户外运动是人们在闲暇时间,为了满足自身健康、放松和休息、人际交往以及刺激和冒险等多方面的需求,采取体育运动的方式在山地、水域、荒漠、高原等各种特定自然环境下进行的各种户外探索活动。随着登山运动逐渐走入人们的生活中,专门为了登山运动设计生产的登山运动服装已成为户外运动者的首选装备,并且对服装的性能提出了更高的要求。登山旅游是一项具有挑战性的运动,运动过程中发热量大、汗液蒸发多,要求服装散热和透气性能良好;攀登山峰难免遇到风雨雪雾,服装就要有一定的防水性能;野外风大,高山寒冷,防风保暖性能要高;登山运动应尽量减轻负重、服装要尽量轻便。户外运动服这些性能的要求从纺织技术的角度而言是非常苛刻的,甚至很多指标是相互抵触的。任何一种单一的天然或化学纤维都无法达到这些要求,只能通过多种纤维的复合以及多途径化学整理来尽量达到这些功能。虽然保暖性是与织物厚度密切相关的,但是户外运动不允许服装过于厚重,因此既要保暖又要轻便才符合户外运动服装的特殊要求。

要解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供抗菌除臭保温型登山服面料的制备方法,通过织造工艺的优化,得到一种具有蓄热保温效果的登山服面料。
技术方案:一种抗菌除臭保温型登山服面料,包括表层,中间层和里层复合而成,所述表层为涤纶机织面料,所述底层为绒感全棉机织面料,所述中间层为含多层纤维网的静电纺丝层。

S1.选取厚度为0.1-0.2mm涤纶机织面料作为表层,选取厚度为0.1-0.2mm经过抗菌整理的涤纶机织面料作为底层;
S2.将中空桔瓣型超细短纤维、超细抗菌黏胶纤维开松后,按照一定的混合比进行混合,混合完全后经梳理机梳理,制成薄薄的纤维网,面密度为4-8g/m2,然后交叉铺网,纤维网为3-10层;
S3.纤维网夹带在底层和表层基布中间,喂入预针刺机进行针刺,针刺频率为300-500刺/min,预针刺后再经过主针刺进行加固,针刺频率为500-700刺/min,针刺道数为正反各2道;
S4.最后通过低温热压复合得到抗菌除臭保温型登山服面料。
优选的,所述步骤S2中短纤维的线密度为1.11-3.33dtex,长度为35-50mm。
优选的,所述制备方法还包括以下步骤:

(2)本发明中中空桔瓣型超细短纤维和超细抗菌黏胶纤维,一个保温,一个抗菌,并配合无纺织造的设计,通过两者的混纺,或者相间复合,获得一种不需要添加远红外粒子既可以实现保温的效果;
(3)本发明为制备方法简单,为保温面料生产提供新的视角。

一种抗菌除臭保温型登山服面料,包括表层,中间层和里层复合而成,所述表层为涤纶机织面料,所述底层为绒感全棉机织面料,所述中间层为含多层纤维网的静电纺丝层。

分析其原因:含有中间层,比普通纱面料有更多的孔隙,更蓬松,大大增加纤维的比表面积,空气分子通过范德华力吸附在纤维表面,使面料中的静止空气含量增加,使得单位体积的空芯纱面料比普通纱面料含有更多的静止空气含量,从上表可知,静止空气含量越多,其保暖能力越强。中空桔瓣型超细短纤维通过改变非织造层的结构,增加纱线内的中空和孔隙,使面料中静止空气的含量增加,同时中空和孔隙将空气微细分隔,抑制了空气对流,有效地减少了热传导。
