In some other embodiments, the method may include more or fewer steps than those described herein. Moreover, a single step described in this specification may be broken down into multiple steps for description in other embodiments; multiple steps described in this specification may be combined into a single step in other embodiments.
In the related art, in a case where a user transacts an item, a payment operation for the item is generally separated from a property right change operation performed on a chain, so that an under-chain transaction process for the item is not synchronized with the property right change process performed on the chain.
For example, when a user wants to purchase an item, the user may pay the current owner of the item a corresponding amount of assets to obtain the rights to the item. In some cases, the user and the current owner may have completed an off-chain transaction for the item (e.g., the any user has transferred a corresponding amount of assets to the current owner's account and obtained a physical object of the item), but the chain ownership of the item may still belong to the current owner. At this time, the property right of the goods recorded on the chain is not updated in time, so that the property right change process of the goods cannot be traced, and the problem that the property right owner of the goods is authenticated wrongly (the current owner is mistaken to be the owner of the goods) is solved.
In view of this, the present specification provides a property right interaction method, which associates a payment operation for a good with a property right change operation for the good by introducing a property right interaction platform, and avoids the problem that the change process of the property right of the good cannot be traced due to mutual independence of the payment operation and the property right change operation in the related art.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for object rights interaction according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The method is applied to a property right interaction platform, and can comprise the following steps:
step 102, in case it is determined that the payer has completed the payment operation for the target item, generating a rights change transaction for the target item.
As can be seen from the above, the payment operation for the goods and the rights change operation for the goods in the related art are independent of each other. Therefore, the problem that the process of changing the property right of the goods cannot be traced in the related art is caused.
In view of the above, the present specification introduces a rights change platform to correlate payment operations for an item with rights change operations for the item. Specifically, the property right changing platform generates a blockchain transaction for changing the property right of the corresponding goods under the condition that the payment operation for the goods is determined to be completed, so that the blockchain system can update the property right information of the corresponding goods in time.
It should be noted that the physical rights interaction platform introduced in this specification refers to: an execution main body for confirming whether or not a payment operation for an article is completed, and executing a property right change transaction for changing property right information recorded on a chain in a case where it is determined that the payment operation is completed. The execution main body may be carried in any type of hardware device, for example, the hardware device may be any independent fixed terminal or mobile terminal, or may be a server cluster including a plurality of servers. Of course, the above examples are only illustrative, and the type of hardware device that the main body specifically carries can be set according to actual requirements, and the present specification does not limit this.
In this specification, when a user needs to acquire the property right of any item, the user is called a payer, and the item is called a target item, since the user generally needs to complete a corresponding payment operation.
In one embodiment, the payer may complete a payment operation for the target goods through a payment platform corresponding to the property right interaction platform, and at this time, the payment operation is an off-chain asset transfer operation. In this embodiment, the payment operation may be completed through the property right interaction platform or may not be completed through the property right interaction platform.
Under the condition of being completed through the property right interaction platform, the client can send a property right change request aiming at a target goods to the property right interaction platform so that the property right interaction platform generates a corresponding payment request and sends the payment request to the payment platform; and after the payment platform receives the payment request, the payment platform can complete the payment operation according to the information in the payment request. This information may include identity information of the payer, identity information of the current owner of the target item, and the like. The specific content of the information can be determined by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, and the description is not limited thereto.
And under the condition of not being completed through the property right interaction platform, the client can directly interact with the payment platform to complete the payment operation aiming at the target goods, and under the condition of completing the payment operation, a property right change request aiming at the target goods is sent to the property right interaction platform. In this case, the payment platform may issue a "payment credential for proving that the payer has completed the payment operation for the target item", and the client may add the payment credential to the physical right change request to prove to the physical right interaction platform that the payer has completed the payment operation for the target item.
It is easy to understand that, under the condition that the payment operation is completed through the physical right interaction platform, the payment operation for the target goods is triggered through the physical right change request, so that the overall management of the physical right interaction platform to the whole transaction process can be strengthened, and the transaction reliability is further improved; and under the condition that the payment operation is not completed through the property right interaction platform, the payment operation aiming at the target goods is completed preferentially, and then the property right change request is generated based on the completed payment operation, so that the interaction times of the property right interaction platform are greatly reduced.
In another embodiment, the payer may complete a payment operation for the target item through the blockchain system, at which point the payment operation is an on-chain asset transfer operation.
In this embodiment, the client may also trigger the payment operation for the target goods by sending a property right change request to the property right interaction platform. Specifically, after receiving the property right change request, the property right interaction platform can generate a payment transaction for the target goods, so that the payment operation for the target goods is completed through the blockchain system. Similar to the previous embodiment, the payment transaction may include identity information of the payer, identity information of the current owner of the target item, etc. so that the blockchain system transfers the on-chain assets for completing the payment operation from among the blockchain accounts of the payer to the blockchain account of the current owner.
Since the payment operation in this embodiment is an on-chain asset transfer operation, the payment operation for the target good is also recorded in the blockchain system. In other words, the mode enables the payment operation aiming at the target goods to be traceable, and the traceability of the whole transaction process is enhanced.
In this specification, if the payment operation is completed through the property right interaction platform, the property right interaction platform further needs to determine the identity information of the current owner of the target goods. And then, adding the determined identity information into the payment request or the payment transaction so as to finish the corresponding payment operation.
When the payment operation is the off-chain asset transfer operation, the identity information is added to the payment request, so that the payment platform can determine the account of the current owner according to the identity information after receiving the payment request, and transfer the off-chain asset used for completing the payment operation in the account of the payer to the account of the current owner. When the payment operation is an on-chain asset transfer operation, the identity information is added to the payment transaction, so that after the blockchain system receives the payment transaction, the blockchain account of the current owner can be determined according to the identity information contained in the payment transaction, and the on-chain asset used for completing the payment operation in the blockchain account of the payer is transferred to the blockchain account of the current owner.
In an embodiment, the initiator of the property right change request may already know the identity information of all current parties of the target good, and the initiator may add the identity information to the property right change request and then send the property right change request to the property right interaction platform. Then, the property right interaction platform can directly extract the identity information of the current owner from the property right change request so as to complete the payment operation aiming at the target goods.
In this embodiment, since the identity information of the current owner is known from the down-link channel (as provided by the seller in both parties to the transaction), it is not absolutely reliable. Therefore, in the embodiment, whether the identity information is reliable can be further verified. In this specification, the property right information of the target goods is stored in the blockchain system, and the identity information corresponding to the current owner is stored in the blockchain system. In view of this, whether the extracted identity information is reliable or not may be determined by initiating a blockchain transaction to the blockchain system, and specifically, a corresponding authentication transaction may be generated according to the extracted identity information and sent to the blockchain system; after receiving the authentication transaction, the block chain system can authenticate the identity information in the authentication transaction according to the stored property right world state of the current owner of the target goods, and returns the authentication result to the property right interaction platform; the property right interaction platform can judge whether the authentication result shows that the extracted identity information is consistent with the current owner (which is equivalent to determining whether the extracted identity information is the identity information of the current owner of the target goods according to the received authentication result), and if not, the property right change request is not processed, and a payment request or a payment transaction is not initiated; and if the identity information is matched with the identity information, generating a payment request or payment transaction according to the extracted identity information.
In another embodiment, since the identity information of the current owner is stored in the blockchain system, the identity information of the current owner can be acquired from the blockchain system. Specifically, the property right interaction platform can generate identity information acquisition transactions of current owners of target goods and send the identity information acquisition transactions to the block chain system, so that the block chain system acquires goods identifications of the target goods contained in the transactions according to the identity information, determines the identity information of the current owners of the target goods and returns the identity information to the property right interaction platform; after receiving the returned identity information, the property right interaction platform can add the identity information to the payment request or the payment transaction so as to transfer the assets with the price equal to that of the target goods to the account of the current owner, and then complete the payment operation aiming at the target goods.
In this embodiment, the identity information of the current owner of the target good is directly obtained from the blockchain system, and since the data in the blockchain system has non-tamper property, the reliability of the obtained identity information is ensured. Compared with the previous embodiment, the steps of verifying the identity information are reduced, and the execution efficiency of the payment operation is improved.
It should be understood that the completion of the payment operation requires knowledge of the amount of the asset required to complete the payment operation in addition to the payer, the current owner of the target item.
In this specification, the property right interaction platform may further determine price information of the target goods for determining the amount of the assets to be transferred for completing the payment operation. Similar to the identity information of the current owner, after the price information is obtained, the price information can be added to the payment request or the payment transaction, so that the payment platform or the blockchain system can determine the amount of the consumed assets required for completing the payment operation for the target goods according to the price information.
When the payment operation is an offline asset transfer operation, the price information is added into the payment request, so that the payment platform can transfer the offline asset, which is equivalent to the price of the target goods, in the account of the payer to the account of the current owner according to the price information after receiving the payment request. And when the payment operation is an on-chain asset transfer operation, the price information is added to the payment transaction, so that after the blockchain system receives the payment transaction, the blockchain account of the payer can transfer the on-chain asset which is equivalent to the price of the target goods to the blockchain account of the current owner according to the price information contained in the payment transaction.
In this specification, similar to determining identity information of a current owner of a target item, price information of the target item may also be obtained in a variety of ways.
In an embodiment, the initiator of the property right change request may know the price information of the target item, and the initiator may add the price information to the property right change request and then send the property right change request to the property right interaction platform. Then, the property right interaction platform can directly extract the price information of the target goods from the property right change request so as to complete the payment operation aiming at the target goods.
In this embodiment, the extracted price information may be provided by the current owner of the target good, which corresponds to the seller of the target good, which is likely to deliberately raise the price of the target good for higher revenue. Therefore, the present embodiment can further check whether the price information coincides with the true value of the target item. In actual operation, the blockchain system may also store price information of the target item in advance, where the price information generally matches with the real value of the target item (the real value generally represents the current market value of the corresponding item). On the basis, the property right interaction platform can generate a checking transaction for checking the price information of the target goods so as to check whether the extracted price information conforms to the current market value. Specifically, the blockchain system may acquire a price world state indicating a current market value of the target good to check the extracted price information; and after receiving the checking result, if the checking result shows that the extracted price information is matched with the current market price of the target goods, the property right interaction platform generates a corresponding payment request or payment transaction so as to finish the payment operation aiming at the target goods.
Through the mode of checking the extracted price information, the reliability of the price information can be guaranteed, and the condition that the interest of a payer is damaged due to the fact that the price information is high and false is avoided.
In another embodiment, the rights interaction platform may locally maintain an item price table in which various item prices are recorded. Then, after receiving the property right change request, the property right interaction platform can query the price information of the target goods from the goods price table according to the goods identification contained in the property right change request. In this embodiment, although the property right interaction platform is required to additionally maintain a goods price list, the property right interaction platform is independent of both sides of the goods transaction, and belongs to a person without interest relation, and the price information of the target goods is obtained from the goods price list maintained by the property right interaction platform, so that the reliability of the obtained price information can be ensured, and the fairness of the transaction is further ensured.
In yet another embodiment, price information for the target item may be pre-stored into the blockchain system. Then, after receiving the property right change request, the property right interaction platform can generate a price information acquisition transaction for the target goods so as to acquire the price information of the target goods from the blockchain system. In actual operation, after receiving the price information acquisition transaction, the blockchain system can acquire and return price information of a target product according to a product identifier contained in the transaction. Because the data stored in the blockchain system can not be tampered, the reliability of the acquired price information of the target goods can be ensured, and therefore, after the property right interaction platform receives the price information returned by the blockchain system, the price information can be added to the payment request or the payment transaction so as to be used for determining the amount of the assets consumed by the payer for completing the payment operation of the target goods.
In this specification, the request for changing the property right may be initiated by the client by scanning a graphic code corresponding to the target goods; the graphical code is attached to the target item or otherwise provided by the current owner of the target item. The graphic code can be in any form of graphic code, for example, the graphic code can be a two-dimensional code or a bar code.
In practical operation, the graphic code used in this specification to be scanned to initiate the request for changing the rights of things may be: commonly used as graphic codes for either purpose. The graphic code in this specification has not only a common function but also a function of initiating a request for changing the rights of things. For example, the graphic code may be any one of a common physical evidence code and a verification code.
Wherein, the physical evidence code generally refers to: the graphic code attached to the goods and capable of acquiring the public information of the goods after scanning can comprise: the date of manufacture of the goods, the manufacturer and the like are all publicable information related to the goods. And the authentication code generally refers to: the graphic code, which may be used to verify the current owner of the item after scanning, is often generated based on the physical evidence code of the item and is typically presented by the current owner of the item. The material evidence code is a graphic code which is privately held by the current owner of the goods, and on one hand, the material evidence code can be used for generating the verification right code so that other users in the current owner of the goods can prove that the material evidence code is the owner of the goods; on the other hand, non-public information of the item may be obtained after being scanned by a current owner of the item, and the non-public information may include: and the information about the hand-turning of the goods (such as the number of hand-turning times, the change condition of all parties for hand-turning each time, the price for hand-turning each time) and the like which are only known by all parties of the goods.
In actual operation, if the payment operation is completed through the property right interaction platform, the graphic code in this specification may be used only for initiating the property right change request except for the original purpose of the graphic code (such as the function of the above-mentioned property evidence code or the verification weight code), and only when the property right interaction platform receives the property right change request, the payment operation for the corresponding goods needs to be completed through the property right interaction platform by default. In this case, the graphic code in this specification may also have a payment function, so that when the request for changing the property right is initiated by scanning the graphic code, a corresponding payment identifier is added to the request to inform the property right interaction platform that the payment operation of the corresponding goods needs to be completed through the property right interaction platform when the property right interaction platform receives the request for changing the property right.
If the payment operation is not completed through the property right interaction platform, the graphic code in this specification generally has a payment function, so as to directly instruct the payment platform or the blockchain system to complete the payment operation for the target goods.
In this specification, the property right interaction platform may determine that the payer has completed the payment operation in case of receiving payment confirmation information for the payment operation of the target goods. The sender of the payment confirmation message is usually related to the adopted payment method, and may be at least one of "payer, current owner of the target item, payment platform, and blockchain system". For example, when the payment operation is completed through the payment platform, the payment platform may directly return payment confirmation information; or the payment platform sends the payment confirmation message to the initiator of the property right change request, and then the initiator forwards the payment confirmation message to the property right interaction platform. The situation of completing the payment operation by the blockchain system is also similar, and is not described herein.
In this specification, the payer or the current owner of the target goods may scan the graphic code in this specification, for example, in a private transaction scenario, if a payment request or a request for changing the property right is initiated through the authentication code presented by the current owner of the target goods, the payer may scan the graphic code; in public transaction scenes such as supermarkets and the like, the payment request or the property right change request can be initiated by scanning the material evidence code on the goods by the current owner (namely, the supermarket side) of the target goods.
Certainly, in a scene such as a supermarket, after the information of a plurality of target goods is obtained by scanning the graphic codes, the property right change request for the plurality of target goods can be initiated in a unified manner.
And 104, sending the property right change transaction to a blockchain system, so that the blockchain system calls an intelligent contract for changing a property right owner, and changing the owner of the target goods into the payer.
In this specification, when the rights interaction platform determines that the payer has completed the payment operation for the target item, a rights change transaction for the target item may be generated and sent to the blockchain system, so as to instruct the blockchain system to change the rights information of the target item.
In practice, the ownership change transaction usually includes the item identifier of the target item and the identity information of the payer, so that the blockchain system can determine the target item targeted by the ownership change operation and the payer who needs to acquire the ownership of the target item. Specifically, after receiving the property right change transaction, the block chain system can extract the goods identification of the target goods contained in the transaction, and according to the goods identification, the property right information of the target goods is found out from the maintained property right information of a plurality of goods; on the basis, the property right information of the target goods can be updated, so that the updated property right information shows that the payer is the owner of the target goods.
It should be understood that data is stored in a manner that records world states in a blockchain system. Accordingly, when the data needs to be updated, the data can be updated in a manner of changing the world state. In this specification, a block chain system may have stored therein an ownership world state indicating all parties to each item. Therefore, under the condition that the block chain system receives the goods right change transaction, the goods right world state which is used for indicating all parties of the target goods can be determined according to the goods identification of the target goods contained in the goods right change transaction, and the goods right world state is updated in a mode of calling an intelligent contract so as to change all parties of the target goods into the paying party.
In the block chain system, the property right information of the goods can be recorded in a mode of storing the property right voucher of the goods. In this case, the owner of the target item may be changed to the payer by updating the proof of the right of the target item.
In this specification, after the owner of the target goods is changed to the payer, the blockchain system may generate the property right code uniquely corresponding to the target goods, and return the property right code to the property right interaction platform, so that the property right interaction platform forwards the property right code to the client used by the payer, and the property right code is privately maintained by the payer. As described above, the property right code may be used to query the non-public information of the target goods, and specifically, when the payer needs to obtain the non-public information of the target goods, the payer may initiate a query transaction for querying the non-public information of the target goods to the blockchain system by scanning the property right code.
It is to be noted that although the received transaction is performed by the blockchain system in the above description, in actual practice, the received transaction is typically performed by a blockchain node included in the blockchain system. For example, after receiving a transaction, a blockchain node may preferentially agree with other nodes in the belonging blockchain network on the transaction, and if the agreement passes, the blockchain node may process the transaction. And when the property right change transaction is received, the operation of changing the property right information of the target goods can be executed under the condition of passing consensus.
In practical applications, the blockchain system in this specification may include only one blockchain network, or may include a plurality of blockchain networks. In addition, the blockchain system may adopt a conventional architecture of the blockchain technology, or may adopt a baas (blockchain as a service) architecture. When a traditional architecture is adopted, the block chain link points in the block chain system can be formed by deploying block chain codes on corresponding entity equipment, and in most cases, each block chain node corresponds to one entity equipment; when the BaaS architecture is adopted, the block chain link points in the block chain system are formed by deploying block chain codes on the virtual machine realized by the cloud service, and the block chain link points do not need to correspond to corresponding entity equipment one by one. Of course, the above situation is only illustrative, and how to deploy the blockchain system can be determined by the skilled in the art according to the actual needs, and the description does not limit this.
According to the technical scheme, the physical right interaction platform is introduced, and the physical right interaction platform initiates a physical right change transaction aiming at the target goods to the blockchain system under the condition that the payer is determined to finish the payment operation aiming at the target goods, so as to instruct the blockchain system to change all parties of the target goods into the payer. It can be seen that, in the present specification, through the introduced property right interaction platform, the payment operation for the target goods and the property right change operation for the target goods are associated with each other, so as to avoid the problem in the related art that the offline transaction and the online property right update are not synchronous due to the mutual separation of the payment operation for the target goods and the property right change operation.
Furthermore, the specification can initiate a property right change request for the target goods by scanning the graphic code corresponding to the target goods, and the graphic code has a payment function for the target goods, so that both sides of the transaction of the target goods can complete the payment operation and the property right change operation for the target goods by only once code scanning operation, thereby avoiding the situation that the operations are required to be respectively carried out in the payment process and the property right interaction process in the related technology, greatly simplifying the operation of the user, and improving the transaction efficiency.
Furthermore, price information of the target goods and/or identity information of the current owner are pre-stored in the block chain system in the description, so that the description can acquire the price information of the target goods and/or the identity information of the current owner from the block chain system; alternatively, the price information of the target item and/or the identity information of the current owner, which are extracted from the property right change request, may be checked or authenticated according to the price information of the target item and/or the identity information of the current owner in the blockchain system. Because the price information of the target goods and/or the identity information of the current owner, which are stored in the block chain system, can not be falsified, the reliability of the property right changing operation for the target goods, which is executed based on the information, can be ensured, and the situation that the interests of any one of two parties of a transaction are damaged in the transaction process is avoided.
In this specification, in addition to the above-described modification of the rights, another modification of the rights is proposed. In this way, only the unique property right change transaction needs to be sent to the blockchain network, and the payment operation and the property right change operation for the target goods can be completed.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating another method for interacting object rights according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The method is applied to a property right interaction platform, and can comprise the following steps:
step 202, in response to a received property right change request initiated for a target item, generating a property right change transaction based on an item identifier included in the property right change request and identity information of a payer requesting to acquire property right of the target item.
As can be seen from the above description, in the property right interaction method shown in fig. 1, the property right interaction platform generates the property right change transaction based on the property right change request, and is only used to instruct the blockchain system to change the owner of the target goods to the payer of the payment operation. In the property right interaction method shown in fig. 2, the property right change transaction may also trigger an on-chain asset transfer operation for the target goods in the blockchain system, so that in the method, the property right interaction platform only needs to send a unique property right change transaction to the blockchain system, and thus the payment operation and the property right change operation for the target goods can be completed.
In other words, in the method shown in fig. 2, the property right interaction platform does not initiate the property right change transaction for the target item until the payer is determined to have completed the payment operation for the target item. But generates and transmits a property right change transaction for a target goods as long as a property right change request is received, wherein the property right change transaction is used for instructing a blockchain system to realize a payment operation for the target goods by transferring assets on a chain, and directly changes all parties of the target goods into a payer of the payment operation after the payment operation is completed.
And 204, sending the property right change transaction to a blockchain system, executing an on-chain asset transfer operation aiming at the target goods by the blockchain system according to the goods identification and the identity information, and changing the owner of the target goods into the payer under the condition of finishing the on-chain asset transfer operation.
In actual operation, the property right change request received by the property right interaction platform at least comprises the goods identification of the target goods and the identity information of the payer requesting to acquire the ownership of the target goods, so that the property right change transaction generated based on the goods identification and the identity information can instruct the block chain system to complete the on-chain property transfer operation aiming at the target goods.
In one embodiment, the request for changing the property right may include only the item identification of the target item and the identity information of the payer. The method comprises the steps that an object identification is used for determining a current owner of a target object and a block chain account of the object identification, and is also used for determining price information of the target object; the identity information is used to determine the payer who requested ownership of the target item, and its blockchain account. On the basis, the block chain system can transfer the on-chain assets with the price equal to that of the target goods in the block chain account of the payer to the block chain account of the current owner of the target goods so as to finish the on-chain asset transfer operation aiming at the target goods. Accordingly, in the event that the on-chain asset transfer operation is completed, the owner of the target good may be further changed to the payer.
In this embodiment, the "current owner of the target item" and the "price information of the target item" are both obtained by means of on-chain querying. How the blockchain system is specifically queried can be referred to the description of fig. 1, and is not described herein again.
In another embodiment, in addition to the item identification of the target item and the identity information of the payer, at least one transaction information of "identity information of the current owner of the target item, price information of the target item" may be included in the right-of-things change request. Correspondingly, corresponding transaction information can be added in the generated property right change transaction. In one case, the blockchain system may perform an on-chain asset transfer operation and a rights change operation based directly on information contained in the transaction after receiving the rights change transaction (corresponding to the blockchain system trusting the information in the transaction by default). In another case, the blockchain system may also store corresponding transaction information, and at this time, the blockchain system may further authenticate or verify the information included in the transaction. For how the blockchain system is specifically authenticated or verified, reference is made to the description of the method shown in fig. 1, and details thereof are not repeated herein.
It should be noted that, in the method shown in fig. 2, for example, "what hardware device the property right interaction platform is supported on", "how to initiate a property right change request", "how to obtain non-public information of a target item", and the like, are all similar to the method shown in fig. 1, and reference may be made to the description of fig. 1, and details are not repeated here.
According to the technical scheme, the property right interaction platform in the specification can directly generate the property right change transaction and send the property right change transaction to the blockchain system under the condition that the property right change request is received. And the blockchain system completes the payment operation aiming at the target goods in a mode of transferring assets on the chain after receiving the transaction, and changes the owner of the target goods into the payer of the payment operation under the condition of determining that the payment operation is completed.
It should be understood that in the method, the payment operation for the target goods is completed through the on-chain asset transfer operation, and the on-chain asset transfer operation is triggered and executed by the property right change transaction, so that the method can complete the payment operation and the property right change operation for the target goods only by sending the only property right change transaction, and the two operations are performed in total, thereby avoiding the situation that the two operations are executed based on different instructions and the interaction times are more.
In the following, the technical solution of the present specification is described by taking a private personal transaction scenario as an example.
Fig. 3 is an interaction diagram illustrating a method for interacting object rights according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include the steps of:
in step 301, the buyer client scans the authorization code displayed by the seller client.
In this embodiment, the buyer is the payer, and the seller is the current owner of the target goods.
Since the present embodiment describes a private personal transaction scenario, neither of them has an endorsement of a brand (or platform), so that the transaction between the buyer and the seller cannot be actually guaranteed. Therefore, in this scenario, the check-right code is mostly used as the graphic code for initiating the request for changing the object right.
In actual operation, the seller, as the current owner of the target goods, may generate the above-mentioned right verification code temporarily used for proving that the seller is the current owner of the target goods according to the own stored property right code. Specifically, any one-way irreversible generation may be employed. For example, the verification code may be generated by calculating a hash value, or by generating a key similar to generating a public-private key pair, and whether to generate the verification code by using any method may be determined according to actual requirements, which is not limited in this specification.
For example, assume that the current scenario is for buyer 1 to purchase item A from seller 2. Then, the seller 2, as the current owner of the item A, typically holds the property right code a for the item A. At this time, in order to facilitate the transaction, the seller 2 may generate the authentication code a ' based on the property right code a and display the authentication code a ' to the buyer 1, so that the buyer 1 may scan the authentication code a ' through its own client to initiate the property right change request.
Step 302, the buyer client sends an authentication request to the property right interaction platform.
In connection with the above example, since the seller 2 is not absolutely trusted to the buyer 1, before initiating the request for changing the property right, the seller 2 needs to verify whether it is the current owner of the goods a through the original purpose of the authorization code a'.
Specifically, the buyer client may generate an authentication request according to the goods identifier "a" of the goods a obtained by scanning the authorization code a' and the identity information of the seller 2, and send the authentication request to the property right interaction platform.
Step 303, the property right interaction platform generates a corresponding identity authentication transaction and sends the corresponding identity authentication transaction to the blockchain system.
In connection with the above example, after receiving the identity authentication request, the physical right interaction platform may extract the goods identifier "a" and the identity information of the seller 2 from the identity authentication request, so as to generate an identity authentication transaction, and send the identity authentication transaction to the block chain system.
And step 304, the block chain system authenticates the identity information in the identity authentication transaction according to the stored identity information of the current owner of the target goods.
In connection with the above example, after receiving the identity authentication transaction, the block chain system may extract the article identifier "a" from the identity authentication transaction, so as to determine whether the seller 2 is the current owner of the article a according to the pre-stored identity information of the current owner of the article a, so as to obtain an authentication result for the identity information of the seller 2.
In step 305, the blockchain system returns the authentication result to the property right interaction platform, and the property right interaction platform returns the authentication result to the buyer client.
In connection with the above example, the authentication result may be returned to the buyer client via the physical rights interaction platform, and the buyer client may display the authentication result to the buyer 1 to inform the buyer 1 that "the seller is indeed the current owner of the good a". At this time, the buyer client may further display a confirmation control, so that the buyer 1 clicks the confirmation control, and further sends a request for changing the property right of the goods a.
And step 306, the buyer client generates a property right change request and sends the property right change request to the property right interaction platform.
In the present embodiment, the example is described in which the buyer 1 cannot sufficiently trust the seller 2, and therefore, the operation of authenticating the identity information of the seller 2 is only required to be performed. However, in the case that the buyer 1 sufficiently trusts the seller 2, the above-mentioned step of identity authentication may not be required, and the buyer client may directly generate a corresponding request for changing the property right after scanning the authentication code. Correspondingly, since identity authentication is not required, the authentication code may be replaced by the physical evidence code of the article a, and how to operate the authentication code may be determined by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.
And 307, generating a payment request for the target goods by the property right interaction platform, and sending the payment request to the payment platform.
In the present embodiment, the payment operation for the article a is completed by the payment platform. Specifically, the property right interaction platform may extract the identity information of the buyer 1 and the identity information of the seller 2 included in the property right change request, and the price information of the item a, so as to generate a payment request for the item a, and send the payment request to the payment platform.
It should be noted that the price information of the item a may be added to the request for changing the property right by the buyer client in the previous step (for example, after the amount of the commodity of the buyer and the seller is input manually by the buyer client), or may be obtained by querying according to the item identifier "a" of the item a in this step, and how to specifically operate the item a is described in detail above, which is not described herein again.
And 308, the payment platform executes the payment operation aiming at the target goods according to the payment information contained in the payment request.
In this embodiment, after receiving the payment request, the payment platform may extract the payment information therein to complete the payment operation for the item a.
The payment information is the identity information of the buyer 1, the identity information of the seller 2, the price information of the goods a, and the like. In practice, the paymate may transfer funds in the account of buyer 1, equivalent to the price of item a, to the account of seller 2. After the fund transfer is completed, payment confirmation information that the payment operation for the goods A is completed can be returned to the property right interaction platform.
Step 309, the payment platform returns payment confirmation information indicating that the payment operation is completed to the property right interaction platform.
And step 310, after receiving the confirmation information, the property right interaction platform generates a property right change transaction based on the transaction information contained in the property right change request.
In this embodiment, after receiving the confirmation information returned by the payment platform, the property right interaction platform may generate a property right change transaction, and send the property right change transaction to the blockchain system.
In step 311, the property right interaction platform sends the generated property right change transaction to the blockchain system.
In step 312, the blockchain system changes the owner of the target item to the buyer after receiving the ownership change transaction.
Taking the above example as a basis, the property right change transaction may include the item identifier "a" of the item a and the identity information of the buyer 1, so as to change the owner of the item a to the buyer 1. The specific operation has been described in detail above, and will not be described herein.
According to the technical scheme, in the embodiment, the payment operation for the target goods, the identity authentication operation for the seller user and the property right change operation for the target goods are all completed through the property right interaction platform, so that the property right interaction platform can comprehensively manage the whole transaction process, and the situation that the benefit of any party is damaged due to the fact that the transaction process is not controlled is avoided. Meanwhile, the whole transaction process is completed through the property right interaction platform, so that the whole transaction process can be traced in the property right interaction platform.
In the following, the technical solution of the present specification is described by taking a public transaction scenario of a supermarket as an example.
Fig. 4 is an interaction diagram illustrating another method for interacting object rights according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the method may include the steps of:
step 401, the seller client scans the material evidence code attached to the target goods.
In the embodiment, the supermarket is used as a seller, and the brand endorsement is usually provided, so that the situation that the seller is unreliable and the benefit of the buyer is damaged is avoided. Therefore, in the embodiment, the physical evidence code attached to the target goods can be directly used as the graphic code for initiating the request for changing the property right without authenticating the identity information of the seller.
In practical application, most commodities in a supermarket are attached with material evidence codes which uniquely correspond to the commodities. Unlike the conventional physical evidence code, the physical evidence code in the present embodiment also generally has a payment function for a corresponding article.
For example, if the buyer 1 wants to purchase the item B, the client may scan the physical evidence code B on the item B to initiate a payment request for the item B.
It should be noted that, in the checkout mode of most supermarkets, a supermarket salesman usually scans the material evidence code through a client of a supermarket party to complete payment operation for target goods. In other words, the vendor client performs the operation of scanning the physical evidence code. Therefore, the present embodiment is also described by taking the example of scanning the material evidence code by the seller client. Of course, in some supermarkets that allow self-scanning shopping, the buyer client may also perform the operation of scanning the physical evidence code.
At step 402, the seller client initiates a payment request for the targeted item to the payment platform.
In step 403, the payment platform completes the payment operation for the target goods according to the payment information contained in the received payment request.
In this embodiment, what payment information is included in the payment request and how to complete the payment operation are similar to those in the previous embodiment, and specific reference may be made to the description of the previous embodiment for how to perform the operation, which is not described herein again.
At step 404, the payment platform returns payment confirmation information of the completed payment operation to the seller client.
In step 405, the seller client generates a request for changing the property right of the target goods when receiving the payment confirmation information returned by the payment platform.
In this embodiment, the description will be given only by taking an example in which the seller client transmits the request for changing the right of possession. In practical application, the payment platform can directly send the object right change request to the object right interaction platform under the condition of completing the payment operation. The specific manner how to send the request for changing the property right by which subject can be set by those skilled in the art according to actual requirements, and the present specification does not limit this.
And 406, the seller client sends the generated property right change request to the property right interaction platform.
Step 407, the property right interaction platform generates a property right change transaction for the target goods based on the received property right change request.
In this embodiment, how the property right interaction platform generates the property right change transaction based on the property right change request is described in detail above, and is not described herein again.
Step 408, the property right interaction platform sends the generated property right change transaction to the blockchain system.
In step 409, the blockchain system changes the owner of the target goods into the buyer after receiving the ownership change transaction.
In connection with the above example, the property right change transaction may include the item identifier "B" of the item B and the identity information of the buyer 1, so as to change the owner of the item B to the buyer 1. The specific operation has been described in detail above, and will not be described herein.
According to the technical scheme, after the client and the payment platform complete the payment operation, the client initiates the property right change request for the target goods. Compared with the previous embodiment, the property right interaction platform does not need to participate in payment operation for the target goods, so that the processing resource occupation of the payment operation on the property right interaction platform is reduced, and the interaction times of the property right interaction platform and other equipment are also reduced.
