Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌消毒服装面料及其制备工艺,将表面辅料层、丝绸层以及棉料层做制作前的浸泡杀毒消毒工艺准备,将化学粘合剂层压粘接完成后,采用空冷定型制成第一粘合层和第二粘合层待使用,最后依次将表面辅料层、第一粘合层、丝绸层、第二粘合层以及棉料层进行层压处理完成后,在温度为70℃‑100℃的范围内进行干燥与烘焙固化、脱去溶剂,完成上述工序后,进行切边、卷绕,最后检验合格,则完成制备。本发明杀菌消毒效果十分显著,多层面料层复合而成,使各部挤压加密,明显提高单位面积面料紧实度,产生良好的保暖效果,达到具有轻柔、保温、干净和美观的特点。

技术领域
本发明明涉及纺织面料领域,具体的说是一种抗菌消毒服装面料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
最开始出现的服装主要以遮羞为目的,经过时间的发展转向了功能性(实用性)继而更注重服装的美观性,满足人们精神上美的享受。影响美观性的主要因素是纺织品的质地、色彩、花纹图案、坯布组织、形态保持性、悬垂性、弹性、防皱性、服装款式等。服装,是衣服鞋装饰品等的总称,多指衣服。在国家标准中对服装的定义为:缝制,穿于人体起保护和装饰作用的产品,又称衣服。服装在人类社会发展的早期就已出现,当时古人将一些材料做成粗陋的“衣服”,穿在身上。人类最初的衣服多用兽皮,而裹身的最早“织物”是用麻和草等纤维制成。对社会来说,服装已经是遮体、装饰的生活必需品,不仅仅为穿,还是一个身份、一种生活态度、一个展示个人魅力的表现。
棉布面料是各类棉纺织品的总称。它多用来制作时装、休闲装、内衣和衬衫。它的优点是轻松保暖,柔和贴身、吸湿性、透气性甚佳。但是它的缺点则是易缩、易皱,外观上不大挺括美观,在穿著时必须时常熨烫,且不易消毒杀菌。为此,我们提出了一种抗菌消毒服装面料及其制备工艺,用以克服以上问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本发明目的是提供一种抗菌消毒服装面料及其制备工艺。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:一种抗菌消毒服装面料,包括表面辅料层、第一粘合层、丝绸层、第二粘合层以及棉料层,所述表面辅料层通过第一粘合层粘合于丝绸层的上表面,所述丝绸层通过第二粘合层与棉料层粘合连接,其特征在于,构成服装复合面料的成分百分比为:
所述表面辅料层的辅料质量百分比为15%-55%;
所述丝绸层的丝绸质量百分比为30%-40%;
所述第一粘合层和第二粘合层的化学粘合剂质量百分比为1%-5%;
所述棉料层的棉料质量百分比为75%-95%。
优选的是,上述的抗菌消毒服装面料,其中:构成服装复合面料的成分百分比为:
所述表面辅料层的辅料质量百分比为15%;
所述丝绸层的丝绸质量百分比为30%;
所述第一粘合层和第二粘合层的化学粘合剂质量百分比为1%;
所述棉料层的棉料质量百分比为75%。
优选的是,上述的抗菌消毒服装面料,其中:构成服装复合面料的成分百分比为:

所述丝绸层的丝绸质量百分比为40%;
所述第一粘合层和第二粘合层的化学粘合剂质量百分比为5%;
所述棉料层的棉料质量百分比为95%。
优选的是,上述的抗菌消毒服装面料,其中:所述辅料包括聚酯、聚氯乙烯、聚酰胺、涤纶、尼龙或ES双组份制成。
本发明还提供了一种抗菌消毒服装面料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:将表面辅料层、丝绸层以及棉料层做制作前的浸泡杀毒消毒工艺准备;
步骤S2:将化学粘合剂层压粘接完成后,采用空冷定型制成第一粘合层和第二粘合层待使用;
步骤S3:依次将表面辅料层、第一粘合层、丝绸层、第二粘合层以及棉料层进行层压处理完成后,在温度为70℃-100℃的范围内进行干燥与烘焙固化、脱去溶剂;
步骤S4:完成上述工序后,进行切边、卷绕,最后检验合格,则完成制备。
进一步的是,上述的抗菌消毒服装面料的制备工艺,其中:所述化学粘合剂采用丙烯酸酯、饱和聚酯、丁苯橡胶或氯丁橡胶中的一种或多种。
进一步的是,上述的抗菌消毒服装面料的制备工艺,其中:所述步骤S2中采用热风粘合的方法进行化学粘合剂层的加热热熔处理,是采用烘箱对多层材料进行加热,实现热熔粘合的目的。
本发明的有益效果:该种抗菌消毒服装面料及其制备工艺杀菌消毒效果十分显著,多层面料层复合而成,使各部挤压加密,明显提高单位面积面料紧实度,产生良好的保暖效果,达到具有轻柔、保温、干净和美观的特点。

具体实施例1
一种抗菌消毒服装面料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
利用所述表面辅料层1的辅料质量百分比为15%、所述丝绸层3的丝绸质量百分比为30%%、所述棉料层5的棉料质量百分比为75%,将表面辅料层1、丝绸层3以及棉料层5做制作前的浸泡杀毒消毒工艺准备,所述第一粘合层2和第二粘合层4的化学粘合剂质量百分比为1%,将化学粘合剂层压粘接完成后,采用空冷定型制成第一粘合层2和第二粘合层4待使用,依次将表面辅料层1、第一粘合层2、丝绸层3、第二粘合层4以及棉料层5进行层压处理完成后,在温度为70℃的范围内进行干燥与烘焙固化、脱去溶剂,完成上述工序后,进行切边、卷绕,最后检验合格,则完成制备。
具体实施例2
一种抗菌消毒服装面料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
利用所述表面辅料层1的辅料质量百分比为30%、所述丝绸层3的丝绸质量百分比为35%、所述棉料层5的棉料质量百分比为85%,将表面辅料层1、丝绸层3以及棉料层5做制作前的浸泡杀毒消毒工艺准备,所述第一粘合层2和第二粘合层4的化学粘合剂质量百分比为4%,将化学粘合剂层压粘接完成后,采用空冷定型制成第一粘合层2和第二粘合层4待使用,依次将表面辅料层1、第一粘合层2、丝绸层3、第二粘合层4以及棉料层5进行层压处理完成后,在温度为80℃的范围内进行干燥与烘焙固化、脱去溶剂,完成上述工序后,进行切边、卷绕,最后检验合格,则完成制备。
具体实施例3
一种抗菌消毒服装面料的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
利用所述表面辅料层1的辅料质量百分比为55%、所述丝绸层3的丝绸质量百分比为40%、所述棉料层5的棉料质量百分比为95%,将表面辅料层1、丝绸层3以及棉料层5做制作前的浸泡杀毒消毒工艺准备,所述第一粘合层2和第二粘合层4的化学粘合剂质量百分比为5%,将化学粘合剂层压粘接完成后,采用空冷定型制成第一粘合层和第二粘合层待使用,依次将表面辅料层、第一粘合层、丝绸层、第二粘合层以及棉料层进行层压处理完成后,在温度为100℃的范围内进行干燥与烘焙固化、脱去溶剂,完成上述工序后,进行切边、卷绕,最后检验合格,则完成制备。
本发明杀菌消毒效果十分显著,多层面料层复合而成,使各部挤压加密,明显提高单位面积面料紧实度,产生良好的保暖效果,达到具有轻柔、保温、干净和美观的特点。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述,本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。

步骤S3:依次将表面辅料层(1)、第一粘合层(2)、丝绸层(3)、第二粘合层(4)以及棉料层(5)进行层压处理完成后,在温度为 70℃ -100℃的范围内进行干燥与烘焙固化、脱去溶剂;
步骤S4:完成上述工序后,进行切边、卷绕,最后检验合格,则完成制备。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌消毒服装面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述化学粘合剂采用丙烯酸酯、饱和聚酯、丁苯橡胶或氯丁橡胶中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种抗菌消毒服装面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中采用热风粘合的方法进行化学粘合剂层的加热热熔处理,是采用烘箱对多层材料进行加热,实现热熔粘合的目的。
