Abstract

本发明提供了一种高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构,包括薄壁结构的安装框架,安装框架上固装有内芯分隔层,安装框架的内侧设有内层复合板,安装框架的外侧设有外层复合板;内层复合板和外层复合板分别铺附于内芯分隔层的两侧。高速磁浮列车的车体由车体盖板组装在车体框架上,车体盖板采用安装框架内组装内芯分隔层和复合板的形式,安装框架用于与车体框架固接,内芯分隔层对车体内起到隔音、隔热,并与内层复合板和外层复合板共同达到轻量化车体盖板的作用,通过安装框架作为复合材料和金属材质车体框架的连接,保证安装强度和密封要求。本发明还提供了一种高速磁浮列车及其车体盖板结构的成形方法。

高速磁浮列车、车体盖板结构及其成形方法
技术领域
本发明涉及磁浮列车技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种高速磁浮列车、高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构及其成形方法。
背景技术
磁浮列车是磁浮交通的运载工具,受到悬浮力的限制,磁浮列车需要实现轻量化,同时需要车体的强度和承载能力要求。
现有的磁浮列车实现轻量化设计,采用全铝型材车体,其具有轻量化、隔音、隔热及气密性好等特点。但相对于磁浮列车的悬浮力要求,在车体应用上,全铝型材结构车体存在重量重,隔音、隔热性能差等问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构,以实现磁浮列车的轻量化结构;本发明还提供了一种高速磁浮列车及高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构的成形方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构,包括薄壁结构的安装框架,所述安装框架上固装有内芯分隔层,所述安装框架的内侧设有内层复合板,所述安装框架的外侧设有外层复合板;
所述内层复合板和所述外层复合板分别铺附于所述内芯分隔层的两侧。
优选地,在上述高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构中,所述内层复合板和所述外层复合板均粘接固装于所述内芯分隔层上。
优选地,在上述高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构中,所述安装框架为铝型材框架,所述铝型材框架的板面环绕其周向布置有导胶槽,和对所述外层复合板进行铆接固定的铆接安装孔。
优选地,在上述高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构中,所述铝型材框架包括拼接组合的横梁和纵梁,相邻的所述横梁和所述纵梁上均开设有对接二者的斜面角接头。
优选地,在上述高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构中,所述内芯分隔层的内外表面均设置有横向和纵向交叉连通的横纵导胶槽。
优选地,在上述高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构中,所述内层复合板为内层碳纤维复合板,所述外层复合板为外层碳纤维复合板,所述内芯分隔层为硬质泡沫材料制备的硬质泡沫芯层。
优选地,在上述高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构中,所述外层复合板包括连接所述安装框架的外圈连接区,和与所述内芯分隔层粘接配合的内圈连接区;

一种高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构的成形方法,包括铝型材框架、外层碳纤维复合板、内层碳纤维复合板和硬质泡沫芯材,
在所述铝型材框架和所述外碳纤维板的连接区域表面,分别涂刷胶粘剂后粘接,并夹紧进行真空固化;
固化完成后,对所述硬质泡沫芯材、所述内层碳纤维复合板和所述外层碳纤维复合板,以及三者与所述铝型材框架的粘接表面分别涂刷粘接剂;
将涂好粘接剂的所述硬质泡沫芯材填充到所述铝型材框架,并贴附于所述外层碳纤维复合板上,将所述内层碳纤维复合板贴附于所述硬质泡沫芯材上;
采用常温真空工艺将粘接后复合板内部的气体导出。

本发明公开了一种高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构,实现磁浮列车的轻量化结构;本发明还提供了一种高速磁浮列车及高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构的成形方法。

本实施例提供了一种高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构,包括薄壁结构的安装框架1,安装框架1上固装有内芯分隔层3,安装框架1的内侧设有内层复合板2,安装框架1的外侧设有外层复合板4;内层复合板2和外层复合板4分别铺附于内芯分隔层3的两侧。高速磁浮列车的车体由车体盖板101组装在车体框架102上,车体盖板101采用安装框架1内组装内芯分隔层3和复合板的形式,安装框架1用于与车体框架102固接,内芯分隔层3对车体内起到隔音、隔热,并与内层复合板2和外层复合板4共同达到轻量化车体盖板101的作用,通过安装框架1作为复合材料和金属材质车体框架的连接,保证安装强度和密封要求。
在本案一具体实施例中,内层复合板2和外层复合板4均粘接固装于内芯分隔层3上。内层复合板2为内层碳纤维复合板,外层复合板3为外层碳纤维复合板,内芯分隔层3为硬质泡沫材料制备的硬质泡沫芯层。
在本案一具体实施例中,安装框架1为铝型材框架,铝型材框架的板面环绕其周向布置有导胶槽8,和对外层复合板4进行铆接固定的铆接安装孔。
进一步地,铝型材框架包括拼接组合的横梁71和纵梁72,相邻的横梁71和纵梁72上均开设有对接二者的斜面角接头73。
安装框架1采用铝型材框架,由高强度铝合金薄壁挤压型材7焊接组成,型材7包括围成铝型材框架的横梁71和纵梁72,二者之间采用斜面角接头73进行连接,优选斜面角接头73采用45°角接头。由于型材7为薄壁结构,横梁和纵梁进行结构对接时,需要留焊接间隙,以保证型材焊接后满足铝型材框架成型公差要求,焊接后打磨平整,保证铝型材框架整体的密封性。铝型材框架表面设置有增大胶接面积的导胶槽8,导胶槽8环绕铝型材框架的板面周圈布置,在斜面角接头73围成过渡连接,在胶粘内芯分隔层3和内层复合板2、外层复合板4时,粘接胶沿导胶槽8的导向进行流动,形成密封性胶环,提高了内侧碳纤维复合板、外侧碳纤维复合板的粘接性能和整体密封性能,避免漏胶,从而提高粘接强度。
铝型材框架表面45°交叉拉毛处理,增加表面与粘接胶的分布均匀性,有利于提高内侧碳纤维复合板2、外侧碳纤维复合板4的粘接力。铝型材框架上设置有外侧碳纤维板铆接安装孔,外侧碳纤维复合板为车体外侧,高速磁浮列车运输中空气挤压外侧碳纤维复合板,通过将其铆接到安装框架1上,对其周圈由机械固定进一步提高安装强度,保证车体盖板的结构安全。
优选地,内芯分隔层3的内外表面均设置有横向和纵向交叉连通的横纵导胶槽9。
内芯分隔层3为硬质泡沫芯材,其具有轻量化、隔音、隔热性好等特点。硬质泡沫芯层内外表面设置有一定间距的横纵导胶槽9,在整体复合时能够保证粘接完全,且固化后形成的网格状胶柱有助于提高和内侧碳纤维复合板、外侧碳纤维复合板的粘接强度。
在本案一具体实施例中,外层复合板4包括连接安装框架的外圈连接区,和与内芯分隔层粘接配合的内圈连接区;外圈连接区的厚度大于内圈连接区的厚度。
进一步地,外圈连接区的厚度为2.8-3.5mm;内圈连接区的厚度为0.8-1.5mm;内层复合板的厚度为0.7-0.9mm。外圈连接区与安装框架和内层分隔层进行粘接,同时需要进行铆接进行二次固定,为保证铆接强度,设置外层复合板,即外侧碳纤维复合板4为周圈厚,中部薄的两种厚度结构,即满足安装强度要求,提高整体结构的安全性和可靠性,又尽量的节约成本。
基于上述实施例中提供的高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构,本发明还提供了一种高速磁浮列车,包括车体框架和固装于车体框架上的车体外壳,该车体框架上设有的车体外壳具有上述实施例中提供的高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构。
由于该高速磁浮列车采用了上述实施例的高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构,所以该高速磁浮列车由高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构带来的有益效果请参考上述实施例。
本实施例还提供了一种高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构的成形方法,包括铝型材框架、外层碳纤维复合板、内层碳纤维复合板和硬质泡沫芯材,
在铝型材框架和外碳纤维板的连接区域表面,分别涂刷胶粘剂后粘接,并夹紧进行真空固化;
固化完成后,对硬质泡沫芯材、内层碳纤维复合板和外层碳纤维复合板,以及三者与铝型材框架的粘接表面分别涂刷粘接剂,粘接剂需薄而均匀,保证粘接一致性。
将涂好粘接剂的硬质泡沫芯材填充到铝型材框架,并贴附于外层碳纤维复合板上,将内层碳纤维复合板贴附于硬质泡沫芯材上;
采用常温真空工艺将粘接后复合板内部的气体导出。通过真空工艺挤出气泡的方式,确保粘接剂能够覆盖全部内部表面,采用混合式复合成型方法互相弥补,能够加快产品固化速度,提高可产品结构和产品尺寸的稳定性。
在装配整车体时使用结构型密封剂(图中未视)、铆钉12,将本实施例提供的车体盖板与车体框架102之间胶铆连接,保证了整车的强度及密封性要求。车体弧度的需求分别通过铝型材框架滚弯,内侧碳纤维复合板2、外侧碳纤维复合板4通过热压罐固化成型弯曲弧度,硬质泡沫芯材利用开槽结构等来满足。
通过铝型材框架实现了非金属材料与车体框架102的连接,通过结构型密封剂、铆钉12的混合连接使用保证了安装强度及车身的密封性要求。

10.一种高速磁浮列车的车体盖板结构的成形方法,其特征在于,包括铝型材框架、外层碳纤维复合板、内层碳纤维复合板和硬质泡沫芯材,
在所述铝型材框架和所述外碳纤维板的连接区域表面,分别涂刷胶粘剂后粘接,并夹紧进行真空固化;
固化完成后,对所述硬质泡沫芯材、所述内层碳纤维复合板和所述外层碳纤维复合板,以及三者与所述铝型材框架的粘接表面分别涂刷粘接剂;
将涂好粘接剂的所述硬质泡沫芯材填充到所述铝型材框架,并贴附于所述外层碳纤维复合板上,将所述内层碳纤维复合板贴附于所述硬质泡沫芯材上;
采用常温真空工艺将粘接后复合板内部的气体导出。
