本发明属于阀门技术领域,特别涉及一种助力式管道阀门。
背景技术
核电厂内需要安装大量输液管道以用于生产运营,其中最具有代表性的为输水管道,管道上需要安装多个阀门以控制水流传输的通断。然而,核电厂内大多采用手动阀,主要是通过人工操作阀门以控制阀门的开关,然而,在当前使用过程中存在着如下问题:1、为保证阀门的密封性,阀门的相关连接部件都为紧密配合,因此在开关阀门时,如力气较小着,往往需要费很大力,甚至需要寻找辅助工具或帮手的配合下才能实现阀门的开关,特别是相对较大的阀门表现更为明显;2、当突然关闭阀门时容易引起水锤效应,且不能对水锤进行有效缓解,这严重影响到了阀门的使用寿命,甚至还可能直接导致阀门和管道的损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供一种助力式管道阀门,以有效解决上述背景技术上中的技术问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案:
一种助力式管道阀门,包括阀体和泄压组件,阀体两侧分别设有进水口和出水口,阀体顶部上设有第一滑槽,阀体内滑动设有滑套,滑套两侧均通过第一弹簧与阀体内壁连接,滑套内设有球阀组件,球阀组件上连接有阀杆,阀杆穿出滑套并转动套设有滑壳,阀杆顶部上设有手轮,滑壳滑动设于第一滑槽内,滑壳上设有电动助力机构和齿条,电动助力机构与阀杆连接,阀体的顶部上转动穿设有第一转轴,第一转轴上从上至下依次套设有第五齿轮、转盘和第三弹簧,第五齿轮通过单向轴承与第一转轴连接,第五齿轮与齿条啮合,转盘与第一转轴转动连接,转盘和第五齿轮通过离心锁止机构连接,第三弹簧分别与转盘与阀体连接,泄压组件设于阀体上并与转盘连接。
进一步的,电动助力机构包括扭杆、电机、第二齿轮、控制器和蓄电池,扭杆连接于阀杆与手轮间,扭杆上设有应变片,电机设于滑壳侧壁上,电机的输出轴穿入滑壳内并设有第一齿轮,第二齿轮设于阀杆上并与第一齿轮啮合,控制器分别与电机、蓄电池和应变片连接。
进一步的,转盘顶部上设有环体,环体内的两侧相对设有磁铁块,环体通过离心锁止机构与第五齿轮连接,还包括支架、第四齿轮和电枢绕组,支架设于进水口内,支架上转动穿设有第二转轴,第二转轴的两端分别设有桨叶和第三齿轮,第四齿轮设于第一转轴上并与第三齿轮啮合,电枢绕组设于第一转轴上并位于两磁铁块之间,电枢绕组与蓄电池连接。
进一步的,离心锁止机构包括内棘轮、离心卡爪、挡块和第二弹簧,内棘轮设于环体的顶部上并位于第五齿轮外周,离心卡爪和挡块均设于第五齿轮的底部上,且离心卡爪与第五齿轮的下表面铰接,第二弹簧两端抵于挡块和离心卡爪的一端间。
进一步的,泄压组件包括设于伸缩槽、泄流孔和第二滑槽,伸缩槽设于转盘的下表面,泄流孔和第二滑槽均设于阀体上,第二滑槽与泄流孔相交,第二滑槽上设有避让槽,第二滑槽内滑动设有挡板,挡板上设有销轴和连通孔,销轴穿过避让口并活动设于伸缩槽内。
进一步的,伸缩槽包括同心滑槽和偏心滑槽,偏心滑槽端部呈朝远离第一转轴方向延伸并与同心滑槽连接。
进一步的,球阀组件包括设于滑套内的阀球,阀球与阀杆连接,阀球两侧相对设有阀座,阀座镶设于滑套内。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、利用滑壳与第一滑槽的配合设计,转动手轮时,通过电动助力机构带动阀杆转动,使阀门开关省力,减轻操作劳力。
2、当管道内水流速度较低时关闭阀门,水流冲击在球阀组件上,球阀组件带动滑套在阀体内低速滑动,滑套作用于第一弹簧使之变形进行缓冲,能对低速水流产生的水锤进行有效缓解;当管道内水流速度较高时关闭阀门,滑套带动滑壳快速向阀体右侧移动,滑壳通过齿条带动第五齿轮快速转动,使离心锁止组件将第五齿轮与转盘间锁止,使转盘驱动泄压组件对管道进行快速泄压,以及时快速的释放管内水压,有效避免由于水流速度过快导致第一弹簧不能及时消除水锤作用,进而造成对阀门和管道冲击过大的问题,能对较大的水锤冲击进行有效的缓解,水锤防治效果好。
3、利用水流带动桨叶转动,桨叶通过第一转轴带动电枢绕组相对于磁铁块旋转发电并储存于蓄电池,使阀门不需要外接电源,避免了通过外接线路而造成电源的线路损耗,且能有效利用水流发电,起到节源环保的效果。
4、在低速的水流作用于阀门上时使滑套向阀体右侧滑动,齿条带动第五齿轮转动,第五齿轮通过单向轴承带动第一转轴转动,第一转轴带动电枢绕组相对电磁铁转动,使电枢绕组切割磁感线并产生感应电势以对蓄电池进行充电,能在缓解水锤冲击的同时,有效收集水锤能量进行发电,提高能源利用率。

参见图1至9,本发明提供一种助力式管道阀门,包括阀体2和泄压组件,阀体2左右两侧分别设有进水口22和出水口10,阀门通过进水口22和出水口10连接于管道间,阀体2顶部上设有第一滑槽4,阀体2内滑动设有滑套7,滑套7两侧均通过第一弹簧6与阀体2内壁连接,滑套7内设有球阀组件,球阀组件用于导通和阻断水流,球阀组件上连接有阀杆18,阀杆18穿出滑套7并转动套设有滑壳11,阀杆18顶部上设有手轮14,滑壳11滑动设于第一滑槽4内,滑壳11上设有电动助力机构和齿条5,电动助力机构与阀杆18连接,阀体2的顶部上转动穿设有第一转轴20,第一转轴20上从上至下依次套设有第五齿轮31、转盘37和第二弹簧42,第五齿轮31通过单向轴承19与第一转轴20连接,利用单向轴承19使第五齿轮31只能在第一转轴20上逆时针转动(图1中俯视方向),使得第五齿轮31能通过单向轴承19带动第一转轴顺时针转动(图1中俯视方向),第五齿轮31与齿条5啮合,转盘37与第一转轴20转动连接,转盘37和第五齿轮31通过离心锁止机构连接,第二弹簧42两端分别与转盘37底部与阀体2顶部连接,泄压组件设于阀体2上并与转盘37连接。通过转动手轮14带阀杆18转动,阀杆18驱动球阀组件对阀门进行开关,在此过程中,当电动助力机构检测到转动扭矩过大时,通过电动助力机构驱动阀杆18转动以提供扭转助力,起到省力、操作方便的效果;当管道内水流速度较低时关闭阀门,水流冲击在阀门上,使得球阀组件带动滑套7在阀体2内向右侧低速滑动,滑套7压缩右侧的第一弹簧6,同时拉伸左侧的第一弹簧6,能对低速水流冲击进行有效缓解;当管道内水流速度较高时关闭阀门,滑套7快速带动滑壳11在阀体2内向右侧滑动,由于滑壳11只能在第一滑槽4内左右滑动,而不能在第一滑槽4内绕着阀杆18转动,使得滑壳11通过齿条5带动第五齿轮31快速旋转,第五齿轮31通过离心锁止组件与转盘37快速锁定,第五齿轮31带动转盘37转动,转盘37驱动泄压组件对管道进行快速及时泄压,避免由于水流速度过快导致第一弹簧6不能及时缓解水锤冲击,进而造成对阀门和管道冲击过大的问题,能对较大的水锤效应进行有效的缓解,水锤防治效果好。
具体的,电动助力机构包括扭杆15、电机12、第二齿轮17、控制器3和蓄电池1,扭杆15连接于阀杆18与手轮14间,扭杆15上设有应变片13,电机12设于滑壳11侧壁上,电机12的输出轴穿入滑壳11内并设有第一齿轮16,第二齿轮17设于阀杆18上并与第一齿轮16啮合,控制器3分别与电机12、蓄电池1和应变片13连接,蓄电池1分别向控制器3和电机12。当转动手轮14开关阀门时,扭杆15产生变形使应变片13产生形变并输出电压信号,进而实现对转动扭矩的检测,控制器3接收到电压信号后与预设定的阈值(20N.m)作比较,当检测到的转动扭矩大于设定阈值时,说明开关阀门较费力,则控制器3控制电机12带动第一齿轮16正转或反转,第一齿轮16通过第二齿轮17带动阀杆18转动提供助力,以有效减轻开关阀门时的操作劳力;当应变片13检测到转动扭矩小于设定阈值时,说明开关阀门所需扭矩较小则不需要提供助力,则电机12不工作,此时操作者只需要通过转动手轮14,手轮14通过扭杆15带动阀杆18转动,使阀杆18驱动球阀组件开关阀门,能根据不同操作者手力提供输出扭矩,适用于不同手力的操作者开关阀门,适用性高,使开关阀门操作省力、方便。
具体的,转盘37顶部上设有环体40,环体40内的两侧相对设有磁铁块29,环体40通过离心锁止机构与第五齿轮31连接,还包括支架25、第四齿轮21和电枢绕组,支架25设于进水口22内,支架25上转动穿设有第二转轴23,第二转轴23的两端分别设有桨叶24和第三齿轮26,第四齿轮21设于第一转轴20上并与第三齿轮26啮合,电枢绕组设于第一转轴20上并位于两磁铁块29之间,两个磁铁块29的南北极相对设置,电枢绕组与蓄电池1连接,电枢绕组包括间隔设于第一转轴20上的若干绕芯和绕芯上绕制的线圈30,线圈30与蓄电池1连接,线圈30与蓄电池1连接。当阀门开启时,利用水流带动桨叶24顺时针旋转(图1中左视方向),桨叶24带动第二转轴23在支架25上顺时针旋转(图1中左视方向),第二转轴23通过第三齿轮26和第四齿轮21带动第一转轴20在阀体2顶部上逆时针旋转(图1中俯视方向),第一转轴20带动电枢组件在两磁铁块29间旋转,使电枢绕组切割磁感线产生感应电势并向蓄电池1充电,充电效率高,保证蓄电池1有充足电量,使阀门不需要外接电源,避免了外接线路而造成电能的线路损耗;当水流速度较低关闭阀门时,球阀组件通过阀杆18带动滑壳11在第一滑槽4内向右侧滑动,滑壳11通过齿条5带动第五齿轮31顺时针转动(图1中俯视方向),由于此时第五齿轮31转动速度不能使离心锁止机构将第五齿轮31和转盘37锁止,且在第三弹簧32的扭转弹力的作用下,使转盘37保持在处于泄流孔28被阻断位置,第五齿轮31通过单向轴承19带动第一转轴20顺时针(图1中俯视方向)转动,第一转轴20带动电枢绕组相对磁铁块29旋转,使电枢绕组切割磁感线产生感应电势并向蓄电池1充电,能有效收集水锤能量进行发电,进一步提高能源利用率,起到节能环保的效果。
具体的,离心锁止机构包括内棘轮38、离心卡爪39、挡块41和第二弹簧42,内棘轮38设于环体40的顶部上并位于第五齿轮31外周,离心卡爪39和挡块41均设于第五齿轮31的底部上,离心卡爪39远离卡止端的一侧与第五齿轮31下表面铰接,第二弹簧42两端分别抵于挡块41和离心卡爪39的一端间。当水流速度较快关闭阀门时,第五齿轮31带动离心卡爪39顺时针快速转动(图1俯视方向),离心卡爪39在离心力的作用下克服第二弹簧42的弹力,使离心卡爪39的卡止端向外张开并卡入内棘轮38上,第五齿轮31带动转盘37顺时针快速转动(图1俯视方向),反应快捷,避免采用电器件控制而在潮湿环境下容易损坏的问题,使用可靠性较,使用寿命长;随着对管道内泄压使管道内的压力降低,并在第一弹簧6的作用下使滑套7在阀体2内向左侧滑动,滑套7通过滑壳11、齿条5和第五齿轮31带动离心卡爪39逆时针慢速转动,此时由作用于离心卡爪39上的离心力消失,利用第二弹簧42的回弹力使离心卡爪39离开内棘轮38并复位,最后在第三弹簧32的回转扭力使转盘37顺时针旋转(图1俯视方向)复位,转盘37旋转并驱动泄压组件停止对管道泄压。
具体的,泄压组件包括设于伸缩槽43、泄流孔28和第二滑槽33,伸缩槽43设于转盘37的下表面,泄流孔28和第二滑槽33均设于阀体2上,第二滑槽33与泄流孔28相交,第二滑槽33上设有避让槽,第二滑槽33内滑动设有挡板34,挡板34上设有销轴35和连通孔44,销轴35穿过避让口36并活动设于伸缩槽43内。转盘37转动并带动伸缩槽43旋转,使销轴35在伸缩槽43内滑动,销轴35是朝向远离第一转轴20方向滑动,销轴35推动挡板34在第二滑槽33内向右侧滑动,使连通孔44与泄流孔28相对齐进行泄压,当管道内压力减小后,利用第三弹簧32的回转扭力带动转盘37转动,转盘37通过伸缩槽43和销轴35的配合作用带动挡板34向左侧滑动,使得连通孔44与泄流孔28错开以停止泄压,结构简单、泄压反应迅速,水锤缓解效果好。
具体的,伸缩槽43包括同心滑槽和偏心滑槽,偏心滑槽端部呈朝远离第一转轴20方向延伸并与同心滑槽连接。当在阀门开启状态时,销轴35位于偏心滑槽内靠近第一转轴20一端,,转盘37带动伸缩槽43逆时针(图1俯视方向)旋转,使销轴35沿着偏心滑槽朝远离第一转轴20方向快速滑动进行泄压,在滑套7继续向阀体2右侧快速滑动过程中,销轴35进入同心滑槽内滑动,使得泄流孔28保持开启状态,且在第一弹簧6的配合缓冲作用下,能对较大的水锤冲击进行有效缓解,水锤防治效果好。
具体的,球阀组件包括设于滑套7内的阀球9,阀球9与阀杆18连接,阀球9两侧相对设有阀座8,阀座8镶设于滑套7内,阀座8和阀球9上均设有通孔,当阀球9转动使其上的通孔与阀座8上的通孔对齐时,阀门被打开,球阀组件做为现有技术,这里不再多作阐述。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种助力式管道阀门,其特征在于:包括阀体和泄压组件,阀体两侧分别设有进水口和出水口,阀体顶部上设有第一滑槽,阀体内滑动设有滑套,滑套两侧均通过第一弹簧与阀体内壁连接,滑套内设有球阀组件,球阀组件上连接有阀杆,阀杆穿出滑套并转动套设有滑壳,阀杆顶部上设有手轮,滑壳滑动设于第一滑槽内,滑壳上设有电动助力机构和齿条,电动助力机构与阀杆连接,阀体的顶部上转动穿设有第一转轴,第一转轴上从上至下依次套设有第五齿轮、转盘和第三弹簧,第五齿轮通过单向轴承与第一转轴连接,第五齿轮与齿条啮合,转盘与第一转轴转动连接,转盘和第五齿轮通过离心锁止机构连接,第三弹簧分别与转盘与阀体连接,泄压组件设于阀体上并与转盘连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种助力式管道阀门,其特征在于:电动助力机构包括扭杆、电机、第二齿轮、控制器和蓄电池,扭杆连接于阀杆与手轮间,扭杆上设有应变片,电机设于滑壳侧壁上,电机的输出轴穿入滑壳内并设有第一齿轮,第二齿轮设于阀杆上并与第一齿轮啮合,控制器分别与电机、蓄电池和应变片连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种助力式管道阀门,其特征在于:转盘顶部上设有环体,环体内的两侧相对设有磁铁块,环体通过离心锁止机构与第五齿轮连接,还包括支架、第四齿轮和电枢绕组,支架设于进水口内,支架上转动穿设有第二转轴,第二转轴的两端分别设有桨叶和第三齿轮,第四齿轮设于第一转轴上并与第三齿轮啮合,电枢绕组设于第一转轴上并位于两磁铁块之间,电枢绕组与蓄电池连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种助力式管道阀门,其特征在于:离心锁止机构包括内棘轮、离心卡爪、挡块和第二弹簧,内棘轮设于环体的顶部上并位于第五齿轮外周,离心卡爪和挡块均设于第五齿轮的底部上,且离心卡爪与第五齿轮下表面铰接,第二弹簧两端抵于挡块和离心卡爪的一端间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种助力式管道阀门,其特征在于:泄压组件包括设于伸缩槽、泄流孔和第二滑槽,伸缩槽设于转盘的下表面,泄流孔和第二滑槽均设于阀体上,第二滑槽与泄流孔相交,第二滑槽上设有避让槽,第二滑槽内滑动设有挡板,挡板上设有销轴和连通孔,销轴穿过避让口并活动设于伸缩槽内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种助力式管道阀门,其特征在于:伸缩槽包括同心滑槽和偏心滑槽,偏心滑槽端部呈朝远离第一转轴方向延伸并与同心滑槽连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种助力式管道阀门,其特征在于:球阀组件包括设于滑套内的阀球,阀球与阀杆连接,阀球两侧相对设有阀座,阀座镶设于滑套内。
