Detailed Description
The application is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1-4.
Modifications of the embodiments which do not creatively contribute to the application may be made by those skilled in the art after reading the present specification, but are protected by patent laws within the scope of the claims of the present application.
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
In order to shorten the case handling time, each processing node in the case handling process corresponds to a processing time limit, when detecting that the related staff does not operate the related processing node within the processing time limit, an early warning is generated to remind the related staff to handle in time, but in the early warning releasing process, the generated early warning is generally traversed and released regularly, and the early warning still exists in the processing nodes which can cause the completed operation through the periodical release. For example, when an early warning occurs at a certain processing node, the related staff completes the related operation at 10 am, but the fixed early warning release time is 6 pm, so the processing node can continuously early warn from 10 am to 6 pm, which may result in lower timeliness in case handling.
In order to improve timeliness in case handling, after detecting that a user operates a current processing node, judging whether an early warning releasing condition is met according to first user operation information, after the user operates the current processing node, judging whether the user operation information accords with the early warning releasing condition in time, and releasing early warning in time after the user accords with the early warning releasing condition so that the current processing node can circulate as soon as possible, but not releasing early warning when reaching early warning releasing traversal time after the user processes the processing node with generated early warning.
Specifically, the embodiment of the application provides a case handling early warning management method, which is executed by electronic equipment, wherein the electronic equipment can be a server or terminal equipment, and the server can be an independent physical server, a server cluster or a distributed system formed by a plurality of physical servers, or a cloud server for providing cloud computing service. The terminal device may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, etc., but is not limited thereto, and the terminal device and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through a wired or wireless communication manner, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a case handling early warning management method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes steps S110, S120, S130, and S140, in which:
step S110: when detecting that a user operates a current processing node, acquiring first user operation information and case processing information corresponding to the current processing node, wherein the current processing node is a processing node which has generated early warning.
Specifically, when detecting that the relevant staff performs click triggering on the position corresponding to the current processing node, or inputs the current processing node through a keyboard, the user is indicated to perform operation on the current processing node. The processing node with the early warning generated shows that relevant staff does not operate the current processing node in the processing period corresponding to the current processing node, and the early warning is used for reminding the relevant staff to operate the processing node in time so as to realize the circulation of the processing node. The first user operation information is generated after a user operates the current processing node, the first operation time is the time when the user operates the current processing node, the first operation content is a result generated after the user operates the current processing node, for example, the current processing node is a case-setting notification node, the first operation time is the operation time when the user operates the case-setting notification node, the first operation content is a case-setting notification notice formed after the user operates the case-setting notification node, and the user is used for indicating related staff who can circulate the processing node in a case. The case processing information corresponding to the current processing node is used for representing information related to the current processing node, for example, when the current processing node is a person mandatory measure processing node, the case information corresponding to the current processing node is case processing information related to the person mandatory measure.
Step S120: and determining an early warning release condition corresponding to the current processing node according to the case processing information.
Specifically, since there may be multiple processing nodes in the complete case processing flow, since the operation of each processing node is not used, the early warning release conditions corresponding to each processing node are different, and the early warning release conditions may include an early warning release period and an operation standard. For example, if the current processing node is a case-setting notification node, the early warning release condition corresponding to the case-setting notification node may be that early warning release is required within 2 days after early warning occurs, and after the opposite case-setting notification processing node operates, the generated first user operation content, that is, the case-setting notification document, needs to conform to the case-setting notification document generation standard; if the current processing node is a personnel forced measure, the early warning release condition corresponding to the personnel forced measure processing node may be that early warning release is required within 4 days after early warning occurs, and the content of a notice of the personnel forced measure is required to meet the standards of the notice related to personnel forced. The processing nodes are in one-to-one correspondence with the early warning releasing conditions corresponding to the processing nodes.
Step S130: determining a first operation time and a first operation content according to the first user operation information, wherein the first operation content is used for representing an operation result of a user on the current processing node, and judging whether the current processing node meets the early warning release condition or not based on the first operation time and the first operation content.
Wherein, early warning release conditions include: the first operation time is within the early warning release period; the first operation content is matched with an operation standard corresponding to the current processing node, and the operation standard is determined according to historical case handling data.
Specifically, the early warning release condition may include an early warning release period and an operation standard, for example, when the user operates the current processing node, but the first operation time of the user exceeds the early warning release period in the early warning release condition corresponding to the current processing node, the early warning of the current processing node is not released; if the current processing node is a case-setting notification processing node, the case-setting notification notice generated after the user operates the current processing node does not accord with the case-setting notification notice standard, and early warning of the case-setting notification processing node is not released.
Since the processing period corresponding to each processing node is different, for example, the case-setting notification node has a general processing period of 3 days and the personnel forced measure node has a general processing period of 7 days, the case-setting notification node and the personnel forced measure node have different early warning release periods. The early warning release period can be determined according to actual requirements, for example, the early warning release period can be within three days after the treatment period.
The operation standard is used for judging whether the generated first user operation information accords with the standard of releasing the early warning after the user operates the current processing node. For example, when the processing node is in the case-setting notification processing node, the relevant staff completes the uploading of the case-setting notification, the uploading time, that is, the first operation time is within the release early warning period corresponding to the case-setting notification processing node, and the generated case-setting notification accords with the standard, so that the early warning corresponding to the case-setting notification processing node can be released. If the moment of uploading the case-setting notification notice is within the corresponding release early warning period at the case-setting notification processing node, but the generated case-setting notification notice does not accord with the standard, the early warning corresponding to the case-setting notification processing node is not released, wherein the case-setting standard about the case-setting notification notice can comprise a notice text format and notice content audit, and the early warning corresponding to the processing node can be released only when the first operation moment and the first operation content accord with the operation standard. The history case handling data comprises all processing nodes corresponding to the history case and user operation results corresponding to each processing node, and the history case pairs are used according to the history case.
Step S140: and if the early warning releasing condition is met, releasing the early warning corresponding to the current processing node.
Specifically, the pre-warning corresponding to the current processing node is released, namely the current processing node is restored to be normal, the current processing node is operated, and after the pre-warning of the current processing node is released, the current processing node is convenient to flow.
In the embodiment of the application, after the operation of the current processing node by the user is detected, whether the early warning release condition is met is judged according to the first user operation information, after the operation of the current processing node by the user, whether the user operation information meets the early warning release condition is judged in time, and early warning is released in time after the operation of the current processing node meets the early warning release condition so that the current processing node can circulate as soon as possible, but the early warning is released only when the user needs to reach the early warning release traversal time after the processing node which generates the early warning is processed, and the early warning is released in time after the operation of the user, so that the time for waiting for the early warning release after the operation is reduced, and the current processing node can circulate in time after the early warning is released in time, thereby further improving the efficiency of handling cases.
Further, in step S110, the operation summary corresponding to the current processing node is used for characterizing the operation content of the current processing node, and the manner of obtaining the case processing information corresponding to the current processing node may specifically include step S1101 (not shown in the drawing), step S1102 (not shown in the drawing) and step S1103 (not shown in the drawing), where:
Step S1101: and acquiring to-be-handled service data corresponding to the current processing node, wherein the to-be-handled service data is used for representing the case information to be processed.
Specifically, the to-be-handled business data includes to-be-handled case information, for example, document data of the to-be-handled case which has been opened, and since the case handling process is progressive, the to-be-handled case information may be updated along with the in-depth investigation of case investigation, for example, only the property loss is involved in the early stage of handling the to-be-handled case, so that the to-be-handled business data may include contents for enforcing the property, but as the in-depth investigation of the case determines a thief who performs the property theft, the to-be-handled business data is updated, and the updated to-be-handled business data may be newly added with contents for enforcing the person compared with the to-be-handled business data before the update. Because the processing process of the case can comprise a plurality of processing nodes, the to-be-handled business data corresponding to the current node is determined through the case information of the current processing node.
Step S1102: word segmentation processing is carried out on operation summaries of the current processing nodes, and keyword information corresponding to the current processing nodes is obtained.
Specifically, word segmentation is performed on the operation summary of the current processing node, which is used for extracting case information related to the current processing node from the to-be-processed service data, when the word segmentation is performed on the operation summary of the current processing node, the central word of the current processing node is used for representing main operation content of the current processing node by extracting the central word of the operation summary of the current processing node, each processing node is provided with a corresponding central word, word segmentation is performed on the central word of the current processing node, and keyword information is obtained, wherein the keyword information comprises the central word of the current processing node and content similar to the central word of the current processing node. The word segmentation processing mode of the current processing node at least comprises any one of the following steps: the specific word segmentation processing mode is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application, for example, when the word segmentation processing is performed on the central word of the current processing node, the jieba library is used, and three word segmentation modes, namely, an accurate mode, a full mode and a search engine mode, are adopted, in the embodiment of the present application, the accurate mode is that a section of text is accurately cut into a plurality of Chinese words, and the plurality of Chinese words are accurately restored to the previous text through combination, wherein redundant words do not exist.
Step S1103: and screening the business data containing the key information from the business data to be handled according to the key information, and determining the business data containing the key information as case processing information corresponding to the current processing node.
Specifically, traversing is performed from the business data to be handled based on the keyword information, paragraphs or sentences containing the keyword information are screened out, and the paragraphs or sentences containing the keyword information are determined to be case processing information corresponding to the current processing node.
In the embodiment of the application, the keyword information of the current processing node is used for screening the service data related to the current processing node from the service data to be processed to obtain the case processing information corresponding to the current processing node, the keyword information is used for screening the related information from the service data to be processed instead of manually checking the service data to be processed, so that the workload of related staff in determining the case processing information is reduced, and the keyword information is used for traversing and screening, thereby being convenient for accurately determining the case processing information corresponding to the current processing node.
Further, in step S130, the manner of determining the operation standard corresponding to the current processing node according to the history handling data specifically includes step Sa1 (not shown in the drawing), step Sa2 (not shown in the drawing) and step Sa3 (not shown in the drawing), wherein:
Step Sa1: and determining similar cases from the historical case handling data according to the to-be-handled business data, wherein the business data of the similar cases are similar to the to-be-handled business data.
Specifically, the cases with similar conditions to the business data to be handled are similar cases, and the similar conditions can include case types, cases related to casualties and cases related to property loss, wherein the case types include criminal cases, civil cases, administrative cases and economic cases. According to the similar conditions, traversing is performed from the historical case handling data to determine similar cases, wherein the number of the similar cases can be one or a plurality of similar cases. When the number of similar cases is multiple, the original similar conditions are updated by adding similar condition content, the target similar cases are determined from the multiple similar cases according to the updated similar conditions, the added similar content can comprise the case occurrence place and the number of involved cases, the specific added content can be modified according to actual requirements, and the accuracy in determining the target similar cases can be improved only by adding the similar conditions.
Step Sa2: acquiring a legal knowledge graph, and storing processing flows corresponding to a plurality of historical cases in the legal knowledge graph, wherein the processing flow of each historical case comprises a plurality of processing nodes of each historical case and an operation standard of each processing node.
Specifically, the legal knowledge graph comprises legal expertise and historical experience of different cases, wherein the legal expertise comprises knowledge bases corresponding to the cases in different fields, the legal knowledge graph is convenient for automatically judging and reasoning the legal cases, and the knowledge bases corresponding to the cases in different fields are updated in real time and the historical experience when the cases are processed is changed along with the increase of the number of the cases, so that the legal knowledge graph is updated and changed at any time.
The legal knowledge graph comprises circulation conditions corresponding to the key processing nodes and related laws and regulations, and each operation node in the business data to be handled is convenient to determine based on the legal knowledge graph.
Step Sa3: and correcting the operation of the similar processing nodes in the similar cases according to the legal knowledge graph, and determining the operation of the corrected similar processing nodes as the operation standard corresponding to the current processing nodes.
Specifically, initial operation node information of the business data to be handled is determined based on a legal knowledge graph, wherein the initial operation node information comprises operation nodes possibly occurring in the business data to be handled and operation standards corresponding to each operation node. Obtaining actual operation node information corresponding to similar cases, optimizing the initial operation node information to obtain final operation node information, and determining the final operation node information as an operation standard.
In the embodiment of the application, the operation standard is determined through the similar cases and legal knowledge patterns, rather than the operation standard corresponding to each processing node in the cases through personal experience, thereby improving the accuracy in determining the operation standard.
Further, the method for managing case handling early warning provided by the application further comprises a step Sb1 (not shown in the attached drawings) and a step Sb2 (not shown in the attached drawings), wherein:
step Sb1: when the fact that the user operates the non-early-warning processing node is detected, second user operation information is obtained, the non-early-warning processing node is the processing node which does not generate early warning, and the second user operation information comprises second operation time and second operation content.
Specifically, the processing node without early warning is the processing node without early warning, and the processing node without early warning is that the user performs corresponding operation on the processing node within the processing period, so that the processing node cannot generate early warning. The second operation time is the time when the user operates the non-early-warning processing node, and the second operation content is the result of the user operating the non-early-warning processing node in the processing period.
Step Sb2: judging whether the second user operation information accords with the early warning generation conditions corresponding to the non-early warning processing nodes.
Step Sb3: if the early warning generation condition is met, generating early warning corresponding to the non-early warning processing node;
the early warning generation conditions comprise:
the second operation time exceeds the early warning generation period;
and the second operation content is not matched with the operation standard corresponding to the unworked processing node.
Specifically, the early warning is generated only at the non-early-warning processing node, and because each processing node corresponds to a processing period, after the triggering of the non-early-warning processing node by a user is detected, or after the processing node flows to the non-processing node in the case handling process, the processing period corresponding to the non-early-warning processing node starts counting down, if the processing period is exceeded, the non-early-warning processing node still does not flow, the early warning is generated, that is, the second operation time exceeds the non-early-warning generation period. The early warning generation period is generated when the remaining processing time of the processing period is lower than the preset period, wherein the remaining processing time of the processing period can be 1 day or 2 days, the embodiment of the application is not particularly limited, and the preset period can be modified according to the requirement of a user. For example, the processing period corresponding to the un-pre-warning processing node is 7 days, after the case handling flow is transferred to the un-pre-warning processing node, the un-pre-warning processing period is started to count down, and if the remaining processing time of the un-pre-warning processing period is 1 day and the preset period is 2 days, the un-pre-warning processing node generates pre-warning.
And when the second operation content does not meet the operation standard, generating early warning of the non-early-warning processing node, wherein the mode for judging whether the second operation content is standard is similar to the mode for judging whether the first operation content is standard or not, and the operation standard is the same.
In the embodiment of the application, after the processing nodes without the early warning are operated, whether the early warning generation is triggered after the user operation is judged, and when the user operation meets the early warning generation condition, the early warning is generated in time, so that relevant staff can operate the corresponding processing nodes in time after receiving the early warning notification, and the case processing time is shortened. Further, in order to facilitate viewing of a case flow, the embodiment of the present application provides a case handling early warning management method, which further includes a step Sc1 (not shown in the accompanying drawings), a step Sc2 (not shown in the accompanying drawings), a step Sc3 (not shown in the accompanying drawings), and a step Sc4 (not shown in the accompanying drawings), wherein:
step Sc1: and searching whether related service data exists in the service database according to the service data to be handled, wherein the related service data and the service data to be handled have overlapped service data.
Specifically, the overlapped business data indicates that the associated business data and the business data to be handled have the same business data, the business data to be handled includes information about handling cases, for example, the business data to be handled may include contents for enforcing measures on articles in the early stage of handling cases, but with the deep investigation of cases, after the updating of the business data to be handled, contents for enforcing measures on articles may be included, and contents for enforcing measures on personnel are included, and the business data to be handled before updating is associated with the business data to be handled after updating, wherein the contents for enforcing measures on articles are overlapped business data.
Step Sc2: and if the associated service data exist, acquiring a processing node corresponding to the associated service data.
Specifically, a complete to-be-handled service data may correspond to at least one case handling process, where the complete to-be-handled service data includes to-be-handled service data and associated service data of the to-be-handled service data, for example, in case of handling a case, the to-be-handled service data only includes contents related to a case-setting notification, and then the case handling process may include: accept-set-report-end; along with the deepening of the case handling degree, relevant contents of the involved person are updated in the business data to be handled, and at this time, the case handling process may include: acceptance-case-person enforcement-criminal retention-prolonged criminal retention-application early arrest-prolonged arrest-transfer review prosecution-end; along with the deepening of the case handling degree, the relevant contents of the case related object are updated in the business data to be handled, and then the case handling process may include: accepting, setting up a case, forcing an article, withholding, extending the withholding, destroying, and ending, wherein the updated business data to be handled is related to the data to be handled before updating.
Step Sc3: based on the processing nodes corresponding to the to-be-handled service data and the processing nodes corresponding to the associated service data, generating a case flow chart which is used for representing the processing flow of the to-be-handled service data and the associated service data.
Step Sc4: and feeding back the case flow chart to the terminal equipment corresponding to the user.
Specifically, the case flow chart includes a processing node corresponding to the business data to be handled and a processing node corresponding to the associated business data of the business data to be handled, please refer to fig. 2 specifically, and fig. 2 is a related case flow chart in an embodiment of the present application. The processing nodes corresponding to the processing nodes may be updated as the processing case is executed, for example, after the processing nodes are transferred to the case-setting processing nodes according to the processing case, the processing nodes need to be continuously transferred to the case-setting processing nodes, at this time, a plurality of processing nodes parallel to the case-setting processing nodes will not be displayed, but as the processing case is updated, the contents of the case-related objects are related to the processing case, according to the updated processing case data, the processing nodes need to be transferred from the case-setting processing nodes to the case-setting processing nodes, the processing nodes are transferred to the case-setting processing nodes, the processing nodes parallel to the case-setting processing nodes are displayed, and as one processing node may correspond to a plurality of sub-processing nodes parallel to each other, the sub-processing nodes may belong to different case-setting processing flows, for example, the case-setting notification processing nodes, the case-setting processing nodes and the case-setting processing cases corresponding to the case-setting processing cases in fig. 2 are different, but the corresponding case-setting processing cases corresponding to the respective processing cases are related to each other, so that the processing nodes of the case-setting processing cases corresponding to form a processing case-setting diagram.
In the embodiment of the application, the processing nodes corresponding to the business data to be handled and the related business data are integrated to form the case flow chart, and the case flow chart comprises all the processing nodes with higher regularity, so that related personnel can conveniently check the flow of the whole case through the case flow chart, and meanwhile, follow-up related personnel can conveniently analyze the handled case.
Further, in the case handling early warning management method provided by the embodiment of the present application, in step Sc3, based on a processing node corresponding to the business data to be handled and a processing node corresponding to the associated business data, a case flowchart is generated, which specifically includes step Sc3a (not shown in the drawing), step Sc3b (not shown in the drawing), and step Sc3c (not shown in the drawing), where:
step Sc3a: and acquiring the respective corresponding processing time length of each processing node.
Specifically, the processing nodes corresponding to the business data to be handled comprise processing nodes with early warning and processing nodes without early warning, and the processing time length corresponding to the processing nodes with early warning is the time length from the processing nodes to the completion of the operation, including the waiting processing time length before early warning and the processing time length from the generation of early warning to the user operation time; the processing time length corresponding to the processing node which does not generate the early warning is the processing time length from the beginning of processing to the operation time of the user. The determining manner of the processing duration may be that when the case flow node is detected to flow to the processing node, timing is started until the case flow node is detected to flow to the next processing node of the processing node, and timing is stopped to form the processing duration.
Step Sc3c: and determining the processing efficiency level corresponding to each processing node respectively according to each processing time length.
Specifically, the processing deadlines and the processing durations corresponding to each processing node are calculated to obtain duration ratios, and the processing efficiency levels corresponding to the processing nodes are determined according to the duration ratios.
The corresponding relation between the processing time length and the efficiency grade can be modified according to actual requirements, and the embodiment of the application is not particularly limited, for example, when the ratio of the processing time length to the processing time limit corresponding to the processing node is lower than 30%, the efficiency grade corresponding to the current processing node is determined as a first grade; when the ratio of the processing time length to the processing time limit corresponding to the processing node is 30% -50%, determining the efficiency grade corresponding to the processing node as a second grade; when the ratio of the processing time length to the processing time limit corresponding to the current processing node is 50% -80%, determining the efficiency grade corresponding to the processing node as a third grade; and when the ratio of the processing time length to the processing time limit corresponding to the current processing node is more than 80%, determining the efficiency grade corresponding to the processing node as a fourth grade.
Step Sc3d: labeling the processing nodes corresponding to the business data to be handled and the processing nodes corresponding to the associated business data according to the processing efficiency level, and generating a case flow chart.
Specifically, the updated case flow chart comprises processing nodes corresponding to the business data to be handled and processing nodes corresponding to the associated business data of the business data to be handled, and processing efficiency levels corresponding to each processing node, so that relevant staff can check the efficiency levels corresponding to each processing node when checking the case flow chart. When labeling the processing efficiency levels, each processing node may be colored based on the efficiency levels, for example, a display area corresponding to a processing node having a first processing efficiency level may be indicated by green, a display area corresponding to a processing node having a second processing efficiency level may be indicated by yellow, a display area corresponding to a processing node having a third processing efficiency level may be indicated by red, and a display area corresponding to a processing node having a fourth processing efficiency level may be indicated by purple.
Regarding the manner of marking the processing efficiency level corresponding to each processing node, text marking can be performed on each processing node, the processing efficiency level corresponding to each processing node is illustrated in the case flow chart at the position where the processing node is located, when the fact that the user places the mouse in the sensing area of the processing node is detected, the processing efficiency level of the processing node is displayed, and the form of marking the processing efficiency level in the case flow chart is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the application.
In the embodiment of the application, the processing efficiency grade corresponding to each processing node is marked, so that when related staff checks the case flow chart, the processing efficiency of each processing node is checked, the user experience is improved, the processing efficiency of each processing node is clear at a glance through the case flow chart marked with the processing efficiency grade, and the processing nodes with lower processing efficiency grade are also convenient for the subsequent related staff to integrate.
In order to improve the security when operating the processing node, the method for handling case early warning management provided by the embodiment of the application further includes a step Sd1 (not shown in the accompanying drawings), a step Sd2 (not shown in the accompanying drawings), a step Sd3 (not shown in the accompanying drawings), and a step Sd4 (not shown in the accompanying drawings), wherein:
Step Sd1: when the fact that the number of times of operation on the current processing node exceeds a preset threshold value in a preset time period is detected, operation content corresponding to the last operation time in the preset time period is obtained.
Specifically, the user may perform multiple operations on the current processing node, or may perform multiple operations on the same user, or may perform operations on the current processing node by multiple users. The work log may record the time of each operation and the operation content, the preset time period may be 30 minutes, 1 hour, or may be one day, and the specific preset time period and the preset threshold may be input by the user. For example, the preset time period is 30 minutes, the preset threshold is 4 times, and when the operation times of the processing node exceeds 4 times within 30 minutes, the operation content corresponding to the 4 th operation is acquired.
Step Sd2: according to the operation content, an operation type is determined, and the operation type comprises supplement and modification.
Step Sd3: and when the operation type is supplementary, reserving the operation content corresponding to the last operation time in the preset time period.
Specifically, when the user operates the current processing node, the operation is mainly the operation of supplementing content and the operation of modifying content, and when a plurality of users operate the current processing node in a preset time period, the business data of the current node of the case may be supplemented for the same group of related personnel. When the last operation time in the preset time period is determined, the operation time corresponding to each operation in the preset time period can be called from the work log, and the determination is performed according to the operation time corresponding to each operation.
Step Sd4: when the operation type is modified, the operation content corresponding to the first operation time in the preset time period and the operation content corresponding to the last operation time in the preset time period are fed back to the terminal equipment of the related personnel.
Specifically, the first operation time in the preset time period is determined, and similar to the manner of determining the last operation time in the preset time period, each operation time in the work log corresponds to the operation content one by one, and the corresponding operation content can be called from the work log through the operation time.
For the embodiment of the application, if the current processing node is detected to be operated for a plurality of times within the preset time period, the operation type is determined according to the operation content, the operation content is reserved or fed back according to the operation type, and the operation times and the operation content are recorded and supervised so as to protect the operation of the node in the case flow.
