calculating estimated transaction duration for handling the current service by using the first average transaction duration and the second average transaction duration according to a preset service transaction duration weight;
and calculating the residual transaction duration by using the current transaction start time and the estimated transaction duration of each transaction window.
In detail, the embodiment of the invention adopts the following formula to calculate the estimated transaction duration for transacting the current service:

Fig. 3 shows only an electronic device with components, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 3 does not constitute a limitation of the electronic device 1, and may comprise fewer or more components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
For example, although not shown, the electronic device may further include a power supply (such as a battery) for supplying power to each component, and preferably, the power supply may be logically connected to the at least one processor 10 through a power management device, so that functions of charge management, discharge management, power consumption management and the like are realized through the power management device. The power supply may also include any component of one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging devices, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like. The electronic device may further include various sensors, a bluetooth module, a Wi-Fi module, and the like, which are not described herein again.
It is to be understood that the described embodiments are for purposes of illustration only and that the scope of the appended claims is not limited to such structures.
The transaction window allocation program stored in the memory 11 of the electronic device 1 is a combination of instructions that, when executed in the processor 10, enable:
acquiring a service to be managed which is pre-filled by a waiting user, and acquiring the face and/or identification document information of the waiting user;
acquiring the member grade of the waiting user according to the face and/or the identification document information;
according to a pre-constructed grading rule, calculating a waiting priority value of the waiting user by using the member grade and the service to be transacted;
calculating the residual transaction duration of each service transaction window;
and distributing service transaction windows for the waiting users according to the remaining transaction duration of each service transaction window and the waiting priority value of the waiting users.
Specifically, the specific implementation method of the instruction by the processor 10 may refer to the description of the relevant steps in the embodiment corresponding to the drawings, which is not described herein again.
Further, the integrated modules/units of the electronic device 1, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as separate products, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium may be volatile or non-volatile. For example, the computer-readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying said computer program code, recording medium, U-disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer Memory, Read-Only Memory (ROM).
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor of an electronic device, may implement:
acquiring a service to be managed which is pre-filled by a waiting user, and acquiring the face and/or identification document information of the waiting user;
acquiring the member grade of the waiting user according to the face and/or the identification document information;
according to a pre-constructed grading rule, calculating a waiting priority value of the waiting user by using the member grade and the service to be transacted;
calculating the residual transaction duration of each service transaction window;
and distributing service transaction windows for the waiting users according to the remaining transaction duration of each service transaction window and the waiting priority value of the waiting users.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus, device and method can be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is only one logical functional division, and other divisions may be realized in practice.
The modules described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as modules may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment.

The block chain is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, a consensus mechanism, an encryption algorithm and the like. A block chain (Blockchain), which is essentially a decentralized database, is a series of data blocks associated by using a cryptographic method, and each data block contains information of a batch of network transactions, so as to verify the validity (anti-counterfeiting) of the information and generate a next block. The blockchain may include a blockchain underlying platform, a platform product service layer, an application service layer, and the like.
The embodiment of the application can acquire and process related data based on an artificial intelligence technology. Claims (10)

1. A method for assigning business transaction windows, the method comprising:
acquiring a service to be managed which is pre-filled by a waiting user, and acquiring the face and/or identification document information of the waiting user;
acquiring the member grade of the waiting user according to the face and/or the identification document information;
according to a pre-constructed grading rule, calculating a waiting priority value of the waiting user by using the member grade and the service to be transacted;
calculating the residual transaction duration of each service transaction window;
and distributing service transaction windows for the waiting users according to the remaining transaction duration of each service transaction window and the waiting priority value of the waiting users.
2. The business transaction window allocation method of claim 1, wherein the calculating of the waiting priority score of the waiting user using the member level and the business to be transacted according to the pre-constructed scoring rules comprises:
acquiring a grade weight corresponding to the member grade according to a preset weight distribution table;
calculating the business weight corresponding to the business to be handled;
and obtaining the waiting priority value of the waiting user according to the service weight and the grade weight.
3. The method for allocating transaction windows according to claim 2, wherein the calculating the business weight corresponding to the to-be-transacted business comprises:
acquiring the service types of all services to be managed;
calculating the score of each service category by using a weight distribution algorithm based on a sequence diagram method according to a preset service importance judgment rule;
calculating the score proportion of each service category according to the score of each service category;
and obtaining the service category of the service to be managed pre-filled by the waiting user, and taking the score ratio of the service category as the service weight corresponding to the service to be managed.
4. The business transaction window allocation method of claim 1, wherein said calculating the remaining transaction duration for each business transaction window comprises:
acquiring a first average transaction duration of all services transacted by each service window and acquiring a second average transaction duration of the current service;
calculating estimated transaction duration for handling the current service by using the first average transaction duration and the second average transaction duration according to a preset service transaction duration weight;
and calculating the residual transaction duration by using the current transaction start time and the estimated transaction duration of each transaction window.

The method for allocating the service transaction windows according to claim 4, wherein the calculating the estimated transaction duration for handling the current service according to the preset weight of the service transaction duration by using the first average transaction duration and the second average transaction duration comprises:
extracting service handling time lengths of all historical services handled by a current service handling window;
calculating the average time length of the service handling time lengths of all historical services to obtain the first average handling time length;
acquiring the service type of the current service handling window;
extracting the historical handling time of each handling of the service type of the current handling service in the current service handling window;
calculating the time length average value of the service type of the current service handling in the current service handling window according to the historical handling time length to obtain a second average handling time length;
and calculating the estimated transaction duration of the current service according to the service transaction duration weight, the first average transaction duration and the second average transaction duration.
6. The method for allocating service transaction windows according to claim 1, wherein the allocating service transaction windows to the waiting users according to the remaining transaction duration of each service transaction window and the waiting priority score of the waiting user comprises:
sequencing all the waiting users from high to low according to waiting priority values to generate a waiting user queue;
and when detecting that the remaining transaction duration of any one service transaction window reaches a preset remaining transaction duration threshold, allocating the waiting user with the highest waiting priority value in the waiting user queue to the service transaction window for service transaction.
7. The method for allocating transaction windows according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the member level of the waiting user according to the face and/or identification document information comprises:
acquiring user account information of the waiting user which is registered in advance according to the face and/or the identification document information;
and acquiring the member grade of the waiting user according to the user account information.
