Detailed Description
In order to make the purpose, technical solution and effect of the present application clearer and clearer, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The term "and/or" herein is merely an association describing an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B, may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship. Further, the term "plurality" herein means two or more than two.
It is understood that the methods of the present application can include any of the method embodiments described below as well as any non-conflicting combinations of the method embodiments described below.
It can be understood that the contract early-warning method in the present application is executed by a contract early-warning device, and the contract early-warning device may be any device with processing capability, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a computer, and the like, and may also be referred to as a device hereinafter.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of a contract early warning method of the present application, where the method includes:
step S110: and acquiring information of the target contract input by the user.
It can be understood that the obtaining of the information of the target contract is a basis for determining the warning triggering condition and performing the warning, and the information of the target contract includes obligations required to be fulfilled and corresponding time limits, where the time limits are generally corresponding time limits after the service progress reaches a certain condition, the obligations required to be fulfilled are services required to be completed before the time limits, and the performing of the warning is used for prompting the service progress of the target contract, so as to prompt the user to complete the obligations required to be fulfilled before the time limits specified by the target contract, i.e., to complete the corresponding services. For example, the information of the target contract includes that the advance payment should be paid within 30 days from the contract subscription date, wherein the time limit is 30 days after the contract subscription is completed, and the obligation to be fulfilled is to advance payment. The early warning is executed to prompt the completion of contract subscription and prompt the user to pay the pre-payment within 30 days from the contract subscription date.
In addition to the above information, other information may be included in the contract information, such as information about each party to the contract, such as a name, a unified social credit code, a bank account, and the like.
Step S120: and determining an early warning triggering condition according to the information of the target contract.
It can be understood that the early warning trigger condition is used for determining a condition for executing early warning, the device executes early warning only after the early warning trigger condition is met, the early warning trigger condition may correspond to information of a target contract, and continuing to take the progress as an example, according to the information of the target contract, the first-stage progress should be paid within 30 days after the completion progress of the engineering amount reaches sixty percent, the early warning trigger condition may be 15 days after the completion progress of the engineering amount reaches sixty percent, that is, early warning is started from 15 days after the completion progress of the engineering amount reaches sixty percent, the user is prompted that the completion progress of the engineering amount reaches sixty percent, and the payment of the first-stage progress should be completed within 30 days after the completion progress of the engineering amount reaches sixty percent.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 in combination, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of another embodiment of step S120 in the present application, and step S120 may include:
step S221: and extracting information corresponding to at least one early warning associated item from the information of the target contract.
The time limit for determining the early warning trigger condition in the contract information is information corresponding to the early warning associated item, the information of the target contract may include information corresponding to a plurality of early warning associated items, for example, the information of the target contract may include related time limits of prepaid, progress amount, settlement amount, and the like, and after the information of the target contract is obtained, the device may identify the information of the target contract, so that information corresponding to at least one early warning associated item may be obtained.
Step S222: and determining an early warning triggering condition according to the information corresponding to the at least one early warning association item.
It can be understood that the information corresponding to the pre-warning triggering condition and the pre-warning associated item may be different, for example, the time limit of the pre-payment in the contract information, that is, the information corresponding to the pre-warning associated item is within 30 days from the date of contract subscription, and according to the information corresponding to the pre-warning associated item, the pre-warning triggering condition may be determined to be 15 days from the date of contract subscription, so that the pre-warning may be performed after the pre-warning triggering condition is reached, and the user is prompted to perform payment of the pre-payment before the time limit of the pre-payment specified by the contract, thereby avoiding loss of default due to overdue unfulfilled obligations.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3 in combination, fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of another embodiment of step S222 in the present application, and it can be understood that the early warning association item includes a performance service progress item and a performance deadline item corresponding to the performance service progress item, for example, information corresponding to the early warning association item is within 30 days after the completion progress of the engineering quantity reaches sixty percent, where the information corresponding to the performance service progress item is within 30 days after the completion progress of the engineering quantity reaches sixty percent, and information corresponding to the performance deadline item is within 30 days after the completion of the performance service progress item, and step S222 includes:
step S3221: and taking the information corresponding to the fulfillment business progress item as a trigger business progress.
Step S3222: and determining a trigger date corresponding to the service progress trigger according to the information corresponding to the performance deadline item.
The early warning triggering condition determined according to the information corresponding to the early warning association item may include a triggering service progress and a triggering date, and the information corresponding to the triggering service progress and the fulfillment service progress item may be the same, and is used to determine that the early warning may be triggered after the fulfillment service progress meets a certain condition, and is used to remind the user to fulfill a corresponding obligation, for example, only after the completion of the project amount reaches sixty percent, the early warning may be triggered to remind the user to fulfill the obligation of paying a first progress amount.
The early warning association item includes, in addition to the performance service progress item, a performance term item for determining that the obligation should be performed within a performance term after the performance service progress satisfies a certain condition, for example, payment of a progress payment should be completed within 30 days after the completion of the project amount reaches sixty percent. The trigger date may be determined according to information corresponding to the performance deadline item, which may be different from information corresponding to the performance deadline item.
The service triggering progress and the triggering date are used for determining when the early warning is executed, and it can be understood that the time for executing the early warning can be that the date does not reach the contract-agreed fulfillment period after the service progress reaches the service triggering progress, so that the user can be prompted to fulfill obligations according to the term before the fulfillment period expires, the situation that the obligations are not fulfilled due to the term is avoided, and the loss due to default is avoided.
Step S130: and judging whether the current early warning triggering condition is met or not at every preset time interval.
Specifically, the device judges whether the current trigger service progress and the trigger date are met at preset time intervals, and if both are met, the current early warning trigger condition is determined to be met. The device may determine the preset time in advance according to a user selection, for example, the preset time may be one day, and then the device determines whether the pre-warning trigger condition is currently met every day.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 4 in combination, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of another embodiment of step S130 in the present application, and step S130 may include:
step S431: and judging whether the current business progress of the target contract reaches the trigger business progress or not every preset time.
It can be understood that, when judging whether the early warning triggering condition is met, the device may first judge whether the current service progress of the target contract reaches the triggering service progress, and if not, may directly determine that the early warning triggering condition is not met currently. For example, the device determines whether the current engineering quantity completion progress reaches sixty percent, and the device may determine whether the engineering quantity completion progress reaches sixty percent based on whether there is confirmation that the engineering quantity completion progress reaches sixty percent.
Step S432: and if the current service progress of the target contract reaches the trigger service progress, judging whether the current date reaches the trigger date corresponding to the trigger service progress.
After the current business progress is determined to reach the trigger business progress, whether the current date reaches the trigger date or not is judged, so that the meaningless judgment that whether the current date reaches the trigger date or not can be avoided when the current business progress does not reach the trigger date, and a judging program is saved.
Step S433: and if the current date reaches the trigger date, determining that the early warning trigger condition is met.
Step S140: and if the early warning triggering condition is met, executing early warning to prompt the service progress of the target contract.
It can be understood that the pre-warning is executed by sending the information related to the obligation required to be fulfilled in the target contract to the corresponding equipment of the user who should fulfill the obligation, so as to remind the user to fulfill the obligation within the time limit, thereby avoiding the default loss caused by overdue and non-fulfilled obligation.
For example, the device may send a short message, a mail, a WeChat, or a backlog of an office system to send information related to obligations to be fulfilled in the target contract to the associated user device. Different contracts and associated users corresponding to different service types can be prestored in the equipment, and the associated users can execute services corresponding to contract obligations of target contracts, so that objects sent by the early warning messages can be determined in the early warning executing process.
According to the scheme, the contract early warning equipment can acquire contract information input by a user, determine the early warning triggering condition according to the contract information, and perform early warning after judging that the early warning triggering condition is met at preset time intervals.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of another embodiment of a contract warning method according to the present application. The contract early warning method comprises the following steps:
step S510: and determining second key information items corresponding to different contract types in response to the configuration information input by the user.
It will be appreciated that different types of contracts include different terms and, accordingly, that different types of contracts differ in the type of obligation they are expected to fulfill on schedule, and that the types of obligations they are expected to fulfill on schedule are relatively similar in the same type of contract. Therefore, the equipment can determine second key information items corresponding to different contract types in response to the configuration information input by the user, wherein the information corresponding to the second key information items is the information about the performance obligation included in the contract type. For example, the corresponding second key information item in the engineering construction contract may include information related to prepayment, information related to progress payment, information related to settlement payment, and the like.
In some embodiments, the device may also determine the basic information items corresponding to all contract types, such as names of parties to the contract, unified social credit codes, bank accounts, etc., in response to configuration information input by the user.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, some information items corresponding to contract types may have other information items in addition to the base information item, the second key information item, which may be used to determine other information unrelated to the contract base information and contract performance obligation information, such as arbitration and litigation information, among others. The device may also determine other information items in response to configuration information entered by the user.
In some embodiments, a device may have a preset information item pre-stored therein, and the device may determine whether to enable the preset information item in response to a user operation, and if the preset information item is enabled, the device may determine, in response to a user selection, to use the preset information item as a basic information item, a second key information item, or another information item, and determine a contract type corresponding to the preset information item. By pre-storing the preset information items, the repeated configuration of the same information items can be reduced in the process of configuring the information items corresponding to different contracts, the configuration of the information items can be determined to be completed only by determining the classification of the preset information items and the corresponding contract types, the working efficiency is improved, and the configuration cost is reduced.
It will be appreciated that the device may also determine various types of properties of the information items, e.g. display properties, required fill properties, etc., in response to user actions. For example, the device may determine whether to display the information item while displaying the information item based on the display attribute of the information item, and if the display attribute is not displayed, not display the corresponding information item while displaying the information item. The device may determine, based on the mandatory fill attribute of the information item, whether the information item is mandatory to fill when obtaining the information of the target contract input by the user, if the mandatory fill attribute is yes, the device prompts the user to input when obtaining the information of the target contract input by the user, if the corresponding information item is not obtained, otherwise, the device cannot enter the next step.
Step S520: and acquiring information of the target contract input by the user.
It will be appreciated that the device may provide the user with an information input interface that may include an input box or file upload box for the user to enter information for the target contract by manually typing or by uploading a contract file.
Taking the example that the user inputs the information of the target contract by uploading the contract document, the device may pre-store contract templates corresponding to different contract types, the device acquires the target contract document uploaded by the user on the information input interface, the target contract document is obtained by filling the contract rules into the contract templates, the device may perform text Recognition on the contract document, for example, may recognize the contract text by using an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technique, and may determine the type of the target contract, the information item included in the target contract, and the information item corresponding to the information item by using a mark such as a special symbol or a specific keyword in the contract template.
Taking a mode that a user inputs information of a target contract by manually typing as an example, the information input interface may further include a selection box of a contract type, and the device responds to the selection of the same type by the user on the input interface, displays an information item corresponding to the target contract type and a corresponding input box, acquires content input by the user in the input box, and determines information corresponding to the information item, where the information item may include a basic information item, a second key information item, and the like.
Through the two modes, the equipment can acquire the information of the target contract input by the user, and can determine the contract type of the target contract and the information corresponding to the contract type information item. The device may determine whether the contract type of the target contract belongs to a preset early warning contract type range, and if so, may perform subsequent steps, where the preset early warning contract type range may be confirmed in response to a user input.
Step S530: and extracting information corresponding to at least one early warning associated item from the information of the target contract.
It can be understood that after the information of the target contract is obtained, the information corresponding to the information item corresponding to the contract type to which the target contract belongs can be determined for determining the early warning association item. The information of the target contract may include several fulfillment obligation information that needs to be early-warned for term, so that the information may also include information corresponding to multiple early-warning associated items.
Other relevant descriptions of step S520 and step S530 may refer to relevant contents of step S120 and step S221 described previously.
Referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6 in combination, fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of another embodiment of step S530 (step S221) in the present application, and step S530 (step S221) may include:
step S631: determining a first key information item corresponding to a contract type to which a target contract belongs, wherein the first key information item comprises an early warning association item.
Specifically, the apparatus may determine, in response to a selection of the same type by the user on the input interface or based on the recognition result of the target contract document, a contract type to which the target contract belongs, so that a second key information item corresponding to the contract type to which the target contract belongs may be selected as the first key information item from second key information items corresponding to different contract types.
Step S632: and extracting information corresponding to the first key information item from the information of the target contract.
Specifically, after the first key information item is determined, the device may extract information corresponding to the first key information item based on the recognition result of the target contract file, or the device may extract information corresponding to the first key information item from information of the target contract manually entered by the user, so as to determine related information about the fulfillment obligation that requires the deadline early warning in the target contract, where the first key information item includes the early warning associated item, so that the device determines information corresponding to the early warning associated item.
Step S540: and determining an early warning triggering condition according to the information corresponding to the at least one early warning association item.
Step S550: and judging whether the current early warning triggering condition is met or not at every preset time interval.
Step S560: and if the early warning triggering condition is met, executing early warning to prompt the service progress of the target contract.
For the related description of step S540, step S550 and step S560, reference may be made to the related contents of step S222, step S130 and step S140, which are not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 5 and 7 in combination, fig. 7 is a schematic flowchart illustrating another embodiment of step S560 (step S140) in the present application, and step S560 (step S140) may include:
if the early warning trigger condition is met, executing step S761-step S762, and step S761: and acquiring the items to be pre-warned corresponding to the pre-warning triggering conditions according to the information of the target contract.
It can be understood that the information of the target contract further includes a contract object and a service type corresponding to the early warning trigger condition, and the service type may specifically include an invoicing application, a revenue settlement, a payment notification, a payment settlement, a payment application, and the like.
Specifically, for example, the information of the target contract includes that a prepaid payment is paid within 30 days from the date of contract subscription, the early warning trigger condition may be 10 days from the date of contract subscription, the service type corresponding to the early warning trigger condition may be a payment application, and the target is the second party of the contract.
The device can acquire a contract object and a service type corresponding to the early warning trigger condition according to the information of the target contract, and take the contract object and the service type as the items to be early warned corresponding to the early warning trigger condition. And the device can pre-store the bills corresponding to each service type, and the device can acquire the bills corresponding to the service types as the items to be pre-warned corresponding to the pre-warning triggering conditions.
Step S762: executing the items to be pre-warned, and deleting the items to be pre-warned after the execution is finished.
It can be understood that the device may add the to-be-pre-warning item corresponding to the trigger condition to the to-be-pre-warning item pool after judging that the trigger condition is met, and the device may sequentially execute the to-be-pre-warning items in the to-be-pre-warning item pool at the same time. And after the execution is finished, deleting the to-be-early-warning items which are executed from the to-be-early-warning item pool.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 7 and fig. 8 in combination, fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of another embodiment of step S662 of the present application, and it can be understood that the pre-warning is performed by sending information related to obligations that need to be fulfilled in the target contract to the corresponding device that should fulfill the obligation user, and reminding the user to fulfill the obligation within the time limit. The information related to the obligations to be fulfilled in the target contract may include a business document and corresponding early warning information, and the early warning information may include progress of the fulfillment business, duration of fulfillment, liability to default, and the like. Step S762 may include:
step S8621: and acquiring service data corresponding to the service type according to the information of the target contract.
It can be understood that, in some embodiments, the information of the target contract further includes service data corresponding to a service type in the to-be-early-warning item, for example, the service type in the to-be-early-warning item is a determination engineering quantity completion progress, the information of the target contract may include an engineering quantity list, and the engineering quantity list is service data corresponding to the determination engineering quantity completion progress. Therefore, when the early warning is executed, the equipment can automatically acquire the service data corresponding to the service type in the items to be early warned.
Step S8622: and filling the business data into the document.
It can be understood that the service data is the content to be filled in the document, and the device can automatically acquire the related service data and correspondingly fill the acquired service data in the document, so that the workload of the user in executing the service corresponding to the contractual obligation is reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
Specifically, taking the above-mentioned determination of the completion progress of the engineering quantity as an example, the documents corresponding to the completion progress of the engineering quantity need to be filled with the engineering quantity list to determine whether the completion is completed item by item, and the information of the target contract includes the engineering quantity list, so that the equipment can automatically acquire the engineering quantity list and fill the engineering quantity list into the documents when performing early warning, and thus, the user does not need to query the engineering quantity request form from the target contract information and fill in the corresponding document contents, thereby improving the work efficiency and reducing the cost.
Step S8623: and sending the early warning information and the bill to the early warning associated user equipment.
It can be understood that, the device may have pre-stored therein associated users corresponding to different contracts and different service types, and the associated users may execute services corresponding to contractual obligations of the target contract.
