Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, the block chain based tax administration method includes the following steps:
step S10, the first node collects tax data of a preset tax platform;
in this embodiment, a blockchain system corresponding to tax administration is constructed to manage tax data through blockchain technology. The block chain system comprises a data acquisition layer and a function application layer, wherein the data acquisition layer comprises a first node in the block chain, the first node is in butt joint with a preset tax platform through a connector to acquire tax data in the preset tax platform, and the function application layer provides functions of automatically generating value-added tax invoices, automatically issuing invoices, automatically declaring taxpayers, automatically returning taxes and the like for other nodes in the block chain through the tax data acquired by the data acquisition layer.
Optionally, the tax data includes a transaction amount, transaction party identity information, order information, and the like, the order information includes an order identifier, an order amount, an order time, and order content, and the like, and the transaction party includes a supplier, a buyer, and the like.
The block chain is a chain data structure formed by combining data blocks in a sequential connection mode according to a time sequence, and is a non-falsifiable and non-fakeable distributed account book processed by cryptography. Broadly speaking, the blockchain technique is a completely new distributed infrastructure and computing paradigm that utilizes blockchain data structures to verify and store data, utilizes distributed node consensus algorithms to generate and update data, cryptographically secure data transmission and access, and utilizes intelligent contracts composed of automated script code to program and manipulate data.
Optionally, the preset tax platform includes at least one of a supply chain platform, a tax control platform, an invoicing platform, and a tax return platform. After the tax data of the tax platform is collected, the first node can obtain a large amount of tax data. Because the tax data that gathers are comparatively disorderly, and there is not the order, consequently, first node still can be to the further arrangement optimization of tax data, form clear orderly tax information, for example, when first node docks a plurality of platforms in supply chain platform, tax control platform, the platform of making an invoice and the platform of declaring a tax simultaneously, the permutation order of different platform tax data is different, and there may be wrong or repeated tax data, consequently, first node is after gathering tax data, and the tax data to a plurality of tax platforms of predetermineeing integrates, simplify the data handling capacity in the tax management process.
Step S20, verifying the authenticity of the tax data;
in this embodiment, because the tax data of the preset tax platform may be maliciously tampered, or the taxpayer uploads wrong tax data, so that the tax data of the preset tax platform is different from the real tax data, and therefore, the authenticity of the tax data can be verified after the collected tax data is acquired by the first node, so that the wrong data in the tax data can be identified, and the tax error is avoided.
Optionally, the blockchain includes a plurality of nodes, for example, a first node, a blockchain preset node where the transaction party is located, a blockchain node where the tax authority department is located, and the like. When the authenticity of the tax data is verified, the order information in the tax data can be obtained, and the order information is sent to the block chain preset node where the trading party corresponding to the order information is located, so that the trading party of the preset node can detect whether the order information is consistent with a real order, namely the process of verifying the order information, wherein the order information comprises an order participant, an order identifier, commodity unit price, commodity quantity, order time and the like. After the preset node verifies the order information, feeding back a corresponding verification result to the first node so that the first node can verify the authenticity of the tax data, wherein the verification result comprises that the data is authentic or the data is not authentic.
Optionally, when verifying the authenticity of the tax data, the order information may also be sent to a block link point where the national tax administration is located or a block link point where the tax authority is located to check the authenticity of the tax data, specifically, the block link point of the national tax authority or the tax authority may query all uplink data, and according to the association between the order information, for example, the authenticity of the order information may be checked through information such as warehousing, ex-warehouse, sales data, time, and the like.
Step S30, storing the tax data to the first node in real time of the tax data, so that a second node of a block chain where the first node is located can perform tax processing through the tax data, wherein the tax processing includes tax payment processing and/or tax refund processing.
In this embodiment, the first node is a data middlebox on the blockchain, and is mainly used for processing and encapsulating data into a common data product or service, and for collecting tax data, processing and analyzing the tax data, reporting and data management, so that the data of the first node does not need to be synchronized to all nodes in the blockchain. And storing the tax data to the first node in real time for other nodes in the block chain to call, for example, performing tax processing on the second node of the block chain where the first node is located through the tax data, wherein the tax processing comprises tax payment processing and/or tax return processing, and realizing the functions of automatic tax payment and automatic tax return and the like through a block chain technology.
And when the tax data is not true, generating early warning information according to the tax data, and sending the early warning information to a preset tax platform so that tax staff of the preset tax platform can check whether the tax data has errors or correct the wrong tax data.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, the tax data of the tax platform is collected by the block chain technology, and tax processing is performed according to the real tax data stored by the block chain nodes, so that the condition that the tax data is unreal is avoided, the accuracy of tax management is improved, the collection of information such as invoice flow, fund flow, production information flow and logistics is more accurate and timely, and powerful support is provided for forming tax big data in the modernization of tax management.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, after step S30, the method further includes:
step S40, when receiving a tax payment request, acquiring identity information in the tax payment request;
step S50, verifying the identity information;
in this embodiment, the plurality of nodes of the block chain include a block chain node where the taxpayer is located, and the taxpayer can automatically declare the tax through the block chain node. Specifically, when the block chain is created, the identity information of the taxpayer is written into the block chain link point corresponding to the taxpayer to determine the identity of the taxpayer, wherein the identity information includes the name of the taxpayer, the identification number of the taxpayer, the address of the taxpayer, the telephone of the taxpayer, the account information and the like. The terminal equipment where the taxpayer is located stores a private key, the public key is broadcasted to other nodes in the block chain, and any node in the block chain can check tax payment records and tax refund records stored in the block chain node corresponding to the taxpayer through the public key. When the taxpayer initiates a tax payment request through the terminal equipment, the identity information in the tax payment request is signed through the private key, and a corresponding digital signature is generated. After the tax payment request containing the digital signature and the identity information is sent to the first node through the block link point where the taxpayer is located, the first node obtains the identity information and the digital signature in the received tax payment request, and verifies whether the digital signature is consistent with the identity information through a public key, so that the purpose of verifying the identity of the taxpayer is achieved, and the identity information of the taxpayer is prevented from being stolen.
Step S60, when the identity information passes the verification, the target tax data corresponding to the identity information in the tax data is obtained;
step S70, generating tax payment records according to the target tax data, storing the tax payment records, and sending the tax payment records to the preset tax platform;
in this embodiment, when the identity information is verified, the first node obtains target tax data corresponding to the identity information, that is, target tax data corresponding to the taxpayer, from the stored tax data. And generating a tax payment record according to the target tax data, storing the tax payment record, and sending the tax payment record to a preset tax platform butted by the first node, so that the automatic declaration of tax payment is realized, a complicated intermediate link is avoided, and the tax management efficiency is improved.
Step S80, synchronizing the tax payment records to the block chain node where the tax payer corresponding to the tax payment records is located.
In this embodiment, after the first node generates the tax payment record, the tax payment record may be broadcast to other nodes in the block chain, for example, the tax payment record is sent to the block link point where the tax payer corresponding to the tax payment record is located, so that the block link point where the tax payer is located stores the tax payment record, and the tax payment party may view the tax payment record at any time through the block link node, thereby implementing data synchronization of the block chain, and being transparent and public.
Similarly, when the tax refund party initiates a tax refund request through the terminal device, the private key signs the identity information in the tax refund request, and a corresponding digital signature is generated. After a tax refund request containing the digital signature and the identity information is sent to the first node through the block link point where the tax refund party is located, the first node obtains the identity information and the digital signature in the received tax refund request, and verifies whether the digital signature is consistent with the identity information through a public key, so that the purpose of verifying the identity of the tax refund party is achieved, and the identity information of the tax refund party is prevented from being stolen. And when the identity information passes the verification, the first node acquires target tax data corresponding to the identity information from the stored tax data, namely the target tax data corresponding to the tax refugee. The tax refund record is generated according to the target tax data, the tax refund record is stored, the tax refund record is sent to a preset tax platform butted with the first node for verification, automatic tax refund is achieved through an intelligent contract, a complicated intermediate link is avoided, and tax management efficiency is improved.
After the first node generates the tax refund record, the tax refund record can be broadcast to other nodes in the block chain, for example, the tax refund record is sent to the block chain link point where the tax refund party corresponding to the tax refund record is located, so that the block chain link point where the tax refund party is located stores the tax refund record, and the tax refund party can view the tax refund record at any time through the block chain link point, thereby realizing data synchronization in the block chain and being transparent and open.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, when a tax payment request is received, the identity information of a tax payer is verified, and when the identity information is verified, tax payment declaration is performed according to target tax data corresponding to the identity information, and the tax payment data is synchronized to a node in a block chain, so that automatic tax payment declaration is realized.
In yet another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, on the basis of the embodiment shown in any one of fig. 2 to fig. 3, after the step S30, the method further includes:
step S01, when receiving an invoice creating request, acquiring an order mark in the invoice creating request;
in this embodiment, after a transaction party such as a purchasing party and a supplier completes an order, the order information may be uploaded through the corresponding block link node, so as to distribute the order information on the block link node. The transaction can also be directly carried out on the blockchain platform, and the order information after the transaction is finished is automatically stored on the blockchain blocks for calling or creating invoices and the like. The trader sends an invoice creation request to the first node through the blockchain node, and it should be noted that selection buttons of different order identifiers can be provided on a display interface of the blockchain node where the trader is located, and the trader triggers the invoice creation request by clicking the selection buttons of different order identifiers, wherein the invoice creation request includes an order identifier, and the order identifier can be an identification code of an order and is used for indicating that a certain order is unique. The first node acquires the order identification in the invoice creation request when receiving the invoice creation request.
Step S02, according to the order information corresponding to the order mark in the tax data, wherein the tax data comprises a plurality of pre-stored order marks and pre-stored order information corresponding to the pre-stored order marks;
step S03, generating invoice information according to the order information;
in this embodiment, the tax data stored by the first node includes a plurality of pre-stored order identifications and pre-stored order information corresponding to the pre-stored order identifications, and after the first node acquires the order identifications, the first node determines the pre-stored order identifications consistent with the order identifications, and uses the pre-stored order information corresponding to the pre-stored order identifications as the order information corresponding to the order identifications. The order information includes order participants, order identifiers, unit prices of the commodities, quantity of the commodities, order time and the like. Generating invoice information according to the content in the order information, specifically, determining the top and the payee of the invoice information according to the transaction participant in the order information, determining the invoicing amount of the invoice information according to the transaction amount in the order information, determining the purpose of the invoice information according to the order content, and creating the invoicing information.
And step S04, storing the invoice information, and sending the invoice information to the block chain node where the invoicing party corresponding to the invoice information is located.
In this embodiment, after generating the invoice information according to the order information, the first node stores the invoice information as part of the tax data. The first node can also send the invoice information to the block link point where the invoicing party, the payee or the payer corresponding to the invoice information is located, so that the invoicing party, the payee or the payer can check the invoice information, and data synchronization of the invoice information in the block link node is realized.
Alternatively, the invoicing party, the collecting party or the paying party can be a supplier, a buyer, a logistics consignment party, a logistics company and the like, and the invoicing party, the buyer, the logistics consignment party or the logistics company can inquire, count or invoice according to invoice information by logging in respective block link points so as to enter account and check out. Specifically, when the first node receives a invoicing request triggered based on invoice information, the first node checks according to the invoice information, and when the invoice information is checked to be effective, the invoice information is sent to an invoicing platform in a preset tax platform in butt joint with the first node so that the invoicing platform can issue paper invoices, or when the first node receives the invoicing request triggered based on the invoice information, the first node sends the invoice information to a block chain node corresponding to a tax control bureau so that a block chain node corresponding to the tax control bureau can issue electronic invoices according to the invoice information.
Optionally, when the invoice information is checked, the first node may query all the uplink data, and check the account according to the correlation between the invoice information, for example, through warehousing, ex-warehouse, buying and selling data, time and other information, and generate a corresponding statement to check the authenticity of the invoice information. Meanwhile, whether the invoice information applies for the invoice or not can be inquired, and when the invoice information is not real or the invoice is repeatedly issued, the invoice information is confirmed to be invalid invoice information, so that the authenticity of the invoice is ensured.
Optionally, the invoice creation request may further include invoice style information, and for an order with a large amount of money, one invoice often cannot meet the invoicing requirement, and multiple invoices need to be made. In addition, different transaction parties have different requirements for invoicing amount and face values, and in order to meet the requirements of the transaction parties, when the transaction parties trigger invoice creation requests, an invoice style selection interface is output to enable the transaction parties to select a desired invoice style. Invoice styles with different money amounts are displayed on the invoice style selection interface, and a transaction party can select an invoice style to be issued in a single-click or double-click mode through a left mouse button. The invoice styles comprise 500 yuan, 1000 yuan, 5000 yuan, 10000 yuan and other different invoice styles. When generating invoice information, the invoice information is created according to the order information and the invoice style information, and on the basis of creating the invoice information according to the order information, the amount of money on the invoice information is correspondingly adjusted according to the target invoice style so as to generate one invoice information or a plurality of invoice information. For example, if the transaction amount in the order information is 6112 yuan and the amount of the invoice style information is 5000 yuan, two pieces of invoice information are generated, one piece of invoice information corresponds to 5000 yuan and the other piece of invoice information corresponds to 1112 yuan, but the raising, the payee and the use of the invoice information are not changed, and the invoice codes and the check codes of two paper invoices or two electronic invoices issued are different, so that the efficiency of issuing the value-added tax invoices is improved while the differentiation requirement of a transaction party is met.
In the technical scheme disclosed in this embodiment, when an invoice creation request is received, an order identifier in the invoice creation request is obtained, invoice information is generated according to order information corresponding to the order identifier, the invoice information is sent to a block chain node where a invoicing party corresponding to the invoice information is located, and the invoicing efficiency is improved through a block chain technology.
