The motor chamber 123 also has therein a cooling air path adapted to supply cooling air to the motor portion of the suction motor 5 and remove heated cooling air from the motor portion; in order to form the cooling air path, a plurality of through holes 1211 penetrating the inside and outside are provided on the peripheral side wall 121, and these through holes 1211 constitute a cooling air inlet and a cooling air outlet.
