the tray unloader 13 is used for moving the materials on the sterilization tray to the line separator 14, the tray unloader 13 comprises a tray unloading manipulator and a discharge belt, the tray unloading manipulator is used for grabbing the materials and discharging the materials onto the discharge belt, and the discharge belt is used for conveying the materials to the position of the line separator 14;
the sub-lines 14 are used for grouping materials into a single line or a double line for conveying;
the water removal air trunk line 15 is used for blowing away and air-drying water on the surface of the material and conveying the material to a subsequent packaging process for packaging;
the empty tray detection device 16 is used for detecting whether materials exist in the sterilization tray or not;
the overturning plate device 17 is used for clamping the sterilizing plate to obliquely overturn materials.

s1, after an automatic control system 18 collects action signals of a filling machine 1, an automatic starting system starts to work; when the filled materials are sequentially conveyed to a rechecking machine 3 and a gold inspection machine 4 through a product conveying line body 2, respectively detecting weight and metal foreign matters, and removing materials with unqualified weight and metal foreign matters; qualified materials are conveyed to the material arranging device 5 through the product conveying line body 2, the material arranging device 5 arranges the materials, and when the materials arranged in the material arranging device 5 reach a set value, a central control system in the automatic control system 18 controls the code wheel manipulator and the jig 6 to start working after performing logic judgment according to a software program;
s2, conveying empty sterilization trays on an empty tray conveying line body 7, moving the materials which are well arranged by a material arranging device 5 into the empty sterilization trays on the empty tray conveying line body 7 by a stacking tray manipulator, stacking the sterilization trays carrying the materials on the sterilization trays of a full stack conveying line body 8 by a manipulator jig, completing stacking of one layer of sterilization trays until the stacked sterilization trays reach the preset full stack number, forming a product stack, starting the full stack conveying line body 8 to run, and conveying the product stack to the direction of an automatic trolley 9;
the central control system in the automatic control system 18 sends a grabbing instruction to the code wheel manipulator and the jig 6, the code wheel manipulator and the jig 6 are started after receiving the grabbing instruction, the code wheel manipulator firstly absorbs and grabs the well-arranged materials from the material arranging device 5 and then rotates to the position above the empty sterilizing tray on the empty tray conveying line body 7, alignment, quick falling, claw opening, slow falling and alignment are carried out according to set actions, the materials are accurately placed in the sterilizing tray, then the clamping claw for grabbing the empty tray is closed, the manipulator jig carries the materials and the sterilizing tray to quickly lift, rotate, align at a speed reducing point, quick falling, slow falling alignment and claw opening, the sterilizing tray filled with the materials is stacked on the sterilizing tray positioned on the full tray conveying line body 8, the process is repeated until the set quantity of the program formula is reached, the full tray conveying line body 8 starts to operate, the products are conveyed out of the stacking position, and the manipulator jig starts a new stacking action periodically.
S3, after the automatic control system 18 collects the product stack signals on the full stack conveying line body 8, the logic judges that the automatic trolley 9 accords with the entering condition, the automatic trolley 9 is controlled to start running, the automatic trolley 9 is firstly docked onto the full stack conveying line body 8 corresponding to the product stack, meanwhile, a conveying chain positioned on the automatic trolley 9 is driven to rotate positively, the product stack is docked onto the automatic trolley 9, then the automatic trolley 9 carries the product stack to run to a sterilizing kettle 10 which is completed with the last sterilization and sends a loadable signal, after the automatic trolley 9 and the sterilizing kettle 10 are automatically docked, the conveying chain positioned on the automatic trolley 9 is driven to rotate positively, and the product stack is sent to the sterilizing kettle 10, so that entering of the kettle is completed; recycling the process into the kettle again until the sterilizing kettle 10 is full of product stacks;
s4, after sterilization of the sterilization kettle 10 is finished, discharging the kettle, wherein the discharging of the kettle is the reverse action of the entering of the kettle in the step S3, the automatic trolley 9 is used for connecting a sterilized product stack out of the sterilization kettle 10, the automatic trolley 9 is connected onto the tray discharging conveying line body 11, and the product stack is discharged onto the tray discharging conveying line body 11 from the automatic trolley 9;
s5, conveying the product stacks on the tray unloading conveying line body 11 to a tray disassembling machine 12, and disassembling the product stacks by the tray disassembling machine 12 to form a single sterilizing tray carrying materials; the single sterilization tray loaded with materials is conveyed into a tray unloader 13 through a tray unloader conveying line body 11, the tray unloader 13 moves the materials on the sterilization tray onto a line separating machine 14, the line separating machine 14 divides the materials into single lines or double lines for conveying, the materials are conveyed onto a water removal air trunk line 15, moisture on the surfaces of the materials is blown away and air-dried, and finally the materials are continuously conveyed to a subsequent packaging process for packaging;
when the tray unloader 13 moves the material on the sterilization tray onto the line separator 14, the tray unloader manipulator automatically descends, lifts and translates to the position above the discharge belt after grabbing the material, then descends and discharges the material onto the discharge belt, and the discharge belt conveys the material to the position of the line separator 14.
S6, after the tray unloader 13 moves the materials on the sterilization tray onto the line splitter 14, the empty sterilization tray is sequentially conveyed to the empty tray detection device 16 and the tray overturning device 17 through the tray unloading conveying line body 11, the empty tray detection device 16 detects whether the materials exist in the sterilization tray, when the materials exist in the sterilization tray, the sterilization tray passes through the tray overturning device 17, the tray overturning device 17 clamps the sterilization tray to incline and overturn the materials, when the materials do not exist in the sterilization tray, the tray overturning device 17 does not act, and the empty sterilization tray after passing through the tray overturning device is conveyed to the empty tray conveying line body 7 through the tray unloading conveying line body 11 for recycling.
The sterilizing tray on the full stack conveying line body 8 is used for grabbing the empty sterilizing tray on the empty tray conveying line body 7 by the tray manipulator and the jig 6 and moving and placing the empty sterilizing tray on the full stack conveying line body 8.
Further, a disc disassembling machine 12 is arranged on the disc disassembling conveying line body 11 between the disc disassembling machine 13 and the empty disc detecting device 16; the empty disc conveying line body 7 between the code disc manipulator and the jig 6 and the junction of the unloading conveying line body 11 and the empty disc conveying line body 7 is provided with a code disc dismounting machine 12. When the tray loading speed of the code wheel manipulator and the jig 6 is higher than the tray unloading speed of the tray unloader 13, the two tray ejectors 12 do not act, and the empty sterilization tray is directly conveyed forwards; when the tray loading speed of the tray loading mechanical arm and the jig 6 is smaller than the tray unloading speed of the tray unloading machine 13, the empty sterilizing tray is firstly stacked by the tray unloading machine 12 between the tray unloading machine 13 and the empty tray detection device 16, and then the tray is disassembled by the tray unloading machine 12 between the joint of the tray unloading conveying line body 11 and the empty tray conveying line body 7 and the tray loading mechanical arm and the jig 6, and a single empty sterilizing tray is placed on the empty tray conveying line body 7. Wherein the loading speed and unloading speed are calculated in terms of the number of discs completed per minute.
The whole system enters a working standby state after the power-on self-test is normal, and the empty disc conveying line body 7 starts to run. The subsequent packaging step in S5 of embodiment 1 includes steps such as boxing and stacking.
The independent structure of each device of the filling machine, the product conveying line body, the rechecking machine, the gold inspection machine, the material arranging device, the code wheel manipulator and jig, the empty tray conveying line body, the full stack conveying line body, the automatic trolley, the sterilizing kettle, the tray discharging conveying line body, the tray disassembling machine, the tray discharging machine, the line separating machine, the water and air removing trunk line, the empty tray detecting device and the tray overturning device is the prior art, and the design of the software program of the automatic control system is the routine technical means of those skilled in the art.

Claims (8)

1. A full-automatic food sterilization assembly line system is characterized in that: the automatic tray overturning device comprises a filling machine, a product conveying line body, a rechecking machine, a gold inspection machine, a material arranging device, a code tray manipulator, a jig, an empty tray conveying line body, a full stack conveying line body, an automatic trolley, a sterilizing kettle, a tray unloading conveying line body, a tray disassembling machine, a tray unloading machine, a branching machine, a water and air removal trunk line, an empty tray detecting device, a tray overturning device and an automatic control system;
the filling machine, the rechecking machine, the gold inspection machine and the material arranging device are sequentially arranged on the product conveying line body, the filling machine is arranged at the front end of the product conveying line body, and the material arranging device is arranged at the rear end of the product conveying line body;
the empty tray conveying line body is arranged at the rear side of the material arranging device, the full stack conveying line body and the tray unloading conveying line body are arranged at the rear side of the empty tray conveying line body, and sterilizing trays are uniformly arranged on the empty tray conveying line body and the full stack conveying line body; the code wheel manipulator and the jig are arranged on the upper side of the empty disc conveying line body and correspond to the material arranging device and the full stack conveying line body;
an automatic trolley is arranged at the rear side of the full stack conveying line body, one side of the tray unloading conveying line body corresponds to the automatic trolley, the other side of the tray unloading conveying line body is connected with the empty tray conveying line body, and a sterilizing kettle is arranged at the rear side of the automatic trolley;
the disc unloading conveyor line body is sequentially provided with a disc unloading machine, an empty disc detection device and a disc turning device, wherein the disc unloading machine is arranged on one side of the automatic trolley, and the disc turning device is arranged on one side of the empty disc conveyor line body;
the rear side of the disc unloading machine is provided with a branching machine, and the rear side of the branching machine is provided with a water removal air trunk line;
the automatic control system is used for controlling the action of each device;
a disc disassembling machine is arranged on a disc unloading conveying line body between the disc unloading machine and the empty disc detection device; a code wheel disassembling machine is arranged on the empty disc conveying line body between the joint of the disc disassembling conveying line body and the empty disc conveying line body and the code wheel manipulator and the jig;
the number of the product conveying line bodies is 4, every two product conveying line bodies are in a group, and a material arranging device arranged on each group of product conveying line bodies is positioned in the middle of the product conveying line bodies and corresponds to 2 code wheel manipulators and 2 tools; the empty disc conveying line body is linear, the number of the full stack conveying line bodies is 2, one is L-shaped, the other is linear, the L-shaped full stack conveying line body corresponds to two sides of a 1 st code disc manipulator and a jig, and one side of a 2 nd code disc manipulator and one side of the jig, and the linear full stack conveying line body corresponds to the other side of the 2 nd code disc manipulator and the other side of the jig; the outlet of the full stack conveying line body and the inlet of the tray discharging conveying line body are positioned on the same straight line.
2. A fully automated food sterilization line system according to claim 1, wherein: the rechecking machine is used for detecting whether the weight of the materials is qualified or not and rejecting unqualified materials;
the metal detection machine is used for detecting whether metal foreign matters exist in the materials and removing the materials with the metal foreign matters;
the material arranging device is used for arranging materials;
the code wheel manipulator and the jig comprise a code wheel manipulator and a manipulator jig, wherein the code wheel manipulator is used for moving the materials arranged by the material arranging device into an empty sterilizing tray on the empty tray conveying line body, and the manipulator jig is used for stacking the sterilizing tray loaded with the materials onto the sterilizing tray of the full stack conveying line body to form a product stack;
the automatic trolley is used for connecting the product stacks from the full stack conveying line body or the sterilizing kettle to the automatic trolley, and conveying the product stacks on the automatic trolley into the sterilizing kettle or onto the tray unloading conveying line body;
the tray disassembling machine is used for disassembling the product stacks to form a single sterilizing tray carrying materials;
the tray unloading machine is used for moving the materials on the sterilizing tray to the line separating machine and comprises a tray unloading manipulator and an unloading belt, wherein the tray unloading manipulator is used for grabbing the materials and unloading the materials to the unloading belt, and the unloading belt is used for conveying the materials to the line separating machine;
the line dividing machine is used for dividing the materials into a single line or a double line for conveying;
the water removal air trunk line is used for blowing away and air-drying water on the surface of the material and conveying the material to a subsequent packaging process for packaging;
the empty tray detection device is used for detecting whether materials exist in the sterilization tray or not;
the turnover device is used for clamping the sterilization tray to incline and turnover materials.
3. A fully automated food sterilization line system according to claim 1, wherein: the product conveying line body, the rechecking machine, the gold inspection machine, the material arranging device and the filling machine are matched in number.
4. A fully automated food sterilization line system according to claim 1, wherein: and an empty sterilization tray is added at the inlet of the empty tray conveying line body, and the tray unloading conveying line body is connected with the inlet of the empty tray conveying line body.
5. A fully automated food sterilization line system according to claim 1, wherein: the code wheel manipulator and the jig are arranged between the two material arranging devices.

A fully automated food sterilization line system according to claim 1, wherein: the automatic control system comprises a central control system and a site sub-control cabinet, the site sub-control cabinet corresponds to each device of the full-automatic food sterilization assembly line system respectively, the functions of each device are controlled respectively, and the central control system is used for controlling the site sub-control cabinet.
7. A fully automatic food sterilization line system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the dewatering and air drying line comprises a net chain conveyor and an air knife, and the air knife is arranged above the net chain conveyor.

s1, after an automatic control system collects a filling machine action signal, an automatic starting system starts to work; when the filled materials are sequentially conveyed to a rechecking machine and a gold inspection machine through a product conveying line body, respectively detecting weight and metal foreign matters, and removing the materials which are unqualified in weight and contain the metal foreign matters; qualified materials are conveyed to a material arranging device through a product conveying line body, the material arranging device arranges the materials, and when the materials arranged in the material arranging device reach a set numerical value, a central control system in an automatic control system carries out logic judgment according to a software program and then controls a code wheel manipulator and a jig to start working;
s2, conveying empty sterilization trays on an empty tray conveying line body, moving the materials which are well arranged by a material arranging device into the empty sterilization trays on the empty tray conveying line body by a stacking tray manipulator, stacking the sterilization trays carrying the materials onto the sterilization trays of a full stack conveying line body by a manipulator jig, completing stacking of one layer of sterilization trays until the stacked sterilization trays reach the preset full stack number, forming a product stack, starting running of the full stack conveying line body, and conveying the product stack to the direction of an automatic trolley;
s3, after the automatic control system collects the product stack signals on the full stack conveying line body, the logic judges that the automatic trolley accords with the entering condition, the automatic trolley is controlled to start to operate, the automatic trolley is firstly connected onto the full stack conveying line body corresponding to the product stack in an abutting mode, meanwhile, a conveying chain on the automatic trolley is driven to rotate positively to connect the product stack onto the automatic trolley, then the automatic trolley carries the product stack to operate until the last sterilization is completed and a sterilizing kettle capable of sending a loading signal is sent, and after the automatic trolley and the sterilizing kettle are automatically connected in an abutting mode, the conveying chain on the automatic trolley is driven to rotate positively to send the product stack into the sterilizing kettle to complete entering of the sterilizing kettle; recycling the process of filling the sterilizing kettle again until the sterilizing kettle is filled with the product stack;
s4, after the sterilization of the sterilization kettle is finished, discharging the sterilization kettle, wherein the discharging of the sterilization kettle is the reverse action of the discharging of the sterilization kettle in the step S3, the automatic trolley is used for connecting the sterilized product stack out of the sterilization kettle, the automatic trolley is connected onto the tray discharging conveying line body in an opposite mode, and the product stack is discharged onto the tray discharging conveying line body from the automatic trolley;
s5, conveying the product stacks on the tray unloading conveying line body to a tray disassembling machine, and disassembling the tray by the tray disassembling machine to form a single sterilizing tray carrying materials; the single sterilization tray loaded with materials is conveyed into a tray unloading machine through a tray unloading conveying line body, the tray unloading machine moves the materials on the sterilization tray onto a line dividing machine, the line dividing machine divides the materials into single lines or double lines for conveying, the materials are conveyed onto a dewatering and air drying line, moisture on the surfaces of the materials is blown away and air-dried, and finally the materials are continuously conveyed to a subsequent packaging procedure for packaging;
s6, after the material on the sterilizing tray is moved to the line separating machine by the tray unloading machine, the empty sterilizing tray is sequentially conveyed to the empty tray detecting device and the tray overturning device through the tray unloading conveying line body, the empty tray detecting device detects whether the material exists in the sterilizing tray, when the material exists in the sterilizing tray, the tray overturning device clamps the sterilizing tray to incline and overturn the material when the material exists in the sterilizing tray, when the material does not exist in the sterilizing tray, the tray overturning device does not act, and the empty sterilizing tray after passing through the tray overturning device is conveyed to the empty tray conveying line body through the tray unloading conveying line body for recycling.
