Abstract
The application relates to a mail editing method, a mail editing device, a computer device and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: determining a target recipient; acquiring a target mail template corresponding to the user role of a target receiver, wherein the target mail template comprises a variable selection area and a mail content area, the variable selection area is provided with selectable variables, and the mail content area is provided with an editable space; and inserting variable values of target selectable variables into the target editable space determined by the user in response to the determination operation of the user on the editable space to obtain the target mails corresponding to the target recipients, wherein the variable values of the target selectable variables are values obtained in response to the selection operation of the user on the selectable variables. Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of email technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for editing an email, a computer device, and a storage medium.
Background
With the development of computer technology, electronic mail technology has emerged. Electronic mail is a communication method for providing information exchange by electronic means, and is the most widely used service of the internet. Through the e-mail system of the network, the user can contact the network user in any corner of the world in a very quick way (the user can send the information to any specified destination in the world within a few seconds) at a very low price (only the network fee is needed no matter where the user sends the information), and the user can contact the network user in any corner of the world. Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The mail editing method provided by the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The application environment includes a terminal 102 and a server 104. The terminal 102 and the server 104 communicate via a network. The terminal 102 may specifically include a desktop terminal or a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal may specifically include at least one of a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and the like. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster comprised of multiple servers. Those skilled in the art will understand that the application environment shown in fig. 1 is only a part of the scenario related to the present application, and does not constitute a limitation to the application environment of the present application.
The terminal 102 may determine a target recipient, and obtain a target mail template corresponding to a user role of the target recipient from the server 104, where the target mail template includes a variable selection area and a mail content area, the variable selection area is provided with selectable variables, and the mail content area is provided with an editable space. The terminal 102 may insert a variable value of a target selectable variable, which is a value acquired from the server 104 in response to a selection operation of the selectable variable by the user, into the target editable space determined by the user to obtain the target mail corresponding to the target recipient, in response to the determination operation of the editable space by the user.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a mail editing method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the terminal 102 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the overall architecture of the mail system mainly includes a user operation interface, a service logic call, a view presentation layer, a core processing layer and a storage layer. The view presentation layer may include a mail send component, a mail preview component, and a style component. Wherein, the mail sending component can provide the mail service of the system message platform and the self-defined mail service. The mail preview component can provide a service for previewing mail content. The style component can provide pre-set style templates and custom style templates. The core processing layer may include a template component, a dynamic variable component, and an encryption component. Wherein the template component can provide a preset mail template and a custom mail template. The dynamic variable component can provide services of selectable variables, variable insertion, variable value taking and the like. The encryption component may provide MD5 encryption algorithms and custom encryption algorithms. The storage layer may provide storage operations for the threshold mail templates and edited template data. The mail system based on the whole architecture can realize efficient editing of the mail.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the terminal may obtain a target mail template corresponding to a user role based on the template component, and store the edited mail template data. The terminal can judge whether the edited mail needs to be sent, and if the edited mail needs to be sent, whether the optional variable needs to be inserted is judged. And if the optional variable needs to be inserted, the insertion of the optional variable is realized based on the dynamic variable component. If the optional variable does not need to be inserted, whether the mail is previewed is judged, and if the mail is previewed, the preview of the mail content is realized based on the preview component. If the mail is not previewed, the mail can be sent directly based on the sending component. Before sending the mail, the terminal can realize the style setting of the mail template based on the style component. The terminal can also judge whether the optional variable comprises sensitive data, and if the optional variable comprises sensitive information, the terminal can encrypt the optional variable based on the encryption component. If the mail is not required to be sent, the mail editing is directly finished.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, after the user performs a service request operation on the system interface, for example, after clicking a scheduling interview, the terminal may generate a mail processing request and send the mail processing request to the server, and the server may invoke a corresponding service logic and query a corresponding target mail template in the database according to the user role based on the mail processing module. Furthermore, the user can insert the optional variable into the target mail template, and the terminal can generate a variable insertion request and insert the optional variable into the target mail template based on the business logic. When the user wants to preview the mail content, the terminal may send a mail preview request to the server to obtain the corresponding variable value. And the terminal can display the content of the target mail. The terminal can send the mail sending request to the server to indicate that the server stores the content of the target mail and encrypts the sensitive data, and simultaneously, the terminal can also asynchronously send the target mail and feed back the mail sending result to the terminal.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the user role of the target recipient is interviewer, and the mail template includes a variable selection area and a mail content area. The user can select a variable to insert into the editable space of the mail content area based on the variable selection area. The editable space into which the selectable variable is inserted may display corresponding placeholders, such as "{ interview time } and { interview place }" in fig. 7, and the like. After sending the mail, the mail content received by the target recipient can be as shown in fig. 8, and the placeholder corresponding to each variable has been replaced with a corresponding variable value, such as "2021-04-079: 00-11: 00" and "XXX house" in XXX street XXX building XXX, XXX district XXX, city XXX, etc.
It should be understood that although the various steps of fig. 2 are shown in order, the steps are not necessarily performed in order. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in fig. 2 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, there is provided a mail editing apparatus 900 including: a determining module 901, an obtaining module 902 and an inserting module 903, wherein:
a determining module 901, configured to determine the target recipient.
The obtaining module 902 is configured to obtain a target mail template corresponding to a user role of a target recipient, where the target mail template includes a variable selection area and a mail content area, a selectable variable is set in the variable selection area, and an editable space is set in the mail content area.
And an inserting module 903, configured to insert, in response to a determination operation of the user on the editable space, a variable value of a target selectable variable in the target editable space determined by the user to obtain a target mail corresponding to the target recipient, where the variable value of the target selectable variable is a value obtained in response to a selection operation of the user on the selectable variable.
In one embodiment, the insertion module 903 is further configured to determine a target editable space in response to a user determining operation on the editable space; in response to the selection operation of the selectable variable by the user, determining a target selectable variable; inserting the target selectable variable into the target editable space in the form of a placeholder; when a mail preview request or a mail sending request is received, obtaining a variable value of a target selectable variable, and replacing a placeholder corresponding to the target selectable variable with the variable value of the target selectable variable to obtain a target mail corresponding to a target recipient.
In an embodiment, the inserting module 903 is further configured to obtain, from the service document, a field value of a target field corresponding to the target optional variable; and determining the variable value of the target optional variable according to the field value.
In an embodiment, the inserting module 903 is further configured to splice the field values in a preset order to obtain a variable value of the target variable; or, determining parameters according to preset variable values corresponding to the field values, and determining the variable values of the target optional variables.
In one embodiment, the insertion module 903 is further configured to obtain a plurality of sub-variables corresponding to the target selectable variable, where the sub-variables include a row variable and a column variable; acquiring field values of target fields corresponding to the row variables and the column variables from the business document; and combining the field values corresponding to the row variables and the column variables according to a preset list style to obtain the variable values of the target selectable variables.
The insertion module 903 is also used for receiving variable values of target optional variables determined by the server based on the system running context in one embodiment; or, receiving a variable value of a target selectable variable calculated by the server based on preset target service logic; or, receiving the variable value of the target optional variable calculated by the server based on the user-defined variable value acquisition function.
Referring to fig. 10, in one embodiment, the mail editing apparatus 900 further includes: an encryption module 904, a setting module 905, a parsing module 906, and a sending module 907, wherein:
an encryption module 904, configured to determine whether a variable value of the target selectable variable belongs to sensitive data; when the variable value of the target optional variable belongs to the sensitive data, encrypting the variable value of the target optional variable; and generating a mail content feedback link based on the encrypted variable value of the target selectable variable, wherein the mail content feedback link is used for performing opinion feedback on the mail content of the target mail.
The setting module 905 is configured to perform style setting on the target email template based on a preset style template or a user-defined style template.
The analysis module 906 is used for performing template analysis on the target mail template through the target template analyzer; and displaying the target mail template subjected to template analysis in the mail editing interface.
A sending module 907, configured to send the target email to a terminal corresponding to the target recipient based on a preset email service component or a user-defined email service component.
By determining a target recipient; acquiring a target mail template corresponding to the user role of a target receiver, wherein the target mail template comprises a variable selection area and a mail content area, the variable selection area is provided with selectable variables, and the mail content area is provided with an editable space; and inserting variable values of target selectable variables into the target editable space determined by the user in response to the determination operation of the user on the editable space to obtain the target mails corresponding to the target recipients, wherein the variable values of the target selectable variables are values obtained in response to the selection operation of the user on the selectable variables. Therefore, by setting the mail template corresponding to the user role of the receiver and setting the selectable variable in the mail template, when the user edits the mail, the mail template corresponding to the user role of the receiver is directly called, and the corresponding variable is directly selected and inserted into the content position corresponding to the mail, so that the mail editing efficiency is improved.
For the specific definition of the mail editing apparatus, reference may be made to the above definition of the mail editing method, which is not described herein again. The modules in the mail editing apparatus may be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware, or a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be the terminal 102 in fig. 1, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 11. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a mail editing method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 11 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
determining a target recipient;
acquiring a target mail template corresponding to the user role of a target receiver, wherein the target mail template comprises a variable selection area and a mail content area, the variable selection area is provided with selectable variables, and the mail content area is provided with an editable space;
and inserting variable values of target selectable variables into the target editable space determined by the user in response to the determination operation of the user on the editable space to obtain the target mails corresponding to the target recipients, wherein the variable values of the target selectable variables are values obtained in response to the selection operation of the user on the selectable variables.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
determining a target editable space in response to the determination operation of the user on the editable space;
in response to the selection operation of the selectable variable by the user, determining a target selectable variable;
inserting the target selectable variable into the target editable space in the form of a placeholder;
when a mail preview request or a mail sending request is received, obtaining a variable value of a target selectable variable, and replacing a placeholder corresponding to the target selectable variable with the variable value of the target selectable variable to obtain a target mail corresponding to a target recipient.

and inserting variable values of target selectable variables into the target editable space determined by the user in response to the determination operation of the user on the editable space to obtain the target mails corresponding to the target recipients, wherein the variable values of the target selectable variables are values obtained in response to the selection operation of the user on the selectable variables.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
determining a target editable space in response to the determination operation of the user on the editable space;
in response to the selection operation of the selectable variable by the user, determining a target selectable variable;
inserting the target selectable variable into the target editable space in the form of a placeholder;
when a mail preview request or a mail sending request is received, obtaining a variable value of a target selectable variable, and replacing a placeholder corresponding to the target selectable variable with the variable value of the target selectable variable to obtain a target mail corresponding to a target recipient.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Claims (10)
1. A method for editing a mail, the method comprising:
determining a target recipient;
acquiring a target mail template corresponding to the user role of the target receiver, wherein the target mail template comprises a variable selection area and a mail content area, the variable selection area is provided with selectable variables, and the mail content area is provided with an editable space; the mail template is a template file obtained by basically editing mail contents; the corresponding mail template is unified for each user role;
in response to the determination operation of the user on the editable space, inserting a variable value of a target selectable variable into the target editable space determined by the user to obtain a target mail corresponding to the target recipient, wherein the variable value of the target selectable variable is a value obtained in response to the selection operation of the user on the selectable variable;
the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a variable value of the target selectable variable;
the variable value of the target optional variable comprises a plurality of field values, the field values are derived from a plurality of fields of the business document, and if the variable value of the target optional variable is a text, the obtaining of the variable value of the target optional variable comprises the following steps:
acquiring a field value of a target field corresponding to the target optional variable from the business document;
splicing the field values according to a preset sequence to obtain variable values of the target optional variables;
or determining parameters according to preset variable values corresponding to the field values, and determining the variable values of the target selectable variables;
if the variable value of the target optional variable is a list, the obtaining the variable value of the target optional variable includes:
acquiring a plurality of sub-variables corresponding to the target selectable variable, wherein the sub-variables comprise row variables and column variables; the row variables are variables of each row in the list, and the column variables are variables of each column in the list;
acquiring field values of target fields corresponding to the row variables and the column variables from the business document;
and combining the field values corresponding to the row variables and the column variables according to a preset list style to obtain the variable values of the target selectable variables.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the inserting variable values of target selectable variables into the target editable space determined by the user in response to the user's determination of the editable space to obtain the target mail corresponding to the target recipient comprises:
determining a target editable space in response to the determination operation of the user on the editable space;
in response to the selection operation of the user on the selectable variable, determining a target selectable variable;
inserting the target selectable variable into the target editable space in the form of a placeholder;
and when a mail preview request or a mail sending request is received, replacing the placeholder corresponding to the target selectable variable with the variable value of the target selectable variable to obtain the target mail corresponding to the target recipient.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the variable value of the target selectable variable comprises:
receiving a variable value of the target selectable variable determined by a server based on a system running context; or the like, or, alternatively,
receiving a variable value of the target selectable variable calculated by the server based on preset target service logic; or the like, or, alternatively,
and receiving the variable value of the target selectable variable calculated by the server based on the user-defined variable value acquisition function.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after inserting variable values of the target selectable variables into the target editable space determined by the user, the method further comprises:
judging whether the variable value of the target optional variable belongs to sensitive data or not;
when the variable value of the target optional variable belongs to sensitive data, encrypting the variable value of the target optional variable;
and generating a mail content feedback link based on the encrypted variable value of the target selectable variable, wherein the mail content feedback link is used for performing opinion feedback on the mail content of the target mail.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the target email template corresponding to the user role of the target recipient, the method further comprises:
and carrying out style setting on the target mail template based on a preset style template or a user-defined style template.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the target email template corresponding to the user role of the target recipient, the method further comprises:
carrying out template analysis on the target mail template through a target template analyzer;
and displaying the target mail template subjected to template analysis in a mail editing interface.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein after inserting variable values of target selectable variables into the target editable space determined by the user in response to the user determination operation on the editable space to obtain the target mail corresponding to the target recipient, the method further comprises:
and sending the target mail to a terminal corresponding to the target receiver based on a preset mail service component or a user-defined mail service component.
8. A mail editing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the determining module is used for determining the target receiver;
the system comprises an acquisition module, a storage module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring a target mail template corresponding to the user role of the target receiver, the target mail template comprises a variable selection area and a mail content area, the variable selection area is provided with selectable variables, and the mail content area is provided with an editable space; the mail template is a template file obtained by basically editing mail contents; the corresponding mail template is unified for each user role;
the inserting module is used for inserting variable values of target selectable variables into the target editable space determined by the user in response to the determination operation of the user on the editable space so as to obtain the target mails corresponding to the target recipients, wherein the variable values of the target selectable variables are values obtained in response to the selection operation of the user on the selectable variables;
the variable value of the target selectable variable comprises a plurality of field values, the field values are derived from a plurality of fields of a business document, and if the variable value of the target selectable variable is a text, the inserting module is further used for acquiring the field values of the target fields corresponding to the target selectable variable from the business document; splicing the field values according to a preset sequence to obtain variable values of the target optional variables; or determining parameters according to preset variable values corresponding to the field values, and determining the variable values of the target selectable variables; if the variable value of the target selectable variable is a list, the inserting module is further configured to obtain a plurality of sub-variables corresponding to the target selectable variable, where the sub-variables include row variables and column variables; the row variables are variables of each row in the list, and the column variables are variables of each column in the list; acquiring field values of target fields corresponding to the row variables and the column variables from the business document; and combining the field values corresponding to the row variables and the column variables according to a preset list style to obtain the variable values of the target selectable variables.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 are implemented by the processor when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
