It should be noted that, by using the internally-powered spin cup to spray the solvent-based varnish, the baking window condition of the exterior part in this embodiment is generally 78 ℃ and 55min, and the baking temperature exceeding 85 ℃ is liable to cause irreversible deformation defect on the exterior part, and due to the design of the above process steps, the corresponding parameters are adjusted. Considering that the coating design of the car body of the drying room of the original coating workshop for adaptation is that the baking temperature of high-temperature paint is 140 ℃ and 20min, and the problem that the metal car body has no baking deformation defect, but most of external decoration parts are plastic parts and are easy to deform due to overhigh temperature, therefore, in order to meet the baking condition of the external decoration parts, the air valve of the heating area is adjusted, so that the air valve can be maintained at the lowest heat exchange quantity, meanwhile, the temperature control valve of the burner in the heat preservation area is corrected and adjusted again, a specially-assigned person is arranged to regularly inspect, monitor and adjust, the temperature is maintained to be stable, and the plastic parts can be baked along with the line.
Further, in step S40, the leveling time is 5-8 min. The surface of the exterior trimming part is made to be conductive, a conductive layer is provided for spraying of the primer, so that the plastic bottom corresponding to the exterior trimming part is dried and leveled in 5-8min, the existing leveling time is generally 2-3min, and corresponding parameter conditions are adjusted according to the process.
It should be noted that, after the composite coating paint film is baked, the finishing line of the finished product part needs to be refined and checked, so as to ensure the quality of the finished product part.

the connecting rod extends along the width direction of the first support and is arranged at intervals along the length direction of the first support, the two arc-shaped support rods are arranged on the connecting rod at intervals, an included angle is formed between the two arc-shaped support rods, and the upper surfaces of the two arc-shaped support rods are used for being abutted to the corresponding wall surface of the exterior trim part;
the support portion includes the first support structure.
3. The spray coating tool of claim 1 wherein said plurality of spray coating supports comprise a rear protection spray coating support, said rear protection spray coating support comprising:
the second support is detachably mounted on the mounting seat; and the number of the first and second groups,
each second support structure comprises a plurality of long supporting rods, one ends of the long supporting rods are connected with one side end of the second support, and the other ends of the long supporting rods are far away from each other and are used for being abutted against the wall surface corresponding to the exterior trimming part;
the support portion includes the second support structure.
4. The spray coating tool of claim 3 wherein each said second support structure further comprises a plurality of reinforcing rods, each said reinforcing rod being connected to two adjacent said elongated struts; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

providing an exterior trimming part to be sprayed and installing the exterior trimming part on a spraying tool, wherein the spraying tool is the spraying tool according to any one of claims 1 to 4;
pretreating the surface of the exterior trimming part to be sprayed;
coating PP conductive primer on the surface of the external decoration after the pretreatment, and leveling to obtain a first part;
and carrying out color paint spraying and varnish spraying on the first part, and drying to obtain a finished product.

The exterior trim coating method according to claim 5, wherein after the step of coating the surface of the exterior trim after the pretreatment with the PP conductive primer and leveling to obtain the first part and before the step of spraying the first part with the color paint and the varnish and drying to obtain the finished product, the method further comprises the following steps of:
a portion of the surface of the first part is pre-painted manually with a colored paint.
7. The exterior trim coating method according to claim 5, wherein before the step of providing the exterior trim to be sprayed and mounting the exterior trim on the spraying tool, the method further comprises the steps of:
and washing the exterior trimming part to be sprayed.
8. The exterior trim coating method according to claim 5, wherein the step of pretreating the surface of the exterior trim to be sprayed comprises:
and (4) carrying out oil removal wiping and electrostatic dust removal on the surface of the exterior trimming part to be sprayed.
9. The exterior trim coating method according to claim 5, wherein the step of performing paint spraying and varnish spraying on the first part and drying to obtain a finished product comprises the following steps:
carrying out colored paint spraying on the first part, and leveling for 85-95 min;
and then, performing varnish spraying on the first part after the colored paint spraying is finished, and drying the first part at the temperature of 75-81 ℃ for 50-60min to obtain a finished product.
10. The exterior trim coating method according to claim 5, wherein the step of coating the surface of the exterior trim after the pretreatment with the PP conductive primer and leveling to obtain the first part comprises:
the leveling time is 5-8 min.
