本发明涉及合成革材料,尤其涉及一种新型合成革材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
模拟天然革的组成和结构并可作为其代用材料的塑料制品。通常以经浸渍的无纺布为网状层,微孔聚氨脂层作为粒面层制得。其正、反面都与皮革十分相似,并具有一定的透气性,比普通人造革更接近天然革。广泛用于制作鞋、靴、箱包和球类等。市面上绝大多数的合成革,都以聚氨酯树脂为主要材料,是合成革行业不环保的主要原因,也是限制合成革制造业发展的一个重要因素。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种新型合成革材料,不仅环保,而且制备得到的合成革更加柔软。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种新型合成革材料,按照重量份数计,包括以下成份:拔丝粉10-20份,聚乳酸30-40份,丝瓜络30-50份,稳定剂1-2份,填充助剂10-20份,EVA树脂5-20份,拔丝粉有良好的延伸性和润滑性,能够对合成革表面起到保护作用,不污染环境,对人体无害,且资源丰富,成本低,易于保存,聚乳酸能使制成的合成革具有优良抑菌及抗霉特性,而且能使合成革的光泽度、透明性、手感和耐热性好,EVA树脂能使制成的合成革更加柔软、弹性更好、耐化学腐蚀。
为了进一步完善,还包括虫胶片5-10份,虫胶片避免有毒物质直接接触到人的皮肤。
进一步完善,所述填充助剂为竹粉,使得制备合成革更加环保。

一种新型合成革材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丝瓜络研磨成粉,粉状颗粒的直径不超过200微米备用;取粉状颗粒的直径不超过500微米的竹粉备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为200目-1000目的拔丝粉备用;取粉状颗粒的直径不超过300微米的聚乳酸备用;取粉状颗粒的直径不超过100微米的负离子粉备用;取粉状颗粒的直径不超过300微米的EVA树脂备用;将虫胶片研磨成粉,粉状颗粒的直径不超过200微米备用;取若干稳定剂备用。
(2)按比例将研磨好的丝瓜络、竹粉、聚乳酸、研磨成粉的虫胶片、研磨成粉的EVA树脂、稳定剂搅拌至充分混合;
(3)将离型纸预热,将步骤(2)的混合料加热至50-60℃,然后均匀涂抹到离型纸表面,并在180-200℃下塑化成膜,制得面层;
(4)按比例将研磨好的丝瓜络、竹粉、聚乳酸、研磨成粉的虫胶片、拔丝粉、负离子粉、稳定剂搅拌至充分混合;
(5)将步骤(4)的混合物均匀涂抹到步骤(3)制得的面层上,进行80-90℃的预烘干;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的产品贴合到基布后进行100-110℃的恒温烘干;
(7)冷却后,将离型纸剥离后,得合成革产品。

实施例1
一种新型合成革材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丝瓜络研磨成粉,粉状颗粒的直径为200微米备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为500微米的竹粉备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为200目的拔丝粉备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为300微米的聚乳酸备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为100微米的负离子粉备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为300 微米的EVA树脂备用;将虫胶片研磨成粉,粉状颗粒的直径为200微米备用;取若干稳定剂备用。
(2)按重量份数称取研磨好的丝瓜络10份、竹粉5份、聚乳酸15份、研磨成粉的虫胶片3份、研磨成粉的EVA树脂5份、稳定剂1份搅拌至充分混合;
(3)将离型纸预热,将步骤(2)的混合料加热至50-60℃,然后均匀涂抹到离型纸表面,并在180-200℃下塑化成膜,制得面层;
(4)按比例将研磨好的丝瓜络20份、竹粉5份、聚乳酸15份、研磨成粉的虫胶片2份、拔丝粉10份、负离子粉5份、稳定剂1份搅拌至充分混合;

(2)按重量份数称取研磨好的丝瓜络20份、竹粉10份、聚乳酸20份、研磨成粉的虫胶片5份、研磨成粉的EVA树脂20份、稳定剂1份搅拌至充分混合;
(3)将离型纸预热,将步骤(2)的混合料加热至50-60℃,然后均匀涂抹到离型纸表面,并在180-200℃下塑化成膜,制得面层;
(4)按比例将研磨好的丝瓜络30份、竹粉10份、聚乳酸20份、研磨成粉的虫胶片5份、拔丝粉20份、负离子粉10份、稳定剂1份搅拌至充分混合;
(5)将步骤(4)的混合物均匀涂抹到步骤(3)制得的面层上,进行80-90℃的预烘干;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的产品贴合到基布后进行100-110℃的恒温烘干;
(7)冷却后,将离型纸剥离后,得合成革产品。
实施例3
一种新型合成革材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丝瓜络研磨成粉,粉状颗粒的直径为200微米备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为500微米的竹粉备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为200目的拔丝粉备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为300微米的聚乳酸备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为100微米的负离子粉备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为300 微米的EVA树脂备用;将虫胶片研磨成粉,粉状颗粒的直径为200微米备用;取若干稳定剂备用。基层由以下成份组成:丝瓜络20-30份,聚乳酸15-20份,竹粉5-10份,稳定剂 1份,拔丝粉10-20份,负离子粉5-10份,虫胶片2-5份,面层由以下成份组成:丝瓜络 10-20份,聚乳酸15-20份,竹粉5-10份,稳定剂1份,EVA树脂5-20份,虫胶片3-5份。
(2)按重量份数称取研磨好的丝瓜络15份、竹粉8份、聚乳酸18份、研磨成粉的虫胶片4份、研磨成粉的EVA树脂12份、稳定剂1份搅拌至充分混合;
(3)将离型纸预热,将步骤(2)的混合料加热至50-60℃,然后均匀涂抹到离型纸表面,并在180-200℃下塑化成膜,制得面层;
(4)按比例将研磨好的丝瓜络25份、竹粉8份、聚乳酸18份、研磨成粉的虫胶片4份、拔丝粉15份、负离子粉8份、稳定剂1份搅拌至充分混合;
(5)将步骤(4)的混合物均匀涂抹到步骤(3)制得的面层上,进行80-90℃的预烘干;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的产品贴合到基布后进行100-110℃的恒温烘干;
(7)冷却后,将离型纸剥离后,得合成革产品。
性能测定及比对
选取市面上常见的合成革产品作为比对样品,与本发明实施例1-3制得的合成革产品分别进行如下的性能测试,结果如表1所示。
比对样品由浙江理工大学纺织学院提供;比对样品的主要成分包括:聚氨酯树脂、木质粉、N,N’-二甲基甲酰胺、丙酮等。
1、耐磨性能测试:参考标准QB/T2726-2005。
2、耐热性能测试:按照QB/T2703-2005规定进行检验。
3、耐光性能测试:按照QB/T2727-2005规定进行检验。
4、透气性测定:在200Pa的测试压力下,产品的透气率见表1;环境温度:25℃,湿度:35%,测试面积:10cm2。
5、手感测试:人手与合成革产品接触,通过人手接触来比较各个产品的柔软度和回弹性。

由表1中的数据可以看出,与比对样品相比,本发明制备得到的合成革柔软、回弹性好,具有较强的耐磨性、耐热性、耐光性,透气性良好,而且本发明选用的制备原料环保。
虽然本发明已通过参考优选的实施例进行了描述,但是,本专业普通技术人员应当了解,在权利要求书的范围内,可作形式和细节上的各种各样变化。
Claims (7)
1.一种新型合成革材料,其特征是:按照重量份数计,包括以下成份:拔丝粉10-20份,聚乳酸30-40份,丝瓜络30-50份,稳定剂1-2份,填充助剂10-20份,EVA树脂5-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型合成革材料,其特征是:还包括虫胶片5-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型合成革材料,其特征是:所述填充助剂为竹粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型合成革材料,其特征是:还包括负离子粉5-10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型合成革材料,其特征是:所述拔丝粉为200目-1000目。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型合成革材料,其特征是:该新型合成革材料包括基层和面层,按重量份数计,基层由以下成份组成:丝瓜络20-30份,聚乳酸15-20份,竹粉5-10份,稳定剂1份,拔丝粉10-20份,负离子粉5-10份,虫胶片2-5份,面层由以下成份组成:丝瓜络10-20份,聚乳酸15-20份,竹粉5-10份,稳定剂1份,EVA树脂5-20份,虫胶片3-5份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种新型合成革材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将丝瓜络研磨成粉,粉状颗粒的直径为200微米备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为500微米的竹粉备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为200目的拔丝粉备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为300微米的聚乳酸备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为100微米的负离子粉备用;取粉状颗粒的直径为300微米的EVA树脂备用;将虫胶片研磨成粉,粉状颗粒的直径为200微米备用;取若干稳定剂备;
(2)按重量份数称取研磨好的丝瓜络10份、竹粉5份、聚乳酸15份、研磨成粉的虫胶片3份、研磨成粉的EVA树脂5份、稳定剂1份搅拌至充分混合;
(3)将离型纸预热,将步骤(2)的混合料加热至50-60℃,然后均匀涂抹到离型纸表面,并在180-200℃下塑化成膜,制得面层;
(4)按比例将研磨好的丝瓜络20份、竹粉5份、聚乳酸15份、研磨成粉的虫胶片2份、拔丝粉10份、负离子粉5份、稳定剂1份搅拌至充分混合;
(5)将步骤(4)的混合物均匀涂抹到步骤(3)制得的面层上,进行80-90℃的预烘干;
(6)将步骤(5)得到的产品贴合到基布后进行100-110℃的恒温烘干;
(7)冷却后,将离型纸剥离后,得合成革产品。
