Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋及其制备方法;所述纸塑复合袋包括纸质层和塑料层,所述塑料层置于纸质层表面,所述塑料层所需材料包括,以重量计:聚丙烯100‑150份、复合阻燃剂40‑80份、聚氯乙烯‑高岭土复合材料20‑40份、耐热聚氨酯30‑60份、遮光剂20‑30份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5‑15份,包括以下步骤:S1:准备原料;S2:将原料混合均匀,置于双螺杆挤出机中进行造粒,注塑即得塑料层;S3:将塑料层在150‑200℃下加热并涂覆于纸质层表面,纸质层另一面浸渍于防水涂层中,即得复合纸;S4:将复合纸进行加工即得耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋,此工艺下制备得到的纸塑复合袋具有优异的耐热性、阻燃性以及抗老化性能,可大规模生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业包装技术领域,具体为一种耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋及其制备方法。
背景技术
纸塑复合袋通常由塑胶和牛皮纸制备而成,广泛应用于水泥、饲料、化工等行业,是目前较为流行的包装材料之一。
但是现有的纸塑复合袋在制备过程中,还是会出现一些问题,比如阻燃性能差,在包装易燃物品时,无法保证物品的质量安全,并且造成了资源浪费,大多纸塑复合袋经过长时间使用或者光照,会出现老化以及性能的下降,导致纸塑复合袋应用受限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
所述纸塑复合袋包括纸质层和塑料层,所述塑料层置于纸质层表面。
作为优化,所述塑料层所需材料包括,以重量计:聚丙烯100-150份、复合阻燃剂40-80份、聚氯乙烯-高岭土复合材料20-40份、耐热聚氨酯30-60份、遮光剂20-30份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5-15份。
作为优化,所述纸质层为牛皮纸。
作为优化,所述复合阻燃剂所需材料包括,以重量计:丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯60-85份、苯乙烯-N-苯基马来酰亚胺-马来酸酐5-30份、高胶粉5-10份、N,N’-已撑双硬脂酰胺2-5份、十溴二苯乙烷12-20份、氧化锑5-10份。
作为优化,所述聚氯乙烯-高岭土复合材料所需材料包括,以重量计:预处理的高岭土40-60份、聚氯乙烯80-100份、丙烯酸酯共聚物5-20份、硬脂酸钙1-5份、硬脂酸钡1-5份、石蜡0.5-2份。
作为优化,所述耐热聚氨酯所需材料包括,以重量计:氧化石墨烯20-40份、水60-80份、聚氧乙烯-聚二甲基硅氧烷10-20份、水合肼0.5-2份、水性聚氨酯30-50份。
作为优化,所述遮光剂所需材料包括,以重量计:二氧化钛40-60份、十二烷基硫酸钠20-30份、水80-100份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯20-40份、过硫酸钾10-20份、甲苯40-60份、聚碳酸酯40-70份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯5-20份。

S1:原料准备:
A:将丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料与苯乙烯-N-苯基马来酰亚胺-马来酸酐、高胶粉、N,N’-已撑双硬脂酰胺混合均匀,在240-270℃下置于双螺杆挤出机中造粒后,与十溴二苯乙烷、氧化锑在180-210℃下置于双螺杆挤出机中造粒即得复合阻燃剂;
十溴二苯乙烷具有优异的阻燃性能以及光稳定性,加入至纸塑复合袋中,不会溶解,因此覆赋予了纸塑复合袋优异的阻燃性,与氧化锑共同使用,使阻燃性更加稳定,而丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料具有较强的耐热性和耐冲击性,苯乙烯-N-苯基马来酰亚胺-马来酸酐与丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料相容性强,加入其中,增强了纸塑复合袋的耐热性和表面光泽度。
B:将预处理的高岭土、聚氯乙烯、丙烯酸酯共聚物、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钡、石蜡混合均匀后,在150-170℃下放入密炼机反应5-10min,即得聚氯乙烯-高岭土复合材料;
采用硅烷偶联剂处理高岭土,使高岭土变为疏水性,加入至聚氯乙烯中,增强了两种物质的界面相容性,提高了聚氯乙烯的硬度以及抗形变能力,使纸塑复合袋具有耐热性以及抗冲击性能。
C:在制备好的氧化石墨烯中加入水,超声反应10-20min,加入聚氧乙烯-聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物水溶液,超声反应10-20min,升温至70-90℃,加入水合肼,反应7-9h后,超声反应10-20min,过滤,与水性聚氨酯混合均匀,反应1-2h,减压蒸馏,倒入聚四氟乙烯模具中,干燥即得耐热聚氨酯;
采用聚氧乙烯-聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物对氧化石墨烯进行表面修饰,氧化石墨烯表面的羟基和环氧基被聚氧乙烯-聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物取代,改善了氧化石墨烯的分散性,将氧化石墨烯和水性聚氨酯结合,氧化石墨烯中的聚氧乙烯链段插入到了聚氨酯中,使氧化石墨烯均匀的分散在水性聚氨酯中,同时,氧化石墨烯使水性聚氨酯中分子运动受限,阻止了氧气和易挥发气体的扩散和溢出,改善了耐热聚氨酯与纸塑复合袋的相容性,增强的纸塑复合袋的耐热性、玻璃化转变温度以及阻燃性。
D:将二氧化钛、十二烷基硫酸钠加到水中,通入氮气,反应10-20min,缓慢加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯,升温至60-80℃,加入过硫酸钾和水混合均匀,反应8-10h,用甲苯和水抽滤洗涤3-5次,烘干后,与聚碳酸酯、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯混合均匀,于双螺杆挤出机中造粒即得遮光剂;
使用溶胶-凝胶法制备了金红石型二氧化钛,再用甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝二氧化钛,使二氧化钛转变为亲油性,而十二烷基硫酸钠可以嵌在二氧化钛表面,加入其他物质,会发生乳液聚合反应,与二氧化钛中羟基结合在一起,提升相容性,将接枝的二氧化钛与聚碳酸酯混合加入至纸塑复合袋中,使纸塑复合袋具有遮光性能,避免经过长时间的光照射,出现老化、抗拉伸轻度下降的情况。
E:密闭环境中,将环己烷、纳米二氧化硅加入有机硅树脂中,反应4-6h,加入二乙烯三胺,即得防水涂层;
将纸质层浸渍于纳米二氧化硅和有机硅树脂制成疏水涂层中,纳米二氧化硅填充了牛皮纸上纤维的孔隙,且阻隔了水与牛皮纸之间的接触,使纸塑复合袋具有防水性,由于纳米二氧化硅接枝在高分子表面,同时赋予了纸塑复合袋的韧性以及抗拉伸强度。
S2:将聚丙烯、复合阻燃剂、聚氯乙烯-高岭土复合材料、耐热聚氨酯、遮光剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯混合均匀,置于双螺杆挤出机中进行造粒,注塑即得塑料层;
S3:将塑料层在150-200℃下加热并涂覆于纸质层表面,纸质层另一面浸渍于防水涂层中,即得复合纸;
S4:将复合纸进行加工即得耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋。
作为优化,预处理的高岭土制备工艺为:将γ一氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷、异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酞氧基)钛酸酯溶于异丙醇中,混合均匀后,加至高岭土中,混合均匀,干燥,室温下防止24h,即得预处理的高岭土。
作为优化,所述预处理的高岭土所需材料包括,以重量计:γ一氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷1-10份、异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酞氧基)钛酸酯1-10份、异丙醇10-40份、高岭土20-40份。
作为优化,所述氧化石墨烯的制备工艺为:在浓硫酸中加入硝酸钠,冷却至5℃,加入鳞片石墨粉,混合均匀,加入高锰酸钾,10-15℃,反应2-3h,升温至35℃,反应2h,加入水,90-100℃下反应0.5-1h,加入水和双氧水,过滤,用稀盐酸和水洗涤即得氧化石墨烯。
作为优化,所述氧化石墨烯所需材料包括,以重量计:浓硫酸100-120份、硝酸钠5-15份、鳞片石墨粉10-20份、高锰酸钾30-40份、水150-200份、双氧水25-35份、稀盐酸40-60份。
作为优化,所述水性聚氨酯制备工艺为:将聚四氢呋喃二醇升温至130-160℃,反应1-2h,降温至40-60℃,加入异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、1,4-丁二醇和二羟甲基丙酸,升温至95℃,反应3-5h,加入三乙胺,反应5-10min后,缓慢加入水和水合肼,40-50℃下反应3-4h,过滤,即得水性聚氨酯。
作为优化,所述水性聚氨酯所需材料包括,以重量计:聚四氢呋喃二醇80-100份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯50-70份、1,4-丁二醇7-15份、二羟甲基丙酸6-10份、水100-120份、三乙胺5-10份、水合肼2-5份。
作为优化,所述二氧化钛制备工艺为:将无水乙醇与水和盐酸混合均匀即为溶液A,无水乙醇和钛酸四丁酯混合均与即为溶液B,将溶液B升温至25℃,缓慢加入溶液A,反应0.5-1h,冷却为凝胶,烘干,研磨成粉末,700℃下煅烧4-6h,即得二氧化钛。
作为优化,所述二氧化钛所需材料包括,以重量计:无水乙醇100-200份、水60-80份、盐酸10-20份、钛酸四丁酯30-50份。
作为优化,所述防水涂层所需材料包括,以重量计:环己烷10-20份、纳米二氧化硅20-30份、有机硅树脂15-20份、二乙烯三胺5-10份。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明制备的纸塑复合袋具有良好的耐热性、阻燃性、耐老化性以及抗拉伸强度,通过加入邻苯二甲酸二辛酯提高纸塑复合袋的机械强度,此种纸塑复合袋可规模生产,且制备过程中,无胶黏剂的加入,绿色环保。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:包括以下步骤:
S1:原料准备:
A:将60份丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料与5份苯乙烯-N-苯基马来酰亚胺-马来酸酐、5份高胶粉、2份N,N’-已撑双硬脂酰胺混合均匀,在240℃下置于双螺杆挤出机中造粒后,与12份十溴二苯乙烷、5份氧化锑在180℃下置于双螺杆挤出机中造粒即得复合阻燃剂;
B:将1份γ一氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷、1份异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酞氧基)钛酸酯溶于10份异丙醇中,混合均匀后,加至20份高岭土中,混合均匀,干燥,室温下防止24h,即得预处理的高岭土,将40份预处理的高岭土、80份聚氯乙烯、5份丙烯酸酯共聚物、1份硬脂酸钙、1份硬脂酸钡、0.5份石蜡混合均匀后,在150℃下放入密炼机反应5min,即得聚氯乙烯-高岭土复合材料;
C:在100份浓硫酸中加入5份硝酸钠,冷却至5℃,加入10份鳞片石墨粉,混合均匀,加入30份高锰酸钾,10-15℃,反应2-3h,升温至35℃,反应2h,加入80份水,90-100℃下反应0.5-1h,加入50份水和25份双氧水,过滤,用40份稀盐酸和20份水洗涤即得氧化石墨烯;
将80份聚四氢呋喃二醇升温至130℃,反应1-2h,降温至40℃,加入50份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、7份1,4-丁二醇和6份二羟甲基丙酸,升温至95℃,反应3h,加入5份三乙胺,反应5-10min后,缓慢加入100份水和2份水合肼,40℃下反应3h,过滤,即得水性聚氨酯;
在制备好的20份氧化石墨烯中加入60份水,超声反应10min,加入10份聚氧乙烯-聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物水溶液,超声反应10min,升温至70℃,加入0.5份水合肼,反应7-9h后,超声反应10min,过滤,与30份水性聚氨酯混合均匀,反应1h,减压蒸馏,倒入聚四氟乙烯模具中,干燥即得耐热聚氨酯;
D:将50份无水乙醇与60份水和10份盐酸混合均匀即为溶液A,50份无水乙醇和30份钛酸四丁酯混合均与即为溶液B,将溶液B升温至25℃,缓慢加入溶液A,反应0.5h,冷却为凝胶,烘干,研磨成粉末,700℃下煅烧4h,即得二氧化钛;
将40份二氧化钛、20份十二烷基硫酸钠加到40份水中,通入氮气,反应10min,缓慢加入20份甲基丙烯酸甲酯,升温至60℃,加入10份过硫酸钾和20份水混合均匀,反应8h,用40份甲苯和20份水抽滤洗涤3次,烘干后,与40份聚碳酸酯、5份四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯混合均匀,于双螺杆挤出机中造粒即得遮光剂;
E:密闭环境中,将10份环己烷、20份纳米二氧化硅加入有机硅树脂中,反应4h,加入5份二乙烯三胺,即得防水涂层;
S2:将100份聚丙烯、40份复合阻燃剂、20份聚氯乙烯-高岭土复合材料、30份耐热聚氨酯、20份遮光剂、5份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯混合均匀,置于双螺杆挤出机中进行造粒,注塑即得塑料层;
S3:将塑料层在150℃下加热并涂覆于纸质层表面,纸质层另一面浸渍于防水涂层中,即得复合纸;
S4:将复合纸进行加工即得耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋。
实施例2:包括以下步骤:
S1:原料准备:
A:将70份丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料与20份苯乙烯-N-苯基马来酰亚胺-马来酸酐、8份高胶粉、3份N,N’-已撑双硬脂酰胺混合均匀,在250℃下置于双螺杆挤出机中造粒后,与15份十溴二苯乙烷、8份氧化锑在200℃下置于双螺杆挤出机中造粒即得复合阻燃剂;
B:将5份γ一氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷、5份异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酞氧基)钛酸酯溶于30份异丙醇中,混合均匀后,加至30份高岭土中,混合均匀,干燥,室温下防止24h,即得预处理的高岭土,将50份预处理的高岭土、90份聚氯乙烯、15份丙烯酸酯共聚物、3份硬脂酸钙、3份硬脂酸钡、1份石蜡混合均匀后,在160℃下放入密炼机反应8min,即得聚氯乙烯-高岭土复合材料;
C:在110份浓硫酸中加入10份硝酸钠,冷却至5℃,加入15份鳞片石墨粉,混合均匀,加入35份高锰酸钾,12℃,反应2-3h,升温至35℃,反应2h,加入100份水,95℃下反应0.8h,加入30份水和30份双氧水,过滤,用50份稀盐酸和50份水洗涤即得氧化石墨烯;
将90份聚四氢呋喃二醇升温至145℃,反应1.5h,降温至50℃,加入60份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、10份1,4-丁二醇和8份二羟甲基丙酸,升温至95℃,反应4h,加入8份三乙胺,反应8min后,缓慢加入110份水和3份水合肼,450℃下反应3.5h,过滤,即得水性聚氨酯;
在制备好的30份氧化石墨烯中加入70份水,超声反应15min,加入15份聚氧乙烯-聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物水溶液,超声反应15min,升温至80℃,加入1份水合肼,反应8h后,超声反应15min,过滤,与40份水性聚氨酯混合均匀,反应1.5h,减压蒸馏,倒入聚四氟乙烯模具中,干燥即得耐热聚氨酯;
D:将80份无水乙醇与70份水和15份盐酸混合均匀即为溶液A,80份无水乙醇和40份钛酸四丁酯混合均与即为溶液B,将溶液B升温至25℃,缓慢加入溶液A,反应0.8h,冷却为凝胶,烘干,研磨成粉末,700℃下煅烧5h,即得二氧化钛;
将50份二氧化钛、25份十二烷基硫酸钠加到60份水中,通入氮气,反应15min,缓慢加入30份甲基丙烯酸甲酯,升温至70℃,加入过15份硫酸钾和15份水混合均匀,反应9h,用50份甲苯和15份水抽滤洗涤4次,烘干后,与60份聚碳酸酯、15份四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯混合均匀,于双螺杆挤出机中造粒即得遮光剂;
E:密闭环境中,将15份环己烷、25份纳米二氧化硅加入18份有机硅树脂中,反应5h,加入8份二乙烯三胺,即得防水涂层;
S2:将120份聚丙烯、60份复合阻燃剂、30份聚氯乙烯-高岭土复合材料、50份耐热聚氨酯、25份遮光剂、10份邻苯二甲酸二辛酯混合均匀,置于双螺杆挤出机中进行造粒,注塑即得塑料层;
S3:将塑料层在180℃下加热并涂覆于纸质层表面,纸质层另一面浸渍于防水涂层中,即得复合纸;
S4:将复合纸进行加工即得耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋。
实施例3:包括以下步骤:
S1:原料准备:
A:将85份丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料与30份苯乙烯-N-苯基马来酰亚胺-马来酸酐、10份高胶粉、5份N,N’-已撑双硬脂酰胺混合均匀,在270℃下置于双螺杆挤出机中造粒后,与20份十溴二苯乙烷、10份氧化锑在210℃下置于双螺杆挤出机中造粒即得复合阻燃剂;
B:将10份γ一氯丙基三乙氧基硅烷、10份异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酞氧基)钛酸酯溶于40份异丙醇中,混合均匀后,加至40份高岭土中,混合均匀,干燥,室温下防止24h,即得预处理的高岭土,将60份预处理的高岭土、100份聚氯乙烯、20份丙烯酸酯共聚物、5份硬脂酸钙、5份硬脂酸钡、2份石蜡混合均匀后,在170℃下放入密炼机反应10min,即得聚氯乙烯-高岭土复合材料;
C:在120份浓硫酸中加入15份硝酸钠,冷却至5℃,加入20份鳞片石墨粉,混合均匀,加入40份高锰酸钾,15℃,反应3h,升温至35℃,反应2h,加入105份水,100℃下反应1h,加入35份水和35份双氧水,过滤,用60份稀盐酸和60份水洗涤即得氧化石墨烯;
将100份聚四氢呋喃二醇升温至160℃,反应2h,降温至60℃,加入70份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、15份1,4-丁二醇和二羟甲基丙酸,升温至95℃,反应5h,加入10份三乙胺,反应10min后,缓慢加入120份水和5份水合肼,50℃下反应4h,过滤,即得水性聚氨酯;
在制备好的40份氧化石墨烯中加入80份水,超声反应20min,加入20份聚氧乙烯-聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物水溶液,超声反应20min,升温至90℃,加入2份水合肼,反应9h后,超声反应20min,过滤,与50份水性聚氨酯混合均匀,反应2h,减压蒸馏,倒入聚四氟乙烯模具中,干燥即得耐热聚氨酯;
D:将100份无水乙醇与80份水和20份盐酸混合均匀即为溶液A,100份无水乙醇和50份钛酸四丁酯混合均与即为溶液B,将溶液B升温至25℃,缓慢加入溶液A,反应1h,冷却为凝胶,烘干,研磨成粉末,700℃下煅烧6h,即得二氧化钛;
将60份二氧化钛、30份十二烷基硫酸钠加到50份水中,通入氮气,反应20min,缓慢加入40份甲基丙烯酸甲酯,升温至80℃,加入20份过硫酸钾和20份水混合均匀,反应10h,用60份甲苯和30份水抽滤洗涤5次,烘干后,与70份聚碳酸酯、20份四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯混合均匀,于双螺杆挤出机中造粒即得遮光剂;
E密闭环境中,将20份环己烷、30份纳米二氧化硅加入20份有机硅树脂中,反应6h,加入10份二乙烯三胺,即得防水涂层;
S2:将150份聚丙烯、80份复合阻燃剂、聚氯乙烯-高岭土复合材料40份、耐热聚氨酯60份、遮光剂30份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯15份混合均匀,置于双螺杆挤出机中进行造粒,注塑即得塑料层;
S3:将塑料层在200℃下加热并涂覆于纸质层表面,纸质层另一面浸渍于防水涂层中,即得复合纸;
S4:将复合纸进行加工即得耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋。
对比例
对比例1:与实施例2做对比,原料中不加入耐热聚氨酯,生产工艺与本文相同。
对比例2:与实施例2做对比,原料中不加入复合阻燃剂,生产工艺与本文相同。
实验数据
将实施例1至实施例3在85℃下处理2小时,按GB/T12914-2008《纸和纸板抗张强度的测定》检验其抗拉伸强度和断裂伸长率;
将实施例1至实施例3按GB/T14656-2009《阻燃纸和纸板燃烧性能实验方法》进行实验。
结论:根据实施例1至实施例3制备的纸塑复合袋具有优良的耐热性、阻燃性、防水性、耐老化以及优异的力学强度。

Claims (7)
1.一种耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋,其特征在于:所述纸塑复合袋包括纸质层和塑料层,所述塑料层置于纸质层表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋,其特征在于:所述塑料层所需材料包括,以重量计:聚丙烯100-150份、复合阻燃剂40-80份、聚氯乙烯-高岭土复合材料20-40份、耐热聚氨酯30-60份、遮光剂20-30份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5-15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋,其特征在于:所述纸质层为牛皮纸。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋,其特征在于:所述聚氯乙烯-高岭土复合材料所需材料包括,以重量计:预处理的高岭土40-60份、聚氯乙烯80-100份、丙烯酸酯共聚物5-20份、硬脂酸钙1-5份、硬脂酸钡1-5份、石蜡0.5-2份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋,其特征在于:所述耐热聚氨酯所需材料包括,以重量计:氧化石墨烯20-40份、水60-80份、聚氧乙烯-聚二甲基硅氧烷10-20份、水合肼0.5-2份、水性聚氨酯30-50份。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋,其特征在于:所述遮光剂所需材料包括,以重量计:二氧化钛40-60份、十二烷基硫酸钠20-30份、水80-100份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯20-40份、过硫酸钾10-20份、甲苯40-60份、聚碳酸酯40-70份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯5-20份。
7.一种耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:原料准备:
A:将丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料与苯乙烯-N-苯基马来酰亚胺-马来酸酐、高胶粉、N,N’-已撑双硬脂酰胺混合均匀,在240-270℃下置于双螺杆挤出机中造粒后,与十溴二苯乙烷、氧化锑在180-210℃下置于双螺杆挤出机中造粒即得复合阻燃剂;
B将预处理的高岭土、聚氯乙烯、丙烯酸酯共聚物、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钡、石蜡混合均匀后,在150-170℃下放入密炼机反应5-10min,即得聚氯乙烯-高岭土复合材料;
C:在制备好的氧化石墨烯中加入水,超声反应10-20min,加入聚氧乙烯-聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚物水溶液,超声反应10-20min,升温至70-90℃,加入水合肼,反应7-9h后,超声反应10-20min,过滤,与水性聚氨酯混合均匀,反应1-2h,减压蒸馏,倒入聚四氟乙烯模具中,干燥即得耐热聚氨酯;
D:将二氧化钛、十二烷基硫酸钠加到水中,通入氮气,反应10-20min,缓慢加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯,升温至60-80℃,加入过硫酸钾和水混合均匀,反应8-10h,用甲苯和水抽滤洗涤3-5次,烘干后,与聚碳酸酯、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯混合均匀,于双螺杆挤出机中造粒即得遮光剂;
E:密闭环境中,将环己烷、纳米二氧化硅加入有机硅树脂中,反应4-6h,加入二乙烯三胺,即得防水涂层;
S2:将聚丙烯、复合阻燃剂、聚氯乙烯-高岭土复合材料、耐热聚氨酯、遮光剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯混合均匀,置于双螺杆挤出机中进行造粒,注塑即得塑料层;
S3:将塑料层在150-200℃下加热并涂覆于纸质层表面,纸质层另一面浸渍于防水涂层中,即得复合纸;
S4:将复合纸进行加工即得耐热阻燃型纸塑复合袋。
