Background
A hard floor washing machine is a device that uses a cleaning fluid to wash the floor while recovering the cleaned cleaning fluid, and when in use, the device needs to use a suction motor to extract the dirty liquid on the floor together with other dirt, which will be trapped inside the device, and the "clean air" will leave the device after passing through the suction motor and be exhausted to the outside.
At present, in the process of discharging 'clean air', a suction motor on a hard floor cleaning machine has a short exhaust path or a limited exhaust space, so that the noise of the machine is high, and the use experience of a user is influenced.

the suction motor is arranged in the motor containing chamber and comprises a fan assembly and a motor assembly positioned above the fan assembly, the fan assembly comprises a fan cover with an air suction opening and a plurality of air outlets at the bottom, the air outlet direction of the air outlets faces downwards, and the waste liquid tank, the air inlet openings, the air suction opening, the air outlets and the exhaust holes are sequentially communicated;
and the partition plate is arranged in the motor containing chamber and is positioned right below the air outlets, so that the air flow flowing out of the air outlets changes an angle of 45-135 degrees towards the inner side direction and then flows out of the air exhaust holes.

Detailed Description
For the purpose of illustrating the technical content, the constructional features, the achieved objects and the effects of the invention in detail, reference will be made to the following detailed description of the embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1-2 show a hard floor cleaning machine 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention, which is a vertical structure consisting of two parts, an upright main body part 1 and a cleaning base 2. The cleaning base 2 is pivotally mounted to the lower portion of the upright main body portion 1 and is adapted to be moved over a floor surface to effect wet cleaning of the floor surface. In this example, the upright main body portion 1 is movable between an upright rest position (the position shown in fig. 1) and a rearwardly inclined use position (the position shown in fig. 2); the inner bottom of the cleaning base 2 is provided with a roller brush (not shown in the figure). The directional relationships of "up", "down", "left", "right", "front", and "rear" mentioned in this example are consistent with the directions at the example of fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 3-4, the upright main unit portion 1 includes a housing 10, a clean water tank 3 and a dirty liquid tank 4 removably mounted on the housing 10, a suction motor 5 fixedly mounted in the housing 10, and a handle assembly 6 mounted on an upper portion of the housing 10.
The cabinet 10 includes a lower bottom support 11, an upper mounting portion 12 at an upper portion, a front support 13 and a rear support 14 at a middle portion. The upper mounting portion 12 includes a peripheral side wall 121 and a bottom wall 122 located at a lower portion of the peripheral side wall 121, the upper mounting portion 12 has a motor accommodating chamber 123 defined by the peripheral side wall 121 and the bottom wall 1121 therein, the top portion of the upper mounting portion 12 has a handle 124 located above the motor accommodating chamber 123 and supplied upward, and the handle 124 has a plurality of control buttons 125 for a user to operate the hard floor washing machine 10. The peripheral wall 121 is provided with a plurality of heat dissipating holes 1211 in air flow communication with the motor assembly 52, which will be described below. The suction motor 5 is installed in the motor receiving chamber 123.
As shown in fig. 5, the bottom wall 122 includes a central portion 1221 and a peripheral portion 1222 surrounding outside the central portion 1221, the central portion 1221 protruding downward relative to the peripheral portion 1222; the peripheral portion 1222 is formed with a plurality of exhaust holes 126, and the central portion 1221 is formed with a plurality of air inlets 127.
As further shown in fig. 3-4, a cavity 128 is defined between the front support 13, the rear support 14, the bottom wall 122 and the bottom support 11, the cavity 128 communicating with the motor receiving chamber 123 located at the upper portion through a plurality of vent holes 126. The cavity 128 has a first opening 1281 on the right side and a second opening 1282 on the left side, the dirty liquid tank 4 is at least partially located within the cavity 128 and is removable from the cavity 128 via the first opening 1281, and the clean water tank 3 is at least partially located within the cavity 128 and is removable from the cavity 128 via the second opening 1282; a limit partition 1283 for separating the dirty liquid tank 4 and the clean water tank 3 is arranged in the cavity 128, and the limit partition 1283 is of a hollow structure. When the dirty liquid tank 4 is mounted in the cavity 128, the upper portion of the dirty liquid tank 4 is sealingly engaged with the central portion 1221 of the bottom wall 122, and air in the dirty liquid tank 4 can flow upward only from the air inlets 127 of the central portion 1221. In this example, gaps 129 communicated with the cavity 128 are reserved at the joint of the dirty liquid tank 4 and the first opening 1281 and the joint of the clean water tank 3 and the second opening 1282; thus, air flowing into cavity 128 from vents 126 will escape to the environment from gap 129. In this structure, the space of the cavity 128 is large enough to expand the working air flow entering the cavity 128 as much as possible, thereby reducing the noise of the air flow.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the suction motor 5 includes a motor housing 50, a fan assembly 51 mounted inside the motor housing 50, and a motor assembly 52, the motor assembly 52 being located above the fan assembly 51. The lower end of the motor housing 50 is fixedly mounted on the bottom wall 122.
As shown in fig. 9, the fan assembly 52 includes a wind wheel 521 and a fan housing 522 located at the periphery of the wind wheel 521, the middle of the bottom of the fan housing 522 has an air suction opening 5221 connected to the plurality of air inlets 127, the outer side wall has a plurality of air outlets 5222, and the air outlet direction of the plurality of air outlets 5222 faces downward. The motor storage chamber 123 is further provided with a partition plate 53 positioned below the air outlets 5222, and after the airflow flowing out from the air outlets 5222 collides with the partition plate 53, the airflow changes an angle of 90 degrees towards the inner side direction and then flows out from the air vents 126; the airflow noise will be attenuated once the airflow hits the partition 53.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, the partition 53 is annular and has a centrally located notch 531 and opposed upper and lower surfaces 532, 533. The partition 53 is fixedly installed on the motor housing 50.
As further shown in fig. 9, the plurality of air outlets 5222 define a first chamber 151 for air flow between the upper surface 532 of the partition 53, a second chamber 152 for air flow between the lower surface 533 of the partition 53 and the outer periphery 1222 of the bottom wall 122, the first chamber 151 and the second chamber 152 are connected by a gap 531, and the second chamber 152 forms an expansion chamber structure with respect to the first chamber 151. In this way, the noise of the air flowing from the first chamber 151 to the second chamber 152 is further reduced.
Thus, the air flow escaping from the waste liquid tank 4 flows through the air inlets 127, the air suction ports 5221, the air outlets 5222, the first chamber 151, the notch 531, the second chamber 152, the air vents 126, and the cavity 128 in this order, and is finally discharged to the outside through the gaps 129 on the left and right sides.
As further shown in fig. 1-4, the front support 13 has a human-machine interface 131 located outside the cavity 128, and the human-machine interface 131 includes several warning lights 1311 for reminding a user of an abnormal status in the hard floor washing machine, such as abnormal rotation of a roller brush in the cleaning base 2, lack of water in the clean water tank 3, full liquid in the dirty liquid tank 4, etc., and several parameter indicating lights 1312 for showing the user of the current working parameters of the hard floor washing machine, such as the flow rate of the cleaning liquid, the battery level, etc.
The handle assembly 6 includes a handle bar 62 fixed to an upper portion of the rear support portion 14 and a handle 61 fixed to an upper portion of the handle bar 62 and configured to be held by a user. The handle 61 is provided with a plurality of operation switches 63.
The hard floor cleaning machine 100 of this example is provided with a liquid supply unit for supplying the solution in the clean water tank 3 to the cleaning base 2, a dirty liquid recovery unit for removing dirty liquid from the floor to be cleaned and feeding it to the dirty liquid tank, and a control unit (not shown in the figure), in addition to the clean water tank 3 and the dirty liquid tank 4. The liquid delivery unit may include necessary piping, cleaning liquid nozzles, pumps, and the like.

1. A hard floor washing machine comprising a cleaning base adapted to be moved over a floor surface to be cleaned and an upright main body portion pivotally connected at a lower portion to said cleaning base, said upright main body portion comprising:
the motor comprises a shell, a motor body and a motor cover, wherein the shell comprises a motor containing chamber with a plurality of air inlets and a plurality of air exhaust holes at the lower part and a cavity positioned below the motor containing chamber, and the cavity is communicated with the motor containing chamber through the air exhaust holes;
a sump removably mounted to said housing and at least partially disposed within said cavity;
a clean water tank removably mounted to said housing and at least partially disposed within said cavity;
the suction motor is arranged in the motor containing chamber and comprises a fan assembly and a motor assembly positioned above the fan assembly, the fan assembly comprises a fan cover with an air suction opening and a plurality of air outlets, the air outlet direction of the air outlets faces downwards, and the waste liquid tank, the air inlet openings, the air suction opening, the air outlets and the exhaust holes are sequentially communicated;
and the partition plate is arranged in the motor containing chamber and is positioned right below the air outlets, so that the air flow flowing out of the air outlets changes an angle of 45-135 degrees towards the inner side direction and then flows out of the air exhaust holes.
2. A hard floor cleaning machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein said suction motor includes a motor housing, said diaphragm being fixedly mounted to said motor housing.
3. A hard floor cleaning machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein said partition is annular, said partition having a central opening and opposed upper and lower surfaces, said plurality of air outlets defining a first chamber for air flow between said upper surface of said partition and said lower surface of said partition, a second chamber for air flow between said lower surface of said partition and said interior bottom of said motor compartment, said first chamber communicating with said second chamber through said opening, said second chamber forming an expansion chamber structure with respect to said first chamber.

A hard floor cleaning machine as claimed in claim 1 wherein said cavity has first and second oppositely disposed openings, said dirty liquid tank being removable from said cavity through said first opening, said clean water tank being removable from said cavity through said second opening; gaps communicated with the cavity are reserved at the joint of the dirty liquid tank and the first opening and the joint of the clean water tank and the second opening, so that airflow flowing into the cavity from the plurality of exhaust holes escapes to the outside through the gaps.
5. A hard floor cleaning machine as claimed in claim 4 wherein a spacing partition is provided within said cavity for separating said dirty liquid tank from said clean water tank.
6. The hard floor cleaning machine of claim 1, wherein the plurality of exhaust vents are located about the periphery of the plurality of air inlets.
7. A hard floor cleaning machine according to claim 6, wherein said housing includes a bottom wall defining a bottom for receiving said motor, and a peripheral sidewall on an upper side of said bottom wall, said bottom wall including a central portion and a peripheral portion on an outer side of said central portion, said plurality of exhaust holes being located at said peripheral portion, said central portion projecting downward relative to said peripheral portion, an upper portion of said dirty liquid tank being sealingly engaged with said central portion, and said plurality of intake holes being located at said central portion.
8. A hard floor cleaning machine as claimed in claim 7 wherein said peripheral wall is provided with a plurality of louvers in air flow communication with said motor assembly.
9. The hard floor cleaning machine of claim 1, wherein the upright host section further comprises a handle assembly mounted above the housing, the handle assembly comprising a handle bar and a handle secured to an upper portion of the bar and configured to be held by a user.
10. A hard floor cleaning machine according to claim 1 wherein said cabinet includes a human machine interface located outside of said cavity, said human machine interface including a plurality of warning lights for alerting a user of a current abnormal condition in said hard floor cleaning machine and a plurality of parameter indicating lights for presenting to a user current operating parameters of said hard floor cleaning machine.
