Optionally, the obtaining module 201 is further configured to, after generating the accounting document according to the value of each element to be extracted and the target subject, obtain the target subject in the modified accounting document if the user performs a modification operation on the target subject in the accounting document.

Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating an electronic device 700 according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 700 may include: a processor 701 and a memory 702. The electronic device 700 may also include one or more of a multimedia component 703, an input/output (I/O) interface 704, and a communication component 705.
The processor 701 is configured to control the overall operation of the electronic device 700 to complete all or part of the steps of the accounting document generation method. The memory 702 is used to store various types of data to support operation at the electronic device 700, such as instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device 700 and application-related data, such as contact data, transmitted and received messages, pictures, audio, video, and the like. The Memory 702 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile Memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic Memory, flash Memory, magnetic disk, or optical disk. The multimedia components 703 may include screen and audio components. Wherein the screen may be, for example, a touch screen and the audio component is used for outputting and/or inputting audio signals. For example, the audio component may include a microphone for receiving external audio signals. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 702 or transmitted through the communication component 705. The audio assembly also includes at least one speaker for outputting audio signals. The I/O interface 704 provides an interface between the processor 701 and other interface modules, such as a keyboard, mouse, buttons, etc. These buttons may be virtual buttons or physical buttons. The communication component 705 is used for wired or wireless communication between the electronic device 700 and other devices. Wireless communication, such as Wi-Fi, bluetooth, Near Field Communication (NFC), 2G, 3G, 4G, NB-IOT, eMTC, or other 5G, etc., or a combination of one or more of them, which is not limited herein. The corresponding communication component 705 may thus include: Wi-Fi module, Bluetooth module, NFC module, etc.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic Device 700 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic components for executing the above-mentioned accounting document generation method.
In another exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a computer readable storage medium comprising program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the accounting document generation method described above. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be the memory 702 comprising program instructions executable by the processor 701 of the electronic device 700 to perform the accounting document generation method described above.
In summary, in the present disclosure, first, a target tax classification of a target invoice is obtained from invoice data of the target invoice, and a target extraction template corresponding to the target invoice is determined according to the target tax classification, where the target extraction template includes: and then determining a processing mode of the elements to be extracted, extracting the numerical value of each element to be extracted from the invoice data according to the processing mode, and generating an accounting document according to the numerical value of each element to be extracted and the target subject. According to the method, the target extraction template is determined through target tax classification, and the numerical value of each element to be extracted from the invoice data according to the target extraction template, so that the accounting document can be automatically and accurately generated, and the enterprise account processing efficiency is improved.

Claims (12)

1. A method of generating an accounting document, the method comprising:
acquiring a target tax classification of a target invoice from invoice data of the target invoice;
according to the target tax classification, determining a target extraction template corresponding to the target invoice, wherein the target extraction template comprises: elements to be extracted and target subjects;
determining a processing mode of the element to be extracted;
and extracting the numerical value of each element to be extracted from the invoice data according to the processing mode, and generating an accounting document according to the numerical value of each element to be extracted and the target subject.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the target extraction template corresponding to the target invoice according to the target tax classification comprises:
determining the target extraction template according to the target tax classification and the corresponding relation between the preset tax classification and the extraction template, wherein the corresponding relation comprises: matching degree of tax classification and extraction template.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after the generating of the accounting document according to the value of each of the elements to be extracted and the target subject, the method further comprises:
if the user carries out modification operation on the target subject in the accounting document, acquiring the modified target subject in the accounting document;
determining a first extraction template comprising the target subject in the modified accounting document;
and updating the matching degree of the target tax classification and the first extraction template in the corresponding relation.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the elements to be extracted comprise: a monetary element;
the determining the processing mode of the element to be extracted comprises the following steps:
and determining a first extraction mode of the amount element according to the invoice type included in the invoice data, wherein the first extraction mode comprises a calculation formula aiming at the amount included in the invoice data.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the elements to be extracted further comprise: abstract elements and auxiliary elements;
the determining the processing mode of the element to be extracted further comprises:
determining a second extraction mode of the abstract elements, wherein the second extraction mode is used for indicating the value of the abstract elements generated according to the attribute information of the target extraction template or indicating the value of the abstract elements generated according to the invoice data;
determining a third extraction mode of the auxiliary element according to the invoice type, wherein the third extraction mode is used for indicating that a numerical value of the auxiliary element is generated according to first specified data included in the invoice data, and the first specified data includes: a purchaser identification number, and/or a seller identification number.
6. An apparatus for generating accounting documents, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a classification module and a classification module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a target tax classification of a target invoice from invoice data of the target invoice;
a determining module, configured to determine, according to the target tax classification, a target extraction template corresponding to the target invoice, where the target extraction template includes: elements to be extracted and target subjects;
the determining module is further configured to determine a processing mode of the element to be extracted;
and the generating module is used for extracting the numerical value of each element to be extracted from the invoice data according to the processing mode and generating an accounting document according to the numerical value of each element to be extracted and the target subject.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the determining module is configured to:
determining the target extraction template according to the target tax classification and the corresponding relation between the preset tax classification and the extraction template, wherein the corresponding relation comprises: matching degree of tax classification and extraction template.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the obtaining module is further configured to, after generating an accounting document according to the value of each element to be extracted and the target subject, obtain the target subject in the modified accounting document if a user performs a modification operation on the target subject in the accounting document;
the determination module is further used for determining a first extraction template of the target subject in the accounting document after modification;
the determining module is further configured to update the matching degree between the target tax classification and the first extraction template in the corresponding relationship.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the element to be extracted comprises: a monetary element;
the determination module is to:

11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
12. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory having a computer program stored thereon;
a processor for executing the computer program in the memory to carry out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
