll suspension packaging in the film industry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the coiled material stacking and sorting device further comprises a wooden tray conveyor belt and a second rail, the wooden tray conveyor belt is connected with the stacking conveyor belt behind the wooden tray conveyor belt, the stacking conveyor belt is connected with the second rail in sequence, the direction of the second rail is perpendicular to the direction of the stacking conveyor belt, and the stacking manipulator can move in a suspended manner in a direction perpendicular to the whole direction of the stacking conveyor belt; the automatic wooden tray issuing device sends the wooden trays on the wooden tray conveying belt to a stacking station; and the third transfer trolley moves on the second track and transports the stacked semi-finished products to a subsequent coiled material bundling and film winding device.

The automatic production line for film roll suspension packaging in the film industry as claimed in claim 2, wherein a plurality of conveying mechanisms formed by connecting a wooden tray conveying belt and a stacking conveying belt are arranged in the coiled material stacking and sorting device, and the conveying mechanisms are arranged in parallel; and a plurality of stacking stations are arranged on the stacking conveying belt.

The automatic production line for film roll suspension packaging in the thin film industry as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the manipulator comprises a pearl wool manipulator and a support plate manipulator, which are respectively used for grabbing pearl wool and a support plate; the fully-automatic strapping machine comprises a first fully-automatic side-beating strapping machine and a second fully-automatic side-beating strapping machine, and any one of the fully-automatic side-beating strapping machines is selected to be used according to the size of the film coiled material, so that the single film coiled material is packaged and strapped along the length direction.

The automatic production line for film industry film roll suspension packaging as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the raw material conveyer belt is used for placing a single roll material on the first transfer trolley, the raw material conveyer belt is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the travelling path of the first transfer trolley, and the first transfer trolley is positioned at the end of the raw material conveyer belt.

The automatic production line for film roll suspension packaging in the film industry as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the second transfer trolley transports the roll material to a stacking manipulator, the stacking manipulator performs H-shaped support and plug installation of the single roll material, and labels are automatically labeled.

The automatic production line for film roll suspension packaging in the film industry as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the coil material bundling and film winding device further comprises a rotary conveying line, a first buffer conveying belt and a second buffer conveying belt, wherein the rotary conveying line is used for conveying the stacked semi-finished products to the adjustable transfer trolley; the first buffer conveyer belt and the second buffer conveyer belt are positioned between the through-sword type binding machine and the diagonal packing and binding platform.

The automatic production line for film industry film roll suspension packaging as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the production line further comprises a roll material input device, the roll material input device is positioned at the front end of the single roll material packaging device, the roll material input device comprises a discharge trolley, a first rail, a trolley rolling belt and a wooden support, the discharge trolley is arranged on the first rail, and the discharge trolley travels along the first rail; the discharging trolley is provided with a trolley rolling belt, a wooden support is arranged on the trolley rolling belt, and a film coiled material is placed on the wooden support.

The automatic production line for suspension packaging of film rolls in the film industry according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the production line further comprises a finished product output device, the finished product output device is positioned at the tail end of the film winding device for bundling the coiled materials, the finished product output device comprises a buffer storage station and a forklift, and the finished product is conveyed to the buffer storage station after being packaged and then conveyed to a designated warehouse by the forklift.
