1. A notification method, characterized in that the notification method comprises the steps of:
acquiring policy data of a user from a preset policy information database based on a received claim settlement notification request of the user, wherein the claim settlement notification request comprises claim settlement information, and a plurality of groups of policy data of insurance products purchased by the user are stored in the policy information database;
judging whether the contact way of the business personnel changes or not according to the policy data;
if the contact way is changed, acquiring the service type of the policy in the claim settlement information, and inquiring a claim settlement notification template corresponding to the service type from a preset template database according to the corresponding relation between the service type and the claim settlement notification template;
filling the claim settlement information and the policy data into the claim settlement notification template to generate a claim settlement notification file;
acquiring the claim settlement priority of the user according to a preset priority configuration principle and the policy data, and selecting a claim settlement notification mode corresponding to the claim settlement priority according to the corresponding relation between the preset claim settlement priority and the claim settlement notification mode;
and notifying service personnel to process the claim settlement case according to the claim settlement notification file and the claim settlement notification mode.
2. The notification method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining policy data of the user from a preset policy information database based on the received claim settlement notification request of the user comprises:
establishing a communication link between a user and the policy information database according to the claim settlement notification request;
and reading policy data corresponding to the user from the policy information database based on the communication link.
3. The notification method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether the contact information of the service person is changed according to the policy data comprises:
extracting a service personnel table in the policy data;
judging whether the number of contact ways of the service personnel in the service personnel table is more than one according to the service personnel table;
if yes, judging that the contact way of the business personnel is changed.
4. The notification method according to claim 3, wherein the step of obtaining the claim settlement priority of the user based on a preset priority configuration rule and the policy data comprises:
selecting non-invalid policy data in the policy data according to the valid time of the policy data;
querying the insurance amount and/or expiration date in the non-failure policy data;
and configuring corresponding priority for the non-failure policy data according to the principle that the higher the insurance amount value is, the higher the priority is, and the earlier the expiry date is, the higher the priority is.
5. A method of notification according to claim 4, wherein said step of configuring said non-revocation policy data with a corresponding priority based on a higher priority for a larger value of said amount of insurance and a higher priority for an earlier date of said expiration comprises:
presetting the weight values of the insurance sum and the expiry date;
and configuring corresponding priority for the non-failure policy data by a preset calculation formula in combination with the weight value.
6. The notification method according to claim 5, wherein the step of configuring the non-revocation policy data with the corresponding priority by combining the weight value through a preset calculation formula comprises:
calculating the remaining time between the expiration date and the current insurance claim settlement case processing date in the non-failure policy data;
taking the reciprocal of the remaining time and multiplying the reciprocal by the weight value corresponding to the expiry date, and adding the product of the value of the insurance amount in the non-failure policy data and the weight value corresponding to the insurance amount;
and determining the corresponding priority of the non-failure policy data according to the calculation result.
7. The notification method according to claim 1, wherein after said prioritizing said policy data according to a preset priority configuration principle to obtain a priority of said policy data, further comprising:
judging whether the user sends a claim settlement notification request at least twice;
if the user sends the claim settlement notification request at least twice, calculating the interval time between the first claim settlement notification request and the last claim settlement notification request of the user;
judging whether the interval time is greater than a preset time threshold value or not;
and if the interval time is greater than a preset time threshold, the priority of the policy data of the user is improved.
8. A notification apparatus, characterized in that the notification apparatus comprises:
