Abstract

Technical Field

Background

Specifically, referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, each of the hanging beams 313 is provided with a plurality of hanging portions 314, the plurality of hanging portions 314 are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the hanging beam 313, and each of the hanging portions 314 is provided as an installation groove 3141 penetrating in the vertical direction; the pendant 300 further comprises a connecting piece 330, the connecting piece 330 comprises a bolt 331 and a connecting plate 332, the bolt 331 extends in the vertical direction and is used for being inserted into the mounting groove 3141, the connecting plate 332 extends in the horizontal direction, a plurality of connecting holes distributed at intervals are formed in the connecting plate 332, each connecting hole is used for corresponding to a through hole in the component 200, and the connecting holes and the through holes are connected through bolts, so that the component 200 is mounted on the pendant 300; the connecting piece 330 can be selectively inserted into the mounting groove 3141 at different positions, so that the components 200 with different sizes can be hung on the hanging piece 300, and the universality is improved.

the method comprises the following steps of (1) hanging a part on a vehicle body, and exposing the appearance surface of the part outwards;
spraying matte paint on the appearance surface of the part, and pre-drying the part and the vehicle body together to obtain a pre-matte part;
turning the appearance surface of the pre-matte part to face the vehicle body;
spraying the vehicle body to obtain a pre-finish vehicle body;
drying the pre-finish paint vehicle body and the pre-matte part together to obtain a finish paint vehicle body and a matte part;
wherein, the step of hanging the part on the vehicle body and exposing the appearance surface of the part outwards further comprises:
the part is arranged in a mounting frame of a front windshield of the vehicle body, and an appearance surface of the part is exposed outwards; or,
the part is hung on the front wall of the vehicle body, and the appearance surface of the part is exposed outwards;
the step of turning the appearance surface of the pre-matte part to face the vehicle body further comprises:
transferring the pre-matte part into the vehicle body, and turning the appearance surface of the pre-matte part to face the rear periphery of the vehicle body; or,
transferring the pre-matte part into the vehicle body, and turning the appearance surface of the pre-matte part to a floor facing the vehicle body;
the step of transferring the pre-matte part into the vehicle body and turning the appearance surface of the pre-matte part to face the rear periphery of the vehicle body further comprises the following steps:
and correspondingly adsorbing the magnetic plate at a window positioned at the rear periphery of the vehicle body to shield the window.
2. The method of vehicle-mounted painting of a matte part according to claim 1, wherein the step of turning the appearance side of the pre-matte part toward the vehicle body further comprises, after:
and polishing the appearance surface of the car body.
3. The method of vehicle-mounted painting of a matte member according to claim 1, wherein the step of attaching the member to a vehicle body and revealing an appearance surface of the member further comprises:
performing a cathode electrophoresis process on the vehicle body and the part to obtain an electrophoresis part and an electrophoresis vehicle body;
and coating a sealant and a stone-hit-preventing adhesive on the electrophoresis part and the electrophoresis vehicle body to obtain the rubber vehicle body and the rubber part.
4. The method of vehicle-mounted spraying of matte parts according to claim 1, wherein the step of spraying said body to obtain a pre-finish further comprises:
sequentially spraying primer, intermediate paint and colored paint on the vehicle body to obtain a primary painted vehicle body;
pre-drying the vehicle body with the primary paint;
and performing varnish spraying on the vehicle body to obtain the pre-finish vehicle body.
5. The method of vehicle-mounted spraying of matte parts according to claim 1, wherein the step of spraying the exterior surface of the part with a matte paint comprises:
and (3) carrying out twice matte paint spraying on the appearance surface of the part, wherein the thickness of a paint film formed on the part by the matte paint sprayed each time is 10-12 mu m.
6. A pendant for use in a method of vehicle-mounted painting of a matte finish part according to any of claims 1 to 5, the pendant comprising:
the hanging rack comprises at least two main rods, a cross beam and at least two hanging beams, the two main rods are arranged at intervals in the transverse direction and extend along the vertical direction, the upper ends of the main rods are used for correspondingly penetrating through the mounting frame of the front windshield of the automobile body, two ends of the cross beam are respectively connected to the middle parts of the two main rods, one ends of the two hanging beams are connected to the cross beam, the other ends of the two hanging beams extend downwards and bend and extend along the transverse direction away from the cross beam, each hanging beam is provided with a hanging part, and the hanging parts are used for being connected with the components; and the number of the first and second groups,
