In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, a flow diagram of report content editing is provided. Report content editing: the user manually or selects preset content for report editing. The method comprises the following steps: the method is characterized in that the entry, the picture, the video and the like are used as preset contents, the existing preset contents can be displayed in a floating window or preview list mode during content editing, direct selection of a user is facilitated, and further report files are generated conveniently and rapidly. The management of the preset content supports at least one operation of modification, deletion, single import or batch import. Picture, video preview list: when the user needs to select the pictures and the video files to be imported into the report, the system loads all the pictures and the video resources to the preview list according to the data storage path set by the user, namely the preset storage path, so that the user can preview and select the pictures and the video resources.
Report content editing includes preset content management, preset content selection, and manual editing and selection by a user. The user can perform preset content management, manual addition, batch import or deletion and modification when reporting content editing. The preset content can be selected after the preset content is managed. It can be understood that the report generating program can read the report supporting the rapid editing of the preset content when editing the report content, and the preset content can be directly selected without performing the preset content selection after the preset content management.
The user can select preset contents, rapidly select the vocabulary entries, the pictures and the videos in the preset contents, then fill the contents, and take the selected preset contents as report data.
Report content editing support text is filled in directly. And manually editing and selecting by a user, displaying a picture and video list for the user to preview for the first import operation, selecting and filling the picture and the video through the preview list, and filling the content, wherein at least one of the selected picture or video is used as report data. And after the user directly fills in the content when editing and selecting manually, filling in the content, wherein the directly filled-in content is used as report data.
In this embodiment, in response to a trigger operation for a content setting portal, a content management window is presented in a report editing interface; responding to the data type selection operation, and displaying a second list corresponding to the selected data type in a content management window; responding to the content modification operation, and acquiring a modified second list; and responding to the third selection operation, acquiring the report data selected in the modified second list, conveniently managing preset contents, and quickly selecting the report data from the modified second list after modifying the preset contents in the second list, thereby improving the report generation efficiency.
In some embodiments, by a report generator; the method further comprises the steps of: under the condition that an authorization file is imported in a report generating program, responding to standard saving operation, saving report data according to a standard file format corresponding to a target report type, and generating a report file; the authorization file comprises standard stored function rights; the standard file format can be identified by external programs other than the report generating program.
Illustratively, the report generator operates at the terminal. The standard save operation refers to an operation of saving report data in a standard file format. The report generating program may acquire and respond to the standard saving operation, and save the report data according to the standard file format corresponding to the target report type when the authorization file is imported into the report generating program, where the suffix of the generated report file is the standard suffix of the standard file format. Standard suffixes are widely accepted and used in operating systems, software applications and network transmissions, and standard saved report files can be identified by external programs. For example, the standard suffix ". Doc" or ". Docx" represents a Microsoft Word document, ". Pptx" represents a PowerPoint presentation file, and ". Pdf" represents a Portable Document Format (portable document format) file, or the like.
In some embodiments, the report generator may generate an interface and the terminal may expose the interface generated by the report generator. The interface may be any interface provided by the present application.
In some embodiments, the authorization file is bound to the machine code. Under the condition that an authorization file is imported into the report generating program and the machine code bound by the authorization file represents the home terminal, the report generating program in the home terminal can respond to standard saving operation and save report data according to a standard file format corresponding to the target report type.
In some embodiments, in the case that the report generator does not import the authorization file, the terminal may present a hint information that characterizes the inability to store the criteria. It can be understood that if the report generating program does not import the authorization file, and the report generating program does not have the function authority of standard preservation, the report data cannot be preserved according to the standard file format at this time, and the report generating program can generate prompt information for representing that the report data cannot be preserved in the standard, and the prompt information is displayed through the terminal.
In some embodiments, in the case that the external memory is connected with the terminal through an interface, the report generating program in the terminal may acquire the authorization file from the external memory, so as to implement importing the authorization file into the report generating program, and then the report generating program acquires the function authority saved by the standard based on the authorization file. It is understood that the external memory refers to a memory external to the terminal, and the terminal does not include the external memory.
In some embodiments, the external memory includes at least one authorization file therein. After the report generating program acquires at least one authorization file, the terminal can display an authorization interface generated by the report generating program, and the authorization file selected in the authorization interface is imported to the report generating program in response to the permission selecting operation. The selected authorization file may include standard stored functional rights.
In some embodiments, the external memory may be, but is not limited to, a flash memory based on a USB interface. For example, the external memory is a USB disk, and the USB disk is inserted into a USB interface of the terminal, so that the connection between the USB disk and the terminal can be realized.
In some embodiments, the report generator in the terminal may bind the selected authorization file in the authorization interface with the terminal in response to the rights selection operation. It will be appreciated that after the selected authorization file is bound to the terminal, only the report generator running in the terminal has the functional rights in the selected authorization file.
In some embodiments, the report generator in the terminal may bind the authorization file selected in the authorization interface with the machine code of the terminal.
In some embodiments, the report generating program may include an authorization unit. The authorization unit is used for controlling the functional authority of the whole report generating program. When the authorization unit confirms that the local terminal has the standard storage function authority, the report generating program running on the local terminal can respond to the standard storage operation and store the report data according to the standard file format corresponding to the target report type to generate a report file.
In some embodiments, the report generator in the terminal may send an authorization request to the server, which may send an authorization file in response to the authorization request. The report generator in the terminal may obtain the standard stored function rights from the authorization file.
In some embodiments, at least one authorization file is burned in the external memory. It will be appreciated that the user or the technical personnel may obtain the authorization file in the external memory through the report generating program in the terminal, and the user or the technical personnel may further use the standard saving function in the report generating program.
In some embodiments, the authorization file may include at least one functional right. The report generating program in the terminal can respond to the standard saving operation, detect whether the standard saving function authority exists in the authorization file bound by the terminal, and save the report data by adopting the standard file format under the condition that the standard saving function authority exists in the authorization file bound by the terminal.
In some embodiments, in order to ensure the security of the report file, the report generating program has the function authority of encryption and storage without importing an authorization file for additional authorization. The report files generated by standard storage and corresponding generation can be identified by external programs, and certain risks are provided, so that the function authority of standard storage needs to be granted by importing an authorization file. It will be appreciated that the encryption save function is the default save function and the standard save function is used as the authorization function.
In some embodiments, the suffix of the report file generated in response to the encryption save operation is a custom suffix of a custom file format. And for the custom file format and the standard file format corresponding to the same preset report type, the custom suffix of the custom file format comprises the standard suffix of the corresponding standard file format. It will be appreciated that by the definition above, the relationship between the custom file format and the standard file format is more visually indicated. For example, the custom suffix "idocx" is the suffix of the custom file format corresponding to the second report type, "ipptx" is the suffix of the custom file format corresponding to the first report type, and "ipdf" is the suffix of the custom file format corresponding to the third report type, etc.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 5, a flow diagram of report preservation is provided. The user can select either of the two modes of preservation, encryption preservation and standard preservation.
Standard preservation: the saving in standard file formats, e.g., pptx, docx, and pdf, supports secondary editing and viewing of external programs.
Encryption and preservation: report data is stored in a custom JSON format, and the report data and a specific format, such as a text format, is read and loaded according to the stored format by looking up the edited report. The suffix of the report file stored in an encrypted manner is stored as ipptx, idocx and ipdf according to the report type, and only the report generator can edit and view the report file in an encrypted manner for the second time.
Setting a password in encryption and preservation: the report storage can set the password of the report file, and the next check and editing can be performed only by inputting the set password.
In the case where the user selects encryption save, the user inputs a password as a report edit viewing password when the user confirms the password encryption, and report data is saved in JSON format when the user confirms the non-password encryption, and different types of reports are named different suffixes such as ipptx, idocx, ipdf, and the like. It will be appreciated that the reporting data may be saved according to a standard file format when the user confirms the cryptographic encryption.
In the case of user selection criteria save, different types of reports are named pptx, docx, pdf, etc. with different suffixes.
In this embodiment, under the condition that an authorization file is imported in a report generating program, in response to a standard saving operation, saving report data according to a standard file format corresponding to a target report type, and generating a report file; the authorization file comprises standard stored function rights; the standard file format can be identified by an external program other than the report generating program, and in order to ensure the safety of the file as much as possible, even the report file with low confidentiality requirement cannot be directly stored in a standard way, but the authorization file is required to be imported into the report generating program first, so that the safety of report generation can be improved in the standard storage way.
In some embodiments, a simplified flow diagram of a report generation method is provided, as shown in FIG. 6. The report generation method provided by the application can be used for realizing medical report editing. The user may make a medical report edit, selecting any of the first report type, the second report type, and the third report type. When the first report type is selected, the user may make a template selection, selecting a default content template. Thereafter, the user may make medical report content edits. The medical report content editing may include a quick selection of preset content and manual editing by a user, the selected preset content being the medical report data, and the manually edited content also being the medical report data. The user can save the medical report, select encryption save or standard save, and realize the generation of the medical report. The medical report stored in an encrypted manner cannot be viewed and edited secondarily by an external program and can only be viewed and edited secondarily by a report generating program. The standard saved medical report may be reviewed and edited twice by the report generating program and the external program.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the above embodiments are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts described in the above embodiments may include a plurality of steps or a plurality of stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily performed sequentially, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least some of the other steps or stages.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a report generating device for realizing the report generating method. The implementation of the solution provided by the device is similar to the implementation described in the above method, so the specific limitation in one or more embodiments of the report generating device provided below may refer to the limitation of the report generating method hereinabove, and will not be repeated here.
In one exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, there is provided a report generating apparatus 700, comprising: a selection module 702, an editing module 704, and a generation module 706.
The selection module 702 is configured to respond to a report type selection operation, and display a report editing interface corresponding to the selected target report type.
And an editing module 704 for acquiring report data input in the report editing interface in response to the editing operation.
The generating module 706 is configured to store the report data according to at least one of the input encryption parameter or the custom file format corresponding to the target report type in response to the encryption save operation, and generate a report file.
In some embodiments, the editing module 704 is configured to present the first list in the report editing interface in response to a first import operation; the first list includes preset content in non-text form; in response to the first selection operation, the report data selected in the first list is acquired.
In some embodiments, the target report type is a first report type; an editing module 704 for exposing a list of content templates in the report editing interface in response to a triggering operation for the template preview portal; the content template list comprises content templates preset for the first report type; responding to the template selection operation, and displaying the selected content template in the content template list; the content template comprises a first data import portal; in response to a trigger operation for the first data import portal, a first list is presented in a report editing interface.
In some embodiments, an editing module 704 for exposing a template newly created window in response to a trigger operation for creating an entry for a template; acquiring content elements added to the content template in a template newly-built window in response to the element adding operation; the content element includes a first data import entry; and in response to the template saving operation, adding the newly-built content template to the content template list.
In some embodiments, editing module 704 is configured to present a text selection window at a focus location in the report editing interface in response to the second import operation; the text selection window comprises preset contents in a text form; in response to the second selection operation, the report data selected in the text selection window is acquired.
In some embodiments, editing module 704 is configured to present a content management window in the report editing interface in response to a trigger operation for the content setup portal; responding to the data type selection operation, and displaying a second list corresponding to the selected data type in a content management window; responding to the content modification operation, and acquiring a modified second list; and in response to the third selection operation, acquiring the report data selected in the modified second list.
In some embodiments, the generating module 706 is configured to, in response to a standard save operation, save the report data according to a standard file format corresponding to the target report type and generate a report file when the authorization file is imported in the report generating program; the authorization file comprises standard stored function rights; the standard file format can be identified by external programs other than the report generating program.
The respective modules in the report generating apparatus described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer device, which may be a terminal, is provided, and an internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, an input/output interface, a communication interface, a display unit, and an input means. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface, the display unit and the input device are connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The input/output interface of the computer device is used to exchange information between the processor and the external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a report generating method. The display unit of the computer device is used for forming a visual picture, and can be a display screen, a projection device or a virtual reality imaging device. The display screen can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 8 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In an exemplary embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor performing the steps of the method embodiments described above when the computer program is executed.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method embodiments described above.
In an embodiment, a computer program product is provided, comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method embodiments described above.
It should be noted that, the user information (including but not limited to user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and the data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) related to the present application are both information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party, and the collection, use and processing of the related data are required to meet the related regulations.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive random access Memory (ReRAM), magneto-resistive random access Memory (Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory, MRAM), ferroelectric Memory (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory, FRAM), phase change Memory (PHASE CHANGE Memory, PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory, and the like. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in various forms such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), etc. The databases referred to in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of a relational database and a non-relational database. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processor referred to in the embodiments provided in the present application may be a general-purpose processor, a central processing unit, a graphics processor, a digital signal processor, a programmable logic unit, a data processing logic unit based on quantum computing, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the application and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the application. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Accordingly, the scope of the application should be assessed as that of the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A report generation method, the method comprising:
responding to report type selection operation, and displaying a report editing interface corresponding to the selected target report type;
Acquiring report data input in the report editing interface in response to an editing operation;
and responding to encryption and storage operation, storing the report data according to at least one of the input encryption parameters or the custom file format corresponding to the target report type, and generating a report file.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the acquiring report data entered in the report editing interface in response to an editing operation comprises:
responsive to a first import operation, presenting a first list in the report editing interface; the first list comprises preset contents in a non-text form;
in response to a first selection operation, report data selected in the first list is acquired.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the target report type is a first report type;
the responding to the first import operation, the first list is displayed in the report editing interface, and the method comprises the following steps:
responding to triggering operation for a template preview entry, and displaying a content template list in the report editing interface; the content template list comprises content templates preset for the first report type;
Responding to a template selection operation, and displaying the selected content template in the content template list; the content template includes a first data import portal;
In response to a trigger operation for the first data import portal, a first list is presented in the report editing interface.
4. A method according to claim 3, characterized in that the method further comprises:
Responding to a triggering operation for creating an entry for the template, and displaying a newly-built window of the template;
Acquiring content elements added to a content template in the template newly-built window in response to an element adding operation; the content element includes a first data import entry;
And responding to a template saving operation, and adding the newly-built content template into the content template list.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the acquiring report data entered in the report editing interface in response to an editing operation comprises:
Responsive to a second import operation, presenting a text selection window at a focus position in the report editing interface; the text selection window comprises preset contents in a text form;
and responding to a second selection operation, and acquiring the report data selected in the text selection window.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the acquiring report data entered in the report editing interface in response to an editing operation comprises:
Responding to a triggering operation for a content setting entry, and displaying a content management window in the report editing interface;
responding to the data type selection operation, and displaying a second list corresponding to the selected data type in the content management window;
Responding to the content modification operation, and acquiring a modified second list;
And responding to a third selection operation, and acquiring the report data selected in the modified second list.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by being implemented by a report generating program;
The method further comprises the steps of: under the condition that an authorization file is imported in the report generating program, responding to standard saving operation, saving the report data according to a standard file format corresponding to the target report type, and generating a report file;
Wherein, the authorization file comprises standard stored function rights; the standard file format can be identified by an external program other than the report generating program.
8. A report generating apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
The selection module is used for responding to the report type selection operation and displaying a report editing interface corresponding to the selected target report type;
The editing module is used for responding to editing operation and acquiring report data input in the report editing interface;
And the generation module is used for responding to encryption and storage operation, storing the report data according to at least one of the input encryption parameters or the custom file format corresponding to the target report type, and generating a report file.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 when the computer program is executed.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
