In one embodiment, the server stores in advance browser information of a standard browser used by each agency terminal. When the server reads the browser information and judges that the browser corresponding to the browser information is a nonstandard browser of the mechanism, browser information labeling is carried out on a printing template of the newly added mechanism, and when a template acquisition request corresponding to a document is sent by the mechanism next time, a nonstandard browser template prompt is sent to the terminal while the printing template of the mechanism is returned, so that the terminal can conveniently adjust position coordinates of printing parameters in the printing template of the mechanism.
In this embodiment, each agency can display the standard printing template by acquiring the standard printing template corresponding to the document identification from the server when a new document printing template needs to be added, and only the position of the printing parameter needs to be changed by moving operation, so that the operation of adding the newly added printing template is visual and convenient to operate.
In one embodiment, the printing parameters in the standard printing template include a fixed-position parameter and a variable-position parameter. The position fixing parameters are nonadjustable parameters of position fixing in the documents, and the displayed positions of the position fixing parameters in the documents of all the mechanisms are guaranteed to be uniform. The position adjustable parameters are parameters for adjusting and changing the positions of the mechanisms according to the requirements of the mechanisms. When the terminal displays the printing parameters in the standard printing template according to the corresponding coordinate positions, the staff can only move the printing parameters with variable positions, and cannot move the parameters with fixed positions.
In one embodiment, after the step of identifying the position coordinates after the printing parameters are moved, the method further comprises: acquiring preset occupation sizes of all printing parameters in a standard printing template; judging whether printing parameters with overlapped positions exist or not according to the position coordinates of the moved printing parameters and a preset occupation size; and when the printing parameters with overlapped positions exist, generating a parameter overlapping prompt according to the printing parameters with overlapped positions and displaying the parameter overlapping prompt.
The preset occupation size of each printing parameter refers to the size of the whole occupied position after the printing parameters and the corresponding printing parameter values are assembled. And the terminal acquires the pre-stored preset occupation size of each printing parameter. And calculating the coordinate range of the position occupied by each printing parameter according to the position coordinate after the printing parameter is moved and the corresponding preset occupation size.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the position coordinates of the printing parameters may be coordinates of a center point of a left starting position, may also be coordinates of a center point of a right starting position, and may also be coordinates of a center point of the whole printing parameters. After the position coordinates of the printing parameters are determined, the terminal can calculate the coordinate range of the position occupied by the printing parameters according to the position coordinates of the printing parameters and the corresponding preset occupied size. For example, the position coordinate of the printing parameter is (6, 10), and the preset footprint of the printing parameter is 10 × 4 pixels according to the coordinate that the position coordinate of the printing parameter is defined in advance as the center point of the left start position, then the four vertices of the position occupied by the printing parameter are (6, 8), (6, 12), (16, 8) and (16, 12), respectively.
And after the terminal calculates the coordinate ranges of the positions occupied by all the printing parameters, comparing all the coordinate ranges, and judging whether the printing parameters with overlapped positions exist. And when the terminal judges that the printing parameters with overlapped positions exist, generating a parameter overlapping prompt according to the mutually overlapped printing parameters, and displaying the parameter overlapping on a display interface. For example, when the position of the "effective date" parameter overlaps with the position of the "expiration date" parameter, a prompt that the "effective date" conflicts with the position of the "expiration date" is generated and displayed on the display interface. And when the terminal judges that all the printing parameters are not overlapped in position, continuing to generate the printing template of the newly added mechanism.
In this implementation, when the staff carries out the operation of newly adding mechanism printing template, when the terminal detected and discerned the position coordinate after the printing parameter removed, can calculate the occupation coordinate scope of each parameter according to the occupation size that each printing parameter was predetermine to whether the condition that the position overlapped exists in the printing parameter after can the automatic judgement removed, thereby can carry out the parameter position check-up automatically, and in time remind the staff.
In one embodiment, after the step of obtaining the standard printing template corresponding to the document identification from the server, the method further comprises: acquiring a printing parameter list corresponding to the document identification, and displaying the printing parameter list; acquiring a selection instruction of a printing parameter in the printing list parameters; acquiring preset position coordinates of the selected printing parameters; and adding the selected printing parameters into the standard printing template according to the preset position coordinates.
And when the terminal displays the printing parameters in the standard printing template according to the corresponding coordinate position. And the terminal searches a printing parameter list corresponding to the document identification according to the document identification. In one embodiment, the terminal determines the document type and the product type of the document according to the document identifier, and searches a printing parameter list corresponding to the document type and the product type, where the printing parameter list may include all printing parameters that may be related to the corresponding document of the corresponding product. In addition, preset position coordinates of the printing parameters are also stored in the printing parameter list.
After the terminal finds the corresponding printing parameter list, the terminal displays the printing parameters in the printing parameter list, and specifically, the terminal displays the printing parameters in the list in a preset list display area. The worker can perform the selection addition operation on the printing parameters in the list. A worker can select the printing parameters in the list in a clicking, touching, dragging mode and the like, a selection instruction is generated after the printing parameters are selected, the terminal obtains the selection instruction of the printing parameters, reads the printing parameters in the selection instruction, and searches for preset position coordinates corresponding to the printing parameters from the printing parameter list. The terminal displays the selected printing parameters in the standard printing template according to the preset position coordinates, and the terminal adds the printing parameters and the preset position coordinates thereof to the standard printing template for storage.
In one embodiment, after the printing parameters are displayed, a worker can adjust the positions of the printing parameters through movement operations such as dragging and the like, after the adjustment is completed, the terminal identifies the position coordinates of the selected printing parameters in the final state, and adds the selected printing parameters and the identified position coordinates to the standard printing template for storage.
In one embodiment, after the terminal acquires the mechanism template adding instruction and sends a standard template acquiring request to the server, the server returns a prompt of no standard template to the terminal when the server cannot find the standard printing template corresponding to the document identification carried in the mechanism template adding instruction. And after the terminal receives the prompt, the terminal searches a printing parameter list corresponding to the document identification according to the document identification and displays the printing parameter list in the list. The worker can move and adjust the position of the printing parameters by selecting the required printing parameters, construct a brand new mechanism printing template, and send the newly added mechanism printing template to the server for storage in association with the document identification and the mechanism identification.
In this embodiment, when the printing parameters in the standard printing template stored in the server do not meet the business requirements of the organization, the terminal may display the printing parameters in the printing parameter list corresponding to the document identifier, and the user may customize the organization printing template individually.
In one embodiment, the worker may also perform a delete operation on the print parameters in the displayed standard print template. In addition, the font and the font size of the displayed printing parameters can be modified, after the terminal identifies the modification operation on the font of the printing parameters, the font and the font size of the printing parameters after modification are identified, the font and the font size after modification are stored, and a newly-added mechanism printing template is generated according to the font and the font size after modification.

The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method of document printing. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
Wherein, the following steps are realized when the processor executes the program: acquiring a document printing instruction, wherein the document printing instruction carries a document identifier and a printing parameter value; acquiring a mechanism identifier, generating a template acquisition request according to the document identifier and the mechanism identifier, and sending the template acquisition request to a server so that the server searches a printing template corresponding to the document identifier; when the printing templates searched by the server have mechanism printing templates corresponding to the mechanism identifications, receiving the mechanism printing templates corresponding to the mechanism identifications returned by the server; acquiring position coordinates of each printing parameter in a mechanism printing template; assembling the printing parameter values and the mechanism printing template according to the position coordinates of the printing parameters to generate a printing document; and printing the printing document.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the program may further implement the following steps: acquiring browser information and acquiring a standard position error table; searching a parameter position error corresponding to the browser information from a standard position error table; and adjusting the position coordinates of each printing parameter in the mechanism printing template according to the parameter position errors.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the program may further implement the following steps: acquiring an adding instruction of the mechanism template, wherein the adding instruction of the mechanism template carries a document identification; acquiring a standard printing template corresponding to the document identification from a server; acquiring printing parameters and corresponding position coordinates in a standard printing template; displaying the printing parameters according to the corresponding position coordinates; detecting the moving operation of the printing parameters, and identifying the position coordinates of the moved printing parameters; and acquiring the mechanism identification and the browser information, generating a newly added mechanism printing template according to the position coordinate after the printing parameters are moved, the mechanism identification and the browser information, and sending the newly added mechanism printing template to a server for storage.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the program may further implement the following steps: acquiring preset occupation sizes of all printing parameters in a standard printing template; judging whether printing parameters with overlapped positions exist or not according to the position coordinates of the moved printing parameters and a preset occupation size; and when the printing parameters with overlapped positions exist, generating a parameter overlapping prompt according to the printing parameters with overlapped positions and displaying the parameter overlapping prompt.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the program may further implement the following steps: acquiring a printing parameter list corresponding to the document identification, and displaying the printing parameter list; acquiring a selection instruction of a printing parameter in the printing list parameters; acquiring preset position coordinates of the selected printing parameters; and adding the selected printing parameters into the standard printing template according to the preset position coordinates.

With continuing reference to fig. 6, there is also provided a computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, such as the computer readable storage medium shown in fig. 6, wherein the program when executed by a processor implements the steps of: acquiring a document printing instruction, wherein the document printing instruction carries a document identifier and a printing parameter value; acquiring a mechanism identifier, generating a template acquisition request according to the document identifier and the mechanism identifier, and sending the template acquisition request to a server so that the server searches a printing template corresponding to the document identifier; when the printing templates searched by the server have mechanism printing templates corresponding to the mechanism identifications, receiving the mechanism printing templates corresponding to the mechanism identifications returned by the server; acquiring position coordinates of each printing parameter in a mechanism printing template; assembling the printing parameter values and the mechanism printing template according to the position coordinates of the printing parameters to generate a printing document; and printing the printing document.
In one embodiment, the program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring browser information and acquiring a standard position error table; searching a parameter position error corresponding to the browser information from a standard position error table; and adjusting the position coordinates of each printing parameter in the mechanism printing template according to the parameter position errors.

In one embodiment, the program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring preset occupation sizes of all printing parameters in a standard printing template; judging whether printing parameters with overlapped positions exist or not according to the position coordinates of the moved printing parameters and a preset occupation size; and when the printing parameters with overlapped positions exist, generating a parameter overlapping prompt according to the printing parameters with overlapped positions and displaying the parameter overlapping prompt.
In one embodiment, the program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring a printing parameter list corresponding to the document identification, and displaying the printing parameter list; acquiring a selection instruction of a printing parameter in the printing list parameters; acquiring preset position coordinates of the selected printing parameters; and adding the selected printing parameters into the standard printing template according to the preset position coordinates.

Claims (10)

1. A method of document printing, the method comprising the steps of:
acquiring a standard printing template corresponding to the document identification from a server; detecting the moving operation of the printing parameters in the standard printing template, and identifying the position coordinates of the moved printing parameters; acquiring preset occupation sizes of all printing parameters in a standard printing template; judging whether printing parameters with overlapped positions exist or not according to the position coordinates of the moved printing parameters and a preset occupation size; when the terminal judges that all the printing parameters are not overlapped in position, acquiring a mechanism identifier and browser information, generating a newly added mechanism printing template according to the position coordinates of the moved printing parameters, the mechanism identifier and the browser information, and sending the newly added mechanism printing template to a server for storage;
acquiring a document printing instruction, wherein the document printing instruction carries a document identifier and a printing parameter value;
acquiring a mechanism identifier, generating a template acquisition request according to the document identifier and the mechanism identifier, and sending the template acquisition request to a server so that the server searches a printing template corresponding to the document identifier;
when the printing templates searched by the server have the mechanism printing templates corresponding to the mechanism identifications, receiving the mechanism printing templates corresponding to the mechanism identifications returned by the server;
acquiring position coordinates of each printing parameter in the mechanism printing template;
assembling the printing parameter values and the mechanism printing template according to the position coordinates of the printing parameters to generate a printing document;
and printing the printing document.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining location coordinates of each printing parameter in the mechanical printing template is followed by:
acquiring browser information and acquiring a standard position error table;
searching a parameter position error corresponding to the browser information from the standard position error table;
and adjusting the position coordinates of each printing parameter in the mechanism printing template according to the parameter position errors.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining document printing instructions is preceded by the step of:
acquiring an adding instruction of the mechanism template, wherein the adding instruction of the mechanism template carries a document identification;
acquiring a standard printing template corresponding to the document identification from a server;
acquiring printing parameters and corresponding position coordinates in the standard printing template;
displaying the printing parameters according to the corresponding position coordinates;
detecting the moving operation of the printing parameters, and identifying the position coordinates of the moved printing parameters;
and acquiring a mechanism identifier and browser information, generating a newly added mechanism printing template according to the position coordinate after the printing parameter is moved, the mechanism identifier and the browser information, and sending the newly added mechanism printing template to the server for storage.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of identifying the shifted position coordinates of the printing parameters is followed by:
acquiring preset occupation sizes of all printing parameters in the standard printing template;
judging whether printing parameters with overlapped positions exist or not according to the position coordinates of the moved printing parameters and a preset occupation size;
and when the printing parameters with overlapped positions exist, generating a parameter overlapping prompt according to the printing parameters with overlapped positions and displaying the parameter overlapping prompt.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein after the step of obtaining the standard print template corresponding to the document identification from the server, further comprising:
acquiring a printing parameter list corresponding to the document identification, and displaying the printing parameter list;
acquiring a selection instruction of printing parameters in the printing parameter list;
acquiring preset position coordinates of the selected printing parameters;
and adding the selected printing parameters into the standard printing template according to the preset position coordinates.
6. An apparatus for document printing, the apparatus comprising:
the storage module is used for acquiring a standard printing template corresponding to the document identification from the server; detecting the moving operation of the printing parameters in the standard printing template, and identifying the position coordinates of the moved printing parameters; acquiring preset occupation sizes of all printing parameters in a standard printing template; judging whether printing parameters with overlapped positions exist or not according to the position coordinates of the moved printing parameters and a preset occupation size; when the terminal judges that all the printing parameters are not overlapped in position, acquiring a mechanism identifier and browser information, generating a newly added mechanism printing template according to the position coordinates of the moved printing parameters, the mechanism identifier and the browser information, and sending the newly added mechanism printing template to a server for storage;
the printing instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring a document printing instruction, and the document printing instruction carries a document identifier and a printing parameter value;
the request generation module is used for acquiring the mechanism identification, generating a template acquisition request according to the document identification and the mechanism identification, and sending the template acquisition request to a server so that the server searches for a printing template corresponding to the document identification;
the template receiving module is used for receiving the mechanism printing template corresponding to the mechanism identification returned by the server when the mechanism printing template corresponding to the mechanism identification exists in the printing templates searched by the server;
the coordinate acquisition module is used for acquiring the position coordinates of each printing parameter in the mechanism printing template;
the document assembling module is used for assembling the printing parameter values and the mechanism printing template according to the position coordinates of the printing parameters to generate a printing document;
and the document printing module is used for printing the printed documents.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the error table acquisition module is used for acquiring browser information and acquiring a standard position error table;
the error searching module is used for searching a parameter position error corresponding to the browser information from the standard position error table;
and the position adjusting module is used for adjusting the position coordinates of each printing parameter in the mechanism printing template according to the parameter position errors.

the adding instruction acquisition module is used for acquiring an adding instruction of the mechanism template, and the adding instruction of the mechanism template carries a document identifier;

the parameter display module is used for displaying the printing parameters according to the corresponding position coordinates;
the mobile position identification module is used for detecting the mobile operation of the printing parameters and identifying the position coordinates of the printing parameters after the movement;
and the newly added template generating module is used for acquiring the mechanism identification and the browser information, generating a newly added printing template according to the position coordinate after the printing parameter is moved, the mechanism identification and the browser information, and sending the newly added printing template to the server so that the server adds the newly added printing template to the template library.
