Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of lamb cashmere knitted fabrics, in particular to an antistatic super-soft warm-keeping lamb cashmere knitted fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the lamb cashmere fabric in the market is basically made of acrylic fibers and polyester fibers and is produced by a high-speed warp knitting machine, wool tops are fed and knitted, the production limitation is large, and the color fastness and the hair feather shedding are poor. Compared with real lambs, the imitated lambs have unique advantages in the aspects of warmth retention, wear resistance, gram weight, cost and the like. However, the quality and appearance of the imitated lambs depends on the selection of raw materials. The properties, the curling degree, the length and the like of the raw materials are important factors influencing the performance of the fabric. Therefore, how to provide a fabric with good warm-keeping effect and good comfort becomes a problem to be solved urgently at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an antistatic super-soft warm-keeping imitation lamb cashmere knitted fabric and a preparation method thereof, aiming at the defects in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the invention provides an antistatic super-soft warm-keeping imitated lamb cashmere knitted fabric, which comprises a warm-keeping base layer and a basic velvet layer; the basic velvet layer is sequentially divided into a base cloth layer, an antistatic layer and a plush rolling layer; the heat-preservation base layer and the pile rolling layer are formed by weaving modified polyester yarns; the modified polyester yarn is CDP fiber; the base cloth layer is woven by composite core-spun yarns; the antistatic layer is formed by weaving polyester fibers treated by a hydrophilic polymer finishing agent.
Further, the fabric adopts a weft-knitted towel weave structure.
Further, the wool top layer is composed of a plurality of full-grain wool curling particles 6.
Furthermore, the thickness ratio of the heat-preservation base layer, the base cloth layer, the antistatic layer and the plush layer is 5:3:1: 2.
Furthermore, the heat-preservation base layer, the base cloth layer, the antistatic layer and the plush layer are tightly attached.
Further, the composite core-spun yarn is a spandex core-spun yarn formed by coating or winding a plurality of strands of nylon yarns on spandex yarns.
Further, the dyeing process of the modified polyester yarn comprises the following steps:
(1) a primary dyeing stage: placing the modified polyester yarn in a closed container filled with dye liquor, and slowly heating the dye liquor to 90 ℃. At this stage, the dye-uptake rate is relatively low, with about 20% of the dye-uptake of the fiber;

In the stage, about 80% of dye is dyed on the fiber, the stage has large influence on level dyeing, so that the most important stage of dye liquor temperature rise control needs to slowly rise, and the temperature is 1-2 ℃ per minute;
(3) and (3) final dyeing stage: the dyeing gradually becomes balanced, the heating is continued to the maximum temperature of 150 ℃ and 180 ℃, and finally the heat preservation and the penetrating dyeing are carried out.
Further, the napping process of the antistatic super-soft warm-keeping imitation cashmere knitted fabric comprises the following steps:
step one, sending the fabric grey cloth into a high-temperature high-pressure setting machine for primary presetting, wherein the parameters of the high-temperature high-pressure setting machine are set to be the width of 120 plus one square meter, the gram weight of 260 plus one square meter and the temperature: 160 ℃ and 175 ℃;
step two, after the pre-setting is finished, sending the grey cloth into a cold batch machine for oil removal processing and chemical foaming processing, fully soaking the grey cloth in water by the cold batch machine, adding a plurality of chemical additives including a raising agent, a degreasing agent, an antistatic additive, silicone oil and a softening agent into the water, sealing and keeping the grey cloth to rotate continuously for 12-24 hours under the condition of water carrying after the grey cloth is completely soaked, finally foaming and fluffing the grey cloth fibers due to the accumulation of time, and washing, drying and setting with clear water after the rotation is finished to obtain a semi-finished cloth;
and step three, sending the semi-finished cloth into a napping machine for napping, wherein the napping frequency of the front side is 7-8 times, and the parameters of the napping machine are set as the following tension: 12-13N, speed: 0.1-0.15 m/s;
step four, after napping is finished, sending the semi-finished cloth obtained in the step three into a shearing machine for shearing;
and fifthly, sending the sheared wool into a high-temperature high-pressure setting machine for setting a finished product for the third time.
By adopting the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical effects:
the invention relates to a super-soft warm-keeping imitation cashmere knitted fabric which is obtained by matching modified polyester yarns, composite core-spun yarns and weft-knitted towel structures through a special napping process. Modified polyester silk can appear two kinds of colour styles after dyeing, and the antistatic layer causes the surface of surface fabric to be antistatic effect, has solved the style problem of antistatic super gentle cold-proof imitative lamb fine hair, and its surface texture is clear, and the fluffy softness of roll hair granule has better travelling comfort, and the quality that imitative lamb fine hair had simultaneously is light, cold-proof, and both are hugged closely compoundly, cater to market demand. In addition, the composite core-wrapping yarn added into the fabric enables the fabric surface to have good elasticity.
