Abstract

s201: and acquiring each accounting item corresponding to the sub-category.
The accounting item is a category for performing classification accounting on specific contents of the accounting element object. For example, accounting items may include: debit subject, abstract, credit subject, document number, document date, document number, credit subject, specification model, purchase registration document number, asset class, document status, acceptance status, auxiliary accounting, equipment code, equipment name, etc.
Since the sub-category is further determined on the basis of determining the document category corresponding to the business document, the method for acquiring the accounting items corresponding to the sub-category can also be understood as acquiring the accounting items corresponding to both the document category corresponding to the business document and the sub-category.
Illustratively, different business documents will have different corresponding accounting items. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a plurality of business documents of different document types and sub-types in advance, and extracting accounting items corresponding to each business document. The user can also customize the corresponding accounting items for the business documents of different document categories and sub-categories.

Illustratively, each accounting item is converted into a program statement, i.e., a computer statement.
For example, each accounting item is converted into a dynamic Structured Query Language (SQL) corresponding to the accounting item.
S203: and generating a plurality of preset query conditions corresponding to the sub-categories according to the program statements corresponding to each accounting item.
And aiming at each business document, converting a plurality of accounting items corresponding to the document category and the sub-category into program statements, and taking the converted program statements as a plurality of preset query conditions corresponding to the sub-category.
Illustratively, the preset query conditions are associated with the bill category and the sub-category, so that when the business bills of the bill category and the sub-category are encountered subsequently, the corresponding preset query conditions can be found quickly.
In the above embodiment, different preset query conditions can be set according to the business documents of different document types and sub-types, which is convenient for subsequent processing of any type of business documents, that is, according to any type of business documents, the business data corresponding to the business documents are queried, and then the business data are filled into the corresponding voucher template, so as to generate the corresponding accounting voucher. And a conversion program does not need to be designed for the business document subsequently and independently, so that the efficiency of generating the accounting document is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for generating a credential template corresponding to a sub-category according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; optionally, in some possible implementations of the present application, before S104, the method for automatically generating an accounting document provided by the present application may further include: the method for generating the credential template corresponding to the sub-category specifically comprises the following steps:
s301: and acquiring each accounting item corresponding to the sub-category.
S301 in this embodiment is the same as that described in S201, please refer to the description in S201, and details are not repeated here.
S302: and generating a voucher template corresponding to the sub-category according to each accounting item.
The voucher template comprises a plurality of accounting items corresponding to the voucher categories and the sub-categories, except that the accounting items have no specific business data. The positions, sizes and the like of the accounting items can be set in the blank table according to the requirements of the client or the preference of the user, and the voucher templates corresponding to the document categories and the sub-categories are obtained.
And performing the processing on the business documents of different document types and sub-types to obtain a plurality of voucher templates. Each voucher template corresponds to a document type and sub-type.
In the actual application process, after business data is inquired in the business document, the business data is correspondingly filled in each accounting item column of the voucher template, and then the accounting voucher can be obtained.
Optionally, the voucher template is associated with the document category and the sub-category, so that when business documents of the document category and the sub-category are encountered subsequently, the corresponding voucher template can be found quickly.
In the embodiment, different voucher templates can be set according to the business documents of different document types and sub-types, so that any type of business document can be conveniently processed subsequently, namely, the accounting voucher is generated according to any type of business document. And a conversion program does not need to be designed for the business document subsequently and independently, so that the efficiency of generating the accounting document is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an apparatus for automatically generating an accounting document according to an embodiment of the present application. The audio generating device comprises units for performing the steps in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1-4. Please refer to the related description of the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 to 4. For convenience of explanation, only the portions related to the present embodiment are shown. Referring to fig. 5, it includes:
a first obtaining unit 410, configured to obtain a service document to be processed;
a first determining unit 420, configured to determine a document category corresponding to the business document;
a second determining unit 430, configured to determine, according to the service document and the document category, a sub-category corresponding to the service document, where the sub-category is used to indicate a service corresponding to the service document;
a second obtaining unit 440, configured to obtain a plurality of preset query conditions corresponding to the sub-category and a credential template corresponding to the sub-category;
the query unit 450 is configured to query, in the service document, service data corresponding to each preset query condition;
the generating unit 460 is configured to generate an accounting document corresponding to the business document according to the business data corresponding to each preset query condition and the document template.
Optionally, the generating unit 460 is specifically configured to:
filling the business data corresponding to each preset query condition into the voucher template to obtain a target accounting voucher;
and when the fact that the business data corresponding to each preset query condition in the target accounting document meet preset requirements is detected, generating the accounting document based on the target accounting document.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the detection unit is used for adjusting the business data which does not meet the preset requirement in the target accounting document when the business data which corresponds to any preset query condition in the target accounting document is detected to not meet the preset requirement;
an adjusting unit for generating the accounting document optionally based on the adjusted target accounting document, the apparatus further comprising:
the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring each accounting item corresponding to the sub-category;
a program statement generating unit, configured to generate a program statement corresponding to each accounting item;
and the preset query condition generating unit is used for generating a plurality of preset query conditions corresponding to the sub-categories according to the program statements corresponding to the accounting items.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the fourth acquisition unit is used for acquiring each accounting item corresponding to the sub-category;
and the voucher template generating unit is used for generating voucher templates corresponding to the sub-categories according to each accounting item.
Optionally, the business document comprises a medical document.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
and the log generating unit is used for generating a log according to the business document and the accounting document.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an apparatus for automatically generating an accounting document according to another embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the apparatus 5 for automatically generating an accounting document of this embodiment includes: a processor 50, a memory 51 and a computer program 52 stored in said memory 51 and executable on said processor 50. The processor 50, when executing the computer program 52, implements the steps of the various embodiments of the method for automatically generating accounting documents described above, such as S101-S106 shown in fig. 1. Alternatively, the processor 50, when executing the computer program 52, implements the functions of the units in the above embodiments, such as the functions of the units 410 to 460 shown in fig. 5.
Illustratively, the computer program 52 may be divided into one or more units, which are stored in the memory 51 and executed by the processor 50 to accomplish the present application. The one or more units may be a series of computer instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which are used to describe the execution of the computer program 52 in the device 5. For example, the computer program 52 may be divided into a first acquisition unit, a first determination unit, a second acquisition unit, an inquiry unit, and a generation unit, and the specific functions of the units are as described above.
The apparatus may include, but is not limited to, a processor 50, a memory 51. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 6 is merely an example of a device 5 and does not constitute a limitation of the device and may include more or fewer components than shown, or some components in combination, or different components, e.g., the device may also include input output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor 50 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 51 may be an internal storage unit of the device, such as a hard disk or a memory of the device. The memory 51 may also be an external storage terminal of the device, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like provided on the device. Further, the memory 51 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage terminal of the apparatus. The memory 51 is used for storing the computer instructions and other programs and data required by the terminal. The memory 51 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
The embodiment of the application further provides a computer storage medium, the computer storage medium may be non-volatile or volatile, the computer storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program is executed by a processor to implement the steps in the above method embodiments for automatically generating an accounting document.
The present application also provides a computer program product for causing an apparatus to perform the steps of the above-described method embodiments for automatically generating accounting documents when the computer program product is run on the apparatus.
An embodiment of the present application further provides a chip or an integrated circuit, where the chip or the integrated circuit includes: and the processor is used for calling and running the computer program from the memory so that the device provided with the chip or the integrated circuit executes the steps in each embodiment of the method for automatically generating the accounting document.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules, so as to perform all or part of the functions described above. Each functional unit and module in the embodiments may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated in one unit, and the integrated unit may be implemented in a form of hardware, or in a form of software functional unit. In addition, specific names of the functional units and modules are only for convenience of distinguishing from each other, and are not used for limiting the protection scope of the present application. The specific working processes of the units and modules in the system may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and reference may be made to the related descriptions of other embodiments for parts that are not described or illustrated in a certain embodiment.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present application.

Claims (10)
1. A method of automatically generating accounting documents, comprising:
acquiring a service document to be processed;
determining a bill type corresponding to the business bill;
determining a sub-category corresponding to the business document according to the business document and the document category, wherein the sub-category is used for expressing business corresponding to the business document;
acquiring a plurality of preset query conditions corresponding to the sub-category and a certificate template corresponding to the sub-category;
inquiring business data corresponding to each preset inquiry condition in the business document;
and generating an accounting document corresponding to the business document according to the business data corresponding to each preset query condition and the document template.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating an accounting document corresponding to the business document according to the business data corresponding to each preset query condition and the document template comprises:
filling the business data corresponding to each preset query condition into the voucher template to obtain a target accounting voucher;
and when the fact that the business data corresponding to each preset query condition in the target accounting document meet preset requirements is detected, generating the accounting document based on the target accounting document.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after filling the business data corresponding to each of the predetermined query conditions into the document template to obtain the target accounting document, the method further comprises:
when the fact that the business data corresponding to any preset query condition in the target accounting document does not meet the preset requirement is detected, the business data which do not meet the preset requirement in the target accounting document are adjusted;
generating the accounting document based on the adjusted target accounting document.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein before the obtaining of the plurality of preset query conditions corresponding to the sub-category and the credential template corresponding to the sub-category, the method further comprises:
acquiring each accounting item corresponding to the sub-category;
generating a program statement corresponding to each accounting item;
and generating a plurality of preset query conditions corresponding to the sub-categories according to the program statements corresponding to each accounting item.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein before the obtaining of the plurality of preset query conditions corresponding to the sub-category and the credential template corresponding to the sub-category, the method further comprises:
acquiring each accounting item corresponding to the sub-category;
and generating a voucher template corresponding to the sub-category according to each accounting item.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the business document comprises a medical document.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after generating the accounting document corresponding to the business document according to the business data corresponding to each of the preset query conditions and the document template, the method further comprises:
and generating a log according to the business document and the accounting document.
8. An apparatus for automatically generating accounting documents, comprising:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring a service document to be processed;
the first determining unit is used for determining the bill type corresponding to the business bill;
the second determining unit is used for determining a sub-category corresponding to the business document according to the business document and the document category, wherein the sub-category is used for representing business corresponding to the business document;
the second obtaining unit is used for obtaining a plurality of preset query conditions corresponding to the sub-category and a certificate template corresponding to the sub-category;
the query unit is used for querying the business data corresponding to each preset query condition in the business document;
and the generating unit is used for generating the accounting document corresponding to the business document according to the business data corresponding to each preset inquiry condition and the document template.
9. An apparatus for automatically generating an accounting document comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
