Description

ERP management method and ERP management system
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of enterprise management, in particular to an ERP management method and system.
Background
ERP is enterprise resource management planning, and ERP management system is an application system for integrating management of logistics, financial flows and information flows. The application system comprises modules of purchasing, selling, storing, clients, finance and the like, optimizes enterprise resources and maximizes the benefit of enterprise management.
Today's ERP management systems are not aware of the actual work efficiency of employees and the profit value generated. And because the difficulty of each project is different, the actual work efficiency and the generated profit value of staff in completing the project are also different. Therefore, the manager cannot know the actual profit situation of the project according to the actual work efficiency of the existing staff and the generated profit value through the existing ERP management system, so that the project with better profit is inconvenient to determine.
Therefore, the inventor considers that an ERP management method and an ERP management system are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The ERP management method and the ERP management system can help a manager to know actual profit conditions of the project according to the actual work efficiency of staff and the generated profit value, so that the project with better profit is determined.
In a first aspect of the present application, an ERP management method is provided and applied to a server, where the method includes: acquiring a single project value, a single file value and a project difficulty coefficient; the single item includes one or more files; calculating the number of tokens of a single file based on the single file value and the item difficulty coefficient; obtaining single month wages, single month working days and days for completing one token of the single employee; calculating a single day cost for a single employee based on the single month wages and the single month workday days; calculating a profit for an individual document based on the individual document value, the number of tokens for the individual document, the number of days the completion of one of the tokens, and the individual day cost for the individual employee; calculating individual project profitability based on the profit of the individual document and the individual project value; and when the profitability of the single item is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value, sending first reminding information to the manager mobile terminal.
By adopting the technical scheme, the files are converted into the corresponding number of tokens of the corresponding type according to the value and the difficulty coefficient of each file in the project, the number of days for the staff to finish one token is counted, the time required by the staff to finish one file is obtained according to the number of tokens and the number of days for the staff to finish one token, and the actual working efficiency of the staff to finish one file can be more intuitively reflected when a plurality of staff finish one file together; obtaining a generated profit value based on the file value and the cost required by the staff to complete the tokens; when the profitability of a single project is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value, a reminding message is sent to the manager mobile terminal, and the manager is reminded that the project is good in profitability; thereby helping the manager to know the actual profit situation of the project according to the actual work efficiency of the staff and the generated profit value.
Optionally, after the calculating the profitability of the single item, the method further includes: acquiring file production start time, file production interrupt time, file production restarting time and file production completion time of a single employee; calculating the single month actual working days of a single employee based on the file making start time, the file making interruption time, the file making restarting time and the file making completion time; calculating the effective productivity of the single staff based on the single month working days and the single month actual working days; when the effective productivity is larger than a preset second threshold, judging the working state of staff and sending second reminding information to the manager mobile terminal; and when the effective productivity is smaller than or equal to a preset second threshold value, judging the working state of the staff and sending third reminding information to the manager mobile terminal.
By adopting the technical scheme, the effective productivity of the staff is calculated by acquiring the actual use time and the working day number of the staff for completing one file, the working state of the staff is judged according to the effective productivity of the staff, and the reminding information is sent to the manager mobile terminal, so that the manager is helped to more intuitively check the working state of each staff.
Optionally, the project difficulty coefficient includes a first difficulty coefficient, a second difficulty coefficient, and a third difficulty coefficient; after said calculating the effective productivity of the individual employee, the method further comprises: obtaining average effective productivity of all staff in a single project; when the single project profitability is smaller than a preset first threshold value and the average effective productivity is larger than a preset second threshold value, the difficulty coefficient value is increased, the single project profitability is recalculated, and fourth reminding information is sent to the manager mobile terminal; and when the profitability of the single item is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value and the average effective productivity is less than or equal to a preset second threshold value, reducing the difficulty coefficient value, recalculating the profitability of the single item, and sending fifth reminding information to the manager mobile terminal.
By adopting the technical scheme, because the project difficulty is different, the actual efficiency of the staff to finish the tokens is not necessarily the actual efficiency which accords with the current project difficulty coefficient to finish the tokens; according to the judgment conditions, the corresponding adjustment difficulty coefficient can help a manager to know the profitability of the project more accurately.
Optionally, when the effective productivity is greater than a preset second threshold, determining a working state of the employee, and sending second reminding information to the manager mobile terminal, including: acquiring the single month work profit rate of the staff single month; when the single-month working profit margin is smaller than a preset third threshold value and the project difficulty coefficient is the second difficulty coefficient or the third difficulty coefficient, determining that the staff is in a first working state; and when the single-month working profit margin is smaller than a preset third threshold value and the project difficulty coefficient is the first difficulty coefficient, determining that the staff is in a second working state.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the effective productivity of the staff is larger than a preset second threshold value, the single-month working profit margin is smaller than a preset third threshold value, and the project difficulty coefficient is the second difficulty coefficient or the third difficulty coefficient, the staff is determined to be possibly incapable of processing the harder project, and simpler projects are properly allocated to the staff; and when the effective productivity of the staff is greater than a preset second threshold, the single-month working profit margin is smaller than a preset third threshold and the project difficulty coefficient is the first difficulty coefficient, determining that the staff may have insufficient capacity.
Optionally, when the effective productivity is less than or equal to a preset second threshold, determining a working state of the employee, and sending third reminding information to the manager mobile terminal, including: when the single month working profit margin is larger than or equal to a preset third threshold value, determining that the staff is in a third working state; and when the single month working profit margin is smaller than a preset third threshold value, determining that the staff is in a fourth working state.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the effective productivity of the staff is smaller than or equal to the preset second threshold value and the single-month working profit margin is larger than or equal to the preset third threshold value, the staff is determined to have lower possible working desire, and the staff can be rewarded appropriately; when the employee effective productivity is less than or equal to a preset second threshold and the single month work profit margin is less than a preset third threshold, determining that the employee work attitude is problematic.
Optionally, after calculating the profit of the single file, the method further comprises: acquiring the total number of files in a single item; counting the number of files with negative profit in the files in a single project; and when the ratio of the number of files with negative file profit to the total number of files is larger than a preset fourth threshold value, sending sixth reminding information to the manager mobile terminal.
By adopting the technical scheme, the number of files with negative file profit in a single project is obtained, and when the ratio of the number of files with negative file profit to the total number of files is larger than a preset fourth threshold value, reminding information is sent to the manager mobile terminal to remind the manager whether the project is doped with more difficult files or whether the project responsible person has insufficient capacity to cause more negative profit files in the project.
Optionally, the method further comprises: acquiring the project type of each project of the history; clustering the items based on the item types and the item difficulty coefficients to obtain a plurality of item categories; ascending order of the number of days the individual employee of each project category completed one of the tokens; and preferentially determining responsible staff of the item category according to the sorting order.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the subsequently accepted project allocation staff is processed, the most suitable staff can be determined according to the project category, so that project profit is maximized.
In a second aspect of the present application, there is provided an ERP management system, the system comprising: the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a reminding module; the acquisition module is used for acquiring the value of a single item, the value of a single file and the difficulty coefficient of the item; and also for obtaining single employee single month payouts, single month work days, and days to complete one of the tokens; the processing module is used for calculating the number of tokens of a single file based on the value of the single file and the project difficulty coefficient; and further for calculating a single day cost for a single employee based on the single month wages and the single month workday days; and further for calculating a profit for a single document based on the value of the single document, the number of tokens for the single document, the number of days the completion of one of the tokens, and the single day cost for the single employee; and further for calculating individual project profitability based on the profit of the individual document and the individual project value; the method is also used for judging whether the profitability of the single project is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value; and the reminding module is used for sending first reminding information to the manager mobile terminal when the profitability of the single project is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value.
In a third aspect the present application provides an electronic device comprising a processor, a memory for storing instructions, a user interface and a network interface for communicating to other devices, the processor being arranged to execute the instructions stored in the memory to cause the electronic device to perform a method according to any one of the first aspects of the present application.
In a fourth aspect of the present application there is provided a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program capable of being loaded by a processor and performing a method according to any one of the first aspects of the present application.
In summary, the present application includes at least one of the following beneficial technical effects:
1. according to the value and the difficulty coefficient of each file in the project, converting the files into corresponding number of tokens of corresponding types, counting the number of days for the staff to finish one token, obtaining the time required by the staff to finish one file according to the number of tokens and the number of days for the staff to finish one token, and more intuitively showing the actual working efficiency of the staff to finish one file when a plurality of staff finish one file together; obtaining a generated profit value based on the file value and the cost required by the staff to complete the tokens; when the profitability of a single project is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value, a reminding message is sent to the manager mobile terminal, and the manager is reminded that the project is good in profitability; thereby helping the manager to know the actual profit situation of the project according to the actual work efficiency of the staff and the generated profit value;
2. Because the difficulty of the project is different, the actual efficiency of the staff to complete the tokens is not necessarily the actual efficiency of the staff to complete the tokens according with the current project difficulty coefficient; according to the judgment conditions, the corresponding adjustment difficulty coefficient can help a manager to know the profitability of the project more accurately.

In addition, unless otherwise indicated, the term "plurality" means two or more. Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like, are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating an indicated technical feature. Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such feature.
In order to help a manager to know actual profit conditions of items according to actual work efficiency of management of staff and generated profit value, so as to determine items with better profit, the application provides an ERP management method, which is applied to a server, and referring to FIG. 1, a schematic flow diagram of an ERP management method provided by an embodiment of the application is shown, and the method comprises the following steps S101-S107:
step S101: acquiring a single project value, a single file value and a project difficulty coefficient; a single item includes one or more files.
In the above steps, the server obtains a single item value, a single file value, and an item difficulty coefficient.
Specifically, in the present technical solution, reference is made to fig. 2, which shows a schematic diagram of a relationship between an item and a file provided in an embodiment of the present application. After business personnel of a company signs with other companies, one company may contain a plurality of projects, one project contains one or more files, the value of a single project is the total value of the files in the project, the value of a single file is the unit price of the files signed by a customer in the project, and the difficulty coefficient of the project is the difficulty coefficient of the project, wherein the difficulty coefficients of all the files in the single project are consistent; the set difficulty coefficients comprise three difficulty coefficients, wherein the first difficulty coefficient is 800, the second difficulty coefficient is 1000, the third difficulty coefficient is 1200, and the larger the difficulty coefficient is, the harder the item is. A file may be responsible for one or more employees. The project may be of a variety of project types including, but not limited to, original design, model building, and character action design.
Step S102: the number of tokens for a single file is calculated based on the value of the single file and the item difficulty factor.
In the above step, the server calculates the number of tokens of the single file according to the value of the single file and the item difficulty coefficient.
Specifically, in the present solution, tokens are divided into three types: the item with the difficulty coefficient of 800 corresponds to copper coin; the item with the difficulty coefficient of 1000 corresponds to a silver coin; the item with the difficulty coefficient of 1200 corresponds to gold coin; one copper coin has a value of 800, one silver coin has a value of 1000, and one gold coin has a value of 1200. For example, the difficulty coefficient of item a is 1000, wherein the value of document 1 is 6000, and the number of tokens calculated by document 1 is 6000/1000=6 silver coins; file 2 has a value of 8000 and a difficulty factor of 1000, and the number of calculated tokens of file 2 is 8000/1000=8 silver coins. The difficulty coefficient of item B is 1200, wherein the value of document 1 is 6000, and the number of calculated tokens of the document is 6000/1200=5 gold coins.
The staff only knows the number of tokens to be produced by himself, and does not know the kind of tokens, but only the business staff and manager of the company know the kind of tokens.
Step S103: the single employee's single month wages, single month work day days, and days to complete a token are obtained.
In the above steps, the server obtains a single employee's single month wages, single day workday days, and days to complete one token.
Specifically, in the present technical solution, the number of days for completing one token is the time from when the employee starts to make a file to when completing one token, wherein the minimum unit of time is 0.5 day. For example, employee A completes a silver coin for 1.5 days; employee B completed a gold coin for 2 days.
Step S104: the single day cost for a single employee is calculated based on the single month wages and the single month days of operation.
In the above step, the server calculates the single-day cost of the individual employee from the single-month wages and the single-month work days of the employee.
Specifically, in the present technical solution, the single-day cost of a single employee=the single-month wages/single-month days of work of the employee. For example, staff a and staff B have a single month wage of 10000 yuan and a single month working day of 25 days, and a single day cost of 10000/25=400 yuan.
Step S105: profit for a single document is calculated based on the value of the single document, the number of tokens for the single document, the number of days that a token was completed, and the cost per day for a single employee.
In the above steps, the server calculates profit of the individual document according to the value of the individual document, the number of tokens of the individual document, the number of days of completing one token, and the individual day cost of the individual employee.
Specifically, in the present solution, profit of a single document=value of a single document-number of tokens of a single document×number of days of completion of one token×single-employee's daily cost. For example, taking project a file 1 as an example, project a file 1 is responsible for employee a, the profit of project a file 1 is: 6000-6 x 1.5 x 400 = 2400 elements; taking project B file 1 as an example, project B file 1 is responsible for employee B, then the profit of project B file 1 is: 6000-5 x 2 x 400=2000 yuan.
Step S106: the individual project profitability is calculated based on the profit of the individual document and the individual project value.
In the above steps, the server will calculate individual project profitability based on the profit of the individual file and the individual project value.
Specifically, in the present solution, if a single item includes only one file, the profitability of the single item=profit of the file/value of the single item is 100%. If a single item contains multiple files, the profitability of the single item = (profit of file 1 + profit of file 2 + profit of … … + profit of file n)/value of the single item is 100%.
In a possible implementation manner, referring to fig. 3, a second flowchart of an ERP management method provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown. After step S106, the following steps S201 to S205 are further included:
Step S201: and acquiring file production start time, file production interrupt time, file production restarting time and file production completion time of a single employee.
In the above steps, the server acquires the document creation start time, the document creation interruption time, the document creation restart time, and the document creation completion time of the individual employee.
Specifically, in the technical scheme, the file making start time is the time when an employee starts making, the file making interruption time is the time when the employee pauses making files, the file making restarting time is the time when the employee starts making files again, and the file making completion time is the time when the file employee completes making files for the first time.
It should be noted that, in the file making process, there is a feedback stage of the client, so the server will also acquire the feedback start time, that is, the time node when the client gives feedback and starts modification; feedback completion time: i.e. the employee modification is completed and submitted again to the customer's time node; file termination time: i.e., the time node at which the file was reclaimed due to a customer breach or project incident.
Step S202: calculating the single month actual working days of the single staff based on the file making start time, the file making interruption time, the file making restarting time and the file making completion time.
In the above steps, the server calculates the actual number of days of operation of a single employee in a month according to the file creation start time, the file creation interruption time, the file creation restart time, and the file creation completion time.
Specifically, in the technical scheme, the server adds the time of the file making start time and the file making interruption time interval to the time of the file making restarting time and the file making completion time interval to obtain the single month actual working days of a single employee.
Step S203: the effective productivity of the individual employee is calculated based on the number of days of the single month work and the number of days of the single month actual work.
In the above step, the server calculates the effective productivity of the individual employee based on the number of days of operation per month and the number of days of actual operation per month.
Specifically, in the present solution, the effective productivity of a single employee=actual working days per month/working days per month is 100%.
Step S204: and when the effective productivity is larger than a preset second threshold, judging the working state of the staff and sending second reminding information to the manager mobile terminal.
In the step, the server judges whether the effective productivity is larger than a preset second threshold value, if so, the server judges the working state of the staff and sends second reminding information to the manager mobile terminal.
Specifically, in the present technical solution, the preset second threshold value is 80%.
In one possible implementation, step S204 specifically includes the following steps:
and obtaining the single month work profit rate of the staff single month.
In the above step, the server acquires the single month work profit margin of the employee.
Specifically, in the present solution, the staff's monthly work profit margin= (the total value of staff producing tokens in a single month-the staff's public resources)/the staff's public resources is 100%. For example, when employee a produced 3 copper coins, 6 silver coins, and 6 gold coins a month, the total value of tokens was 3×800+6×1000+6×1200=15600 yuan, and the single month work profit rate of employee a was= (15600-10000)/10000×100% =56%.
When the single-month working profit margin is smaller than a preset third threshold value, and the project difficulty coefficient is the second difficulty coefficient or the third difficulty coefficient, determining that the staff is in the first working state.
In the above step, when the server determines that the effective productivity is greater than the preset second threshold and the single-month working profit margin is smaller than the preset third threshold, determining that the employee is in the first working state if the project difficulty coefficient is the second difficulty coefficient or the third difficulty coefficient.
Specifically, in the present technical solution, the preset third threshold is 10%. That is, when the employee has an effective productivity of greater than 80%, a single month work profit margin of less than 10%, and the difficulty factor of the items processed by the employee is 1000 or 1200, it is determined that the employee may not be able to process the harder item, and simpler items are appropriately assigned to the employee. The server sends the corresponding reminding message to the manager mobile terminal.
And when the single-month working profit margin is smaller than a preset third threshold value and the project difficulty coefficient is the first difficulty coefficient, determining that the staff is in a second working state.
In the above step, when the server determines that the effective productivity is greater than the preset second threshold and the single month working profit margin is smaller than the preset third threshold, the staff is determined to be in the second working state when the project difficulty coefficient is the first difficulty coefficient.
Specifically, in the technical solution, when the effective productivity of the employee is greater than 80%, the profit margin of the single month work is less than 10%, and the difficulty coefficient of the project processed by the employee is 800, it is determined that the employee may have insufficient capability. The server sends the corresponding reminding message to the manager mobile terminal.
Step S205: and when the effective productivity is smaller than or equal to a preset second threshold value, judging the working state of the staff and sending third reminding information to the manager mobile terminal.
In the step, the server judges whether the effective productivity is smaller than or equal to a preset second threshold value, if yes, the working state of the staff is judged, and third reminding information is sent to the manager mobile terminal.
In one possible implementation, step S205 specifically includes the following steps:
And when the single-month working profit margin is greater than or equal to a preset third threshold value, determining that the staff is in a third working state.
In the above step, when the server determines that the effective productivity is less than or equal to the preset second threshold, and the single-month working profit margin is greater than or equal to the preset third threshold, determining that the employee is in the third working state.
Specifically, in the technical scheme, namely when the effective productivity of the staff is less than or equal to 80 percent and the single-month working profit margin is greater than or equal to 10 percent, the staff can be properly rewarded by determining that the possible working desire of the staff is low. The server sends the corresponding reminding message to the manager mobile terminal.
And when the single-month working profit margin is smaller than a preset third threshold value, determining that the staff member is in a fourth working state.
In the above step, when the server determines that the effective productivity is less than or equal to the preset second threshold and the single month work profit margin is less than the preset third threshold, the employee is determined to be in the fourth work state.
Specifically, in the present solution, that is, when the effective productivity of the employee is less than or equal to 80%, the profit margin of the work per month is less than 10%, it is problematic to determine the work status of the employee. The server sends the corresponding reminding message to the manager mobile terminal.
In a possible implementation manner, after step S203, the method further includes the following steps:
an average effective productivity of all employees within a single project is obtained.
In the above step, the server obtains the average effective productivity of all employees within a single project.
Specifically, in the present solution, the server sums the effective productivity of all employees in a single project divided by the number of employees in the single project to obtain the average effective productivity of all employees in the single project.
And when the profitability of the single item is smaller than a preset first threshold value and the average effective productivity is larger than a preset second threshold value, increasing the difficulty coefficient value, recalculating the profitability of the single item, and sending fourth reminding information to the manager mobile terminal.
In the above step, when the server judges that the profitability of the single item is smaller than the preset first threshold and the average effective productivity is larger than the preset second threshold, the difficulty coefficient value is increased, the profitability of the single item is recalculated, and the fourth reminding information is sent to the manager mobile terminal.
Specifically, in the present technical solution, the preset first threshold is 20%. When the server judges that the profitability of the single project is less than 20% and the average effective productivity is greater than 80%, the difficulty coefficient value of the project is improved, namely if the current difficulty coefficient is 800, the difficulty coefficient of the project is improved to 1000, the profitability of the single project is recalculated, and fourth reminding information is sent to the manager mobile terminal to remind the manager that the difficulty coefficient of the project is judged to be wrong, and the adjusted difficulty coefficient can be used for the subsequent projects of the type.
When the server judges that the profitability of a single project is smaller than a preset first threshold value and the average effective productivity is smaller than or equal to a preset second threshold value, the server sends a corresponding reminding message for reminding a manager that the project responsible person of the project possibly has insufficient capacity and needs to replace the project responsible person.
It should be noted that, if the current difficulty coefficient of the item is 1200, a reminding message is sent to the manager mobile terminal to remind the manager that the price of the item ticket may be too low, and the subsequent item of the type may adjust the price of the ticket.
And when the profitability of the single item is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value and the average effective productivity is less than or equal to a preset second threshold value, reducing the difficulty coefficient value, recalculating the profitability of the single item, and sending fifth reminding information to the manager mobile terminal.
In the above step, when the server judges that the profitability of the single item is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold and the average effective productivity is less than or equal to a preset second threshold, the difficulty coefficient value is reduced, the profitability of the single item is recalculated, and the fifth reminding information is sent to the manager mobile terminal.
Specifically, in the technical scheme, when the server judges that the profitability of a single item is greater than or equal to 20% and the average effective productivity is less than or equal to 80%, the difficulty coefficient value of the item is reduced, namely if the current difficulty coefficient is 1000, the difficulty coefficient of the item is increased to 800, the profitability of the single item is recalculated, and fifth reminding information is sent to the manager mobile terminal to remind the manager that the difficulty coefficient of the item is judged to be wrong, and the adjusted difficulty coefficient can be used for the subsequent type of item.
When the server judges that the profitability of the single project is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value and the average effective productivity is greater than a preset second threshold value, the server sends a corresponding reminding message for reminding a manager that the project team of the project is excellent.
It should be noted that, if the current difficulty coefficient of the project is 800, sending a reminding message to the manager mobile terminal for reminding the manager of the project team of the project may further improve the working efficiency or fail to meet the customer requirement in the production process, resulting in longer processing time in the customer feedback stage.
After step S105, the method further comprises the following steps:
the total number of files in a single item is obtained.
In the above step, the server acquires the total number of files in a single item.
The number of files with negative profit in the files in a single project is counted.
In the above step, the server counts the number of files whose profit is negative in a single item.
And when the ratio of the number of the files with negative file profit to the total number of the files is larger than a preset fourth threshold value, sending sixth reminding information to the manager mobile terminal.
In the step, the server judges whether the ratio of the number of files with negative file profit to the total number of files is larger than a preset fourth threshold value, and if so, the server sends sixth reminding information to the manager mobile terminal.
Specifically, the preset fourth threshold is 40%. When the ratio of the number of the files with negative profit to the total number of the files is greater than 40%, sending reminding information to the manager mobile terminal for reminding the manager whether the project is doped with the files with difficult profit or whether the project responsible person has insufficient capacity to cause more negative profit files in the project.
It should be noted that, when the ratio of the number of files with negative file profit to the total number of files in a single item is less than or equal to 40%, no reminding information is sent to the manager mobile terminal.
Step S107: and when the profitability of the single item is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value, sending first reminding information to the manager mobile terminal.
In the step, the server judges whether the profitability of the single project is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold value, and if so, the server sends first reminding information to the manager mobile terminal.
Specifically, in the present technical solution, the preset first threshold value is 20%; manager mobile terminals include, but are not limited to, cell phones, tablets, and computers. When the profitability of a single project is greater than or equal to 20%, a reminding message is sent to the manager mobile terminal for reminding the manager that the project is good in profitability, and the business is required to continuously follow up with the client. When the individual item profitability is less than 20%, then only the individual item profitability is sent to the manager mobile terminal.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises the steps of:
the item type of each item of the history is acquired.
In the above step, the server acquires the item type of each item of the history.
Specifically, in the present technical solution, the item types as described in the foregoing embodiments include, but are not limited to, original painting design, model building, and character action design. The server will obtain the item type for each item that the history accepts.
And clustering the items based on the item types and the item difficulty coefficients to obtain a plurality of item categories.
In the step, the server clusters the items based on the item types and the item difficulty coefficients to obtain a plurality of item categories.
Specifically, in the present technical solution, for example, the project category includes a character action design with a difficulty coefficient of 800, a character action design with a difficulty coefficient of 1200, a model construction with a difficulty coefficient of 1200, and so on.
The number of days that a single employee of each item category completed one of the tokens is ordered in ascending order.
In the above steps, the server orders the number of days for a single employee of each item category to complete one of the tokens in order from low to high.
Specifically, in the present technical solution, for example, it takes 1 day for employee a to complete one copper coin of the character action design with a difficulty factor of 800, and it takes 2 days for employee B to complete one copper coin of the character action design with a difficulty factor of 800; employee C takes 1.5 days to complete a copper coin with a difficulty coefficient of 800 for character action design; the ordering order is ACB. Staff a takes 3 days to complete one silver coin of the original painting design with the difficulty coefficient of 1000, and staff B takes 2 days to complete one silver coin of the original painting design with the difficulty coefficient of 1000; employee C takes 2.5 days to complete a silver coin designed for the original painting with a difficulty coefficient of 1000; the ordering order is BCA.
The responsible employees of the project category are preferentially determined according to the sorting order.
In the above step, the server prioritizes responsible employees of the project category according to the ranking order.
Specifically, in the technical scheme, for example, the category of the subsequently accepted project is the original painting design with the difficulty coefficient of 1000, the project needs two employees to finish the project together, and then the project is preferably selected from the employee B and the employee C; the category of the subsequently accepted project is character action design with the difficulty coefficient of 800, and the project needs 1 staff, so that the project preferentially selects staff A.
If the employee of a certain item category is assigned to another item, the employee is considered to be responsible for the item after the other item is completed according to the importance degree of the item; if the project is a common project, determining staff preferentially responsible for the project according to the residual ranking.
