In one embodiment, the information collecting method further comprises: displaying a reply data submission success page; when a collection table detail viewing instruction is detected, showing a collection table comprising reply data submitted through a user identification; and when detecting the collection table re-filling instruction, displaying a collection table filling page which corresponds to the collection table identification and does not comprise the reply data.
Specifically, after the reply data is successfully submitted, the first terminal may display a reply data submission success page. The number of user identifiers for which the reply data has been submitted against the collection table may be shown in the reply data submission success page. The reply data submission success page may include a detail view entry and a refill entry. And after detecting the triggering operation acting on the detail viewing entry, the first terminal triggers a collection table detail viewing instruction to display a collection table comprising the response data submitted through the user identification, namely a collection table comprising the currently submitted response data. And after detecting the triggering operation acting on the re-filling entry, the first terminal triggers the collection form re-filling instruction to display a collection form filling page which corresponds to the collection form identification and does not comprise the reply data, namely a blank collection form. After the first terminal submits the reply data for a plurality of times, the collection table which is submitted recently is displayed according to the collection table detail checking instruction.
In further embodiments, the writer reenters the Collection form fill page from sharing the structured message or scanning the graphical code, exposing the collection form including the submitted reply data. The collection form fills in the detail right control, which can only be viewed by the filler and creator. And clicking a collection form filling page by others, and prompting no permission if no filling permission exists, wherein the checking permission cannot be applied. After the creator stops collecting the collection form, the creator fills the page to prompt that the collection form stops collecting and cannot submit the submit button graying. When the creator sets the collection form authority to be 'the appointed member can fill in', the non-appointed filling person opens a collection form filling page to prompt that 'you have no authority to fill in the collection form,' click a button 'to apply the authority', and the authority can be filled in.
In another embodiment, the first terminal may share the graphic code and the sharing structured message used for sharing the collected table, which are shared to the first terminal, for the second time, that is, the user receiving the collected table sharing may share the collected table.
In one embodiment, an information gathering method is provided. The embodiment is mainly illustrated by applying the method to the first terminal 111, the second terminal 112 and the server 120 in fig. 1. The information collection method specifically comprises the following steps:
and S1102, the first terminal displays a collection form filling page corresponding to the collection form identification and acquires reply data edited on the collection form filling page.
S1104, the first terminal correspondingly submits the reply data and the collection table identifier to a server;
s1106, the server determines the position index of the reply data according to the question to which the reply data belongs and converts the reply data according to the form data format pointed by the question;
s1108, the server associates the converted reply data with the position index and then correspondingly stores the reply data and the position index with the collection table identifier; the location index is used for indicating the location of the associated reply data in the summary table;
s1110, the second terminal receives a summary instruction corresponding to the collection table identifier on the collection result page;
s1112, the second terminal pulls the reply data and the position index which correspond to the collection table identifier and are associated with the collection table identifier to the server according to the summary instruction;
s1114, the second terminal uses the question included in the collection table as the header of the summary table, uses the pulled reply data as the table data of the summary table, and writes the pulled reply data into the summary table according to the associated location index.
FIG. 11 shows an interaction diagram of the information gathering method in one embodiment. Referring to fig. 11, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that the first terminal may also perform the steps performed by the first terminal in the above embodiments; the second terminal may also perform the steps performed by the second terminal in the above embodiments; the server can also execute the steps executed by the server in the above embodiments; and will not be described in detail herein.
FIG. 12 shows a schematic diagram of information flow in one embodiment. Referring to fig. 12, the collection sheet creator may edit questions, such as filling-in type questions, selecting type questions, time type questions, uploading type questions, etc., in the blank collection sheet presented by the second terminal. And the second terminal generates a collection table according to the problems, sets filling authority corresponding to the collection table and shares the collection table. For example, the collection table of the global member filling authority is publicly shared and filled in the whole network; the collection table of the local member filling authority is filled in a shared way in the specified range. And after editing the reply data in the collection form filling page displayed by the first terminal, the collection form filling person submits the reply data to the server. The server determines the position index of the reply data according to the question to which the reply data belongs, and converts the reply data according to the form data format pointed by the question; after the converted reply data is associated with the position index, the reply data is correspondingly stored with the collection table identifier; that is, the server stores the reply data as table data. In this way, the collection table creator can pull the reply data from the server through the second terminal and directly fill the table to generate the summary table. The collection table creator may perform data statistics, analysis, sharing, etc. based on the summary table.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the above embodiments are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily executed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in the above embodiments may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the sub-steps or the stages is not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a part of the sub-steps or the stages of other steps.
As shown in fig. 13, in one embodiment, an information collection device 1300 is provided. Referring to fig. 13, the information collection apparatus 1300 includes: a show module 1301, a receive module 1302, a pull module 1303, and a write module 1304.
And a display module 1301, configured to display a collection result page corresponding to the collection table identifier.
A receiving module 1302, configured to receive a summary instruction corresponding to the collection table identifier in the collection result page.
The pulling module 1303 is used for pulling the reply data and the position index which correspond to the collection table identifier and are associated with the collection table identifier according to the summarizing instruction; the reply data is collected through a collection table corresponding to the collection table identification and conforms to the table data format pointed by the belonging question; the position index is determined based on the question to which the associated reply data belongs.
A writing module 1304, configured to use the question included in the collection table as a header of the summary table, use the reply data as table data of the summary table, and write the reply data into the summary table according to the associated location index.
In one embodiment, the position index includes a row position index and a column position index; the row position index is determined according to the submission time of the associated reply data; the column position index is determined according to the question to which the associated reply data belongs; the row position indexes associated with the reply data submitted at different submission times through the same user identifier are different; the reply data associated with the same row position index is submitted with the same user identification.
In one embodiment, the information gathering device 1300 further includes an editing module 1305 and a sending module 1306.
A creating module 1305, configured to obtain a collection table creating instruction; creating a collection table template for showing the candidate instructions according to the collection table; and selecting a target collection table template from the displayed collection table templates.
A sending module 1306, configured to deliver the question edited in the target collection table template to the server in real time; the passed question is used to instruct the server to set the question in real time as the header of the summary table.
In one embodiment, the sending module 1306 is further configured to, when adding a question in the collection table, communicate the added question to the server in real time; the added problems are used for indicating the server to newly add the added problems into a header of the summary table in real time; when a problem is modified in the collection table, transmitting the modified problem to the server in real time; the modified question is used for instructing the server to modify the header corresponding to the modified question in real time; when a problem is deleted in the collection table, transmitting the deleted problem to a server in real time; the deleted problem is used for instructing the server to delete the header corresponding to the deleted problem in real time.
As shown in fig. 14, in one embodiment, the information collection apparatus 1300 further includes an editing module 1305, a sending module 1306, and a sharing module 1307.
A sharing module 1307 configured to generate a graphic code corresponding to the collection table identifier; sharing the collection table through the graphic code to identify the corresponding collection table; or generating a link address corresponding to the collection table identifier; generating a sharing structured message according to the link address; the shared structured message is shared into the social session.
In one embodiment, the sharing module 1307 is further configured to set a filling authority corresponding to the collection table; the filling authority comprises a global member filling authority and a local member filling authority; when the filling authority is the local member filling authority, displaying candidate member identification; selecting a target member identifier from the candidate member identifiers; and giving the target member identification and the local member filling authority corresponding to the collection table.
In one embodiment, the editing module 1305 is also configured to display a collection form fill-in page corresponding to the collection form identification. The sending module 1306 is further configured to submit the reply data edited on the collection form filling page to the server; the submitted reply data is used for instructing the server to determine the position index of the submitted reply data according to the question to which the submitted reply data belongs, and after converting the submitted reply data according to the form data format pointed by the question, the converted reply data is associated with the position index and then is stored corresponding to the collection form identifier.
In one embodiment, the presentation module 1301 is further configured to present the user identifiers in the order of time of submission of the reply data on the collection result page; detecting a collection table detail checking instruction corresponding to the user identification; in response to the collect table detail view instruction, a collect table including reply data submitted by the user identification is presented.
As shown in FIG. 15, in one embodiment, an information gathering device 1500 is provided. Referring to fig. 15, the information collection apparatus 1500 includes: an acquisition module 1501, a query module 1502, a determination module 1503, a conversion module 1504, and a storage module 1505.
An obtaining module 1501 is configured to obtain the reply data collected by the collection table.
The query module 1502 is configured to query the collection table identifier of the collection table and the question to which the reply data belongs.
A determination module 1503, configured to determine a position index of the response data according to the question.
A conversion module 1504, configured to convert the reply data according to the form data format pointed by the question.
The storage module 1505 is used for associating the converted reply data with the position index and then correspondingly storing the reply data and the collection table identifier; the location index is used to indicate the location of the associated reply data in the summary table.
In one embodiment, the position index includes a row position index and a column position index. The obtaining module 1501 is further configured to obtain the reply data collected through the collection table currently submitted through the user identifier. The determination module 1503 is further configured to determine a column position index of the response data according to the question; and taking the next row position index of the currently determined row position index as the row position index of the reply data.
In one embodiment, acquisition module 1501 is further configured to receive questions edited by creator identification in real-time; when the editing problem is an adding problem, adding the adding problem as a header of the summary table; when the problem of editing is a problem of modification, modifying the header corresponding to the problem of modification; when the problem of editing is a problem of deletion, the header corresponding to the problem of deletion is deleted.
As shown in fig. 16, in one embodiment, an information collection device 1600 is provided. Referring to fig. 16, the information collection apparatus 1600 includes: a presentation module 1601, an acquisition module 1602, and a submission module 1603.
The displaying module 1601 is configured to display a collection table filling page corresponding to the collection table identifier when the locally logged-in user identifier has a filling right corresponding to the collection table identifier.
An obtaining module 1602, configured to obtain the reply data edited on the collection form filling page.
A submission module 1603, configured to submit the reply data and the collection table identifier to the server correspondingly; the submitted reply data is used for instructing the server to determine the position index of the submitted reply data according to the question to which the submitted reply data belongs, and after converting the submitted reply data according to the form data format pointed by the question, the converted reply data is associated with the position index and then is stored corresponding to the collection form identifier.
In one embodiment, the presentation module 1601 is further configured to present a reply data submission success page; when a collection table detail viewing instruction is detected, showing a collection table comprising reply data submitted through a user identification; and when detecting the collection form re-filling instruction, displaying a collection form filling page which corresponds to the collection form identification and does not comprise the reply data.
FIG. 17 is a diagram illustrating an internal structure of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device may specifically be the terminal 110 in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 17, the computer apparatus includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, an input device, and a display screen, which are connected through a system bus. Wherein the memory includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system and may also store a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to implement the information collection method. The internal memory may also have stored therein a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the information gathering method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
FIG. 18 is a diagram illustrating an internal structure of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device may specifically be the server 120 in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 18, the computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the memory includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system and may also store a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to implement the information collection method. The internal memory may also have stored therein a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the information gathering method.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the configurations shown in fig. 17 and 18 are block diagrams of only some of the configurations relevant to the present disclosure, and do not constitute a limitation on the computing devices to which the present disclosure may be applied, and that a particular computing device may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, the information collecting apparatus provided in the present application may be implemented in the form of a computer program that is executable on a computer device as shown in fig. 17 or 18. The memory of the computer device may store various program modules constituting the information collecting apparatus, such as a presentation module 1301, a receiving module 1302, a pulling module 1303, and a writing module 1304 shown in fig. 13. The computer program constituted by the respective program modules causes the processor to execute the steps in the information collection method of the respective embodiments of the present application described in the present specification.
For example, the computer device shown in fig. 17 can present the collection result page corresponding to the collection table identification through the presentation module 1301 in the information collection apparatus shown in fig. 13. A summary instruction corresponding to the collection table identification is received at the collection results page by the receiving module 1302. Pulling the reply data and the position index which correspond to and are associated with the collection table identification through a pulling module 1303 according to the summarizing instruction; the reply data is collected through a collection table corresponding to the collection table identification and conforms to the table data format pointed by the belonging question; the position index is determined based on the question to which the associated reply data belongs. The question included in the collection table is used as the header of the summary table, the reply data is used as the table data of the summary table, and the reply data is written into the summary table according to the associated position index through the writing module 1304.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the above-described information collecting method. The steps of the information collection method herein may be steps in the information collection methods of the respective embodiments described above.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, in which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the above-described information collection method. Here, the steps of the information collection method may be steps in the information collection methods of the respective embodiments described above.
In one embodiment, an information collection system is provided, which includes a first terminal, a second terminal and a server, wherein the first terminal is configured to display a collection form filling page corresponding to a collection form identifier, and obtain reply data edited on the collection form filling page; and correspondingly submitting the reply data and the collection table identification to the server. The server is used for determining the position index of the reply data according to the question to which the reply data belongs and converting the reply data according to the form data format pointed by the question; after the converted reply data is associated with the position index, the reply data is correspondingly stored with the collection table identifier; the location index is used to indicate the location of the associated reply data in the summary table. The second terminal is used for receiving a summary instruction corresponding to the collection table identifier on the collection result page; pulling the reply data and the position index which correspond to the collection table identification and are associated with the collection table identification from the server according to the summarizing instruction; and taking the question included in the collection table as the header of the summary table, taking the pulled reply data as the table data of the summary table, and writing the pulled reply data into the summary table according to the associated position index.
In further embodiments, the first terminal is further configured to perform the steps performed by the first terminal in the information collection methods of the above-mentioned respective embodiments; the second terminal is further configured to perform the steps performed by the second terminal in the information collection method of each of the above embodiments; the server is further configured to perform the steps performed by the server in the information collection method of each of the above embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (27)

1. An information collection method, the method comprising:
sharing the online collection table to a plurality of first terminals for information collection;
when an online collection form corresponding to a collection form identifier is started, a collection result page corresponding to the collection form identifier is displayed, and the collection result page is used for displaying a result of information collection of reply data submitted by each first terminal through a collection form filling page of the online collection form;
receiving a summary instruction corresponding to the collection table identifier on the collection result page;
pulling reply data and a position index which correspond to and are associated with the collection table identification according to the summarizing instruction; the reply data is collected through an online collection table corresponding to the collection table identifier, and when being stored, the reply data is converted into a table data format according with the pointing of the affiliated question; the position index is determined according to the question to which the associated reply data belongs;
and respectively taking more than one question included in the online collection table as a header of a summary table, taking the reply data as table data of the summary table, and writing the reply data into the summary table according to a row position index and a column position index indicated by the associated position index.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the row position index is determined from a commit time of the associated reply data; the column position index is determined according to the question to which the associated reply data belongs; the row position indexes associated with the reply data submitted at different submission times through the same user identifier are different; the reply data associated with the same row position index is submitted with the same user identification.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of creating the online collection table comprises:
acquiring a collection table creating instruction;
creating a collection table template for showing candidate instructions according to the collection table;
selecting a target collection table template from the displayed collection table templates;
transmitting the questions edited in the target collection table template to a server in real time; the transmitted question is used for instructing the server to set the question as a header of a summary table in real time.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein communicating the questions edited in the target collection table template to a server in real-time comprises:
when a question is added to the online collection table, the added question is transmitted to a server in real time; the added problem is used for indicating the server to newly add the added problem into a header of a summary table in real time;
when a question is modified in the online collection table, transmitting the modified question to a server in real time; the modified question is used for instructing the server to modify a header corresponding to the modified question in real time;
when a problem is deleted in the online collection table, transmitting the deleted problem to a server in real time; and the deleted problem is used for indicating the server to delete the header corresponding to the deleted problem in real time.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the sharing of the online collection table comprises:
generating a graphic code corresponding to the collection table identifier;
sharing the online collection table corresponding to the collection table identifier through the graphic code; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
generating a link address corresponding to the collection table identifier;
generating a sharing structured message according to the link address;
sharing the shared structured message into a social session.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
setting filling authority corresponding to the online collection table; the filling authority comprises a global member filling authority and a local member filling authority;
when the filling authority is the local member filling authority, displaying candidate member identification;
selecting a target member identifier from the candidate member identifiers;
and giving the target member identification and the local member filling authority corresponding to the online collection table.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of filling the online collection form comprises:
displaying a collection form filling page corresponding to the collection form identification;
submitting reply data edited on the collection form filling page to a server; the submitted reply data is used for indicating the server to determine the position index of the submitted reply data according to the question to which the submitted reply data belongs, and after converting the submitted reply data according to the form data format pointed by the question, the converted reply data is associated with the position index and then is stored corresponding to the collection form identifier.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
displaying the user identifications according to the time sequence of submitting the reply data on the collection result page;
detecting a collection table detail viewing instruction corresponding to the user identification;
presenting an online collection table including reply data submitted via the user identification in response to the collection table detail viewing instruction.
9. An information collection method, comprising: acquiring reply data collected by a plurality of first terminals through an online collection table; the online collection table is created through a second terminal and is shared to the plurality of first terminals;
inquiring the collection table identification of the online collection table and the question to which the reply data belongs;
determining a position index of the reply data according to the question;
converting the reply data according to a table data format pointed by the question;
after the converted reply data is associated with the position index, the reply data is correspondingly stored with the collection table identifier; the position index includes a row position index and a column position index that indicate the position of the associated reply data in the summary table.
10. The method of claim 9,
the determining a location index for the response data from the question includes:
determining a column position index of the reply data according to the question;
and taking the next row position index of the currently determined row position index as the row position index of the reply data.
11. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
receiving a question edited by a creator identifier in real time;
when the edited problem is an added problem, adding the added problem as a header of a summary table;
when the edited question is a modified question, modifying a header corresponding to the modified question;
and when the editing problem is a deletion problem, deleting the header corresponding to the deletion problem.
12. An information collection method, comprising:
when a user identifier locally logged in a first terminal has a filling right corresponding to a collection table identifier, displaying a collection table filling page of an online collection table corresponding to the collection table identifier; the online collection table is created through a second terminal and is shared to the plurality of first terminals;
acquiring reply data edited on the collection form filling page;
correspondingly submitting the reply data and the collection table identification to a server; the submitted reply data is used for indicating the server to determine the position index of the submitted reply data according to the question to which the submitted reply data belongs, and after converting the submitted reply data according to the form data format pointed by the question, the converted reply data is associated with the position index and then is correspondingly stored with the collection form identifier; the position index includes a row position index and a column position index for indicating a position of the associated reply data in a summary table created by the second terminal.
13. The method of claim 12, further comprising:
displaying a reply data submission success page;
when a collection table detail viewing instruction is detected, displaying an online collection table comprising reply data submitted through the user identification;
and when detecting the collection table re-filling instruction, displaying a collection table filling page which corresponds to the collection table identification and does not comprise reply data.
14. An information collection method, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a first terminal displays a collection form filling page of an online collection form corresponding to a collection form identifier, and obtains reply data edited on the collection form filling page; the online collection table is created through a second terminal and is shared to the plurality of first terminals;
the first terminal correspondingly submits the reply data and the collection table identifier to a server;
the server determines the position index of the reply data according to the question to which the reply data belongs, and converts the reply data according to the form data format pointed by the question;
the server associates the converted reply data with the position index and then correspondingly stores the reply data and the collection table identifier; the location index is used for indicating the location of the associated reply data in the summary table;
when the second terminal starts the online collection table corresponding to the collection table identification, displaying a collection result page corresponding to the collection table identification, wherein the collection result page is used for displaying a result of information collection of reply data submitted by each first terminal through a collection table filling page of the online collection table;
the second terminal receives a summary instruction corresponding to the collection table identifier on the collection result page;
the second terminal pulls the reply data and the position index which correspond to the collection table identification and are associated with the collection table identification to the server according to the summarizing instruction;
and the second terminal takes more than one question included in the online collection table as a header of a summary table respectively, takes the pulled reply data as table data of the summary table, and writes the pulled reply data into the summary table according to a row position index and a column position index indicated by the associated position index.
15. An information collection system comprising a first terminal, a second terminal, and a server, wherein,
the first terminal is used for displaying a collection form filling page of the online collection form corresponding to the collection form identification and acquiring reply data edited on the collection form filling page; the online collection table is created through a second terminal and is shared to the plurality of first terminals; correspondingly submitting the reply data and the collection table identification to a server;
the server is used for determining the position index of the reply data according to the question to which the reply data belongs and converting the reply data according to the form data format pointed by the question; after the converted reply data is associated with the position index, the reply data is correspondingly stored with the collection table identifier; the location index is used for indicating the location of the associated reply data in the summary table;
the second terminal is used for displaying a collection result page corresponding to the collection table identifier when starting an online collection table corresponding to the collection table identifier, and the collection result page is used for displaying a result of information collection of reply data submitted by each first terminal through a collection table filling page of the online collection table; receiving a summary instruction corresponding to the collection table identifier on the collection result page; pulling reply data and a position index which correspond to the collection table identification and are associated with the collection table identification from a server according to the summarizing instruction; and respectively taking more than one question included in the online collection table as a header of a summary table, taking the pulled reply data as table data of the summary table, and writing the pulled reply data into the summary table according to a row position index and a column position index indicated by the associated position index.
16. An information collection apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the display module is used for sharing the online collection table to a plurality of first terminals to collect information; when an online collection form corresponding to a collection form identifier is started, a collection result page corresponding to the collection form identifier is displayed, and the collection result page is used for displaying a result of information collection of reply data submitted by each first terminal through a collection form filling page of the online collection form;
the receiving module is used for receiving a summary instruction corresponding to the collection table identifier on the collection result page;
the pulling module is used for pulling the reply data and the position index which correspond to the collection table identification and are associated with the collection table identification according to the summarizing instruction; the reply data is collected through an online collection table corresponding to the collection table identifier, and when being stored, the reply data is converted into a table data format according with the pointing of the affiliated question; the position index is determined according to the question to which the associated reply data belongs;
and the writing module is used for taking more than one question included in the online collection table as a header of a summary table respectively, taking the reply data as table data of the summary table, and writing the reply data into the summary table according to a row position index and a column position index indicated by the associated position index.

The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the row position index is determined based on a commit time of the associated reply data; the column position index is determined according to the question to which the associated reply data belongs; the row position indexes associated with the reply data submitted at different submission times through the same user identifier are different; the reply data associated with the same row position index is submitted with the same user identification.
18. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the information gathering apparatus further comprises a creating module and a sending module;
the creating module is used for acquiring a collection table creating instruction; creating a collection table template for showing candidate instructions according to the collection table; and selecting a target collection table template from the displayed collection table templates.
The sending module is used for transmitting the problems edited in the target collection table template to a server in real time; the transmitted question is used for instructing the server to set the question as a header of a summary table in real time.

The apparatus of claim 18, wherein the sending module is further configured to: when a question is added to the online collection table, the added question is transmitted to a server in real time; the added problem is used for indicating the server to newly add the added problem into a header of a summary table in real time; when a question is modified in the online collection table, transmitting the modified question to a server in real time; the modified question is used for instructing the server to modify a header corresponding to the modified question in real time; when a problem is deleted in the online collection table, transmitting the deleted problem to a server in real time; and the deleted problem is used for indicating the server to delete the header corresponding to the deleted problem in real time.
20. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the information gathering apparatus further comprises a sharing module;
the sharing module is used for generating a graphic code corresponding to the collection table identifier; sharing the online collection table corresponding to the collection table identifier through the graphic code; or generating a link address corresponding to the collection table identifier; generating a sharing structured message according to the link address; sharing the shared structured message into a social session.

The apparatus of claim 20, wherein the sharing module is further configured to: setting filling authority corresponding to the online collection table; the filling authority comprises a global member filling authority and a local member filling authority; when the filling authority is the local member filling authority, displaying candidate member identification; selecting a target member identifier from the candidate member identifiers; and giving the target member identification and the local member filling authority corresponding to the online collection table.
22. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the information collecting apparatus further comprises an editing module and a transmitting module;
the editing module is used for: displaying a collection form filling page corresponding to the collection form identification;
the sending module is used for: submitting reply data edited on the collection form filling page to a server; the submitted reply data is used for indicating the server to determine the position index of the submitted reply data according to the question to which the submitted reply data belongs, and after converting the submitted reply data according to the form data format pointed by the question, the converted reply data is associated with the position index and then is stored corresponding to the collection form identifier.

The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the display module is further configured to: displaying the user identifications according to the time sequence of submitting the reply data on the collection result page; detecting a collection table detail checking instruction corresponding to the user identification; presenting an online collection table including reply data submitted via the user identification in response to the collection table detail viewing instruction.
24. An information collection device, comprising:
the display module is used for displaying a collection table filling page of an online collection table corresponding to a collection table identifier when a user identifier locally logged in a first terminal has a filling right corresponding to the collection table identifier; the online collection table is created through a second terminal and is shared to the plurality of first terminals;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the reply data edited on the filling page of the collection form;
the submitting module is used for correspondingly submitting the reply data and the collection table identifier to a server; the submitted reply data is used for indicating the server to determine the position index of the submitted reply data according to the question to which the submitted reply data belongs, and after converting the submitted reply data according to the form data format pointed by the question, the converted reply data is associated with the position index and then is correspondingly stored with the collection form identifier; the position index includes a row position index and a column position index for indicating a position of the associated reply data in a summary table created by the second terminal.
25. The apparatus of claim 24, wherein the display module is further configured to: displaying a reply data submission success page; when a collection table detail viewing instruction is detected, displaying an online collection table comprising reply data submitted through the user identification; and when detecting the collection table re-filling instruction, displaying a collection table filling page which corresponds to the collection table identification and does not comprise reply data.
26. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 14.
27. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 14.
