It should be noted that the clear paint layer 40 completely covers the first colored paint layer 20 and the second colored paint layer 30, so as to ensure the painting quality of the vehicle body painting process of the present invention. Similarly, after the second color paint layer 30 is formed, the second color paint layer 30 may be correspondingly processed in a polishing manner to obtain a higher painting quality.
In this embodiment, it is not necessary to spray a clear paint layer 40 after the color paint layer, and when a two-color or more medium-color paint spraying process is adopted, it is only necessary to spray the clear paint layer 40 on the color paint layer after the color paint layer is completely sprayed. On one hand, the process steps are saved, and the production efficiency is improved; on the other hand, the structure is more simplified, and the production cost is reduced.
Before spraying, electrophoresis treatment can be carried out on the vehicle body; and drying the electrophoresis-treated vehicle body to form an electrophoresis layer 50 on the vehicle body. That is, the electrophoretic layer 50 is located between the middle coat 10 and the vehicle body. In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the paint can be stably attached to the vehicle body, the vehicle body needs to be pretreated before painting. Specifically, the vehicle body is subjected to cathode electrophoresis in an electrophoresis manner, and after the electrophoresis is finished, the vehicle body is dried to form the electrophoresis layer 50. Wherein, the drying temperature in the drying treatment can be selected within the range of 165-175 ℃, and the drying time is 15-25 min.
According to the technical scheme, the first color paint is sprayed immediately after the intermediate coat is sprayed, and the two kinds of sprayed paint are dried together; and (4) after drying, spraying the second color paint, simultaneously spraying varnish on the two color paints, and simultaneously baking and curing. And a plurality of working procedures are omitted, the production process is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
In addition, in order to solve the problems, the invention further provides a vehicle, wherein the vehicle body is provided with the vehicle paint structure, and the middle coating layer in the vehicle paint structure completely covers the vehicle body.
In this embodiment, full-automatic spraying can be realized by adopting a robot, or the vehicle body can be sprayed by adopting a manual spraying mode. When the robot is adopted for automatic spraying, a plurality of robots can be adopted for spraying the automobile body, so that the production efficiency is further improved. In the present embodiment, a mode of automatic robot spraying will be described as an example. Firstly, performing intermediate coat spraying on the vehicle body by using an intermediate coat paint through a robot, immediately performing the first-color paint spraying on the vehicle body by using a first-color paint after the intermediate coat spraying is finished, sending the vehicle body into a drying chamber after the first-color paint spraying is finished, drying the intermediate coat sprayed paint and the first-color paint sprayed paint, forming the intermediate coat 10 on the vehicle body by using the dried intermediate coat sprayed paint, and forming the first-color paint layer 20 on the vehicle body by using the first-color paint sprayed paint.
It should be noted that after the first drying is completed, the car body is polished. carrying out intermediate coating spraying on the vehicle body, and carrying out first color paint spraying on the vehicle body;
drying the vehicle body for the first time to form a middle coating completely covering the vehicle body and a first colored paint layer partially covering the middle coating;
performing second color paint spraying and varnish spraying on the part of the middle coating layer which is not shielded by the first color paint layer and the first color paint layer;
and drying the vehicle body for the second time to form a part covering the middle coating and a second colored paint layer on the first colored paint layer, and form a layer covering the first colored paint layer and a clear paint layer on the second colored paint layer completely.
2. The vehicle body painting process according to claim 1, wherein the step of applying a midcoat paint to the vehicle body and applying a first paint to the vehicle body comprises:
carrying out intermediate coating spraying on the vehicle body;
the body is painted a first color paint while the midcoat paint is not setting dry.
3. The vehicle body painting process of claim 2, wherein the step of first drying the vehicle body comprises:
leveling the paint vehicle to be subjected to the middle coating spraying and the first color paint spraying;
and continuously drying the leveled paint at the drying temperature of 140-150 ℃ for 20-30 min.
4. The vehicle body painting process according to claim 1, wherein the step of spraying the second colored paint and the step of spraying the clear paint on the first colored paint layer is preceded by the steps of:
attaching shielding films to a first preset position and a second preset position of the vehicle body;
after the step of spraying the second colored paint and the step of spraying the varnish on the first colored paint layer, the method further comprises the following steps:
removing the shielding film at the first preset position;
after the step of drying the car body for the second time, the method further comprises the following steps:
and removing the shielding film on the second preset position.
5. The vehicle body paint spraying process according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising, before the step of forming the intercoat layer by intercoat spraying the vehicle body:
carrying out electrophoresis treatment on the vehicle body;
and drying the electrophoresis-treated vehicle body to form an electrophoresis layer on the vehicle body.
6. The vehicle body painting process according to claim 5, wherein the step of drying the vehicle body after the electrophoresis treatment comprises:
and continuously drying the electrophoresis-treated car body for 15-25 min at the drying temperature of 165-175 ℃.
7. The vehicle body paint spraying process according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising, after the step of first drying the vehicle body:
and polishing the car body.
8. The vehicle body paint spraying process according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising, after the step of performing secondary drying on the vehicle body:
detecting whether the vehicle body has defects;
and when the defect is detected on the vehicle body, carrying out coping and polishing treatment on the position with the defect on the vehicle body.

A vehicle paint structure, characterized in that, the vehicle paint structure is made through the vehicle body paint spraying process of any one of claims 1-8, the vehicle paint structure comprises a middle coating, a first colored paint layer, a second colored paint layer and a clear paint layer, the first colored paint layer completely covers the middle coating, the second colored paint layer partially covers the first colored paint layer, and the clear paint layer covers the first colored paint layer and the second colored paint layer.
10. A vehicle comprising a body having the vehicle paint structure of claim 9 disposed thereon, wherein the midcoat layer of the vehicle paint structure completely covers the body.
