In order to illustrate the technical solutions described in the present application, the following description is made by specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow of a method for managing file uploading in a nuclear power station according to an embodiment of the present application is provided, where the method for managing file uploading in a nuclear power station may be applied to a terminal device, and as shown in the figure, the method for managing file uploading in a nuclear power station may include the following steps:
step S101, an uploading instruction is obtained.
The terminal equipment where the file uploading management method of the nuclear power station is located is connected with at least one service system, wherein the service system is a system for implementing a certain preset flow, such as a financial system, a purchasing system and the like, a user of the service system is a user who successfully registers the service system, and the user of the service system can call the file uploading management method of the nuclear power station in the terminal equipment through a corresponding functional component in the preset flow and upload an electronic file at a designated position.
The uploading instruction includes, but is not limited to, uploading information and uploading operation, wherein the uploading information can be an address of an electronic file at a designated position, for example, a C disc of a terminal where a service system is located; the uploading operation may be that a user of the service system triggers a preset uploading button, the preset uploading button may set a virtual button in a preset functional component, and the operation of clicking the virtual button by a mouse is the uploading operation.
Step S102, obtaining a corresponding electronic file according to the uploading instruction.
The terminal equipment receives the uploading instruction, acquires the entity of the corresponding electronic file according to the address of the electronic file in the uploading instruction, and temporarily stores the entity of the electronic file in the appointed spatial position so as to facilitate subsequent association processing.
Step S103, obtaining preset information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction.
The preset information includes, but is not limited to, a flow name of the preset flow, transaction information of the preset flow, and system information, where the preset flow may refer to a business flow in a business system, for example, a reimbursement flow in a financial system, where the reimbursement flow is the flow name; the transaction information of the preset flow may refer to specific transaction information in a business flow in a business system, for example, accommodation reimbursement transaction in a reimbursement flow in a financial system, where accommodation reimbursement is the transaction information; the system information includes, but is not limited to, a system name referring to the business system, e.g., the financial system is the system name.
The business system stores form information formed by flow names, business information and the like of any preset flow, namely, each preset flow corresponds to one form information, when a user of the business system uploads an electronic file under a certain preset flow, the business system outputs the form information of the preset flow as parameters to terminal equipment, for example, in a nuclear power work order preparation system, a business person (namely, a user of the nuclear power order preparation system) starts a work order preparation approval flow in the nuclear power work order preparation system when preparing a work order, in the work order preparation approval flow, a picture of some equipment maintenance sites or a description file of the equipment maintenance sites are required to be uploaded in equipment maintenance transactions, the work order preparation approval flow and the equipment maintenance transactions are form information, and the picture of the equipment maintenance sites or the description file of the equipment maintenance sites are electronic files.
Optionally, the preset information includes system information, and the obtaining preset information of the service system outputting the upload instruction includes:
acquiring a uniform resource locator of a service system outputting the uploading instruction;
and acquiring system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction according to the uniform resource locator.
When a user of a service system uploads an electronic file under a certain preset flow, the service system outputs system information of the service system as parameters to a terminal device, wherein the system information of the service system can refer to a uniform resource locator (URL address), and the URL address is also called a web address and generally comprises: the URL address contains a plurality of characters, and the specific contents of the characters are correspondingly set according to different service systems; the system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction may also refer to other information obtained by comparing the URL address with a mapping relation library, and the mapping relation library may refer to a database formed by a plurality of URL addresses and information corresponding to each URL address one by one.
Optionally, the obtaining, according to the uniform resource locator, system information of the service system outputting the upload instruction includes:
detecting whether preset characters exist in the uniform resource locator;
if the preset characters exist in the uniform resource locator, acquiring the number of the preset characters in the uniform resource locator;
if the number of the preset characters is one, acquiring all characters positioned before the preset characters in the uniform resource locator;
Detecting whether all characters positioned before the preset characters exist in a preset system database;
if all characters positioned before the preset characters exist in the preset system database and the number of the system information corresponding to the all characters in the preset system database is one, determining the system information as the system information of the business system outputting the uploading instruction;
if the number of the preset characters is a plurality of, taking the first preset character in the uniform resource locator as a target preset character;
step a, acquiring all characters positioned in front of the target preset character in the uniform resource locator;
step b, detecting whether all characters positioned before the target preset character exist in the preset system database;
step c, if all characters positioned before the target preset character exist in the preset system database and the number of the system information corresponding to all the characters in the preset system database is one, determining the system information as the system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction;
step d, if all characters positioned before the target preset character do not exist in the preset system database or the number of the systems corresponding to all the characters in the preset system database is a plurality of, taking the next preset character positioned after the first preset character in the uniform resource locator as the target preset character;
Step a, b, c, d is repeatedly executed until system information of the service system outputting the upload instruction is acquired.
The preset system database may be a database formed by system information of a plurality of service systems and characters corresponding to the system information of each service system, and the characters corresponding to the system information of each service system may be part or all of URL addresses.
When there are multiple preset characters in the URL address, the step a, b, c, d is repeatedly executed until all the preset characters are traversed, where the unique system cannot be determined or no corresponding system information is still obtained, i.e. no system information of the service system outputting the upload instruction is obtained, and at this time, the loop is ended, and for the case where no system information of the service system outputting the upload instruction is obtained, see the following.
For example, a general URL address is in the form of: http:// dyw/caiwussystem/baoxiao, wherein "http://" is a fixed format of a URL address, and the reverse slash "/" is a preset character, so there are two preset characters "/", in the URL address.
The first preset character "/" is taken as a target preset character, and all characters before the target preset character are "http:// dyw"; matching the http:// dyw in a preset system database, and if the http:// dyw exists in the preset system database and the number of the system information corresponding to the http:// dyw in the preset system database is one, determining the system information as the system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction; if the preset system database does not contain 'http:// dyw' or the number of the system information corresponding to 'http:// dyw' in the preset system database is multiple, taking the second preset character '/' in the URL address as a target preset character, and if all characters before the target preset character are 'http:// dyw/caiwushutem', matching the 'http:// dyw/caiwushutem' in the preset system database, and if the preset system database contains 'http:// dyw/caiwushutem' and the number of the system information corresponding to 'http:// dyw/caiwushutem' in the preset system database is one, determining the system information as the system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction; if the preset system database does not have the http:// dyw/caiwusubscriber or the number of the system information corresponding to the http:// dyw/caiwusubscriber in the preset system database is a plurality of, the second preset character/'is the last preset character/', and the matching cannot be continued, so that the cycle process is ended.
Optionally, the method for managing file uploading of the nuclear power station further comprises the following steps:
and if the system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction is not obtained from the preset system database, sending out prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user that the system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction is not obtained.
After the matching process, the system information corresponding to the URL address is not matched in the preset system database, or the system information corresponding to the URL address is not matched in the preset system database, which is the case that the system information is not acquired from the preset system database, and in this case, a corresponding prompt needs to be output to remind the user of the service system uploading the electronic file to contact the corresponding administrator to perfect the preset system database, or remind the user managing the preset system database to perfect the preset system database.
For example, the URL address is: http: the first preset character is used as a target preset character, the first preset character is not used as an object preset character, the second preset character is used as the target preset character, the second preset character is used as the object preset character, all characters before the object preset character are the http:// dyw/caiwusis, the http:// dyw/caiwusis is not used as the object preset character, namely, the system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction is not acquired in the preset system database, and a text prompt is sent, for example: does not match the corresponding system information.
Step S104, associating the preset information with the electronic file to obtain an associated electronic file.
The association of the preset information with the uploaded electronic file may refer to recording and storing the preset information as metadata of the electronic file, and the electronic file and the metadata containing the preset information form the associated electronic file, and because the preset information includes, but is not limited to, a flow name of a preset flow, transaction information of the preset flow and system information, a user referring to the electronic file can obtain a service system name, a service flow name and service transaction information of the electronic file, so that the user referring to the electronic file is convenient to know the reason why the electronic file is uploaded.
Step S105, obtaining a storage address, and storing the associated electronic file to a position corresponding to the storage address.
The uploaded electronic files can be stored in a document management system, the document management system refers to a terminal capable of storing the electronic files, a user of the document management system can review and download the electronic files in the document management system, and the user of the document management system is a user who successfully registers the document management system; when the terminal equipment obtains the associated electronic file, the terminal equipment outputs a storage instruction to the document management system, and the document management system configures a storage address, wherein the storage address can refer to a storage space of a storage disk in the document management system; the terminal equipment acquires the storage address, and stores the associated electronic file to the position corresponding to the storage address according to the storage address, so as to realize uploading of the electronic file.
Optionally, the document management system may be integrated in the terminal device, and when the terminal device obtains the associated electronic file, the terminal device directly configures a storage address, where the storage address may refer to a storage space of a storage disc in the terminal device, and according to the storage address, the associated electronic file is stored in a position corresponding to the storage address, so that a corresponding transmission link may be reduced.
Optionally, after storing the associated electronic file to a location corresponding to the storage address, the method further includes:
acquiring the storage time of the associated electronic file;
judging whether the storage time exceeds a time threshold;
and if the storage time exceeds the time threshold, displaying the associated electronic file in a preset mode.
The time threshold is a time value set according to actual conditions, so that the terminal equipment can display the associated electronic files regularly; after the associated electronic file is stored, that is, after the uploading of the electronic file is completed, the terminal equipment periodically displays the associated electronic file in a preset mode, the display is convenient for an archiving user to check, the archiving user can refer to a user with archiving authority, if the electronic file is stored in a document management system, the archiving work needs to be completed in the document management system, and the archiving user is a user who successfully registers the document management system and has archiving authority.
The preset mode may refer to a statistical report, where the content of the statistical report includes information such as an electronic file, a system name of uploading the electronic file, a flow name of uploading the electronic file, and transaction information of uploading the electronic file, and the display may be that the statistical report is sent to an archiving user, and the form of the statistical report may be referred to fig. 2.
Optionally, the associated electronic file is already stored in the document management system, and the archiving adopts logical archiving, wherein the logical archiving refers to that the storage position of the associated electronic file is unchanged, but the associated electronic file cannot be modified.
Optionally, other archive information, such as archive classification, security information, archive time, etc., can be automatically or manually supplemented in the archiving process, and the automatic supplementation and the manual supplementation in the archiving process can only supplement data and cannot change the content of the associated electronic file.
For better understanding of the present embodiment, the following describes the present embodiment through a specific application scenario:
