Abstract
本发明提供了一种中药微粉组合物,属于兽用复方中药技术领域。本发明提供的中药微粉组合物,包括牛蒡子、蛇床子、常山、黄芪、艾草、青蒿、党参,所述中药微粉组合物可应用于鸡微生物发酵养殖床。本发明还提供了一种鸡养殖床,包括垫料、中药微粉组合物和混合微生物菌种发酵液,所述鸡养殖床可配合鸡舍内悬挂中药包以及养殖过程中在饲料或饮水中添加不同功效的中药制剂或其提取物,形成一套健康、安全、高效、生态的鸡养殖系统,确保鸡类产品质量安全。

技术领域
本发明属于兽用复方中药技术领域,尤其涉及一种中药微粉组合物及其在鸡养殖中的应用。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,人们对鸡类产品的需求量越来越大,近年来,我国的养鸡业得到了快速发展,规模和生产水平也有了较大的提高。但现代大规模畜牧养殖饲养方式,养殖密度较大,养殖管理不够科学合理和全面,蛋鸡产蛋率不高,蛋产品品质欠佳,肉用土杂鸡生长缓慢,并且容易产生各种疾病,导致鸡的养殖效益不高。而目前,市场上用于鸡病防治的药物较多,但多是一些抗生素类药物,具有一定的毒副作用,残留在肉蛋产品中,人们食用后会严重危害身体健康。因此,在当前国家减抗、限抗、禁抗的大环境下,如何有效研发出替抗产品,减少抗菌素等化学药物的使用,确保畜禽健康养殖,减少抗菌素等药物耐药性和残留危害,是当前畜禽养殖业面临的重要课题。
中草药为我国传统瑰宝,且长期实践证明,中草药在医药卫生、畜禽健康等方面发挥了积极、重要的作用,人们逐渐认识到传统中医药的博大精深。因此,如何在我国中医医药理论体系的指导下,顺应当前行业养殖需求,选取传统常用中草药植物形成组方制剂应用于鸡养殖中,建立一套无抗、生态养殖的模式成为鸡养殖领域的关键。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供了一种中药微粉组合物,可与新型生物发酵床养殖方式结合,有效提高生物发酵菌种和发酵床的降解能力和效率。
本发明的目的还在于提供了一种鸡养殖发酵床,可保证鸡养殖过程中养殖环境的健康,确保了养殖鸡群的健康,降低死淘率。
本发明的目的还在于提供了一种鸡养殖模式,实现了鸡的健康、安全、高效、生态养殖,确保了鸡产品质量安全。

本发明提供了一种中药微粉组合物,按质量份数计,包括以下原料:牛蒡子3~12份、蛇床子2~12份、常山1~6份、黄芪5~16份、艾草5~16份、青蒿5~12份、党参1~6份。
本发明还提供了上述中药微粉组合物在养殖发酵床中的应用,所述发酵床为鸡养殖发酵床。
本发明还提供了一种鸡养殖发酵床,所述发酵床中包括垫料和0.05~0.5wt%上述的中药微粉组合物。
优选的,所述发酵床中还包括混合微生物菌种发酵液。
优选的,所述混合微生物菌种由乳酸乳球菌LAWH202106、粪肠球菌EFWH202105、地衣芽孢杆菌BLHB-20200701按照1~2:1~2:1~2配比得到。
优选的,所述混合微生物菌种发酵液中,乳酸乳球菌LAWH202106的有效活菌数为4~6×108cfu/ml,粪肠球菌EFWH202105的有效活菌数为4~6×108cfu/ml,地衣芽孢杆菌BLHB-20200701的有效活菌数为4~6×108cfu/ml。
优选的,所述发酵液用量为0.5~1.6L/m2。
本发明还提供了一种鸡养殖模式,采用上述鸡养殖发酵床养殖鸡,同时于鸡舍内悬挂中药包,并在鸡养殖过程中,于饲料或饮水中添加中药制剂或中药提取物。
优选的,在蛋用土杂鸡养殖过程中,第0~7天添加0.5~2%的黄芪提取物;第8~14天添加0.5~1.0%的防治鸡腹泻中药制剂或其提取物;第15~21天、91~98天添加0.5~1.0%的防治鸡大肠杆菌中药制剂或其提取物;第22~27天、42~49天、63~70天添加0.5~1.0%的防治鸡球虫病中药制剂或其提取物;第127~133天添加1~2%的黄芪、益母草、黄柏混合粉散剂。

本发明的有益效果:
本发明将中药微粉组合物与新型生物发酵床养殖方式结合,抑制了其他病原微生物的生长繁殖,有效促进了生物发酵菌种的生长和繁殖,提高了生物发酵床的降解活性,发酵床和环境中氨气浓度基本为零,可保证鸡养殖过程中养殖环境的健康,从而确保了养殖鸡群的健康,降低了死淘率,全群成活率达96%以上,其中蛋用土杂鸡高峰期产蛋率达到75%以上。
本发明的鸡养殖模式将生物发酵床和复方中药组方制剂联合应用,实现了鸡的健康、安全、高效、生态养殖,减少了抗菌素的使用,避免了抗菌素成分在肉蛋产品内的残留,确保了鸡产品质量安全,提高了产品的风味和功能性营养成分,其中所得鸡蛋中胆固醇降低、有益不饱和脂肪酸提高、风味氨基酸提高。

牛蒡子,为菊科牛蒡属植物牛蒡的干燥成熟果实,味辛、苦,性寒;归肺、胃经。具有疏散风热,宣肺祛痰,利咽透疹,解毒消肿的功效。主治风热感冒,温病初起,麻疹不透,风疹瘙痒,痈肿疮毒,丹毒,痄腮喉痹。
蛇床子,为伞形科蛇床属植物蛇床的果实,味辛,苦,性温;归脾,肾经。具有温肾壮阳,燥湿杀虫,祛风止痒的功效。主治阴部湿痒,湿疹,疥癣;寒湿带下,湿痹腰痛;肾虚阳痿,宫冷不孕等。
常山,为虎耳草科黄常山属植物常山的干燥根,味苦、辛,性寒;归肺、肝、心经。分布于陕西、甘肃、江苏、安徽、浙江、江西、福建、台湾、湖北、湖南、广东、广西、四川、贵州、云南和西藏等地。具有涌吐痰涎,截疟之功效。常用于痰饮停聚,胸膈痞塞,疟疾。
黄芪,为豆科黄芪属植物蒙古黄芪或膜荚黄芪的根,味甘,性微温;归脾、肺经。具有健脾补中,升阳举陷,益卫固表,利尿,托毒生肌的功效。主治脾气虚证,肺气虚证,气虚自汗证,气血亏虚,疮疡难溃难腐,或溃久难敛等。
艾草,菊科蒿属多年生草本,或略成半灌木状,植株有浓烈香气,性味苦、辛、温,入脾、肝、肾。全草入药,有温经、去湿、散寒、止血、消炎、平喘、止咳、安胎、抗过敏等作用。
青蒿,菊科蒿属植物黄花蒿的干燥地上部分,味苦、辛,性寒;归肝、胆经。具有清透虚热,凉血除蒸,解暑,截疟的功效。主治温邪伤阴,夜热早凉,阴虚发热,劳热骨蒸,暑热外感,发热口渴,疟疾寒热。
党参,为桔梗科党参属植物党参、素花党参或川党参的根,味甘,性平;归脾、肺经。具有补脾益肺,生津养血的功效。主治脾胃虚弱,肺虚喘咳,津伤口渴,血虚体弱等。
本发明将7味中药合理配伍,蛇床子、常山、牛蒡子、青蒿发挥杀虫、驱虫以及抗菌和抗病毒作用,控制发酵床上病原微生物的生长、促进有益微生物的生长繁殖,为君药;黄芪、党参发挥健脾补中的功效,促进鸡群生长,为臣药;艾草为佐使之药。
本发明将所述中药原料制备得到中药微粉组合物。作为一种可选的实施方式,本发明将各类药材按比例混合,粉碎过筛后封存备用,所述过筛优选为过1号筛。本发明对具体的混合、粉碎、过筛方式不作限定。
本发明还提供了上述中药微粉组合物在养殖发酵床中的应用,所述添加上述中药微粉组合物的养殖发酵床优选为鸡养殖发酵床。
本发明还提供了一种鸡养殖发酵床,在鸡养殖发酵床垫料中添加垫料总质量0.05~0.5%的中药微粉组合物,所述中药微粉组合物的添加量优选为0.1~0.4wt%,更优选为0.2~0.3wt%。本发明所述中药微粉组合物直接与发酵床垫料混合均匀即可,本发明对具体的混合方式不作限定。
本发明对鸡养殖发酵床的垫料原料不作具体限定,可选择锯末、统糠粉、棉籽壳粉、棉杆粗粉、椰子壳粉、花生壳粉、各种秸秆等。作为一种可选的实施方式,本发明所述鸡养殖发酵床垫料以质量百分比计,由70~90%的稻壳和10~30%的锯末配比得到。
本发明所述鸡养殖发酵床深5~25cm,优选为10~22cm,更优选为20cm。本发明通过控制鸡养殖发酵床的厚度,可保证单位面积内的发酵空间和发酵效率,最大限度的降解鸡粪尿,同时又可以及时排出发酵过程中所产生的有害气体和水蒸汽,保证了发酵床和环境中氨气浓度基本为零。
本发明对鸡养殖发酵床的含水量不作限定,本发明对鸡养殖发酵床的温度不作限定,采用室温即可。
本发明将所得中药微粉组合物添加到生物发酵床中,可抑制生物发酵床中病原微生物的生长繁殖,对生物发酵床起到消毒作用,同时还可以促进有益菌种的生长和繁殖,提高生物发酵床的降解活性,改善养殖环境,提高了畜禽免疫能力和抗病力。
在本发明中,所述鸡养殖发酵床中还添加有混合微生物菌种发酵液。
本发明的混合微生物菌种由乳酸乳球菌LAWH202106、粪肠球菌EFWH202105、地衣芽孢杆菌BLHB-20200701按照1~2:1~2:1~2配比得到,优选为1:1:1配比得到。本发明的微生物菌种是从鸡群养殖环境、粪便中分离得到的对鸡粪便降解率高的优势菌种。

本发明对混合菌种进行发酵培养得到混合微生物菌种发酵液。作为一种可选的实施方式,本发明将三种菌株按比例混合,取混合菌种9~11g,加入10~16L水(水中提前加入0.9~1.1kg红糖)中,密封,于24~26℃发酵2~3天,即得混合微生物菌种发酵液。

本发明将得到的混合微生物菌种发酵液均匀喷洒到鸡养殖发酵床垫料中,所述发酵液用量为0.5~1.6L/m2,优选为1~1.6L/m2,更优选为1.2~1.5L/m2。
本发明添加的混合菌种是从养殖场环境中分离出来的降解菌种,菌种适应养殖环境,对粪污降解效率高。本发明将混合微生物菌种发酵液添加到鸡养殖发酵床中,鸡粪中能量物质包括未被消化吸收的碳水化合物、蛋白质和其他含氮物质(粗蛋白)等可为菌株提供氮源,促进微生物菌种的生长和繁殖,而大量微生物菌种的生命活动既可以分解粪尿,改善养殖环境,同时菌群间又能在发酵过程中发生生物学反应达到产热的目的,杀灭或抑制其他有害微生物繁殖生长,保证了鸡健康的生长环境,从而提高了鸡免疫能力和抗病能力,提高了鸡产品的品质。

本发明将所述中药包悬挂于鸡舍内,作为一种可选的实施方式,本发明中每个中药包重90~100g,约100平方1个,均匀分布于鸡舍内,离地面1~1.5米高。本发明通过在鸡舍内悬挂中药包,可补阳利湿,还能有效驱蚊,阻止蚊虫叮咬,改善了蛋用土杂鸡养殖环境,可有效提高鸡产品的品质。
本发明可采用上述鸡养殖模式可对多种品种的鸡进行养殖,优选的,所述鸡品种为蛋用土杂鸡或肉用土杂鸡。

本发明对肉用土杂鸡养殖70天以后的中药制剂使用情况不作限定,可根据鸡群的具体情况,适当使用上述防治疾病的中药制剂。在本发明中,肉用土杂鸡一般70~90天便可出栏上市。
本发明对上述中药制剂和中药提取物的来源和制作方法不作具体限定,采用本领域中的已知对应中药制剂和中药提取物即可。
在本发明所述养殖模式中,夏季高温季节时,当气温超过25℃后,可以在鸡饲料或饮水中添加0.5~2%防治鸡热应激复方中药制剂。作为一种可选的实施方式,本发明防治鸡热应激复方中药制剂包括藿香25~40%,桑叶15~22.5%,佩兰10~17.5%,生石膏10~11%,青蒿10~11%,白术5~15%,香薷5~15%,本发明将各原料分别经粉碎机粉碎,过80~100目筛后混合即得。本发明也可应有现有技术中的任何具有防治鸡热应激效应的中药制剂。
本发明通过在鸡养殖的不同阶段,针对性的添加防治鸡疾病的中药组方制剂,有效保障了鸡群的正常生产,替代了抗菌素在鸡养殖过程中的使用,确保了产品的质量安全,增加了产品的风味和功能性营养成分,提高了产品的品质。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细的说明,但是不能把它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
在本发明实施例中,采用的黄芪提取物的提取方法为:对黄芪根原料进行清洗,干燥,粉碎,加入原料重量10倍的水,加热沸腾提取三次,每次2小时,合并三次提取液,浓缩蒸发至60℃下的相对密度为1.20,喷雾干燥,收粉,粉碎,过50目筛,混匀,即得。
在本发明实施例中,采用的防治鸡腹泻的中药制剂提取物为:党参15份,白术15份,川黄柏20份,白头翁20份,蒲公英15份,诃子10份,肉豆蔻15份,穿心莲10份,马齿苋10份,陈皮10份,白茯苓10份;提取方法为:称取所述重量份的各原料,混合,加入原料总重量3倍的65℃的水浸泡1小时后,再加入原料总重量12倍的水于92℃回流提取10小时,然后将料液浓缩至原料总重量的3倍时,静置12h,沉淀,取上清液减压浓缩至60℃下的相对密度为1.20,喷雾干燥,收粉,粉碎,过50目筛,混匀,即得。
在本发明实施例中,采用的防治鸡大肠杆菌中药制剂提取物为:黄芩10份,黄柏10份,穿心莲12份,鱼腥草12份,黄芪10份,蒲公英12份,夏枯草8份,柴胡8份,马齿苋8份,茯苓10份,石膏10份,麻黄8份,白头翁9份,甘草8份;提取方法为:称取所述重量份的各原料,混合,加入原料总重量3倍的60℃的水浸泡1小时后,再加入原料总重量12倍的水于92℃回流提取10小时,然后将料液浓缩至原料总重量的3倍,静置12h,沉淀,取上清液减压浓缩至60℃下相对密度1.20,喷雾干燥,收粉,粉碎,过50目筛,混匀,即得。
在本发明实施例中,采用的防治鸡球虫病的复方中药制剂提取物为:常山25份,青蒿60份,仙鹤草15份,黄柏15份、白头翁15份、苦参10份;提取方法为:称取所述重量份的各原料,混合,加入原料总重量3倍的65℃的水浸泡1小时后,再加入原料总重量12倍的水于92℃回流提取10小时,然后将料液浓缩,浓缩至原料总重量的3倍时,静置12h,沉淀,取上清液减压浓缩至60℃下相对密度为1.20,喷雾干燥,收粉,粉碎,过50目筛,混匀,即得。
在本发明实施例中,采用的黄芪、益母草、黄柏混合粉散剂为:黄芪30份、益母草50份、黄柏20份;制备方法为:黄芪、益母草和黄柏三种药材分别经粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛后混合,得到混合粉散剂。
在本发明实施例中,防治鸡热应激复方中药制剂为:藿香29%,桑叶20%,佩兰15%,生石膏10%,青蒿10%,白术8%,香薷8%;制备方法为:藿香、桑叶、佩兰、生石膏、青蒿、白术、香薷7种药材分别经粉碎机粉碎,过80目筛后混合,得到混合粉散剂。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种中药微粉组合物,由以下原料组成:牛蒡子10kg、蛇床子10kg、常山5kg、黄芪15kg、艾草15kg、青蒿10kg、党参5kg。
中药微粉组合物的制备方法为:将各类药材按照配比关系混合,于粉碎机中粉碎,过1号筛。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:中药微粉组合物由以下原料组成:牛蒡子9kg、蛇床子11kg、常山6kg、黄芪14kg、艾草15kg、青蒿10kg、党参5kg。

本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:中药微粉组合物由以下原料组成:牛蒡子11kg、蛇床子11kg、常山4kg、黄芪15kg、艾草14kg、青蒿9kg、党参4kg。

本实施例提供了一种鸡养殖发酵床,发酵床垫料由80%的稻壳和20%的锯末混合得到,垫料中添加0.2%实施例1制备得到的中药微粉组合物,混合均匀后,铺设于鸡舍内,铺设厚度为20cm。

本实施例与实施例4的区别在于:垫料中添加0.4%实施例1制备得到的中药微粉组合物。

实施例7
本实施例提供了一种鸡养殖发酵床,将混合微生物发酵液通过喷雾器均匀喷洒在实施例4的垫料中,每平方米垫料喷洒1.5L。
将乳酸乳球菌LAWH202106、粪肠球菌EFWH202105、地衣芽孢杆菌BLHB-20200701按照1:1:1混合,得到混合微生物菌种。取混合菌种10g,加入15L水(水中提前加入1kg红糖)中,密封,于25℃发酵3天,得到乳酸乳球菌的有效活菌数为5.2×108cfu/ml,粪肠球菌的有效活菌数为5.5×108cfu/ml,地衣芽孢杆菌的有效活菌数为5.5×108cfu/ml的混合微生物菌种发酵液。
实施例8
本实施例与实施例7的区别在于:将乳酸乳球菌LAWH202106、粪肠球菌EFWH202105、地衣芽孢杆菌BLHB-20200701按照1:2:2混合,得到混合微生物菌种。取混合菌种10g,加入15L水(水中提前加入1kg红糖)中,密封,于24℃发酵3天,得到乳酸乳球菌的有效活菌数为5.5×108cfu/ml,粪肠球菌的有效活菌数为5.4×108cfu/ml,地衣芽孢杆菌的有效活菌数为5.6×108cfu/ml的混合微生物菌种发酵液。
实施例9
本实施例与实施例7的区别在于:将乳酸乳球菌LAWH202106和粪肠球菌EFWH202105按照1:1混合,得到混合微生物菌种。取混合菌种10g,加入15L水(水中提前加入1kg红糖)中,密封,于25℃发酵3天,得到乳酸乳球菌的有效活菌数为5.5×108cfu/ml,粪肠球菌的有效活菌数为5.4×108cfu/ml的混合微生物菌种发酵液。
实施例10
本实施例提供了一种蛋用土杂鸡养殖模式,采用鸡养殖发酵床养殖蛋用土杂鸡,同时于鸡舍内悬挂中药包,中药包原料为艾叶10份、青蒿10份、菖蒲10份,每个中药包重100g,约100平方1个,均匀分布于鸡舍内,离地面1.2米高。
在蛋用土杂鸡养殖过程中,于饮水中添加中药提取物:第0~7天饮水中添加1.5%的黄芪提取物;第8~14天添加0.8%的防治鸡腹泻中药提取物;第15~21天、91~98天添加0.8%的防治鸡大肠杆菌中药提取物;第22~27天、42~49天、63~70天添加0.8%的防治鸡球虫病中药提取物;第127~133天添加1.5%的黄芪、益母草、黄柏混合粉散剂。
实施例11
本实施例与实施例10的区别在于:在蛋用土杂鸡养殖过程中,饮水和饲料中均不添加中药提取物或复方散剂,仅在蛋用土杂鸡不同病症发生时采用对应的抗生素药剂治疗。
实施例12
2019年3月,于武汉市黄陂区某蛋用土杂鸡(地方土鸡品种)养殖场进行实验,采取发酵床+林下放养模式,饲养30日鸡苗6000羽,并随机将鸡苗分为6份,分6栋鸡舍饲养,实验组1~5采用实施例10的养殖模式,实验组6采用实施例11的养殖模式。
实验组1采用实施例4的蛋用土杂鸡养殖发酵床;
实验组2采用对比例3的蛋用土杂鸡养殖发酵床;
实验组3采用对比例4的蛋用土杂鸡养殖发酵床;
实验组4采用实施例7的蛋用土杂鸡养殖发酵床;
实验组5采用实施例9的蛋用土杂鸡养殖发酵床;
实验组6采用对比例4的蛋用土杂鸡养殖发酵床。
将各组蛋用土杂鸡饲喂到270日龄,统计各组平均产蛋率、平均蛋重和蛋用土杂鸡死亡淘汰率,结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,实验组4的平均产蛋率和平均蛋重最高,分别达到72.4%和38.5g,较实验组6分别提高了19.2%和10.39%,实验组5的死淘率最低,为3.9%,较实验组6降低了12.6%,表明采用本发明的鸡养殖模式以及在蛋用土杂鸡养殖发酵床中同时添加中药微粉组合物和混合微生物发酵液可以有效提高蛋用土杂鸡产蛋率和蛋重,同时降低蛋用土杂鸡的死淘率。
实验组1的平均产蛋率较实验组2和实验组3分别提高了0.9%和5.7%,平均蛋重较实验组2和实验组3分别提高了2.13%和4.52%,死淘率较实验组2和实验组3分别降低了0.3%和1.7%,表明本发明所述中药微粉组合物的添加可以有效提高蛋用土杂鸡产蛋率和蛋重,同时降低蛋用土杂鸡的死淘率。
实验组4的平均产蛋率和平均蛋重分别较实验组1提高了3.6%和2.34%,死淘率较实验组1降低了1.7%,表明本发明所述混合微生物发酵液与中药微粉组合物的复合使用可以有效提高蛋用土杂鸡产蛋率和蛋重,同时降低蛋用土杂鸡的死淘率。
实验组1~5的平均产蛋率、蛋重较实验组6具有大幅度的提升,死淘率较实验组6大幅减少,表明在养殖过程中添加复方中草药进行各类疾病的预防,有效的保障了鸡群的成活率。
随机在各组中选取20枚鸡蛋,对鸡蛋的胆固醇含量、16种氨基酸总量(天冬氨酸、苏氨酸、丝氨酸、谷氨酸、脯氨酸、丙氨酸、甘氨酸、蛋氨酸、缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸)、油酸含量、亚油酸含量含量进行检测,结果见表2。

由表2可知,各实验组鸡蛋中的16种氨基酸总量相差不大,实验组4和实验组5的鸡蛋中16种氨基酸总量略高,但实验组1~5的氨基酸总量整体较实验组6略高,表明在养殖过程中添加复方中草药有提高16种氨基酸总量的功效,进而提高鸡蛋品质。
实验组4的胆固醇含量最低,为156mg/100g,较实验组3降低了12mg/100g,表明采用本发明的蛋用土杂鸡养殖发酵床中同时添加中药微粉组合物和混合微生物发酵液可以有效降低鸡蛋中的胆固醇含量;同时,实验组1~5的胆固醇含量整体较实验组6低14~26mg/100g,表明在养殖过程中添加复方中草药有功降低了鸡蛋中胆固醇的含量,提高鸡蛋品质,有益人体心血管健康。
实验组4的油酸含量最高,为0.4180g/100g,与实验组5的油酸含量相差不大,比实验组6提高了91.15%,表明采用本发明的养殖模式和蛋用土杂鸡养殖发酵床,并且在发酵床中同时添加中药微粉组合物和混合微生物发酵液可以显著提高鸡蛋中的油酸含量,提高鸡蛋品质,对人体具有一定的保健功效。
实验组4和实验组5的鸡蛋中均检测到亚油酸,含量分别为0.0758g/100g和0.0735g/100g,其他实验组中均未检测到亚油酸的含量,表明本发明的蛋用土杂鸡养殖发酵床中同时添加中药微粉组合物和混合微生物发酵液可提高鸡蛋中亚油酸含量。
分别对各组蛋用土杂鸡养殖过程中的第20天、第40天、第60天、第80天、第100天、第120天、第140天、第160天、第180天、第200天、第220天、第240天、第260天发酵床的氨气浓度进行检测,取13次检测结果的平均值进行对比,结果见表3。

由表3可知,实验组5的发酵床氨气浓度最低,为0.26PPM,实验组4与实验组5相差不大。实验组5较实验组1的氨气浓度降低了61.19%,表明养殖发酵床中混合微生物发酵液的添加可以显著降低氨气浓度。实验组5较实验组3的氨气浓度降低了83.02%,表明本发明的蛋用土杂鸡养殖发酵床中中药微粉组合物和混合微生物发酵液的复合添加可以显著降低氨气浓度。
实施例13
本实施例提供了一种肉用土杂鸡养殖模式,采用鸡养殖发酵床养殖肉用土杂鸡,同时于鸡舍内悬挂中药包,中药包原料为艾叶10份、青蒿10份、菖蒲10份,每个中药包重100g,约100平方1个,均匀分布于鸡舍内,离地面1.0米高。
在肉用土杂鸡养殖过程中,于饮水中添加中药提取物:在养殖第0~7天添加1.0%的黄芪提取物;第8~14天添加0.6%的防治鸡腹泻中药制剂提取物;第15~21天添加0.6%的防治鸡大肠杆菌中药制剂提取物;第22~27天、42~49天添加0.8%的防治鸡球虫病中药制剂提取物,63~70天开始添加0.5%的黄芪提取物。
实施例14
本实施例与实施例13的区别在于:在肉用土杂鸡养殖过程中,饮水中不添加中药提取物,仅在肉用土杂鸡不同病症发生时采用对应的抗生素药剂治疗。
实施例15
2021年3月,于武汉市黄陂区某肉用鸡(地方土鸡品种)养殖场进行实验,采取发酵床+林下放养模式,饲养0日鸡苗3000羽,并随机将鸡苗分为6组,分6栋鸡舍饲养,实验组7~11采用实施例13的养殖模式,实验组12采用实施例14的养殖模式。
实验组7采用实施例4的鸡养殖发酵床;
实验组8采用对比例3的鸡养殖发酵床;
实验组9采用对比例4的鸡养殖发酵床;
实验组10采用实施例7的鸡养殖发酵床;
实验组11采用实施例9的鸡养殖发酵床;
实验组12采用对比例4的鸡养殖发酵床。
将各组鸡饲喂到75日龄,统计各组70天平均体重和鸡群整体死亡淘汰率,结果如表4所示。

由表4可知,实验组10中肉用鸡70天平均体重最高,较实验组12提高了18.75%,实验组11的死淘率最低,较实验组12降低了4.2%。表明本发明的鸡养殖模式以及在肉用鸡养殖发酵床中同时添加中药微粉组合物和混合微生物发酵液可以有效提高肉用鸡的平均体重,同时降低死淘率。
实验组7~11在每只鸡平均体重较实验组12高0.097~0.35kg,表明饲料或饮水中添加复方中草药制剂具有一定促生长作用;同时在饲料和饮水中添加复方中草药制剂也在很大程度上较低了鸡群的死淘率。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种中药微粉组合物,其特征在于,按质量份数计,包括以下原料:牛蒡子3~12份、蛇床子2~12份、常山1~6份、黄芪5~16份、艾草5~16份、青蒿5~12份、党参1~6份。
2.权利要求1所述的中药微粉组合物在养殖发酵床中的应用,其特征在于,所述发酵床为鸡养殖发酵床。
3.一种鸡养殖发酵床,其特征在于,所述发酵床中包括垫料和0.05~0.5wt%权利要求1所述的中药微粉组合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的鸡养殖发酵床,其特征在于,所述发酵床中还包括混合微生物菌种发酵液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的鸡养殖发酵床,其特征在于,所述混合微生物菌种由乳酸乳球菌LAWH202106、粪肠球菌EFWH202105、地衣芽孢杆菌BLHB-20200701按照1~2:1~2:1~2配比得到。
6.根据权利要求5所述的鸡养殖发酵床,其特征在于,所述混合微生物菌种发酵液中,乳酸乳球菌LAWH202106的有效活菌数为4~6×108cfu/ml,粪肠球菌EFWH202105的有效活菌数为4~6×108cfu/ml,地衣芽孢杆菌BLHB-20200701的有效活菌数为4~6×108cfu/ml。
7.根据权利要求4所述的鸡养殖发酵床,其特征在于,所述发酵液用量为0.5~1.6L/m2。
8.一种鸡养殖模式,其特征在于,采用权利要求3~7任意一项所述的鸡养殖发酵床养殖鸡,同时于鸡舍内悬挂中药包,并在鸡养殖过程中,于饲料或饮水中添加中药制剂或中药提取物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的鸡养殖模式,其特征在于,在蛋用土杂鸡养殖过程中,第0~7天添加0.5~2%的黄芪提取物;第8~14天添加0.5~1.0%的防治鸡腹泻中药制剂或其提取物;第15~21天、91~98天添加0.5~1.0%的防治鸡大肠杆菌中药制剂或其提取物;第22~27天、42~49天、63~70天添加0.5~1.0%的防治鸡球虫病中药制剂或其提取物;第127~133天添加1~2%的黄芪、益母草、黄柏混合粉散剂。
10.根据权利要求8所述的鸡养殖模式,其特征在于,在肉用土杂鸡养殖过程中,第0~7天添加0.5~2%的黄芪提取物;第8~14天添加0.5~1.0%的防治鸡腹泻中药制剂或其提取物;第15~21天添加0.5~1.0%的防治鸡大肠杆菌中药制剂或其提取物;第22~27天、42~49天添加0.5~1.0%的防治鸡球虫病中药制剂或其提取物;第63~70天添加0.5~2%的黄芪提取物。
