Background
Currently, for the departments mainly based on the sales business, such as the insurance sales department, a large amount of e-mails are required to be sent every day to enhance the communication with other business departments or with customers. For example, when the application of the insurance is successful for the client, an e-mail is required to be sent to inform the client; when the application period is about to expire, an email may also need to be sent to notify the customer. In order to avoid the need of frequently creating mails and inputting repeated mail contents for business personnel, the mail platform developer develops a corresponding e-mail template for a business department with a large demand, so that the business personnel can trigger e-mail sending operation based on the e-mail template by one key, thereby avoiding the need of inputting the repeated mail contents for the business personnel and improving the working efficiency.
However, the current email template only has a corresponding email text message, so when a new email content sending requirement exists (for example, a contact way of business personnel needs to be added into the current email text), the new email template can only be developed and can only be used after the email template is online and the publication is effective. Because the development cycle of the e-mail template is long and cannot respond to the real-time needs of the service in time, the e-mail sending efficiency of service personnel is still low at present.

In the following description, for purposes of explanation and not limitation, specific details are set forth, such as particular system structures, techniques, etc. in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present invention with unnecessary detail.
In order to explain the technical means of the present invention, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Fig. 1 shows an implementation process of a method for sending a service email, which includes steps S101 to S105. The specific implementation principle of each step is as follows.
S101: the method comprises the steps of creating an email template based on a received email template application request, and acquiring email text information, text parameters and format parameters of the email template.
In the embodiment of the invention, when an e-mail template application request sent by a service person is received, a pre-established e-mail template generating program is called to establish an e-mail template containing one or more text parameters.
Specifically, a service person can log in the e-mail platform management system, select an e-mail template application button in the e-mail platform management system, and input e-mail text information required to be customized by the service person, so as to send an e-mail template application request carrying the e-mail text information. When the email to be sent is generated based on the email template, the text information contained in the email is the email text information by default. After the creation of each email template is completed, the email text information is a fixed value.
Illustratively, the email text message entered by the business person may be, for example: "honored customer, your car will be due after a week, please go to any business hall as soon as possible to complete the renewal, thanks! "
In the embodiment of the invention, the service personnel can input the text information of the email in the email platform management system, and can edit the text parameter and the format parameter related to the email template so as to send the text parameter and the format parameter. The text parameter is a parameter whose parameter value can be changed and adjusted, and when a value assignment command based on the parameter is received, the parameter value can be changed. The format parameter represents a page effect parameter of the e-mail text information, such as a Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) parameter.
And acquiring one or more text parameters and format parameters related to the e-mail template according to the received parameter setting instruction.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the S101 includes:
s1011: and creating the email template based on the email text information carried by the received email template application request.
S1012: reading a plurality of pre-established text parameters.
S1013: and returning each text parameter and the corresponding identifier thereof so that a user sends a parameter selection instruction and a parameter offset instruction at the terminal interface showing the text parameter and the identifier.
S1014: and determining the text parameter selected by the user according to the parameter selection instruction, and inserting each determined text parameter to the e-mail text position indicated by the parameter offset instruction corresponding to the text parameter.
In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of text parameter variables and format parameters are pre-established in a background database, each variable has an identifier for indicating the function purpose/variable meaning of the variable, and the identifier is preset by a database administrator.
In the embodiment of the invention, a display list containing the identifier of each text parameter is generated for each established text parameter, so that the display list is returned to an e-mail platform management system of a service worker, and the e-mail platform management system displays the display list.
The service personnel can know the function purpose/variable meaning corresponding to each text parameter according to the identifier of each variable, so that a variable selection instruction is sent out based on the identifier.
Illustratively, the pre-established text parameters include two types of variables, namely, vehicle insurance variables and non-vehicle insurance variables. In the vehicle insurance variables, the identifier of each variable includes, but is not limited to, applicant's name, license plate, latest insurance deadline, latest insurance remaining days, seat number, seat name, and special tail number, etc. Among the non-vehicle insurance variables, the identifiers corresponding to the respective variables include, but are not limited to, applicant's name, product name, last year premium, last year policy number, insurance policy number, seat name, seat job number, insurance lead time, and the like.
Acquiring a variable selection instruction sent by a service person, and searching a text parameter corresponding to each identifier according to each identifier corresponding to the variable selection instruction so as to determine the text parameter as a text parameter related to the e-mail template.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the service personnel sends out the variable selection instruction based on the identifier, the e-mail platform management system displays the e-mail text information input by the service personnel in advance. For each text parameter selected by the service personnel, the service personnel can drag each text parameter to different email text positions in the email text information respectively, so that when the service email information is generated, the parameter value corresponding to each text parameter is displayed at the email text position where the text parameter is inserted.
For example, if the identifiers of the text parameters selected by the service personnel are the name, the license plate and the latest insurance deadline of the applicant, and the text parameters respectively corresponding to the name, the license plate and the latest insurance deadline of the applicant are the application name, the vehicleNo and the policyendate, the obtained email text information including the text parameters may be: "respected [ applicationname ] customer, your car [ vehicleNo ] will be at insurance expiration [ policynddate ].
In the embodiment of the invention, the position of the text parameter in the email template is quickly adjusted by an icon dragging mode; by pre-establishing a plurality of text parameters and returning identifiers corresponding to the text parameters, business personnel can quickly determine the text parameters required to be associated in an identifier list, so that the text parameters can be uniformly maintained in a background database, developers are ensured not to additionally set new text parameters for a newly-built email template, and the creation efficiency of the email template is improved.
S102: and distributing a template identification number for the e-mail template, and outputting the template identification number as response information of the e-mail template application request.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the e-mail template application requests sent by a plurality of service personnel are respectively received, a plurality of e-mail templates are created. In order to distinguish the e-mail templates corresponding to different e-mail text information, text parameter and format parameters, when each e-mail template is generated, a template identification number is distributed to the e-mail template. The template identification number includes, but is not limited to, a serial number generated according to a time sequence, a staff number of a service staff, a service number, a template name customized by the service staff, and the like.
And returning the generated template identification number as response information to the service personnel who sends the email template application request, so that the service personnel can inform other service personnel or telemarketers who have the same service email sending requirements of the template identification number after recording the template identification number.
In the following embodiments, the application process of the template identification number obtained by the distributor is described by taking the distributor as an example.
S103: and acquiring a template calling request based on the template identification number sent by a user, and reading template configuration parameters carried by the template calling request, wherein the template configuration parameters comprise a target mailbox address and parameter values corresponding to the text parameters.
In the embodiment of the invention, an e-mail salesman logs in an e-mail platform management system to click the template calling function control and then sends out the template calling request based on the template identification number. The template calling request carries template configuration parameters set by the e-mail personnel, and the template configuration parameters are used for adjusting various parameter values of the e-mail template corresponding to the template identification number. The template configuration parameters include, but are not limited to, parameter values corresponding to text parameters associated with the email template, parameter values corresponding to format variables associated with the email template, and a target mailbox address.
The method comprises the steps of displaying identifiers of text parameters related to an e-mail template on a display interface of an e-mail platform management system, and acquiring text variable parameter values input by an e-seller according to an input box corresponding to each identifier.
For example, in the example above, where the textual parameters associated with the email template include applicantName, vehicleNo, and policyEndDate, the display interface of the email platform management system would be presented with a first input box for entering the applicant's name, a second input box for entering the license plate, and a third input box for entering the most recent insurance deadline. After the operator inputs the parameter value to be adjusted in the input box, the template configuration parameter sent by the operator can be analyzed, and the template configuration parameter can be' applicatname ═ littri; vehicleNo CE 7392; policynedddate 2017/07/31 ".
As an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 shows a specific implementation flow of the service mail sending method S103 provided by the embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:
s1031: and calling a resource data table matched with the user feature code according to the user feature code carried by the template calling request, wherein the template calling request comprises a target object identifier.
In the embodiment of the invention, when logging in an e-mail platform management system or sending a template calling request, an e-mail worker needs to input own account information. And after the e-mail platform management system generates the user feature code associated with the account information, sending a template calling request carrying the user feature code.
And analyzing the user feature code and the target object identifier carried by the template calling request according to the received template calling request. And reading the data authority corresponding to the user feature code from the background database to obtain a resource data table within the data authority range. The resource data table is used for storing data records related to the historical policy, and each data record comprises attribute values of a plurality of attribute fields; the target object identification is a parameter value corresponding to any text parameter quantity associated with the email template.
For example, if the resource data table matching the user feature code is a policy data record table of the car insurance department, each data record in the resource data table may include attribute values of a plurality of attribute fields such as applicant name, license plate, latest insurance deadline, latest insurance remaining days, seat number, seat name, and special tail number.
S1032: and searching a data record corresponding to the target object identifier in the resource data table.
In the primary key field of the resource data table, an attribute value containing the target object identifier is found out, so that a data record corresponding to the attribute value is determined as a data record corresponding to the target object representation. And if the attribute value of the main key field does not exist as the data record of the target object identification, setting the parameter values corresponding to the other text parameters associated with the e-mail template as default values.
S1033: and respectively reading the attribute value of the attribute field corresponding to each text parameter in each attribute field of the data record.
S1034: and outputting each attribute value as a template configuration parameter for configuring the email template.
And when the names of the attribute fields of the resource data table and the text parameter are the same, determining that the attribute fields correspond to the text parameter. In the data record obtained in S1032, for the attribute field corresponding to each text parameter associated with the email template, the attribute value of the attribute field is read, so as to determine the attribute value as the parameter value corresponding to the text parameter.
In the embodiment of the invention, the template calling request carrying the user feature code and the target object identifier is acquired, so that the parameter values of all text parameter values related to the target object identifier can be quickly read in the resource data table matched with the user feature code, and an e-mail distributor does not need to query and input other parameter values related to the target object identifier one by one, thereby improving the acquisition efficiency of the e-mail template configuration parameters and indirectly improving the sending efficiency of the business mail.
S104: and configuring the e-mail template according to the template configuration parameters to generate service mail information containing the e-mail text information and the parameter values, wherein the service mail information has the format parameters.
And determining parameter values corresponding to the text parameters according to the received template configuration parameters. And replacing each text parameter quantity existing in the preset e-mail text position with a corresponding parameter value to obtain new e-mail text information meeting the real-time requirements of e-mail personnel. And rendering the updated e-mail text information through the preset format parameters to obtain a service mail for sending to a target user. And inputting a target mailbox address indicated by the template configuration parameter in the sending mail address parameter of the service mail.
As an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 4 shows a specific implementation flow of the service mail sending method S104 provided by the embodiment of the present invention, which is detailed as follows:

In the embodiment of the invention, in the process of creating the email template, the text parameter set by business personnel can be received, and the email parameter set by the business personnel can be received. The mail arguments include attachment arguments.
If the email template corresponding to the template calling request sent by the email sales person is detected to contain the attachment parameter, the email template indicates that the service email generated based on the email template must contain the attachment to be sent. At the moment, the e-mail personnel is requested to upload the e-mail attachments thereof, so that the e-mail personnel uploads the e-mail attachments through the e-mail platform management system.
S1042: and storing the email attachment to a remote cloud attachment information base so that the cloud attachment information base generates a download link related to a storage path of the email attachment.
And when the e-mail attachments are received, establishing communication with a remote cloud attachment information base according to the preset information base connection address. The cloud attachment information base is used for storing e-mail attachments associated with all the business mails, including sent out business mails and received e-mail attachments associated with all the business mails.
And uploading the received email attachment to a preset path of the cloud attachment information base, so as to receive a download link returned by the cloud attachment information base when the email attachment is uploaded.
S1043: and determining the download link as a parameter value corresponding to the attachment parameter of the e-mail template to generate service mail information containing the e-mail text information, wherein the e-mail text information contains the download link.
