acquiring product information of a target object, wherein the product information comprises aging information, price information and line information;
performing a cross-border service billing operation on the target object according to the time efficiency information, the price information and the line information to obtain a billing result;
acquiring waybill information in the billing fruit;
distributing candidate agents for executing cross-border services to the target objects according to the waybill information;
generating an outgoing ticket for the target object in response to the handover operation for the candidate agent.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating an invoice for the target object in response to the handover operation for the candidate agent comprises:
responding to the handover operation of the candidate agent, and acquiring agent freight rate information corresponding to the candidate agent;
and generating an outgoing bill for the target object according to the agent freight rate information and the handover bill corresponding to the handover operation.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after generating an outgoing ticket for the target object in response to the handover operation to the candidate agent, the method further comprises:
acquiring an agent order number corresponding to the candidate agent;
and binding the proxy number and the outgoing order in a correlation manner.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after generating an outgoing ticket for the target object in response to the handover operation to the candidate agent, the method further comprises:
responding to a customs declaration operation for the target object, and setting the state of the target object to a customs declaration state;
and/or setting the state of the target object to be a clearance state in response to a clearance operation on the target object.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after generating an outgoing ticket for the target object in response to the handover operation to the candidate agent, the method further comprises:
in response to a sign-on operation for the target object, setting the state of the target object to a signed-on state;
and responding to the signing change operation of the target object, and updating the state of the target object into the state content corresponding to the signing change operation.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after the billing operation for the cross-border service for the target object according to the time information, the price information and the route information to obtain a billing result, the method further comprises:
and responding to the change operation of the order opening result, and displaying examination and approval prompt contents according to the order opening result.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the price information comprises at least one of freight price, freight discount, discount approval result, added value price, and added value discount.
8. A cross-border service processing system is characterized by comprising a first server cluster, wherein the first server cluster comprises a product management module, an addressee management module and an outgoing management module;
the product management module is used for acquiring product information of a target object, wherein the product information comprises aging information, price information and route information;
the receiving management module is used for performing cross-border service billing operation on the target object according to the time effect information, the price information and the line information to obtain a billing result;
the outgoing management module is used for acquiring the waybill information in the billing result;
the outgoing management module is also used for distributing candidate agents for executing cross-border services to the target object according to the waybill information;
the outbound management module is further configured to generate an outbound ticket for the target object in response to the handover operation for the candidate agent.

An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises: a processor, a memory storing machine-readable instructions executable by the processor, the machine-readable instructions when executed by the processor performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-7 when the electronic device is run.
10. A readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1-7.
