One end of the telescopic electric cylinder is fixedly connected with the second mounting frame, and the other end of the telescopic electric cylinder is a telescopic end and is fixedly connected with one transverse plate. One end of each sliding rod is fixedly connected with the first installation frame, and the other end of each sliding rod is fixedly connected with the second installation frame. The top of second mounting bracket all is provided with two grafting sliding blocks, and the bottom of second support 30 has the fixed slot body that corresponds with the grafting sliding block that corresponds, assembles the grafting sliding block in the fixed slot body that corresponds, can realize sliding connection between second support 30 and the main part mounting bracket 10. The top of the L-shaped fixing column 45 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the second bracket 30, and the second bracket 30 can be driven to reciprocate along with the reciprocation of the L-shaped fixing column 45.
The first bracket 20 is fixedly connected to the body mount 10 at both sides thereof by a plurality of return springs 22. Specifically, the top of first mounting bracket has a plurality of reset springs 22, and first mounting bracket passes through a plurality of reset springs 22 and first support fixed connection. The arrangement of the return spring 22 not only provides a return spring force, but also helps to achieve torsion exercise of the waist in cooperation with the torsion mechanism 90.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the apparatus further includes a torsion mechanism 90 disposed on the main body mounting frame 10 for adjusting the torsion angle and the torsion direction of the first bracket 20; the torsion mechanism 90 includes: a torsion bar 91, a third drive member 92, a rotating frame 93, and a plurality of pull cords 94.
The torsion bar 91 is rotatably disposed within the first mount of the body mount 10; the third driving part 92 is disposed at one end of the torsion bar 91 and is located on the first mounting frame of the main mounting frame 10, and the third driving part 92 is a third motor for driving the torsion bar 91 to swing reciprocally. The rotary frame 93 is fixedly arranged on the torsion bar 91; for example, the rotary frame 93 has fixing holes at opposite ends thereof, and the torsion bar 91 is fixedly installed to be penetrated through the two fixing holes. A plurality of pull ropes 94 are arranged on the rotating frame bodies 93 at two sides of the torsion bar 91; one end of each pull rope 94 is fixedly connected with the rotary frame 93, and the other end of each pull rope passes through the corresponding reset spring 22 and is fixedly connected with the first bracket 20. In use, the torsion bar is driven to oscillate reciprocally by the third drive member 92, and the rotary frame 93 oscillates reciprocally in response to the oscillation of the torsion bar 91 due to the fixed connection of the rotary frame 93 and the torsion bar 91. Because the two sides of the rotating frame 93 are connected with the two sides of the first bracket 20 through the pull ropes 94, and the first bracket 20 is fixedly connected with the first mounting frame of the main mounting frame 10 through the reset spring 22, along with the swinging of the rotating frame 93, the two sides of the first bracket 20 can be driven to swing reciprocally, so that the torsion exercise on the waist is realized.
The nursing stretch rehabilitation device provided by the embodiment of the invention can also perform left-right twisting motion on the waist through the twisting mechanism 90, and can perform coordinated and integral exercise on the waist muscle and the ligament in cooperation with push-pull pressing of the pressing mechanism 80, so that clinical symptoms are relieved, and meanwhile, recovery of physiological functions of the waist can be promoted, and nursing effect is further improved.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention.
