The construction device for comprehensive soil improvement and ecological restoration according to claim 2, characterized in that: the outer frame comprises a front baffle (5), a rear baffle (6), a left side plate (11-1) and a right side plate (11), the front baffle (5), the rear baffle (6), the left side plate (11-1) and the right side plate (11) are welded into a whole, symmetrical sliding grooves (7-4) are formed in the inner sides of the front baffle (5) and the rear baffle (6), the lifting system comprises a third symmetrical hydraulic rod (4-2) and a fixed support (4-1), the third hydraulic rod (4-2) is fixed on the fixed support (4-1), the fixed support (4-1) is fixedly arranged on the front shovel (4), the cutting system comprises a lifting frame (7), a driving device (22) and a rotary cutting piece, the lifting frame (7) comprises a top plate (10), a side plate (7-3) and a bottom plate (7-2), wherein the outer sides of the side plates (7-3) are respectively provided with symmetrical bulges (7-3-1), the bulges (7-3-1) correspond to the sliding grooves (7-4), the driving device (22) is fixedly arranged on the bottom plate (7-2), a power output shaft of the driving device (22) is connected with a driving wheel (22-1), the driving wheel (22-1) is linked with a driven wheel I (22-2) through a belt or a chain, the number of the rotary cutting pieces is more than 1, each rotary cutting piece comprises a rotary shaft I (17), a cylindrical cutting body (18) and a conical cutting body (19), the lower part of the rotary shaft I (17) is fixedly connected with the cylindrical cutting body (18), and the cylindrical cutting body (18) is fixedly connected with the conical cutting body (19), the cylindrical cutting body (18) is provided with a group of cutting knives (18-1) which are arranged in equal proportion, the lower part of the hydraulic rod III (4-2) is fixedly connected with the top plate (10), and the rotating shaft I (17) is sequentially provided with a driven wheel I (22-2) and a driven wheel II (22-3) from top to bottom.

The construction device for comprehensive soil remediation and ecological restoration according to claim 3, further comprising a dust removal system, wherein the dust removal system comprises a support plate (7-1), a driving motor (13) and a battery (12), the battery is connected with the driving motor (13), the driving motor (13) is mounted on the support plate (7-1) through a motor bracket (14), the support plate (7-1) is fixedly mounted in the lifting frame (7), an output shaft of the driving motor (13) is connected with a blade (15), the widths of the front baffle (5) and the rear baffle (6) are larger than that of the front shovel (4), the left side and the right side of the front baffle (5) are respectively provided with a row of air inlet holes (5-1), the air inlet holes (5-1) are communicated with the outer frame, the bottom plate (7-2) is provided with a circle of air inlet holes (16), the air inlet (16) is internally provided with a filter screen, the lower part of the outer frame is provided with a fixing groove (21), a baffle (20) is arranged in the fixing groove (21), and the baffle (20) is provided with a handle (20-1).
