The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing embodiments of the present application only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
Example 1:
in order to solve the problems in the background art, as shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a credential visualization method, where the method is applied to an ERP system, and the ERP system is mounted on an electronic device, where the electronic device may be a server, a mobile terminal, a computer, a cloud platform, or the like. The function realized by the device data processing provided by the embodiment of the application can be realized by calling a program code by a processor of the electronic device, wherein the program code can be stored in a computer storage medium, and the credential visualization method comprises the following steps:
step S1: and acquiring a document number and a service number of the voucher to be posted.
The financial data in the background art is credential information to be filled in a credential. Each voucher information needing to be posted has a corresponding document number and a corresponding service number, so that when the voucher content needs to be visualized, the voucher information needs to be accurately acquired, and the document number and the service number need to be acquired from a service system which is in butt joint with the ERP system.
Step S2: and acquiring corresponding voucher information according to the document number and the service number.
And acquiring corresponding voucher information from a service system in the ERP system according to the document number and the service number.
In some embodiments, the step S2 of acquiring the corresponding credential information according to the document number and the service number includes:
step S21: and acquiring the head-up information of the voucher from the voucher head-up table according to the document number and the service number.
Step S22: and acquiring the voucher row item information from the voucher row item table according to the document number and the service number.
The voucher information comes from the business system, and the voucher information comprises voucher head-up information and voucher line item information. In order to make the production of the voucher more convenient, the voucher head-up information and the voucher line item information are respectively stored in the voucher head-up table and the voucher line item table. When the certificate head-up table is required to be used, corresponding certificate head-up information and corresponding certificate line item information are respectively obtained from the certificate head-up table and the certificate line item table according to the document number and the service number.
Of course, before a general ERP system generates a voucher, the voucher line project information and the voucher heading information are separately stored, and before the voucher is generated, the voucher information cannot be displayed. So to expose the credential information. In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
step S5: and establishing a voucher head-up table, a voucher row project table and a subject field configuration table.
The format of the voucher header table refers to the format of the BKPF in the ERP system. The format of the voucher row item table refers to the format of BSEG in an ERP system.
Step S6: and importing the voucher information needing to be posted into the voucher line project table and the voucher head-up table.
And the voucher head-up information in the voucher information is stored in the voucher head-up table. And storing the credential row item information in the credential row item table. The subject field configuration table is used for controlling the display content of the voucher head-up information and the voucher line item information on the screen.
Before posting, correspondingly importing the voucher head-up information and the voucher row project information in the voucher information into a voucher head-up table and a voucher row project table by calling a ZFUN1252 function of the ERP system.
The voucher head-up information and the voucher line project information are led into the corresponding tables in advance, so that the corresponding voucher information can be obtained from the voucher head-up table and the voucher line project table through the unit number and the service number.
Step S3: and displaying the acquired credential information on a screen so that a user can determine whether the credential information is correct.
The voucher information comprises a plurality of field information, and the size of the screen is fixed, so that if all the field information in the voucher information is displayed on the screen, the screen is difficult to display all the field information at the same time, and the contents which are not directly displayed on the screen need to be checked by pulling the page strips, so that a large amount of time is wasted when the voucher information is determined, and some important contents cannot form visual contrast, and the error rate is high. And not all field information in the credential information is valid. There is a general case where field information of a null value exists in the credential information.
Therefore, in some embodiments, the step S3 "displaying the acquired credential information on a screen to enable the user to determine whether the credential information is correct" includes:
step S31: and acquiring the configuration information in the subject field configuration table.
Configuration information for controlling field information displayed on a screen is recorded in the subject field configuration table. But different target companies have different posting requirements or specifications. The configuration information in the subject field configuration table needs to be updated and maintained from time to time.
Therefore, in some embodiments, when the subject field configuration table needs to be updated and maintained, the method further comprises:
step S7: and acquiring external input of a user.
Step S8: and modifying the configuration information corresponding to the company code in the subject field configuration table according to the outside input so as to associate the configuration information with the company code.
Since different target companies need to have different field information exposed, it is necessary to associate the configuration information with the company code of the target company. Finally, each target company has corresponding configuration information, so that the voucher information displayed on the screen has pertinence. Different field information is displayed according to different target companies, so that the certificate information can be determined more conveniently and quickly, and the processing efficiency can be improved.
Therefore, in some embodiments, the step S31 "acquiring the configuration information in the subject field configuration table" includes:
step S311: and acquiring the company code in the voucher head-up information.
Step S312: and determining the configuration information associated with the company code in a subject field configuration table according to the company code.
And determining the configuration information corresponding to the company in the subject field configuration table through the company code by acquiring the company code in the head-up information of the certificate.
Step S32: and determining field information displayed on a screen by the voucher head-up information and the voucher line item information according to the configuration information.
Because the amount of information in the credential information is large, more field information needs to be displayed simultaneously. Although some field information which is not necessarily displayed may not be displayed through the configuration information, the field information which is necessarily displayed is still much.
Therefore, in some embodiments, the determining field information displayed on the screen by the credential top-up information and the credential line item information according to the configuration information includes:
step S321: and acquiring click information input by a user, and determining opened voucher head-up information or voucher line project information according to the click information.
Step S322: and determining field information displayed on a screen by the opened voucher head-up information or the voucher line item information according to the configuration information.
The voucher head-up information and the voucher line item information are listed on a screen and selected by a user, and the corresponding detailed viewing interface is accessed by acquiring the click information of the user, so that the field information displayed on the screen at the same time is reduced, and the displayed field information is more organized.
Step S4: and under the condition that the certificate information is determined to be correct, inserting the certificate information into the certificate template according to the field name in the certificate template to generate a visual certificate.
When the user determines that there is no problem with the displayed credential information, the user clicks on a confirmation button, which represents a determination that the credential information is correct. And at the moment, the acquired voucher information is inserted into the voucher template according to the field name in the voucher template by calling a ZUN 1213 function of the ERP system, so as to generate a visual posting voucher.
The method and the device have the advantages that the step of confirming the certificate information is added in the process of inserting the certificate information into the certificate template, so that a user can determine whether the inserted certificate information is correct when the certificate information is inserted into the certificate template, timely modification can be carried out on the inserted certificate information, the situation that the certificate information cannot be changed after the certificate is generated and only the certificate information can be redone is avoided, the workload of the user is reduced, and the certificate posting efficiency is improved.
