Under the action of the spring rod 15, the first block 12 and the second block 13 always have a mutually fitting movement trend; the first block 12 and the second block 13 are attached to each other to form a fixing groove 17. The fixing groove 17 is used for fixing the bolt 20, so that the shape of the fixing groove 17 is matched with the shape of the bolt 20.
