Referring to fig. 1-8, the present embodiment discloses a coke quenching car for coke ovens, the coke quenching car 700 includes a traveling car seat 711, a car body connected to the traveling car seat 711, a tilted floor 707 disposed in the car body, the coke quenching car 700 also comprises a locking component used for limiting the sealing door 708, the carriage is provided with a front wall 701, a rear wall 702 opposite to the front wall 701, a left wall 703 and a right wall 704 which are connected with the two sides of the front wall 701 and the rear wall 702 to form the carriage, the top of the carriage is provided with an opening to form a feeding hole, the high end of an inclined bottom plate 707 is connected with the rear wall 702, the lower end of the discharge gate is connected with the front wall 701 of the carriage, the discharge gate is positioned above the bottom plate 707, the bottom of the discharge gate is formed by the bottom plate 707, and the discharge gate is blocked when the sealing door 708 is attached to the bottom of the discharge gate; in the embodiment, in order to solve the problem that coke can be stored in the car as much as possible, one or more partition plates 717 are arranged on the bottom plate 707, and a power source for driving the one or more partition plates 717 to be erected or to be laid on the bottom plate 707 is further included, when the partition plates 717 are erected, the internal space of the car with the relative height is divided into a plurality of independent chambers, when the partition plates 717 are laid, the internal space of the car is not divided, and the internal space is arranged with an inclined angle of 28-35 degrees with the bottom plate 707 in the car, so that the coke is firstly accumulated to a discharge port when entering from the top of the car to form a structure as shown in fig. 6, therefore, when the coke in the car is fed, the front wall 701 of the car is continuously closed, on one hand, the local overweight of the car is increased, the car is easily damaged when the car is run for a long time, and the coke in the subsequent quenching tower cannot be uniformly sprayed with water, therefore, by the one or more partition plates 717 are added on the bottom plate 707, the coke oven further comprises a power source for driving one or more partition plates 717 to be erected or tiled on the bottom plate 707, the internal space of the carriage with relative height is divided into a plurality of independent chambers when the partition plates 717 are erected, therefore, when coke enters from the top of the carriage, the coke enters the independent chambers to enable the independent chambers to respectively bear cokes with different volumes, a new bottom with parallel surfaces is formed, and then the coke chambers are upwards overlapped on a secondary basis, so that a loading schematic diagram shown in fig. 7 can be formed, the loading capacity of the coke in the carriage can be effectively improved, the quantity of produced coke can be increased for subsequent cooling coke, transporting coke or other processing procedures at the same times, and the processing efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, the power source comprises a support 713 connected to the outside of the carriage, a driving box 714 is arranged on the support 713, a driving gear structure is arranged in the driving box 714, the driving gear mechanism is respectively positioned above the left wall 703 and the right wall 704, sliding sleeves 715 are arranged on the inner sides of the left wall 703 and the right wall 704 of the carriage, racks 716 are arranged in the sliding sleeves 715 in a sliding manner, the racks 716 are matched with the output ends of the driving gear structure to realize the up-and-down movement of the racks 716, a connecting rod 718 is arranged at the lower end of each rack 716, the connecting rod 718 is rotatably arranged with one or more partition plates 717, a long groove is formed in the connecting rod 718, and the lower end of each rack 716 slides in the long groove.
Referring to fig. 9, a coke production line with flue gas secondary combustion function includes a coal tower 100, a coke oven 300, a coal conveying device 111 for feeding the coal tower 100, and a coal loading device 200 movably transferred between the coal tower 100 and the coke oven 300, a coke pushing device 500 for pushing the coke oven 300 and a coke guiding device 900 for guiding the discharging of the coke oven 300 are respectively arranged at two sides of the coke oven 300, and a coke quenching tower 800 for processing the coke quenching car 700 is arranged at the coke oven 300, the coke oven 300 is further provided with a gas supply device 600, the gas supply device 600 includes a gas source 601, a pipeline assembly 602 with one end communicated with the gas source 601 and the other end for supplying gas to a combustion chamber in the coke oven 300, a passage control device 603 is arranged on the pipeline assembly 602 for controlling the gas in the pipeline assembly 602, which includes monitoring the gas flow rate in the pipeline assembly 602 and opening and closing valves, therefore, the controller can set the opening and closing of the program operation valve, when the valve in the passage control device 603 is closed, the gas in the pipeline assembly 602 needs to be discharged through other passages, therefore, the three-way valve 604 and the recovery device 605 which is in sealed connection with one port of the three-way valve 604 are arranged on the pipeline assembly 602, when the valve is closed, the three-way valve 604 changes the passage to enable the pipeline assembly 602 to be communicated with the recovery device 605, and at the moment, the recovery device 605 can return the participating gas in the pipeline to the original gas source 601 structure, and can supply heat to the heat storage chamber of the coke oven 300.
