Referring to fig. 1, a flow of a nuclear power plant file upload management method provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the nuclear power plant file upload management method is applicable to a terminal device, and as shown in the drawing, the nuclear power plant file upload management method may include the following steps:
and step S101, acquiring an uploading instruction.
The terminal equipment where the nuclear power plant file uploading management method is located is connected with at least one business system, wherein the business system is a system for implementing a certain preset process, such as a financial system, a purchasing system and the like, users of the business system are users who successfully register the business system, and the users of the business system can call the nuclear power plant file uploading management method in the terminal equipment through corresponding functional components in the preset process under one preset process and upload electronic files at specified positions.
The uploading instruction includes, but is not limited to, uploading information and uploading operation, and the uploading information may be an address of an electronic file at a certain location, for example, a C-disc of a terminal where the service system is located; the upload operation may be an operation in which a user of the service system triggers a preset upload button, the preset upload button may set a virtual button in a preset functional component, and an operation in which a mouse clicks the virtual button is the upload operation.
And step S102, acquiring a corresponding electronic file according to the uploading instruction.
The terminal equipment receives the uploading instruction, acquires the entity of the corresponding electronic file according to the address of the electronic file in the uploading instruction, and temporarily stores the entity of the electronic file in the appointed space position, so that the subsequent association processing is facilitated.
Step S103, acquiring preset information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction.
The preset information includes, but is not limited to, a process name of a preset process, transaction information of the preset process, and system information, and the preset process may refer to a business process in a business system, for example, an reimbursement process in a financial system, where the reimbursement process is the process name; the transaction information of the preset flow may refer to specific transaction information in the service flow in the service system, for example, an accommodation reimbursement transaction in an reimbursement flow in the financial system, and the accommodation reimbursement is transaction information; the system information includes, but is not limited to, a system name referring to a business system, for example, a financial system is the system name.
The business system stores form information composed of process names, transaction information and the like of any preset process, namely, each preset process corresponds to one form information, when a user of the business system uploads an electronic file under a certain preset process, the business system outputs the form information of the preset process to terminal equipment as a parameter, for example, in a nuclear power work order preparation system, when business personnel (namely the user of the nuclear power work order preparation system) prepare a work order, the nuclear power work order preparation system starts a work order preparation approval process, in the work order preparation approval process, photos of some equipment maintenance sites or description files of the equipment maintenance sites need to be uploaded in the equipment maintenance transactions, the work order preparation approval process and the equipment maintenance transactions are form information, and the photos of the equipment maintenance sites or the description files of the equipment maintenance sites are electronic files.
Optionally, the preset information includes system information, and the acquiring the preset information of the service system that outputs the upload instruction includes:
acquiring a uniform resource locator of a service system which outputs the uploading instruction;
and acquiring system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction according to the uniform resource locator.
When a user of a service system uploads an electronic file under a certain preset process, the service system outputs system information of the user as a parameter to a terminal device, where the system information of the service system may refer to a uniform resource locator (URL address), and the URL address is also referred to as a web address, and generally includes: the URL address contains a plurality of characters, and the specific contents of the characters are correspondingly set according to different service systems; the system information of the service system outputting the upload instruction may also refer to other information obtained by referring to the mapping relationship library according to the URL address, and the mapping relationship library may refer to a database composed of a plurality of URL addresses and information corresponding to each URL address one to one.
Optionally, the obtaining, according to the uniform resource locator, system information of a service system that outputs the upload instruction includes:
detecting whether a preset character exists in the uniform resource locator;
if the preset characters exist in the uniform resource locator, acquiring the number of the preset characters in the uniform resource locator;
if the number of the preset characters is one, acquiring all characters positioned in front of the preset characters in the uniform resource locator;
detecting whether all characters positioned before the preset characters exist in a preset system database or not;
if all characters before the preset characters exist in the preset system database and the number of the system information corresponding to all the characters in the preset system database is one, determining the system information as the system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction;
if the number of the preset characters is multiple, taking the first preset character in the uniform resource locator as a target preset character;
step a, acquiring all characters positioned in front of the target preset character in the uniform resource locator;
b, detecting whether all characters positioned in front of the target preset character exist in the preset system database or not;
step c, if all characters before the target preset character exist in the preset system database and the number of the system information corresponding to all the characters in the preset system database is one, determining the system information as the system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction;
step d, if all characters before the target preset character do not exist in the preset system database or the number of systems corresponding to all characters in the preset system database is multiple, taking the next preset character after the first preset character in the uniform resource locator as the target preset character;
and repeating the steps a, b, c and d until the system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction is obtained.
The preset system database may be a database including system information of a plurality of service systems and characters corresponding to the system information of each service system, and the characters corresponding to the system information of each service system may be a part or all of URL addresses.
When a plurality of preset characters exist in the URL address, the steps a, b, c, and d are repeatedly executed until all the preset characters are traversed, and the unique system still cannot be determined or the corresponding system information still does not exist, that is, the system information of the service system outputting the upload instruction is not acquired, at this time, the loop is ended, and for the case that the system information of the service system outputting the upload instruction is not acquired, the following contents are referred to.
For example, a generic URL address is of the form: http:// dyw/caiwusstem/baoxiao, where "http://" is a fixed format of the URL address, and a backslash "/" is a preset character, so there are two preset characters "/" in the URL address.
The first preset character "/" is taken as a target preset character, and all characters before the target preset character are http:// dyw; matching is carried out in a preset system database aiming at the http:// dyw, and if the http:// dyw exists in the preset system database and the number of the system information corresponding to the http:// dyw in the preset system database is one, the system information is determined to be the system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction; if the preset system database does not contain http:// dyw 'or the number of the system information corresponding to http:// dyw' in the preset system database is multiple, taking a second preset character "/" in the URL address as a target preset character, taking all characters before the target preset character as http:// dyw/caiwuwsystem ", and matching in the preset system database aiming at the http:// dyw/caiwuwsystem", and if the preset system database contains the http:// dyw/caiwuwsystem "and the number of the system information corresponding to the http:// dyw/caiwussystem" in the preset system database is one, determining the system information as the system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction; if the preset system database does not have http:// dyw/caiwussystem 'or the number of the system information corresponding to http:// dyw/caiwussystem' in the preset system database is multiple, the matching cannot be continued because the second preset character "/" is the last preset character "/", and therefore the loop process is ended.
Optionally, the method for managing file upload in a nuclear power plant further includes:
and if the system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction is not acquired from the preset system database, sending prompt information, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting a user that the system information of the service system outputting the uploading instruction is not acquired.
After the matching process, the system information corresponding to the URL address cannot be matched in the preset system database, or a plurality of pieces of system information corresponding to the URL address are matched in the preset system database, which is a condition that the system information is not obtained from the preset system database, in this case, a corresponding prompt needs to be output to prompt the user of the service system uploading the electronic file to contact a corresponding administrator to perfect the preset system database, or prompt the user managing the preset system database to perfect the preset system database.
For example, the URL address is: http:// dyw/caiwussestm/baoxiao, a first preset character "/" is taken as a target preset character, the preset system database does not have "http:// dyw", a second preset character "/" is taken as a target preset character, all characters before the target preset character are "http:// dyw/caiwussestm", and the preset system database does not have "http:// dyw/caiwussestm", that is, system information of a service system outputting an uploading instruction is not acquired in the preset system database, a text prompt is sent, and text content is, for example: the corresponding system information is not matched.
And step S104, associating the preset information with the electronic file to obtain an associated electronic file.
The associating of the preset information with the uploaded electronic file may refer to recording and storing the preset information as metadata of the electronic file, and the electronic file and the metadata containing the preset information constitute the associated electronic file.
Step S105, obtaining a storage address, and storing the associated electronic file to a position corresponding to the storage address.
The uploaded electronic files can be stored in a document management system, the document management system refers to a terminal capable of storing the electronic files, a user of the document management system can look up and download the electronic files in the document management system, and the user of the document management system is a user who successfully registers the document management system; when the terminal device obtains the associated electronic file, the terminal device outputs a storage instruction to the document management system, and the document management system configures a storage address, wherein the storage address can refer to a storage space of a storage disk in the document management system; and the terminal equipment acquires the storage address, stores the associated electronic file to a position corresponding to the storage address according to the storage address, and uploads the electronic file.
Optionally, the document management system may be integrated in the terminal device, and when the terminal device obtains the associated electronic file, the terminal device directly configures a storage address, where the storage address may refer to a storage space of a storage disk in the terminal device, and stores the associated electronic file to a position corresponding to the storage address according to the storage address, so as to reduce corresponding transmission links.
Optionally, after storing the associated electronic file to the location corresponding to the storage address, the method further includes:
acquiring the storage time of the associated electronic file;
judging whether the storage time exceeds a time threshold value;
and if the storage time exceeds the time threshold, displaying the associated electronic file in a preset mode.
The time threshold is a time value set according to actual conditions, so that the terminal equipment can conveniently display the associated electronic file at regular intervals; after the associated electronic file is stored, namely after the electronic file is uploaded, the terminal device displays the associated electronic file in a preset mode periodically, the display is convenient for a filing user to view, the filing user can refer to a user with filing authority, if the electronic file is stored in the document management system, filing work needs to be completed in the document management system, and the filing user is a user who successfully registers the document management system and has the filing authority.
The preset mode may be a statistical form, the content of the statistical form includes information such as an electronic file, a system name for uploading the electronic file, a process name for uploading the electronic file, and transaction information for uploading the electronic file, the displaying may be sending the statistical form to a filing user, and the form of the statistical form may be as shown in fig. 2.
Optionally, the associated electronic file is already stored in the document management system, and the archiving adopts logical archiving, where the logical archiving indicates that the storage location of the associated electronic file is not changed, but the associated electronic file cannot be modified.
Optionally, other archive information, such as archive classification, security level information, archive time, etc., may be automatically or manually supplemented during the archive process, and the automatic and manual supplementation during the archive process can only supplement data and cannot change the content of the associated electronic file.
