The lower part of the upright main body portion 1 is pivotally mounted to the base portion 2. The base part 2 is adapted to be moved over a hard floor to enable wet cleaning of the hard floor. In this example, the upright main body portion 1 is movable between an upright rest position (the position shown in fig. 1) and a rearwardly inclined use position (the position shown in fig. 2).
The directional relationships of "up", "down", "left", "right", "front" and "rear" mentioned in this example correspond to the directions in the example of fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the base part 2 includes a bottom shell 21, a brush chamber 22 having an opening 221 at a lower portion is formed in the bottom shell 21, a rotary brush 23 is rotatably disposed in the brush chamber 22 around an axis, and a first suction nozzle 24 assigned to the rotary brush 23 and a liquid spray nozzle (not shown) assigned to the rotary brush 23 are disposed inside the bottom shell 21. A portion of the rotating brush 23 protrudes downward from the opening 221 to come into frictional contact with the floor surface to be cleaned, and the rotating brush 23 is configured to pick up the dirty liquid and dirt from the floor surface to be cleaned and send them to the first suction nozzle 24 through the opening 221 during rotation. The lower part of the bottom shell 21 is further provided with a second suction nozzle 25 at the rear side of the opening 221, and the second suction nozzle 25 is of a flexible flat suction nozzle structure which can suck up small particles of dust or liquid drops on the floor to be cleaned during the contact with the floor to be cleaned. A suction channel 26 is also provided in the bottom shell 21, into which suction channel 26 both the first suction nozzle 24 and the second suction nozzle 25 are fluidly connected.
Referring to fig. 2, 4-5, the upright main body portion 1 includes a housing 10, a clean water tank 3 and a dirty liquid tank 4 removably mounted on the housing 10, a suction motor 5 fixedly mounted within the housing 10, and a handle assembly 6 mounted on an upper portion of the housing 10. The clean water tank 3 is in fluid communication with a liquid jet so that the liquid in the clean water tank 3 is applied to the rotating brush 23 via the liquid jet 25. The suction passage 26 is in fluid communication with the dirty liquid tank 4 so as to feed the dirty liquid sucked into the suction passage 26 by the first suction nozzle 24 and the second suction nozzle 26 into the dirty liquid tank 4 together with the dirt. The suction motor 5 is capable of producing a working air flow from the first suction nozzle 24 and the second suction nozzle 25 into the suction channel 26 and further into the sump 4.
In this example, the cabinet 10 includes a lower bottom support 11, an upper mounting portion 12 located at an upper portion, a front support 13 located at a middle portion, and a rear support 14. The upper mounting portion 12 includes a peripheral side wall 121 and a bottom wall 122 located at a lower portion of the peripheral side wall 121, the upper mounting portion 12 has a motor cavity 123 (see fig. 8) defined by the peripheral side wall 121 and the bottom wall 122 therein, the top portion of the upper mounting portion 12 has a handle 124 located above the motor cavity 123 and upwardly fed, and the handle 124 has a plurality of control buttons 125 for a user to operate the hard floor washing machine 10. As further shown in fig. 4-5, the front support 13, the rear support 14, the bottom wall 122 and the bottom support 11 define a cavity 128 therebetween, the cavity 128 communicating with the motor chamber 123 in the upper portion through a plurality of vent holes 126. The cavity 128 has a first opening 1281 on the right side and a second opening 1282 on the left side. As shown in fig. 5, part of the dirty liquid tank 4 is accommodated in the cavity 128 via the first opening 1281, and the dirty liquid tank 4 can also be removed from the cavity 128 via the first opening 1281. As shown in fig. 4, the clean water tank 3 is partially located within the cavity 128 and can be removed from the cavity 128 via a second opening 1282. A limit partition 1283 for separating the dirty liquid tank 4 and the clean water tank 3 is arranged in the cavity 128; the restriction partition 1283 is hollowed out so that it does not prevent the free flow of air entering the cavity 128. When the dirty liquid tank 4 is installed in the cavity 128, the upper portion of the dirty liquid tank 4 is in sealing engagement with the boss 1221 of the bottom wall 122, so that the working air flow in the dirty liquid tank 4 can only flow upward from the plurality of air inlets 127 on the boss 1221. In this example, a clearance fit is formed between the dirty liquid tank 4 and the first opening 1281, and a clearance fit is also formed between the clean water tank 3 and the second opening 1282; namely, gaps 129 communicated with the cavity 128 are reserved at the joint of the liquid tank 4 and the first opening 1281 and the joint of the clean water tank 3 and the second opening 1282; thus, air flowing into the cavity 128 from the plurality of exhaust holes 126 will be exhausted to the outside from the gap 129. In this structure, the space of the cavity 128 is large enough to expand the working air flow entering the cavity 128 as much as possible, thereby reducing the noise of the air flow.
As shown in fig. 7-10, the suction motor 5 includes a motor housing 50, a fan assembly 51 mounted inside the motor housing 50, and a motor assembly 52, the motor assembly 52 being located above the fan assembly 51. The lower end of the motor housing 50 is fixedly mounted on the bottom wall 122.
As shown in fig. 10, the fan assembly 52 includes a wind wheel 521 and a fan housing 522 located at the periphery of the wind wheel 521, the middle of the bottom of the fan housing 522 has an air inlet 5221 communicated with a plurality of air inlets 127, and the outer side wall has a plurality of air outlets 5222; the air outlets 5222 face downward. A partition plate 53 positioned below the plurality of air outlets 5222 is further disposed in the motor cavity 123, and after the airflow flowing out from the plurality of air outlets 5222 collides with the partition plate 53, the airflow changes to an angle of approximately 90 degrees (in other embodiments, an angle of 45-135 degrees may also be selected) toward the inside direction, and then flows out from the plurality of air vents 126; the airflow noise will be attenuated once the airflow hits the baffle 53 and turns.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the partition 53 is annular and has a centrally located notch 531 and opposed upper and lower surfaces 532, 533. The partition 53 is fixedly mounted on the motor housing 50.
As further shown in fig. 10, the plurality of air outlets 5222 define a first chamber 151 for air flow between the upper surface 532 of the partition 53, a second chamber 152 for air flow between the lower surface 533 of the partition 53 and the outer periphery 1222 of the bottom wall 122, the first chamber 151 and the second chamber 152 are connected by a gap 531, and the second chamber 152 forms an expansion chamber structure with respect to the first chamber 151. Thus, the noise of the working air flowing from the first chamber 151 to the second chamber 152 is further reduced.
Thus, the working air flow escaping from the waste liquid tank 4 flows through the air inlets 127, the air suction ports 5221, the air outlets 5222, the first chamber 151, the notch 531, the second chamber 152, the air vents 126, and the cavity 128 in this order, and is finally discharged to the outside through the gaps 129 on the left and right sides.
As further shown in fig. 1-5, the front support 13 has a human-machine interface 131 located outside the cavity 128, and the human-machine interface 131 includes several warning lights 1311 for reminding a user of an abnormal state in the hard floor washing machine currently, such as abnormal rotation of a roller brush in the base part 2, lack of water in the clean water tank 3, full of liquid in the dirty liquid tank 4, and the like, and several parameter indicating lights 1312 for showing the working parameters of the hard floor washing machine currently to the user, such as the flow rate of the cleaning liquid, the battery power, and the like.
The handle assembly 6 includes a handle bar 62 fixed to an upper portion of the rear support portion 14 and a handle 61 fixed to an upper portion of the handle bar 62 and configured to be held by a user. The handle 61 is provided with a plurality of operation switches 63.
The hard floor cleaning machine 100 of this example is provided with a liquid supply unit for supplying the solution in the clean water tank 3 to the base part 2, a dirty liquid recovery unit for removing dirty liquid from the floor to be cleaned and feeding it to the dirty liquid tank, and a control unit (not shown in the figure), in addition to the clean water tank 3 and the dirty liquid tank 4.
