背景技术
输送油管机械控制阀门属于石油开采领域的关键设备,主要用于控制油气井的产出流量和压力,调节油气的输送。传统的输送油管机械阀门采用手动控制,存在调节不准确、操作不稳定、易损耗等问题,同时也不适应高效安全的生产要求。为了解决这些问题,近年来,基于自动化控制技术的新型输送油管机械控制阀门应运而生。
公开号为CN106286957B的中国发明专利公开了一种直通式控制阀,包括阀体,阀体上固定安装有液氯流道,阀体上固定安装有进口和出口,阀体包括阀芯和阀座,阀座固定安装在液氯流道的中间,阀座将液氯流道分为第一流道和第二流道,堵块上固定设置有圆锥段,阀座上固定设置有连通腔体,圆锥段上固定安装有多个卡块,连通腔体内壁上设置有卡槽。但是该设备只能针对油路的开合进行流通控制,不能实现对阀体的抗冲抗压防护,不能实现流量的自动化控制。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种输送油管机械控制阀门,包括调压机构,调压机构包括分压管,分压管上设置有两个外接口和一个入口,分压管的上端外接口上滑动安装有压力塞,分压管的入口上固定安装有气圈,分压管上固定安装有气泵,气泵上固定安装有滑动架,滑动架上滑动安装有滑动片,压力塞与滑动片形成配合,滑动片上固定安装有变频弹簧,变频弹簧安装在滑动片和滑动架之间,滑动架上转动安装有变频齿轮,滑动片上固定安装有齿条,滑动片与变频齿轮形成齿轮齿条配合,变频齿轮上转动安装有变频传动杆,气泵上固定安装有气泵滑套,气泵滑套与气圈的进气口连接,气泵滑套上滑动安装有变频滑杆,变频滑杆将气泵滑套的上端气口封闭,变频滑杆与变频传动杆转动连接。

1.一种输送油管机械控制阀门,包括调压机构,其特征在于:调压机构包括分压管(14),分压管(14)上设置有两个外接口和一个入口,分压管(14)的上端外接口上滑动安装有压力塞(15),分压管(14)的入口上固定安装有气圈(22),分压管(14)上固定安装有气泵(23),气泵(23)上固定安装有滑动架(25),滑动架(25)上滑动安装有滑动片(24),压力塞(15)与滑动片(24)形成配合,滑动片(24)上固定安装有变频弹簧(26),变频弹簧(26)安装在滑动片(24)和滑动架(25)之间,滑动架(25)上转动安装有变频齿轮(27),滑动片(24)上固定安装有齿条,滑动片(24)与变频齿轮(27)形成齿轮齿条配合,变频齿轮(27)上转动安装有变频传动杆(28),气泵(23)上固定安装有气泵滑套(31),气泵滑套(31)与气圈(22)的进气口连接,气泵滑套(31)上滑动安装有变频滑杆(29),变频滑杆(29)将气泵滑套(31)的上端气口封闭,变频滑杆(29)与变频传动杆(28)转动连接;
压力塞(15)拨动滑动片(24),带动滑动片(24)在滑动架(25)上滑动,滑动片(24)带动变频齿轮(27)转动;
控制阀门还包括流量控制机构,流量控制机构包括流速器(2),流速器(2)的入口与分压管(14)的外接口固定连接,流速器(2)上转动安装有叶轮(1),叶轮(1)上固定安装有滑槽,滑槽上滑动安装有离心杆(3),离心杆(3)和叶轮(1)之间安装有离心弹簧(4),流速器(2)上转动安装有第一齿轮(7),第一齿轮(7)的内圈与离心杆(3)形成配合,第一齿轮(7)上固定安装有弹簧片(9),弹簧片(9)的外圈与第一齿轮(7)固定连接,弹簧片(9)的内圈与流速器(2)固定连接;
当叶轮(1)的转速足够时,离心杆(3)会压缩离心弹簧(4)至离心杆(3)与第一齿轮(7)形成配合,离心杆(3)转动带动第一齿轮(7)转动,第一齿轮(7)带动弹簧片(9)弯曲;
流速器(2)上固定安装有阀体(5),阀体(5)的入口与流速器(2)的出口固定连接,阀体(5)上转动安装有第三齿轮(30),流速器(2)上转动安装有第二齿轮(8),第二齿轮(8)与第一齿轮(7)形成齿轮配合,第二齿轮(8)与第三齿轮(30)形成齿轮配合,阀体(5)上转动安装有阀球(6),阀球(6)上端的齿轮与第三齿轮(30)形成齿轮配合,阀球(6)为半球结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种输送油管机械控制阀门,其特征在于:控制阀门还包括测压机构,测压机构包括压力表(16),压力表(16)上固定设置有刻度盘,压力表(16)上固定安装有表盖(17),压力表(16)上转动安装有指针蜗杆(19),指针蜗杆(19)上设置有螺纹,压力表(16)与指针蜗杆(19)连接处设置有滚珠,压力表(16)与指针蜗杆(19)形成滚珠螺纹配合,指针蜗杆(19)的下端与压力塞(15)上端接触,指针蜗杆(19)上固定安装有指针。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种输送油管机械控制阀门,其特征在于:压力塞(15)上固定安装有压力弹簧(18),压力弹簧(18)的上端与压力表(16)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种输送油管机械控制阀门,其特征在于:控制阀门还包括止逆机构,止逆机构包括管路保护壳(10),管路保护壳(10)固定安装在阀体(5)上,管路保护壳(10)的入口与阀体(5)的出口固定连接,管路保护壳(10)上转动安装有止逆板(20),止逆板(20)上固定安装有板弹簧(21)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种输送油管机械控制阀门,其特征在于:控制阀门还包括保护机构,保护机构包括泄压阀(11),泄压阀(11)固定安装在管路保护壳(10)的上方出口,泄压阀(11)上滑动安装有挡片(12),挡片(12)上固定安装有挡片弹簧(13),挡片弹簧(13)的上端与泄压阀(11)固定连接,泄压阀(11)上固定安装有泄压口(32)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种输送油管机械控制阀门,其特征在于:表盖(17)上端固定安装有玻璃板。
