Referring to fig. 4, the present embodiment further provides a carpet washing machine, which includes a sewage tank 17, and further includes a water-vapor separation device according to any one of the above technical solutions, wherein the left and right ends of the sewage tank 17 are respectively provided with a second water inlet 1701 and a second air outlet 1702; outer barrel 1 is installed in the inside of dirty water tank 17, and first water inlet 101 is connected with second water inlet 1701, and first exhaust port 102 is connected with second exhaust port 1702, and the effect: when the air exhaust device generates suction, sewage enters the inner part of the outer-layer cylinder body from the second water inlet and the first water inlet in sequence, then blocked water enters the sewage tank from the water discharge hole, and gas is discharged outside the water tank from the first exhaust hole and the second exhaust hole in sequence. Air exhaust device is dry and wet fan, and dry and wet fan installs in the right-hand member of sewage case 17, and the effect: the dry and wet fan can be very conveniently installed on the sewage tank and is also convenient to carry, so that the portability of the carpet washing machine is improved, and the dry and wet fan is the prior art, so that detailed description is omitted.
During actual work: when the air extractor is powered on, negative pressure of 6.5Kpa is generated in the whole water-vapor separation device, so that the first silica gel part and the second silica gel part are pulled apart through the negative pressure, and moisture on the carpet is sucked into the water-vapor separation device. When the air exhaust device is powered off, the negative pressure is reduced, and the first silica gel part and the second silica gel part are closed, so that the inlet and the outlet in the sewage tank are locked, and the water in the sewage tank is prevented from leaking.
Specifically, the sewage tank 17 is translucent, a circuit board is further arranged outside the sewage tank 17, a water level sensing switch and a dumping switch are arranged on the circuit board, the water level sensing switch can visually detect the height of the water level in the sewage tank 17, and the dumping switch can sense the inclination angle of the sewage tank 17; the water level inductive switch and the dumping switch are both electrically connected with the wet and dry fans, and it should be noted that the water level inductive switch and the dumping switch are both in the prior art, and therefore detailed description is omitted here. The function is as follows: when the water level inductive switch detects that the water level reaches the warning scale visually, the water level inductive switch can control the dry and wet fan to be powered off, so that the negative pressure in the outer-layer cylinder is reduced. Then, under the action of the elastic force of the first spring and the second spring, the first silica gel part and the second silica gel part prop against the first water inlet and the valve port leftwards, so that water in the sewage tank is locked inside. In addition, as a spare dumping switch, when the water level sensing switch fails (namely the water level is not at a warning line), the dry and wet fan can be controlled to be powered off as long as the carpet washing machine is tilted to a certain angle, so that the negative pressure in the outer-layer cylinder is reduced. Then under the action of the elastic force of the first spring and the second spring, the first silica gel part and the second silica gel part prop against the first water inlet and the valve port leftwards, so that water in the sewage tank is locked inside, and the aim of preventing water leakage during tilting is fulfilled. Once the technical result of the invention is converted into practical application, for example, the application to a hand-held carpet washing machine can relieve the trouble of users in the using process, solve the main pain points of the hand-held carpet washing machine, enable the users to feel good experience and increase the fun of doing housework in life.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the carpet washing machine further comprises a main machine shell 18, wherein a left machine shell 19 and a right machine shell 20 are respectively arranged at the left end and the right end of the main machine shell 18, wherein the sewage tank 17 is installed inside the main machine shell 18, a second water inlet 1701 of the sewage tank 17 is communicated with the inside of the left machine shell 19, and an auxiliary water absorption device 23 is arranged at the left end of the left machine shell 19, so that the water on the carpet can be conveniently sucked into the sewage tank 17 from the auxiliary water absorption device 23 and the left machine shell 19 in sequence; the right upper end of the main case 18 is also provided with a control button 21, and the control button 21 is installed on the circuit board after penetrating the main case 18 inwards; the dry and wet fan is arranged inside the right casing 20, the top of the right casing 20 is provided with a hand-held rod 22, and the hand-held rod 22 is convenient for people to carry out hand-held carpet washing machine.
It should be noted that the application of the water-vapor separation device is not limited to the carpet washing machine, but also can be used in floor washing machines and various dry and wet sea and polyester products. The placement position of the water-vapor separation device in the product can be adjusted according to the product shape.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A water-steam separating device comprises an outer-layer cylinder body (1), and is characterized in that: the left end and the right end of the outer layer cylinder (1) are respectively provided with a first water inlet (101) and a first exhaust port (102), a PVC filter (2), a medium-density sponge (3) and a middle layer cylinder (4) which are sequentially distributed from left to right are arranged inside the outer layer cylinder (1), the left end of the middle layer cylinder (4) is set to be a closed end, and the right end of the middle layer cylinder (4) is set to be an opening; an inner-layer cylinder (5) is arranged at the right end of the outer-layer cylinder (1), the left end of the inner-layer cylinder (5) is provided with an opening, the inner-layer cylinder (5) is inserted into the middle-layer cylinder (4) leftwards, the first exhaust port (102) is located at the right end of the inner-layer cylinder (5), and the first exhaust port (102) is connected with an air exhaust device outside the outer-layer cylinder (1); the bottom of the outer layer cylinder body (1) is provided with a plurality of drain holes (103), and the drain holes (103) are positioned on the left side of the PVC filter disc (2).

The water-vapor separation device according to claim 1, wherein: the PVC filter disc is characterized in that the outer-layer cylinder body (1), the PVC filter disc (2), the medium-density sponge (3), the middle-layer cylinder body (4) and the inner-layer cylinder body (5) extend along the left and right directions in the axial direction, and the outer-layer cylinder body (1) is coaxial with the PVC filter disc (2), the medium-density sponge (3), the middle-layer cylinder body (4) and the inner-layer cylinder body (5).

The water-vapor separation device according to claim 2, wherein: the side wall of the middle layer cylinder (4) is separated from the side wall of the outer layer cylinder (1) by a distance, and the right end of the middle layer cylinder (4) is separated from the right end of the outer layer cylinder (1) by a distance; the side wall of the inner layer cylinder body (5) is separated from the side wall of the middle layer cylinder body (4) by a distance, a high-density sponge (6) is separated from the left end of the inner layer cylinder body (5) and the left end of the middle layer cylinder body (4), and the left end of the inner layer cylinder body (5) is in close contact with the right end of the high-density sponge (6).

The water-vapor separation device according to claim 3, wherein: the side wall of middle level barrel (4) with connect fixedly through a plurality of connecting plate (7) between the side wall of outer barrel (1), a plurality of connecting plate (7) are followed the circumference of middle level barrel (4) distributes in proper order, the extending direction of connecting plate (7) with the axial of middle level barrel (4) between have the contained angle.

The water-vapor separation device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the left end of the middle layer cylinder (4) is in close contact with the right end of the medium density sponge (3), the left end of the middle layer cylinder (4) is provided with a first shaft fixing cover (401), the left end of the first shaft fixing cover (401) is provided with a guide cylinder (8), the guide cylinder (8) sequentially penetrates through the middle parts of the medium density sponge (3) and the PVC filter disc (2) leftwards, the left end of the guide cylinder (8) is provided with a guide pipeline (801) extending along the left-right direction, and the right end of the guide cylinder (8) is provided with an opening; but the inside of direction pipeline (801) is equipped with first valve apical axis (9) of horizontal slip, but the left end of first valve apical axis (9) is worn out left behind direction pipeline (801) is connected with first silica gel portion (10), the right-hand member of first valve apical axis (9) is worn out right behind direction pipeline (801) with the left end of first fixed lid (401) of axle is connected fixedly through first spring (11), first silica gel portion (10) can plug up left under the elastic action of first spring (11) first water inlet (101).

The water-vapor separation device according to claim 5, wherein: the width of the first silica gel part (10) is larger than the inner diameter of the guide pipeline (801), a first mounting hole (901) penetrating rightwards is formed in the first valve top shaft (9), and a first fixing shaft (402) is arranged at the left end of the first shaft fixing cover (401); the inner diameter of the first mounting hole (901) is larger than the outer diameter of the first fixing shaft (402), the first fixing shaft (402) can be inserted into the first mounting hole (901) leftwards, and the left end and the right end of the first spring (11) are fixed to the inner wall of the first mounting hole (901) and the outer wall of the first fixing shaft (402) respectively.

The water-vapor separation device according to claim 5, wherein: the inner layer cylinder (5) is internally provided with an annular step (12) and a guide post (13) which are sequentially distributed from left to right, the middle part of the annular step (12) is provided with a valve port (1201) which is penetrated through along the left-right direction, the middle part of the guide post (13) is provided with a guide hole (1301) which is penetrated through along the left-right direction, and the edge of the guide post (13) is provided with an air guide hole (1302) which is penetrated through along the left-right direction; a second valve top shaft (14) capable of sliding left and right is arranged inside the guide hole (1301), and the left end of the second valve top shaft (14) penetrates through the guide hole (1301) leftwards and then is connected with a second silica gel part (15); a second shaft fixing cover (501) is arranged at the right end of the inner layer cylinder (5), the first exhaust port (102) is located on the second shaft fixing cover (501), the right end of the second valve top shaft (14) penetrates through the guide hole (1301) rightwards and then is fixedly connected with the left end of the second shaft fixing cover (501) through a second spring (16), and the second silica gel part (15) can block the valve port (1201) leftwards under the elastic action of the second spring (16).

The water-vapor separation device according to claim 7, wherein: the width of the second silica gel part (15) is larger than the inner diameter of the guide hole (1301), a second mounting hole (1401) penetrating rightwards is formed in the second valve top shaft (14), and a second fixing shaft (502) is arranged at the left end of the second shaft fixing cover (501); the inner diameter of the second mounting hole (1401) is larger than the outer diameter of the second fixing shaft (502), the second fixing shaft (502) can be inserted into the second mounting hole (1401) leftwards, and the left end and the right end of the second spring (16) are respectively fixed on the inner wall of the second mounting hole (1401) and the outer wall of the second fixing shaft (502).

A carpet washing machine, includes sewage case (17), its characterized in that: the water-steam separating device of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the left end and the right end of the sewage tank (17) are respectively provided with a second water inlet (1701) and a second air outlet (1702); the outer layer cylinder (1) is arranged inside the sewage tank (17), the first water inlet (101) is connected with the second water inlet (1701), and the first exhaust port (102) is connected with the second exhaust port (1702); the air extraction device is a dry and wet fan, and the dry and wet fan is arranged at the right end of the sewage tank (17).

A carpet washing machine according to claim 9, characterized in that: the sewage tank (17) is semitransparent, a circuit board is further arranged outside the sewage tank (17), a water level sensing switch and a dumping switch are arranged on the circuit board, the water level sensing switch can visually detect the water level height in the sewage tank (17), and the dumping switch can sense the inclination angle of the sewage tank (17); the water level inductive switch and the dumping switch are electrically connected with the dry and wet fan.
